Prints from on this printer came out sharper than the same prints I had done on a Sony machine at Kinkos. Also, this handy little printer has a print tray. I don't have to remove the photo paper.I am completely pleased that this printer meets my needs and it didn't cost too much. However, the lcd doesn't have as great a resolution as I expected because the product description mentioned, "use the lcd to fine tune your images." Fortunately, I perform those functions on the computer instead. What I like about the lcd is that I can easily select the images I want to print.Click on used & new to purchase this item from Adorama Camera. Do the same if you need to purchase supplies.Highly recommended for the budget conscious.

The Pixsma iP90 fits my travel needs perfectly and it does a great job. It is so compact that it fits in easily with my laptop into my carry-on. The only down side is the small ink-jet cartridges, but you can find them fairly cheap online..otherwise I have no complaints, prints great, reasonable speed, fits my needs to a tee!

I have this printer for about 2 years now..running strong...not used overly hard but used on a regular basis..Fairly fast...very quiet and awesome quality. I use original Canon ink..which is reasonable cost for this model.

I just received this little printer this afternoon. Took it out of the box, set it up, hooked it up to my laptop and Canon powershot SD800IS and printed a photo in a short amount of time. Printed the first photo on Kodak paper, then printed the same photo on Canon paper. Both turned out great, the Canon was a bit sharper. I can't believe how easy this was to set up, and what great photos it turned out.I am wowed by the ease. No more photos living on SD cards forever and ever!

This all-in-one produces excellent scans and photos and I would recommend it to anyone with limited space who needs a photo printer, scanner and text printer. Easy to install and operate with convenient memory card reader. This has been operated connected to a Mac and as a standalone with great results. Built in menu system and scroll wheel make it easy to navigate without requiring a computer to be hooked up. The printer software installed easily and operates without problems.

The first printer received had a flaw (loud machine gun noise)that Canon could not fix with phone assistance. They wanted to replace it with a rebuilt printer which was not a option for me because I payed for a new printer. The second option was to take it to be repaired. I emailed amazon and they immediatly offered to replace it free of change. I have purchased items in the past from Amazon and will continue to do so in the future.

this is a great little all-in-one. it prints fabulous pictures, especially on glossy photo paper. fax is relatively easy to set up and get going. copying is a little slow, but you have to consider that it's not built for large quantity copying. scanning is pretty simple and scanning software is easy to use. my main beef with it is that navigating through the set-up menus can get a little confusing, but the instruction manual helps with that quite a bit. for the price, i think this is a great little machine that gets the job done.

I bought this primarily to replace a scanner, to use as a copier and to save my professional photo printers from the day to day printing that doesn't need its quality. Imagine my surprise at the quality and choices available with the MP130! Even the draft text printing is acceptable for a lot of uses (and for copying) and it's blazingly fast (even for copying). If you increase the quality of copies, it takes longer because it scans better but that's both understandable and perfectly acceptable. The big surprise was the photo quality this critter delivers. It rivals the S900 for quality on similar photo paper. I plan to use it for photo proofs some of the time; the color cartridge is all-in-one so individual colors aren't replaceable (as with my pro printers) but then again, the color cartridge isn't much more than each color of the other machines! It also prints letterhead (I use color for my logo) and excellent text at high quality and on good paper.I tried recommending this to a friend but warned her it was a discontinued model. Sadly, in the day between the time I got mine and when she tried to order, they were indeed gone at the lowest price. We did find her one for a bit more (on a certain well-known auction websitesite) and, honestly, I'd pay quite a bit more for the MP130, knowing what I know now.I recommend OEM Canon inks which are readily available on Amazon.com. If you order enough to qualify for the free shipping, the price comes in lower than any other location I've found.Bottom line is that I recommend this maching highly. Sadly, I don't think all the glowing reviews will help a bit because the machine isn't much available now. But there is always the aforementioned auction site. ;) Seriously, it would be truly a service if Amazon.com could find some of these and once again offer them.

The Canon PIXMA MP810 Photo All-In-One offers a versatile device that can deliver a stunning maximum 9600 x 2400 color dpi, and can produce a photo-lab quality 4 x 6 inch borderless photo in approximately 21 seconds, as well as 8X10 borderless print which will take a little bit longer. Great scanner/copier, very easy to use and setup!! Ink droplets can be as small as one picoliter for razor sharp photos.It's a bit large on a desktop, but it's worth it.

Not a bad printer; I like the quality of print... but as said elsewhere, very expensive to maintain... Ink cartridges don't last long and are, as far as I can tell, more expensive.

I have this printer in my office and am considering replacing it with an Epson. I has a lot of features.. espcially for the price (i.e. direct input from a camera or a memory card),but it is very slow and noisy. The print quality is very good.. as are most ink jet printers in this price range. But it is very slow and noisy. Did I say slow and noisy?

Its a shame I put my prior printer to rest after purchasing this one....The printing speeds Black/Color are dreadful....and the scanned images are sub par.....I do appreciate the feeder options and have had no problem with ink levels yet...the decision is up to you...but I would pick a better product next time...

It is hard to find a printer that lists Windows Server 2003 as a compatible operating system. I tried some other brand printers and the drivers would refuse to install. Even though Canon support told me that this printer is not officially supported for Server 2003, I installed the drivers anyway - and it works perfect!

The size of the camera allows you to even carry in jeans pant pocket, which is impossible in A-series. Image stabilization is very good, pic quality is good even when traveling in car. The flash is pretty powerful. This is the best cannon camera for all those people who want to keep the camera in pockets and not in bag or hand.

I got this nice little printer because I needed to squeeze it into a tight place. It is really tiny--only a few inches thick when closed, and it prints clearly and quickly.It is a bit fragile, however. It stopped working suddenly about a month after I got it. The company sent a replacement immediately, and that one's been working fine for months. Customer service was good, and shipping back was pre-paid and easy.

Purchased new from reseller for less than $50. Picture and text printing are outstanding. Easy to set up. LCD screen is clear and informative. Footprint is a little big and printing speed is not the fastest but great second printer for use with my laptop. I have a primary multifunction Canon which has been printing reliably for 2 years. Certainly worth the cost.

I bought this allin one printer to start my home based business in September and so far I am quite pleased with its performance. The biggest downfall is it's size...it is huge but I guess it holds more paper that way. (2 paper trays each holds about 75 sheets)Set up was reletively simple: I have a VOiP phone and I only had to call tech support to fine tune the fax settings on it for other land line phone systems.The ink last forever, it is now November I still have half tank left for all my colors. Print quality is great for b&w for color is good.For anyone starting a home based business I highly recommend this all in one printer in this price range.

When I originally bought this printer 3 years ago, I believe it was a much better price that it is now. This is a great everyday printer. I used this printer throughout college to print out projects and a lot of paper. It never failed me once. It is very simple to use and the best thing is that the ink (both black and color) is extremely cheap - especially if you buy it online. Black will run you around $6 and color ink is about $12. Both a really good deal and they last you a decent amount of time. Generally, this is a really good printer, but I am not sure if it is worth this new price.

We haven't figured out how to use fax yet, but everything else has performed. Loooooooove the color photos. It's nicer than getting them printed professionally. I have printed photos to decorate our apartment and make cards for people and everyone loves them.

Copying & printing very good. But drivers have a bug in them that activate aAdobe proxy process (apdproxy.exe) that will consume 100% of your Cpu. Canonsays it's not there problem. They will need to fix this. When are we going to see a hardware manufacturer accept responsibility for there hardware and drivers.

I've had this printer about a month and it's been great so far. I replaced an Epson with this Canon. I'm still getting used to it and haven't done much scanning but the printing and the faxing are great. It doesn't seem to suck the ink down like my Epson did. Very simply to operate too.

Bought this product as an upgrade to my Canon I960, which performed flawlessly and I passed on to my daughter in college. Like the previous model, the IP6000D is a six ink system which gives me beautiful colors, prints quickly and is very economical in ink usage and cost. I purchased each for under $80 following a disastrous experience where both an original HP all-in-one and it's warranty replacement died within a year. I am sold on Canon printers.

I was torn between the HP 5610 and this model. After some research, I eventually trusted my gut feel and went with the canon. Two deciding factors were that Canon had 2 years onsite warrenty and the ink cartridges were cheaper than the HP's. Although it was bulkier, I felt it has a better product design in an ergonomic way and would be durable. The setup and installation went extremely smoothly. The instructions were clear. I haven't yet setup the fax or tested it. So far, I have been very impressed with the printing and copying. It was an easy plug and play with my canon and casio camera through the USB cable. Excellent product which I highly recommend.Only problem: The instructions aren't too clear on 2-up, duplex printing. Maybe with a bit more exploration, I will be able to figure out an automatic way of doing it.

Don't run out of ink - be sure you have extra ink cartridges on hand. When the check ink alarm light is on, all functions shut down. Obviously, you can't print, but you cannot scan or fax either. Canon tech support explained that all ink cartridges must contain ink for the fax and scanner to work. I wish I had known this before I bought it - this is a major inconvenience. I considered returning it to Amazon, but the shipping charges (the original, no longer "free" shipping + the return shipping = $54) aren't worth it.

I have had it for over a month now and It just is a nice unit. This is my third printer after trying an HP and an Epson. I can clearly tell that I will be a Cannon fan for a while.The print quality is superb for an inkjet printer. Even on plain paper, the pictures never looked that good from the previous two printers. I tried the copy function and it works nice. I was not able to tell the copy from the original.If I have to mention any negative points, it seems to take a bit of time to start the printout, but that is no big deal. Also, slightly bulkier than I had anticipated. Check your workspace dimensions before buying.

Printer did not meet all requirements. In spite of research of product materials, the printer does not read 2GB SD memory cards for direct print. Asked for Canon support to assist and they said that they had not tested the card on this older printer. I did not know that this was an "older" printer that would have limitations such as the one that I have described. This printer was sold as new.

Previously I have owned a similar product madeby HP. It constantly had reliability problems,and stopped working after two year light use.The Canon is faster, cheaper, is more solidand produces outstanding results. Save yourmoney and buy a Canon. You will be gladthat you selected a Canon, which wins on bothquality and price.

I love this camera - I bought it after a trip to Europe where I shot 32 rolls of film and came back to the expense of developing them all only to find that half were garbage.Ever since I bought this camera I have been taking pictures like crazy and the ones that are not garbage come out beautifully! I have played with all the color and quality settings and they really do provide fantastic results.The video is the most recent thing I have been playing with and with my 7 month old baby reaching all sorts of milestones I am happy not to have to drag my camcorder everywhere!I'm due for an upgrade but only cecause I am a new technology junkie and I am craving something new and exciting!

This is a great printer. I bought it to print my greeting cards that I sell. It prints a complete card, front and back in 25 seconds with high quality photographs. I bought it to replace my Epson 2200 for the greeting cards since its so much faster but I still use the Epson for my 11.7 x 16.5 framed landscapes. I tried the PIXMA iP6700D on some black and white prints and got excellent results with rich blacks.

I printed my pictures directly from my SD card and they turned out beautifully! High gloss photo paper and a good photographer make for gorgeous pictures when you print them out on this printer! Highly recommend!

This is the third Pixma iP90 we have bought for our ogranization. We all love it. It is easy to install and use. It's lightwieght portability is a great plus. I have put mine through some marathon printing sessions without a pause and it has held up well. The cartridges are small, but inexpensive.

Great value at a resonable price. Have owned Dell, Lexmark, HP, Brother, and Canon printers in the past. This is the fastest per page with high quality copies. The photos are first rate for a multi function unit. Excellent choice for the home office.

Great printer, easy to operate with a replaceable print head.The reason I chose this printer is that the print cartridges are cheap and available in many places on the web. Previous printer was a Canon I860 that gave many years of good service. This printer is quiet and makes great color prints. I am afraid they will become harder to find in the future so if you need one, better start looking now.

Good all round home office printer for the price. I dont use it for printing photographs since I feel the online printing shops achieve better quality than most (all?) home printers. I really like the paper tray in the bottom, just like the printers at work! Easy to setup & easy to use, would give it 5 stars if it was a tad smaller.

Well, if you can still get one, buy it!The printer does a nice job with all printing, including photos, and generic ink is available. These days it's hard to find generic ink for most printers because the ink cartridges contain computer chips.
