Великолепно

PIXMA MP130 scans quickly, and gives a result of very sharp images. The copy functions are fast enough even for photo copying. The machine is small when thinking about many functions it holds. Although for photo printing, when look very close at the picture, there are still some visible dots. But that's not a big deal because the pictures look nice and usually looks like ones printed from the profrssional lab. Other thing that makes Canon more competitive is the ink availibility. It's very easy to find super cheap cartridge online, you'll never "run out" of ink (ideal if you plan to use this MP130 for a long time without wanting to buy a new printer.) Overall, this model is perfect for everyone who wants to pay for a bottom-line multifunction but instead gets an almost top-notch-quality multifunction.

Very pleased with the features of this Canon mobile printer. Set-up instructions very easy to follow and total time from carton to printing about half hour. An amazing printer for its size. Comprehensive manual included. Light weight compared to laptop. Very satisfied with this purchase.

While the camera worked it took great pictures.8 Days after I purchased it, however, the LCD screen no longer functioned at all - it just showed strange colors, but no images (in both the shooting and viewing modes). I can not link the problem to any event (I did not drop it, etc., I handled it carefully). I brought the camera back to the retailer who said I must have placed too much pressure on the screen and so it's my fault. I am about to send it in for warranty repair, but from what other reviewers suggest, Canon will NOT repair it for free. I had a Pentax Optio for over 3 years and I never had this problem. I do NOT recommend this camera.

I just received the printer. In trying to set it up, I realized there is no computer to printer cable included, nor any explanation of what kind you need. You have to bail out of the setup and solve that little dilema.

I originally purchased the Canon s500 because I wanted a small, portable camera that would take decent pictures. That's exactly what I got.There's no doubt about it that there are cameras out there who take better quality picture than this one. Originally I got this camera thinking that it was more important that I get the shot than that the shot be completely flawless. I must say, when I first got the camera and took some test shots with it I was pleasantly surprised with just how nice the pictures turned out. I rarely shoot in the full 5 mega-pixel mode, as for me it's over-kill. Yet the camera still produces very nice pictures. Add to the great photo quality the camera's small size and you've got a great package.Build quality on the camera is very nice. The metal casing feels substantial and sturdy in your hands. Unfortunately, I've dropped the camera a few times, yet it still works flawlessly. The camera uses a proprietary, rechargeable battery, so you can't pop in typical alkalines if need be. This may be a drawback for some; however the battery is nice and compact, and seems to work just fine for me.The only drawback to this camera, at least that I've encountered, is the flash. It does a nice job of illuminating subjects up to ~10 feet away. Being a small camera, much beyond that and the flash isn't bright enough and pictures come out somewhat dark. Overall I believe this is a great camera. Its small size, great picture quality, and good usability make this camera a winner.Bottom Line: If you're looking for a compact camera with great picture quality you can't go wrong with the S500.

In a year I haven't managed to convince it to print a dozen pages for me. I've repeated contacted Canon about it's problems looking for help but they just try to sell me more stuff. With very solid Canon name I'm very diappointed with this.

I bought my DigitalELPH S400 in late 2003 and now in late 2005 it has started giving E50 "memory card error" like everyone elses. Hundreds of people can't be wrong! DON'T BUY THIS CAMERA! Clearly this is a situation where Canon has a poorly engineered product and should be doing some PR damage control, but I get the feeling from other's testimonials that Canon doesn't care. Too bad. I won't be recommending any more Canon products and will be looking elsewhere when it comes time to replace my Rebel and ZR85. A class action lawsuit may be the only way to make Canon take responsibility for their product.

This product has delivered everything it promised. It was simple to set up, and has performed flawlessly under the moderate to heavy demands we've been putting on it for the past month. Neither the copy nor print quality are top grade, but for an 'all in one' product at this price point, it's a lot better than you might expect. We're currently on our third black ink cartridge, and haven't had any problems with black or color prints. The cartridges are small and do need replacing relatively frequently, but at $3-$4 for generics, this isn't a big deal at all.

Like all of the posts, this camera worked great at first and then one day it just started malfunctioning with "Memory Card Errors" This was aproximately 18 or so months after purchase At first I didn't think much of it and the camera seemed to fix itself by simply shutting the camera off and then turning it back on. Eventually the camera would not even work. I even stupidily (is that a word) bought a new $75 flash card hoping that it was the card...NOPE, in seconds I found out it was indeed the camera. I too, tried to have this repaired and Canaon wanted to charge iver $150 to get this problem fixed. I would strongly suggest not buying this camera and taking the risk as one day you'll find yourself highly disapointed when your camera suddenly has a memory card error and you lose all of your pictures.....

I bought my Canon S500 in April 2004 and have not even bothered to look over the reviews since my purchase as a result of my seeming satisfaction with this item. Well, I just returned from London where, of course, I experienced the E18 problem with associated lens retraction issues. Since I carry my camera in my pocket, I assumed that somehow I had inadvertently powered up the camera. It is only now that I realize that this is a consistent problem with the camera occurring almost 18 months to the date noted in prior reviews. Thanfully, I have an extended warranty but would be seriously upset if I had to come up with additional money to repair what is obviously an inherent manufacturer's technical issue. The seeming lack of concern on the part of Canon to address this issue easily earns this item 1 star review.

After two years of better than satisfactory experience (image quality, ease of use), the memory error problem surfaced. The error can be cleared by reformatting at the expense of saved files. Canon offers no help or even acknowledgement of this "adolescent mortality".The S400 is the second Canon I purchased and I'm in the market for a 7MP camera -- unless they address the memory error problem, I won't be buying a third Canon.

I've been playing with this printer the last couple of days, and I must say that I am very satisfied with it. INK: Like others said, the printer is cheap and the ink is very cheap. Black cartridges are only about 1/4 the cost of Epson and 1/5 the cost of HP and Lexmark. Cost of ink to paper output, I think Canon ties the Epson for best. This is backed up by reviews from PC Magazine. However, I give the edge to Canon, because it's "draft" mode is better than the Epson 880 I had. With the Epson, I could barely read anything in economy mode. I've printed 6 legal size color photos and about 30 black pages, and the ink levels have not dropped a bit. Plus, when you do get a low level warning, you can still print to the last drop!PRINTOUTS: I'm satisfied with the output for photos and text, and I'm sure it will satisfy most of you. I like how bright and dynamic the colors are. Reds come out red with the Canon, not Burgundy like the Epson 880. SPEED: This is where the i350 suffers. When not in draft mode, it is significantly slower than the Epson. About 1/3 the speed with graphics and photos. Text printing speed is OK.LOOKS: Very nice looking and lightweight. I keep it on top of my computer. Yes, it fits on top of the minitower with no problem. Only downside is it's a top paper feeder. NOISE: Frankly, I think the printer is quiet when it is printing! It is much quieter than the Epson 880. Actually, I think only laser printers are quieter. However, it is loud on powerup and for the 2 seconds it takes to warm up, but during printing: not bad at all.OTHER: Driver is easy to use...almost too simple. I would like to choose my own dpi settings, but it only lets me choose from a scale for the quality. Also, you have to manually align the output, but it's not too hard. It prints out a paper with different colors and a bunch of numbers, and you choose the number with the best printout. Reminds me of the optometrist when they ask you which lens is clearer.WORTH IT?: Yes! I needed to replace my 880, which was getting old and had collected too much dust in its rollers. The 880's quality was top of the line when it came out, but now we have these "photo printers" that beat it. I just wanted something cheap, cool looking, with high quality printouts. The Canon i350 gives that. I did not give it 5 stars, because it is not fast and paper has to go through the top.

To tell you the truth, I wasnt expecting much for an all in one under $100...but Ive since changed my mind. I shouldve known that Canon would provide nothing but quality! I have a Canon digital camera that I just love, and its nice that this printer works so nicely with it, printing out the quality photos that I wouldnt have expected for this low of a price.It gives very nice crisp and colorful printing, copies with ease and scans like a champ! And Canon has some of the most inexpensive ink cartridges too...what more could you want??

Just bought it to replace Lexmark X75.Quality wice it is a little better.Text printing much faster. Photo printing seems in 3-4 times faster and quality is better. As Lexmark does notrecognize paper type, has to be chosen manually.Printer driver does not have quality presentationin numbers like 150 DPI or 300 DPI. Only Normalor photo plus some printing effects includingdigital noise reduction. To have better picture printsyou need to use speciall effects and noise reduction.It is a little bit noisy in comparison with Lexmark.Scanning software has some advanced featuresfor scanning photo but slow.In general device initialization is slow.Printing block comprises of printing frame and twoink tanks. So ink is chipper but if frame will bedust I have no idea if I can buy a new one.Paper dock is weak. Still don't know if it supportsUSB 2.0. TWAIN driver seems not universal.Other Canon software shows it in a list but do notrecognize.Can do copy without computer.In general good device. Can not be beat for the price.

Overall,for the price(and price of ink)this is a great buy.Scanning is a bit slow,and the copying needs to be done at a higher resolution than the default(the range is there to set it higher in the printer preferences),but the printing has been very good,very fast,and I have printed some excellant photos.I`ve had some high end all-in-ones and printers(high end cost on ink ,also)and overall,I could`nt be more pleased.The media card reader built into the printer is just an added bonus,since I can`t seem to get mine back from my wife.

I bought this camera to replace a larger Kodak I had. I was looking for something smaller that could fit in my purse but wanted great quality pictures. I do a lot of scrapbooking, so I needed the zoom quality options.I take this camera everywhere to capture opportune pictures so it has taken a beating and still works great. (I did accidentally drop it in a creek once and it stopped working. I contacted Canon and they fixed the camera for $75. As mentioned in a couple of other reviews I have read, they are very water sensitive.)I have been very happy with the quality of the pictures. I have an HP Photosmart 100 and can print the pictures right off the card. Have also designed web-sites and have been able to use the pictures on them.

I got my printer a month ago at J&R, basing on the reviews that I read, I was excited and at the same time a little bit doubtful if I spent my money wisely. But when it arrived and printed a couple of photos, I was completely satisfied. The results were awsome, the photos look like they were processed in the lab. The ink tanks are cool (photomagenta easily rans out so don't forget to stock up), no wastage, you only change what is used up and you can easily see how much ink are left (the ink tanks are transparent.) Not only does it work with photos, it goes well also with my documents (just don't forget to click grayscale so you won't waste any color ink) and the easy-webprint is just great.My only problem is printing photos with small megapixel and size, they are kinda blury and you can't see the blur (in the print preview) until you print them, so I advise use large sizes in printing (maximize your camera), and hopefully Canon can fix this problem with their print preview with their Easy-PhotoPrint.It's easy to use and the program along with the printer is user friendly. This is my first photo printer though, so I won't make any comparison with other printers, its still up to you to decide. For me I'm completely satisfied.

I bought the Cannon Pixma mp130 from Amazon after reading these reviews and have loved it. It copies without the computer, it scans photos fairly quickly, it prints word documents much faster than my old HP deskjet, and it prints beautiful photos from disk. The paper appears to feed crooked, but somehow the end result is a centered document every time. My only complaint is that when shopping for photo printer paper at Staples I found this printer for $20 less!

My Cannon PIXMA MP130 is one of the best I have ever owned. It's versatility is all that I need for my day-to-day office work. It functions great, simple to operate, print cartridges are very reasonable to purchase and readily available, it is compact and fits into my limited office space easily. My printer just prior to this one was another brand which cost about 4 times what I paid for this PIXMA 130 and I much prefer the PIXMA 130.

I have had this now for a month. I have had every brand of printer there is but Canon beats them all. This printer is built solid as a rock evident by it's heavy weight. It has the six seperate ink cartridges which is great because you only replace the one that's empty, and the cartridges are very inexpensive. This printer also happens to be a very quiet printer to say the least. The built in card reader is great, and the LCD Screen, though it's a bit small, is nice, and allows you to print pictures without turning on your PC. If you want a great printer, take a look at this one, as it does everything great!

I needed a light-weight printer to take on-site, along with my laptop. Based upon the reviews I read, I decided to purchase the Canon PIXMA iP90 inkjet printer. I am very pleased with the ease of operation, size and quality of this machine. The ink tends to be a bit pricey, but it is still worth the expense.

My S400 was purchased from Amazon back in May 2003, and last year I began to get occasional "Memory card error" which would go away after a few reboots, but a few days ago it became totally stuck in that mode. I've tried rebooting countless times, switched 3 different CF cards including the 32MB that came with it, and still got the same error. To be fair I've shot thousands of pictures (great quality) and hundreds of clips (mediocre) with it, and have dropped it from waist-high at least a few times. But it's still very disappointing to have a $400 piece of electronics lasted only a little more than two years.

The Canon Pixma iP90 is appealing mainly for its size and portability. It is easily included in travel with a laptop. It does a fairly good job in color photograph printing but the colors don't match the screen as well as my non-portable color printer, the Canon i950. The ink cartridges are quite small so any significant amount of printing means the expense and inconvenience of buying and carrying extra cartridges. Setup was easy and with no glitches. There really was no other portable printer options worth considering so I am fairly pleased. It does a decent job in "monochrome" for printing black and white text such as emails and Word documents.

If only I had known about this error before getting the camera! I received this error while on vacation several weeks ago and it rendered the camera useless. Do a search of the internet on this issue prior to purchasing. This issue has come up on several of Canon's point and shoot models and their is currently a class action lawsuit being investigated by a California based law firm.

The paper never fed correctly. When I installed the printer, I felt that there was something not right with the print head. The print head would have to go thru a little warm up routine before each time it printed. But it printed well, printed quickly, but was noisy. So I never sent it back to the company from whom I bought it. I figured it was too much of a hassle. BIG MISTAKE!! 18 months later the black ink will not print. I have tried all the troubleshooting tricks. It needs a new print head. I know I didnt even print more than 1000 pages from this printer. The print head should have lasted a lot longer than that. I have had my old lexmark for 7 years without 1 problem.

I purchased this printer to use with my Kodak Easy Share camera back in November. I was surprised at the quality of the photos. I would recommend using Canon photo paper as the pictures looked the best on that. HP paper works well too. I also agree with the reviewer who said not to use Kodak photo paper with this printer. The pictures are very dull. I have printed more than 100 4 x 6 prints on this. Mostly, I print by inserting the memory card, but I've printed photos from the computer and directly from the camera. I couldn't see any difference in the quality. I printed an 8 x 10 print right from the memory card and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of that as well. I also like the fact that it has 6 ink tanks. I've just had to replace the two original photo inks, the regular inks are still going strong. Replacing one or two at a time is much easier on the pocket book! It is also nice to be able to print photos without having to power up the computer. Over all I'm very pleased with this printer and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys photography as a hobby.

This is my 3rd purchase of a all in one, I started with a Lexmark terrible quality paid 90.00 for it at walmart, i returned and purchased a hp all in one paid 100.00 after several compatibility issues with the hp and my emachines computer I returned it as well. After alot of research in asking for advice i was told a cannon is the best way to go. I was going to purchase this straight from amazon, when i saw that there was a private seller offering one for half the price i was leary but knew that it was a great deal, i paid less than 60.00 for this printer and would rate it as being worth more than 150-175 GREAT PICTURES! Printed a 5x7 from a snap shot taken with my Kodak 6.1 mp digital and this picture is Fabulous! You can not go wrong with the value and QUALITY of this printer! The ink cartridges are even less expensive than that of the HP or Lexmark!

i bought this camera after i lost my old canon s230 (3.2MP). i was going to buy the same camera but then decided to upgrade to a 5MP.i am already familiar with this series of cameras so i wasn't expecting much of a difference, but i was in for a shock.on my old s230 the flash wasn't very powerful and the digital zoom was never worth using since the pics would come out blurry. also it was an annoying delay when taking action shots.the new s500 fixed all these pet peeves and i am amazed at the quality of pics. the flash range is great and you can use the digital zoom and still get great pictures. also there is a new mode that takes pics superfast so you won't miss that special moment.definitely a great upgrade from older S-series.

This is a great printer for the money. I've used this printer for about two weeks, and compared to the similar lexmark it replaced, the Canon is faster, quieter, easier to use, has MUCH better software, and the print quality is infinitely better. It is much smaller, and even looks better. I have yet to scan anything to view on my monitor, but did scan a document to copy, and was impressed. I've only tried to print one photo, and it turned out fine. I highly recommend this printer.

Once again... the memory card error is showing up, although I have not dropped the camera or done anything that would cause damage. This is the second time this happened. the first time I had it repaired with Cannon and this time I am just fed up! NO MORE CANNONS FOR ME... It's ridiculous that the same thing keeps happening for me and so many others yet they want to charge us $150.00 each time just to repair it.

Well... It is getting boring, but we too are the victim of the Memory Card error. After barely 1.5 years of use! I am really disappointed in Canon. So unless you want to buy a new camera within 2 years time, don't buy this one. Just see the number of people who had this problem and be amazed...

I've had my S200 for two years now. I primarily use it for outdoor, point & shoot photography, and it has been absolutely fantastic for that kind of usage. I've made it through a couple 8-day mountaineering trips on just one battery with the LCD on 2-second preview mode. The video clips are limited to about 10 seconds on high res. -- but that's not necessarily bad b/c long video clips can be boring. ;) The automatic exposure mode takes great pictures under normal circumstances, but as with most digital cameras it has a hard time dealing with low light. The camera is fairly limited in how you can manually improve it's performance in those situations. You also will need to manually adjust the white balance with snow scenes as they will be a little overexposed on automatic. Other than that, the only two reasons why I am thinking of upgrading are: 1) I want higher resolution for larger prints, and 2) a better zoom. 2x optical zoom (on any camera) is pretty worthless for getting action type shots in outdoor photography. But with respect to resolution, I do get great 4x6 prints out of this camera, and pretty good 5x7's. And the picture quality is wonderful. I often get comments from people impressed with what great pictures I get out of this little camera. If you are in the market for a compact point-&-shoot, and primarily want to get small prints, photo cards, or web images, this is a great, low-investment camera. I bought it for $250 two years ago -- at $150, you will be very happy with it. I recommend getting a 128mb card -- I can fit about 100 images on that size card with the camera at it's highest resolution.

While I haven't printed many pictures yet, the pictures I have printed are phenominal. Set-up is very easy, and the printer installed on my home network very easily via my network print server (note - this printer is not a network printer and does not have an ethernet jack). I like that I can load 2 types (or sizes) of paper simultaneously and choose which paper I print to, as well as the 6 ink cartridges, which allow me to replace them one at a time. Replacement ink is very inexpensive (compared to HP's cartridges) and the quality is great. Couple this with a $50 rebate because I purchased a camera at the same time, and this becomes an even better deal.

After 22 months, I'm also receiving the memory card error message, rendering the camera useless. Fortunately, the camera is most likely covered by AmEx's Buyer Assurance program but it is very disappointing that a $400 camera would fail after such a short time. Took very good outdoor pictures before failure and mediocre indoor pictures (generally have red-eye problems). I've recently purchased the Nikon D50 SLR camera - beautiful pics and worth the extra money.

The Canon S400, S410 and S500 have all had serious reliability problems. Read the reviews on this website and you will see that many customers have had a mysterious 'memory error' and/or the lens jamming (E18 error). These problems have shown up at about 18 months on all of these models. Since Canon hasn't fixed the problem in over 3 years since it first started showing up, I wouldn't want to bet that the new SD400 camera won't also turn into a paperweight after 18 months.Oh - I forgot to mention that Canon will 'fix' the cameras for $150. Nothing like turning a defective camera into a profit center.

I've had my S500 for about six months, and have used it extensively indoors, outdoors, and underwater.PROSSize. With any number of slim cases available, the S500 can be worn on your belt very comfortably. It's not too heavy, and it's small enough that it doesn't get in the way much more than a cell phone, doesn't look like a fanny pack, etc. If you're considering this camera, size is probably your number one concern, making this a great choice.CONSPictures sometimes come out bright when using the flash. The brightness isn't bad enough that your pictures won't turn out good, but it is slightly brighter than you might expect (I.e., if you're using another Canon or other digital brand already). It also looks brighter on the LCD than it does when you view the pictures on a PC.MISC.- At max size and resolution, pictures may be over 3MB in size. I use a (few) SanDisk 512MB CompactFlash cards (SDCFB-512-A10), which hold around 200 pictures a piece.- Battery life is decent, but you'll probably want a spare if you're going to be on the move all day. The Canon Digital Elph Camera Accessory Kit includes a battery, mid-size carrying case (great for travel) and a slim belt case. At ~$60, you can't beat it.- For underwater photography (also good for rain, skiing, etc.), the underwater housing (WP-DC800) works great. I've taken several hundred underwater shots at a variety of depths (snorkeling and diving), and they come out very clear, with good light levels.Overall, if you want a high-quality, compact digital, I don't know that you can do much better.

I purchased this bubble jet as a second family printer mainly for documents, and letters and have been extremely impressed.It's fairly compact, very easy to install and use and has already more than paid for itself.The average cost of a replacement black cartridge is around $3 online for multi packs of 5 and I have purchased multi packs of color cartridges also online at under $5 each including shipping! Compared with many other top brands that cost up to $35 per cartridge - that's a big big saving. As I said this is a "no frills" printer, but actually has very clear reproduction onto photo paper in high color using the idiot proof "Easy Photo" software provided. The Maintenance window allows you to do many functions including resetting the cartridges for low ink warning after installing new ones, a quiet mode for night printing, and many other functions. Another gem is the "Easy-Web" print feature that allows you to capture web pages for printing on standard paper without losing information on the edges, as you would using the regular print function from Windows. The only minor complaint I have is that being a bubble jet, high quality print in both BW and color can take a little while to dry, but other than this - it's a wonderful budget package, with a well known and respected name. If you're into CAD or high quality photo reproduction, imaging and such like then this is not for you - but if you print a lot of draft quality documents, and have a family especially who churn out pages of printed matter per day, this will serve you well, and save you a LOT of money. I've had mine for over 6 months and it is in daily use with NO problems to date. Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding camera if you want a 5MP that you can easily take with you wherever you go. It fits into your pocket, and takes unbelievably beautiful pictures. I've also read some reviews from people who say the online FREE sites are a scam and they don't work. Well, maybe some are, but Let me tell you, the one below DOES WORK. I got mine that way, and you can to. These naysayers don't entirely know what they're talking about. Just click on the below link, complete one of the offers, and refer a few friends to do the same....it's easy. the companys are all reputable - I recommend the Video Professor offer, which won't cost you a dime if you return everything within the 10 day trial period. I did a bake-off vs a Pentax Optio & was quite surprised how much better this camera's photos usually were.All were in our living room. The Optio had more trouble getting a good focus in less-than-bright indoor light. There was much less detail in its results when the focus WAS right (even after tweaking the "JPEG details" settings).Especially I found less noise in the darker areas of the Canon's photos. Due to a bigger light sensor, which makes the camera a bit bulkier? Could be the reason, and a point to consider when you want a real ultra-compact / ultra light small camera.There WERE a couple of shots where the Pentax colors looked a bit more natural. Maybe variations in brightness? Anyway, the differences were modest and neither was displeasing.My wife was (very!) disappointed when she first got this camera (a birthday gift) because she'd focused on her friend's smaller ligher Optio. But when she kept getting compliments on her shots, while her friend had frequent disappointments, she changed her mind.

I needed a printer for document and letter production while traveling with my laptop computer. I have not tried the photo option yet. The printer is compact, produces clear and clean printing, is easy to use and easy to transport. I had an initial problem installing the ink cartridge and called the company for help. The company responded promptly and the problem was quickly resolved.
