Великолепно

I bought this printer about 2 years ago and have had no problems whatsoever. The ink is affordable, the photo quality is excellent, and the printing ability is efficient (although not extremely fast). I was able to connect it to my home wifi in about 5 minutes. For personal/home use, this printer has done its job for our family.

I had been an HP owner for years, and became tired of the expensive cartridges and shoddy workmanship. My last HP lasted only 2 years with light use. I decided to give Canon a try, and after 6 months I'm very pleased. THe set up is much more intuitive than the HP, and while cartridges are still expensive, they seem to last pretty long. Overall, this is a good product.

This item came up in a search in Amazon for "Mobile Printer".Give restrictions on baggage weight for air travel and the actual size of this printer. It should not be considered in a the same class a true "Mobile Printer". Too big to really fit in a suitcase well.

This machine is crap. If you run out of ink (which you will very fast), you cannot do any of the other features. Say you want to scan, well if you run out of color, then you are out of luck because the machine just shuts down. Worst $99 investment ever.

Setup was a breeze on win 7, All i did was insert the provided CD follow the onscreen prompts and walla was up and running within 20 minutes......Printing functions work great, it prints fast with minimal noise and they come out great.Picture printing is good not great but good.Scanning takes foreverrrrrr, lol was a slow process probably 3 minutes per scan, other scanners ive had take less than a minute. This one takes 3x's as long :(Def. worth the price i paid for it 50 bucks.And you can find the ink on a popular auction site for cheaper than amazon prices !!

If two different Macs with Leopard or Snow Leopard try to print wirelessly, this device consistently has communication errors that require at the least turning the printer off then on, and at the worst deleting and re-adding the printer. For all of its nifty other features, the Mac users in my family have learned to avoid having to use the thing.There's an Apple support forum topic dedicated to this issue, and it doesn't just affect this model.Canon has issued probably 7 updates to the drivers since we got it, and each time I think maybe NOW they finally fixed this. I try all the stuff that other people on the forums do and nothing ever works. I look forward to replacing this multifunction printer with something else, though I really don't know what at the moment.

All I can say is that this printer is the worst ever! I had it for almost a year and barely used it here and there and will not work if any of the colors are empty. Even though I only want to make a b & w copy. I wasted $200 on this plus $30 for a new set of ink cartridges then it works for a few weeks then gives me a error code B200 telling me to unplug the printer and call the service center! I know how that works and I will not stay on the phone for hours cause anything they say will not work. I am better off with a new printer other than a Cannon. Good job guys!

This is the best all in one printer I have ever had. Print quality is awesome, auto-duplex printing is great. This thing can really do almost anything and its at a reasonable cost, in my opinion. Cannon did the trick and saved me from my Dell V515 which is probably the worst printer I have ever had. My only gripes with this printer are that took a little time to set up (set up is of moderate difficulty. I'm used to just opening things and installing without looking at instructions.) and that overall its a pretty large printer, from a width standpoint. Its a nice looking printer, but it kinda looks like you can beam someone on board a spaceship with it. Still- its works well and its NOT an eyesore, so I'll take it!

We bought this printer two years ago and it EATS ink. We have spent so much money on ink it's insane. Now all of a sudden the printer just quit working. Worked fine yesterday and now it just stopped, no paper jam no nothing. It's really important to read about how much ink costs and how long it lasts and how reliable over time printers are. This one has not served us well and we are now on the market for a new printer. Bummer.

This printer has served me well. I have had the printer for about 16 months. I buy my ink from Amazon.com as it is a little cheaper. I have not had any problems with the printer or fax mode. I only need the fax mode on occasion so this printer suited me fine.

Add a brand new Canon cartridge (which I have done now 3 times in the past year) and the machine immediately tells you you are low on ink. The only work around is to print with the color cartridge. Of course the maddening thing about that is that though you also just installed a new color cartridge, the printer tells you it's low on ink too. Furthermore, once it decides the ink is too low an alarm goes off and tells you it cannot print another thing until you change the cartridge (even though the last page it printed looks perfectly fine--and why wouldn't it the ink cartridge is full!). This machine seems to be designed to sell printer cartridges, not do your printing for you. Also, once installed you'll also have to go through a long series of nozzle checks and cleanings, designed, it seems to waste your time a lot of ink. I've had this machine for a year, I don't think I'm going to own it for another.

This printer guzzles ink like no other printer I've seen. The cost to refill this thing 3 or 4 times a year is more expensive than the printer itself. What's worse is it has five ink wells. If any one of the wells runs dry, the printer becomes non-functional. For example, the cyan well ran dry and I was unable to print even in black and white. I've already started shopping around for laser printers and noticed the prices are less than this ink jet. If your a college student or person who uses a printer on a regular basis, don't buy this.

This is the best quality ink jet printer I have owned. Very stylish design with paper stored in a front drawer. Ink lasts a while and is a bit expensive, but there are very cheap generic alternatives out there that work well. Had no problems connecting to Apple devices via AirPrint.

I have been buying and using computer printers since 1982, so I have a lot of experience with everything from $3,000 laser printers to Hewlet-Packard $79 inkjet printers. The Canon iX6520 is a better than average printer for the price. Another reviewer pointed out that it is "cool" that the printer turns itself off after a time of unuse. It may be "cool" for some people, but if you are a person who is used to printing documents remotely (i.e. using your smart phone to send a signal for your printer at home to print a document), a printer that turns itself off is a complete waste of money. I would not buy this printer again.

Because you have no idea what is going to arrive in that box you read reviews. No one wants a clunker after spending cash. REST EASY. Great printer. Everything comes out great but my only issue is that the colors look a little washed out which is fine because printer ink is expensive.The copier is very professional quality. You won't be able to tell the original from the copy except if you signed it. The signature looks choppy but I used a blue ballpoint pen.Fax. If you have one phone line only and use this as your fax line the Canon understands that and won't compromise your line or ring. I have my phone in it and set it to telephone priority. No issues. Faxes cleanly and you can hear the fax going through if you choose.

I haven't purchased a printer in years, however needed to start printing out Yankees tickets. StubHub anyone?So, I bought this printer, fully amazed at this concept of wireless printing....except it doesn't work.I have the printer set up 20 feet from my computer and it fails to print first time anytime. I always have to "pause" printing, then resume a few times before it picks it up.Also, I have a MacBook Pro, and the set up was a pain in the ass.

The Canon Pixma MX420 is a solid all in one inkjet printer that will satisfy most home users but does not excel in any given area. This is not surprising considering the low price. It does all the basics, such as printing text/color photos/graphics, fax, and copying. The duplex printing capability (ability to print on both sides of a paper) is nice also. It also has built in Wifi capability, which allows you to print wirelessly from anywhere in the home. The 802.11N Wifi capability is a nice speed upgrade compared to my older Brother MFC 7840W printer, which only has 802.11g, but in most cases I don't think you'll notice the difference in terms of how quickly a page gets printed out.Print quality is good overall, with very readable text and pictures. If you are interested in the best text quality, you may want to consider a laser printer instead. Similarly, if printing photos is your primary goal, you would be better off with a photo-centric model such as any of the Epson inkjet printers. If versatility is most important, this model should be fine for you. Keep in mind that for about $40-50 more, you can get a more capable Canon printer such as the MX882. The MX882 may also save you some ink money in the long term since it uses 5 separate ink cartridges vs 2 for the MX420. This means that if you happen to run out of magenta in the MX420, you have to replace the whole color cartridge even if you have plenty of the other colors left, whereas with the MX882 you can just replace the magenta cartridge. Some folks may actually prefer the simplicity of stocking just 2 cartridges, though, so you should probably purchase based on what is more important to you.

the best descion i made to buy this printer.this printer works very great. has good color photos when they print very high quality.easy to setup up took me about 20 minutes including installing the software. to setup the printer.just put the ink into their a, b slots the ink will have the numbers on them,after that just plug the usb cable in your usb port and plug it in and install the software that it comes with and then your good to go..the photos look very professional. i order this cause i wanted a cheap printer to print letters out. but to my surprise this printer isnt cheap made and is very high quality dont let the price fool you its gets the job done and more.

Great printer for the price. Print speed and quality first rate. Had an odd problem loading software after I got to the point of physical connecting the printer the cannon program and my computer both said printer detected. Than when it went to complete install it said no printer detected. After trying Cannons fixes I went to my computers add printer program and tryed to add a printer that way when it said no printer detected. As soon as I closed the window everything installed like there was never a problem. Wireless install went fine on laptop which was a good suprise.

I just got this Canon MP560 printer to replace a tired old Epson. Doing my research, I did notice as you will, the people who had problems installing drivers and software for Mac 10.6. The issue is that Canon has yet to get its act completely together and put out a slick and smooth installation disk for Mac (specifically 10.6, I think previous OS versions will work fine from the disk) as it has for Windows. I also have a HP Laptop (well my wife does) and it installed on there with VISTA without a catch. Couldn't have been simpler. Connecting to my WIFI APPLE AIRPORT EXTREME network was very intuitive from the Printer's Panel (the manual was a bit confusing, I just looked at the panel and followed the menus, was a snap). I had read Otto Olah's review and his experience and thought I would have it easy. He notes in his review to just go to Canon and download the 3 drivers he lists. I did that and I could print but couldn't scan from the computer. After a long wait on the phone to Canon, the tech told me that I only needed to download and install two items.-MP560 Series MP Driver Ver. 1.0 for Network (this is located on canon's page under drivers when you get the the MP560 page for OS X)-MP Navigator 3.0.4 (Mac OS X through 10.6) this is located in the software section of that page)Once I downloaded those two items and installed them and went through the set up "wizard" I was pretty much set to go.A couple other issues I had was trying to locate how to duplex print and how to get to the maintenance utilities. It is very intuitive for Windows Vista and you have to poke around to stumble onto them the first time for Mac. For duplex (two sided printing) in the print window pull down the LAYOUT menu and you'll find it there. For the print utilities you need to go to System Prefs>Print and Fax>Open Print Queue> Utilities and make sure your "network" printer is located and chose and not a USB unless you have it set up on USB of course. That should be enough to get you all going and save you the few hours it cost me today. It was frustrating but it isn't MAC's fault. It is Canon's fault. Hopefully they will remedy it soon. Hopefully these directions will make it easy for you.The Printer is beautifully designed, stunning and coordinates with my IMAC beautifully. It really works nice once all set up. It is very quiet and even has a quiet mode if you think it is too noisy, something I haven't done yet. It is so much quieter than the old Epson 820. The small screen and printer panel are very easy to use and intuitive. There is a bit of a lag before it starts to print as some have noticed but not objectionable to me. The duplex printing is so cool. I like the separate ink tanks. I am hoping that will save $$$ ultimately. It is also nice and "compact" for an all-in-one, something I was looking for to fit on my desk. There was a lot to unpacking the printer, can't really complain about the packing, it got here safe. Installing the "print head" was something I had never done before but you'll never have to do it again, I don't think. The inks go in very easily and I like how they "light" up when properly installed. SO FAR, and I'm admittedly only hours into this, I am very happy with the printer in spite of a bit of trouble setting it up for Mac. I am looking forward to a long happy relationship with it. If it turns out to be something else, I'll modify or add another review. But Mac Users, you'll have to suck it up a bit to get it going at first.

I'm a picky consumer. I think we live in an age where products tend to not just fall short of expectations in terms of how they satisfy us, but all too often simply fail to operate as they advertise in basic functional ways. I buy things fully expecting them to have some sort of problem that inevitably disappoints me, typically just basic operational failure that should not happen. This is all to say I am glad to report this Cannon printer, once again proves Cannon still makes good products.I set this printer up on our Wi-fi network as if it were made for it. I couldn't believe simply using the printers own menu options and its little 2 inch screen (never touching my computer) would be all I'd have to do to get it up and running and printing/scanning. Naturally, the printer takes a driver you have to install on any computer using it, but as far as getting it up and running, you don't have to touch your PC. And the menu options are not obscure DVD player firmware style options. They are simple, short and well thought out and illustrated steps to help people of varying experience levels set the printer up with absolutely no headache. There was not a single moment during the printer setup that I did not know what I was doing or where I felt lost or confused. It was, and it's so rare with computer products, a very pleasant process. Altogether it took about 30 minutes to set it up, including a somewhat lengthy print head alignment, which is optional but recommended if you plan to print photos. But, even there the printer did all the work and I just had to facilitate transferring the printed test sheet to the scanner. Job done.The printer comes with a set of free glossy 4x10" photo sheets. For the first time in my life, I printed a photo on a home printer. I was expecting it to look nice, but this was of a quality I would have gotten printing at Walgreens or Target. It's just that clear and rich in how it prints. I don't plan to do much photo printing, but I may change my mind considering how well this printer does that. Document printing is also very nice, but I'd think that should be a given on just about any printer these days. Something to think about, and this may be common with photo printers, is that you have the 3 standard color ink cartridges, a photo (I believe) black cartridge, and a fifth larger black cartridge for everyday printing. So, ongoing expense includes 5 ink cartridges. If you do a lot of printing, I can see where that might get pricey.The scanner works well. This is the only function of this printer that I think falls short of the rest of the printer, and that's really only because the rest of the printers functions blew me away whereas I find the scanner solidly adequate. My complaint is that it seems to scan bright, and by that I mean it tends to wash out the document you are scanning. It's not awful, but a bit too much brightness. A quick run through Photoshop would be more than enough to compensate, but I know not everyone has that sort of software. Otherwise, if you just want usable scans of good quality, this printer will make you happy. If you want perfect scans of the quality of a dedicated "fancy" scanner, I don't believe this one will satisfy you.All in all, this printer is feature-packed and more than lives up to its promises. I'm pretty cheap, so even getting this on Black Friday for 79 bucks made me squirm, but I can say having it here and setup now, I couldn't be happier.Thank you Cannon for being one of the few companies that still makes quality products.

I love this printer. My last two seemed good, until I got this. I like the paper storage....no feeding paper every time you do something. Quick printing, quiet, nice colors and reasonably priced ink. Also scans, copies, etc. A really good value and snazzy looking machine.Update: INK EATER! While I still like the functioning properties of this machine, I am disgusted by the amount of ink it uses. I have printed all of 2 pages in color, and use black each week to print out my grocery list.Have made maybe 2 dozen other black ink pages... and ALL my colored inks are out, as well as both blacks. I guess the ink is not so reasonably priced after all. This printer is an ink-aholic.Update 2: This printer is fickle. This is the 3rd time it has told me it has a paper jam when there is no paper jammed. Except this time, unplugging it hasn't fixed it, and I have a dead horse on my hands. I guess one shouldn't expect to et much more than a year out of a printer????

this printer only worked for about 7 months then died.it was no problem to get it paired with 2 computers, 1 wasn't in the same room.no restarting or reinstalling the software made it work again, we have a lesser model canon that is 3 years old that still works so was confident buying this one but it didn't work out.

I had a Dell printer, 3 of them before I finally decided it was time to try something else. I needed a fax, so this model, themx420 was the one I went with. When it was delivered I was very surprised on how big and heavy the box was it came shipped in. At first I thought there was a mistake! But nope the printer was inside this huge box. Anyhow I have a few pros I would like to share.1. Easy to unpack2. Easy to set up with wireless network3. quality of prints are great4. love the features5. looks attractive6. prints quicklyNow, the only complaint I have is that it is NOISY! It moves and clunks around way before and AFTER the print job is done. I have gotten use to it though.Works much better than any other printer I have had, so far. Me and printers do not get along. But this Canon model has done the job so far and I hope it does for years to come.

I have had this printer for two years. Print quality is ok and it has some nice scan features but is terribly slow.It is advertised as wireless and in fact it sometimes will connect by wireless but it is mostly unreliable. Out of the box was a nightmare to setup. It normally requires a power off and on to be recognized. Even when it is seen it usually gives a failure to communicate.New driver package did not help, support was unable to resolve the problem and as suggested I now just use USB.So if you have a MacBook and want to wirelessly print - DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER

This is my third Canon camcorder. I have had the HF100, HFS-100, and now the HF-S200. There were a few changes/improvements from the HF100 to HF-S100, but there are some remarkable improvements to the HF-S200.First, the image stabilization has been improved a bunch! There are now three modes of stabilization: normal, dynamic, and powered IS. Powered IS is great when zooming at maximum. Telephoto shots are very stable with this feature.Second, dual SDHC card slots is a nice touch. I like the idea of having dual SD cards, but you will still have to carry an extra battery. I found that at 17 Mbs, a 16 GB SDHC card and the BP-819 battery last about the same time. So, even with relay recording (when one card fills, it proceeds to record on the second card) you will need to change batteries.Third, low light sensitivity has improved. Before I bought this, I read the reviews on the Panasonic TM-700 and TM-300 camcorders. I wasn't sure about the TM-700, so I ordered the TM-300. Both of these camcorders are rated as having excellent low light sensitivity, by several websites and magazines. When the TM-300 arrived, I was able to test it side by side with my Canon HF-S100. I couldn't believe how poorly the TM-300 did compared to the HF-S100 (in 24 FPS mode). I tried to level the playing field by trying different settings on the TM-300, but I never got the low light quality that I got with the HF-S100. Not even close. The HF-S100 was far and away the winner! I sent the TM-300 back the next day and ordered the HF-S200. When I received it, I did the same comparison with the HF-S100, and the HF-S200 had improved low light sensitivity. Not much, but a bit better! Either way, the Canon HF-S camcorders beat the pants off the Panasonic camcorders!The only cons that I could find was the touch screen and menu system. Some frequently used settings take a while to get to, when they used to be a button click away. I don't care for a touch screen interface, and the Canon touch screen interface works ok- but not great.The lack of a electronic viewfinder is another issue, but there are several LCD shades that you can purchase to help overcome the glare and wash out in sunlight. A clumsy, but ok solution. I could have gotten the HF-S21 with its viewfinder, but the price difference is about 40% more!Overall, I love the HF-S200. I don't know if there is a better HD camcorder available at this time, but this one looks to be the best for now.

I've only had this printer about 4-5 months. Was working great, then out of the blue last week when I tried to print is said the printer was offline. According to the printer, it was online and connected to the network. But none of the three computers in our house could find it on the network. Tech support was of no help. It appears this printer has a glitch.

I have always been a HP fan, but same as the rest of you, was looking for a decent printer with cheaper cartridges, almost all the reviews I read were negative making a buying decision that much harder to the point I considered keeping my old HP1200C until I saw the cartridges were $85 which made it easier to buy this one.I eventually settled on the Canon MX882 after reading review after review. I like the fact the ink cartridges are more affordable and are single colors. Having extra features like WI-FI makes it worth the while, I can print from my iMac, Mac Air and my Ubuntu PC's (this was a little troublesome) but eventually found the drivers for Ubuntu. For OSX, it is a breeze and picks it up in a jiffy.I love the printer, it is the quality I have been looking for and couldn't be more happy.Highly recommended if you can't make a decision on a new printer. I mostly using printing and scanning. I can't comment on the fax features, but nice to have if you need them.

Reached the end of its life limit (and yes they do have a life limit) in 7 months. That it pretty poor for a home printer. The number of pages you get from an ink cartridge (in draft setting) is rather few also. Would I replace this printer with another like it? Absolutely not. The only positive I can give it is it worked well.

First of all the price has dropped here at amazon.com by $10.00 in the 5 wks. since I ordered this !I am using this with a USB cable so I can't comment on wireless set up or capabilities. It was easy to set up with USB.First of all it takes absolutely forever to warm up when initially turned on. Be prepared for grinding gyration noises that seem to intrigue my dogs but are annoying to me. It you are in a hurry to copy, scan or print, forget it !It does not seem to have a "sleep/power saver mode" as an old Lexmark did. I have to get up and manually turn the printer off and on as needed. (I have a long USB cable) This is among the most annoying features and one that I incorrectly assumed all the latest printers had.I have not printed any photos so I can't comment on color quality. It does seem to print from the Internet just fine tho not as fast as I would have thought even at draft settings.Also can't comment on ink usage at this point but will update this review when it comes time to replace the tanks.All in all, I'd rate this printer as just average. Clearly slow compared to others I have had because of the lengthy warm up process. Noise seems a bit above average too. If I had it to do all over, I think I'd probably chose another model.Update Dec. 28, 2010 - Changed my rating from 3 stars to 2. I just discovered a footnote in the product description that I must purchase a separate adapter to read my Xd memory card ! Ridiculous !!! Even my years old pathetic Kodak printer had a slot to read Xd cards without an adapter....IF I had known this when this arrived, I would have returned it asap....Now I have to buy a card reader....I'm not sure now much worse this printer can get. Still slow, slow, slow and print quality just so-so. Recommend you look elsewhere.Update May 25, 2011 - Tried all afternoon to connect this printer to my wireless network. (windstream's latest router/modem combo) It would barely recognize my wireless network. Signal strength was terrible no matter where I placed the printer. The router is 1 floor directly above the printer !!! Then when I would turn the printer off, it would lose all the network settings. I'm giving up on this printer. I bought a Brother combo from hsn.com that was a breeze to set up and wireless signal is fabulous ! No more Canon printers for me.....

This machine is an excellent value for basic printing needs. When our high end commercial laser printer died I purchased this as a low cost unit to hold us over until the budget permits replacing the laser unit. The unit is quick and produces reasonably decent printing. It comes with a full set of ink and not just the trial cartridges which is nice. If there was one thing I could change it would be to include a paper tray so it doesn't drop documents onto the floor. I downloaded the drivers directly from Canon so as to avoid "bloatware" from the installation disc provided with good success. In summary if you don't need pro quality colors or high volume then this is a good little machine.

I just purchased this computer on the 1/14/12, it was a snap to hook up, i have windows 7 I'm sure that made it easy.so far it has worked great for document printing and worked great scanning.I'll follow up after i have had it a couple months.as of right now i would recommend this all in one printer.I have owned this now for a few months and pleased with the product except that it drinks ink. My Canon printer before this one wasn't as bad , and on top of this the printer cartridges are smaller....makes you wonder?? Isn't it enough that we buy their printer and are locked into their refills that they also chince on the amount of ink. Looking at other brands reviews there are the same complaints from all of the manufacturers. It prints real well in black and color.the machine is pretty quiet too.The wireless feature is handy if you need to place it across the room.

When deciding to buy hardware I look at all the negative reviews first. This printer received close to the fewest and in many cases reflected the inability of users to follow the install instructions exactly. (There appears to be no uniformity among Canon printers regarding quality.) The wireless setup to a MacBook and MacBook Pro through an Airport Extreme Router was painless. The dual English/Spanish instructions on each page of the setup booklet was not a distraction and the instructions are very clear about each step. It was necessary to use the setup disc to install the drivers on each laptop, a process that took about 20 minutes. So far we've scanned documents to the desktop and directly to email, printed out part of the Basic Guide, printed other documents and copied documents. No photo printing yet. All worked flawlessly except for some operator errors. It's too soon to determine how long ink will last but all copies and prints are of excellent quality. I'm leaving the Manual on the desktop of the Pro for the time being.Minor complaint: the machine is noisy, but at least you know something's happening. The glossy black surface looks like a fingerprint magnet, but seems to clean up easily.A few problems: After printing out part of the Guide from the MacBook I can't find it on the computer, although it claims to be there. I inadvertently downloaded two copies of the drivers, one of which works. I haven't tried to remove the inoperative one but it's clear which is which. Getting the MacBook Pro to recognize the printer for scanning took some hocu pocus, but the trial and error didn't take long. The annoying little "Show Shortcut Menu" bubble can't be moved more than a third the way up the screen or placed in the Dock. But it really is a shortcut to all the printer functions.The four stars are provisional; so far it's a five star wireless all-in-one printer. All is good, and wireless is a blessing. No toting laptops from room to room. If anything changes, I'll edit this review.

I must first say that I've not yet used half of the many capabilities of this thing; haven't even tried the breakfast it makes while scanning photos, printing wirelessly, making photos from your home movies, sending a fax, copying a few pages and vacuuming your rug all at the same time.I simply haven't needed this printer for much more than the standard copying, which it does well, a few prints, and scanning, which it also does well. I am a low-volume printer user in general. But I can say it's typical Canon quality, which is very good. I've always preferred Canon cameras since Nikon went downhill in the '80s, and this printer carries on Canon's tradition of making good stuff. Photos come out well, not the best I've ever seen but very good.Seems solid enough, and if and when it ever breaks down, I'll share that here. Easy to set up, and comes with both b&w and color cartridges. And seeing as you can get this unit here new for about half of retail, while the cartridges cost almost all of that reduced price, it becomes clear as always with new printers that all the money is made, as with so many doctors, on the comeback. They practically give you printers now because they make such a crazy huge margin on the cartridges.But here's what you do: goggle "printer cartridge refills" in your area, and simply get your old cartridges refilled locally at less than half price. And seeing as the new ones cost nearly ten cents a page b&w (no bargain there), and many times that for color, you will save a fortune. Plus you'll save yet another piece of plastic from the landfill. Good in every way.So: good printer, typically overpriced cartridges. Refill your own and get a square deal on both sides.

It is an excellent printer....that being said it takes FOREVER to start printing. There have been times when I thought there was something wrong because of how long it took. Great printing image though.

Великолепно

The printer that I received from you is wonderful, and prints up stuff beautifully. However, I ended up using a cable, due to risks to security for going wireless, but that's a small price to pay. It's no big deal. I appreciate the fact that it was shipped to me in a timely manner, as well.

I ordered this printer,I was very shocked at the fast shipping,Only a few day's..As far as the pinter goes,Great product for the price.This is my first Canon,Always used a HP. The Speed,Pics,Fax,Everything about this pinter has me hooked!!My computer is HP,So i thought i would have a hard time installing this Canon,To my surprize no problems at all,It was installed within minutes.So i could give a fair review i used it for hours,I faxed,Made pics,Scanned,Copied,done it all without any problems .And again i cannot say enough about the seller.You could have throwed this package and it would have been safe!!If you are wanting a great product for a fair price This is for you.

Bought for high quality large format portfolio. It is so cheap for a large format printer. I am having some issues with color matching. But I think it's my computer settings and not the printer. The printer is designed well. It looks like a piece of art. ;D

This is my first review for a product from Amazon. I felt compelled to say something, because I love this printer. Since our all-in-one-desktop sits on the breakfast bar, there's limited space for peripherals, like a printer. But, this printer is wireless. So, I have it stowed away, on a shelf, in my bedroom. Unlike other's comments, I've read, I had no trouble setting up the wireless network. It worked like a charm (on the first attempt)! And since it came with samples of 4x6 photo paper, I decided to print out some of my images. Man, does it ever print out beautiful photos! I was impressed for the price that I paid for this printer. It's worth every cent. Buy it! I mean, it scans, copies, prints (text & photo), is wireless, and only costs $50! My only disappointment is that I wish the printer weren't so dull looking! It just looks like an unattractive box sitting on my bedroom shelf! But, that's rather minor, considering all that it does, for the price.

A short review:Pros:Duplex prints take reasonably long.Photo print quality is great with matte photo paper.Cheap ink is available from third party sources.The ADF scans both sides quickly and saves the scanned items as one combined PDF.Cons:Scanning auto-adjusts the contrast... or it's the scanner itself. I've uploaded pictures using the default scan settings and the original picture. You'll see for yourself.Expensive official ink.

I just picked up this printer at my local Wal-Mart at an incredible price! Just finished setting it up out of the box and loading the software to network it to my wireless router. Took about 30min. Runs great, smooth, very compact. I like the fact that when you print something from your computer or from the Canon copier, the front panel/paper tray automatically extends to print out the final copy. Kind of a neat idea of keeping it closed until needed. Scanning works great as well. Will need to make sure fax is working properly soon. Going to keep playing with it from my various computers to make sure everything networks properly, but so far I like!!!

The page kept coming out without printing a single letter. I tried everything possible to fix it but no luck. I returned the product and will be avoiding Canon printers in future.
