This is not a Lenmar Battery- it's an inferior Kastar replacement. The item description lists Lenmar and the Canon cameras it's compatible with, NOT Kastar! I'd recently purchased the same Kastar battery and certainly didn't want to repeat that mistake. It's small capacity renders almost useless! Shame on you Kastar for your sneaky ad!

This product was exactly what I needed for my camera. Since my camera likes to use batteries up like they are going out of style, I opted for an AC Adapter to take pictures when a plug in was available. Saves money.

Many of these adapters are having a hard time fitting properly on the a7ii and a7s because these newer models have new metal mounts instead of the old plastic ones on the a7 and a7r. I originally purchased a Fotasy adapter, and you could not turn it to lock. I even tried filing that adapter in various ways.

This Neewer (branded FOTGA) adapter that I received locked on smoothly, and it was cheaper. I've read that others have had trouble with this adapter on the a7s, so maybe every brand just has a few bad eggs..?

the cap coming with the kit does not fit at all. when mounting to my Sony A6000 with 16-50mm lens, there is a shadow at comer of the view.

Ordered expedited shipping because I needed new memory cards ASAP for my old camera because I was going on vacation. The cards which arrived were a different brand than listed (not "Transcend") and would not work in my Canon Powershot A530 camera. I have never otherwise had a problem so long as the cards were SD 2 GB. Extremely disappointing.

This adapter is amazing. It works exactly as described, and paired with a Minolta ROKKOR-X 45mm ($13 on eBay), you can get fantastic images (I shoot with an a6000).

I have owned this camera for over 7 years now and it has never let me down. Back in 2007, you didn't have a lot of options for hybrid camera/video recorder. There were a couple, but the megapixels were low or it had slow shutter speed. I was very lucky though, at CES in 2006 Canon came out with the TX1.

Here is the killer features folks, Optical Zoom and 720P. This baby has 10x Optical Zoom. Which was huge back then for a hybrid. In addition it has 7.1MP and records in 720P. The lens tucks itself back in and has a little shutter and its all automatic. Even has a standby power program in case you left it running. Software wise it works very well, easy to navigate the LCD. Finally, when your all done it can fit in your pocket. The camera is a little larger than a pack of cigarettes or playing cards, whichever you prefer.

The only drawback to all that glory is storage. At the time I had to keep a laptop nearby to offload video and pictures each day. Even though I was using two 8GB SDHC cards. When recording video, it literally ate through 1GB or so every 15 min.

Flash forward to 2014 and my TX1 has gone to many places. Multiple States, Australia, and recently South Africa on Safari.

Its made of metal and not cheap weak plastic like others.

Make sure to turn on 'take picture with out lense' on Nex6 to use manual lense.

My first one was stolen in 2010, and I was shocked to find out how much it would cost me at the time to replace it. About three times as much as I had paid for it. I loved the camera and was devastated to loose it. After trying several different brands/models over the next 4 years, only to find none of them matched the quality of this camera, I finally looked for this one again on Amazon and got it (used, in "like new" condition). Haven't had much opportunity to really test this one out yet, but it is definitely like new, and exactly the model I had before, so I expect to be just as happy with it.

Express delivery, however the item stop working wishing 24 hours & I need it for my holiday. I'm flying tomorrow. What a joke. Not good at all

A brilliant camera for the price - delivered quickly and packaged well. This was second-hand but really, you wouldn't know. Not the most amazingly, clear pictures but that's the extra you would otherwise pay. Overall, simple to use and great value.

We bought a used Canon Powershot A620 and need a memory card to make it work. We bought these memory cards, hoping that that it would do the trick. IT DID! Thank you! The cards arrived very quick and as advertised.

Now able to use my old 35 mm lenses on digital format. Some lenses are a bit wobbly, but I think it's due to lens wear rather than this adapter.

I'vd had my Cannon PowerShot SD1000 digital ELPH for years. I finally needed a replacement battery and this one fit the bill. I has been working just fine. As a real estate appraiser who needs his camera to keep taking pictures, this battery has served me well.

This is not designed to accept the lens cap that came with it. There is no way to keep this and the lens cap on together. Lens cap only works without the hood.

My aunt brought this camera for my father 6 years ago, and this was the first digital camera we used. After my father i used it for 4 years. Now I use a DSLR camera from canon.
This small piece of hardware is one of the best things I ever owned! Almost everything I know about taking photographs, I learnt from this camera. Canon allows users to take maximum manual control from the very basic cameras they make. And the colours are splendid!
Even today this camera works perfectly. The only reason I can't use it anymore is because it drains its batteries extremely fast. If anyone is interested in buying this camera, I would say go for it, don't look further, this is THE entry level camera.

Canon S120 is a feature-rich camera. It does what it promises, and does it well. I have to admit, though, that many cameras by reputable makers (and there are many) deliver what they promise. It is more about what camera traits you are looking for. So, I would suggest to anyone looking to buy one to google 'camera trait search' and get the lay of the land.The S120 is a fixed lens camera (point and shoot, some would say), with 12.1 resolution (megapixels), and x5 zoom. Probably the most important point for this class of cameras is the sensor size, which is 1/1.7 inch CMOS-type. That is just a number, but one that matters. Most point and shoots have a 1/2.3 inch sensor, which is a couple of steps worse than the S120.It does not have a viewfinder, which many in its class don't. The ISO rating is 12,800 which makes it work better in low light. The video is a Full HD- that is 1980x1080 resolution. The camera gives you the option to control manually both the exposure and the focus. It does not have a hot shoe for an external flash option. That is not unexpected for its size and category. The LCD screen has a 922,000 resolution touchscreen, and the burst rate- for fast action- of 9.4 is a great feature. Few cameras in its class have a burst capability that delivers like this one. The camera also does RAW processing which would matter if you did not want to be limited by JPEG storage only. And all this with a light camera weighing only 217 grams.Overall, great camera. Having been into photography for a while, I do stress though that you do a camera trait search. That will also tell you more about what you want.

The SX100 series of Canon cameras is for the hobbyist photographer (not the professional) who does not require one of Canon's subcompact, capable and cute but tiny Elphs (the SD series) or the upscale S100 series or the superior, faster version of this one--the SX200 seriesThe SX160 and 170 are not bad or mediocre cameras. Canon doesn't make any cameras that give you poorly defined or uncolorful images. The quality is better than what you can get from a smartphone camera, and the camera provides more flexibility because of the long telephoto lens (from 16X to 20X power). It's also a good movie camera (be sure to get a spacious SD card); also, hold the camera still and avoid those irritating short sequences of just several seconds.The SX100 series represents a compromise in size and weight between a Canon Elph (I own the extremely tiny SD780 with viewfinder and the Elph 300) and a full-size camera like a Canon EOS or Rebel. In fact, the SX100 series is "compact" in size, fitting into larger pockets with little problem yet harder to lose than the "subcompactd" Canon Elph.The Canon SX160 was rated slightly higher than this year's SX170 by Consumer Reports, perhaps because of slightly better stabiilizing for movies. But from the consumer's perspective, the main reason to select the SX160 is that it takes standard AA alkaline batteries rather than Canon's proprietary batteries, as does the SX170, which undeniably offers a slightly more powerful telephoto lens.I'll admit that keeping Canon chargers and batteries always ready can occasionally be a problem (moreover, my wife's camera takes different Canon batteries from mine). Moreover, carrying AA batteries in a camera bag while traveling overseas is one effective way to avoid the problem of different voltages for charging. Hence, the SX160 is the camera I'm gifting to a family member who lost the more expensive camera I gave him last year.

Excellent camera on daylight environments and great picture quality.

Too much noise on daylight pictures if not taken with flash.

This was surprisingly well built, mates to my MD lenses tightly and perfectly and has worked very well so far. I love this, and for the price, it's unbeatable and gives life to my old glass!

I've had this camera before and loved it then too. My last one was carried in my backpack with me for a few years and one day the lens just wouldn't open anymore. Though it doesn't have a shit-ton of mega pixels - it takes a nice and every clean picture. It also does good with video recording, has great sound quality, you can zoom in/out while recording and the recording is also very clean too.

Did the trick although the last one i had lasted less thatn a year. For the price i just bought another

Maybe I just got lucky with this one but it fits the camera and lens perfectly whereas several of my other adapters are somewhat tight or lose.

Sorry! It broke, last year. Other than that?
Beyond warranty, and the lens got stuck, at the "on" position. For the repair price? To me? It wasn't worth repairs.
Other than that? Easy camera to operate. Downloading to a PC, is effortless. Good pictures, too!
