So disappointed in this Canon. I bought in haste and it was not a patch on my old Canon printer. Really noisy, REALLY slow and I keep having to turn it on and off to wake it up. Hate it. I am returning it.

Bought this as a replacement for my HP that died. Great neat package everything has its place, the dvd /cd adapter is stored under one of the trays, so I don't need to be scrambling to try and find it.

Just sent my second ip7250 back to Amazon, the first one was sent back last week as I assumed it was faulty and returned it for a replacement. However the replacement was just the same as the original, useless, There is a basic fault with this printer that I think is related to it's software (which I re-installed from the Canon website). Even on a 10 line email it would freeze halfway through, and throw up a dialogue box about something and telling me to cancel the print, exactly the same when trying to print a photo, and I never did get around to printing a DVD (the main reason I bought it)after trying for the best part of a week !!
I feel like I have wasted a week of my life messing about with this pile of rubbish, when I really wanted to like this printer after a love-hate relationship with Epson (mainly hate), now it looks as if I will have to go back to them ...Aarghh...
Can't fault Amazon on this though their delivery and replacement times were excellent, and their pre-paid return labels brilliant
In summary I can see I'm not the only one who has had problems with this new model, all I can say is AVOID it like the plague. How a company that makes such excellent cameras can put their name on this pile of garbage I do not know.

Previous Canon iP4300 had served well, we liked having separate ink cartridges and two paper feeds. Should have read all the reviews and noticed that you can't load A4 into the top tray. We, too, liked to use scrap paper from one feeder and clean paper from the other. This was not declared in any descriptions we read. However we are adapting quickly and believe this to be a good choice. Delivered (free) 40 hours after ordering!

This photo printer is by far the best I've ever owned. Canon has always been known for high quality products and this is no different. I was deliberating between the PRO-1 and the PRO-10. Although I do some black and white photography, I did not feel it was enough to warrant the decision to choose a PRO-1. I own a Canon PIXMA MP990. If someone says there is no difference, print out a black and white photo on another brand of photo printer, then print the SAME photo on any Canon PIXMA printer that utilizes a gray ink tank. It will not take long to see the difference. IF YOU ARE NOT A PATIENT person, you may not want this printer. Although the quality is second to none, it took me about 6 and a half minutes to print a high-res 13 by 19 color photo. I can EASILY live with that, considering the appearance of the print. As far as ink usage, I set up the printer, printed 11 at 13 by 19 size color prints, 8 Avery half fold cards, 6 of 8.5 by 11 photos, and several 4 by 6 prints and my 10 ink tanks are still showing all full. I imagine that will soon change, but I'm entirely satisfied. I would highly recommend this printer.

This printer works brilliantly on the wifi network. It's very easy to use if you have the disk to set it up on a new wireless network. The print quality for a budget printer is quite good. The main problem is how quickly the printer goes through black ink! If i'd of known how much ink it would of used I wouldn't have purchased this printer!!!

Makes high qualiy prints, sometimes takes a few seconds to get going after going through some internal processes. The wireless is very good and easy to set up. I even got it working on my laptop running Linux (the driver is on Canon's website). Cartridges are a bit expensive but that seems to be par for the course now. Printer manufacurers make their money from supplies and practi cally give away their printers instead..

This printer far supersedes anything that I have personally printed from. I owned a Canon S9000 prior to this printer and not to take anything away from the previous printer that I had but there is a difference in the quality of prints that this Canon Pro-100 creates. If you have never printed images using a professional printer you might want to purchase some extra paper and ink cartridges until you get used to this printer. If you have to capability to profile your monitor with this printer I recommend that you get it done as soon as possible, this will give you the best results and your prints will always print as they appear on your monitor. If you want to take your photography to the next level this printer is a great investment. This printer took up a little more space than what I expected so make sure that you have the space to have this printed in a good location. If you can afford this printer go for it, you will be glad that you did.

Yet another complete waste of time released by Canon. This thing drinks ink like there's no tomorrow. I managed to print 20 A4 photo quality images before it asked for the inks to be replaced. Print quality is ok at best and the various paper feeds are inadequate. It's also bigger that any IP that came before it and I can see no reason why this should be the case.
After the endless complaints about the IP4950 you think Canon would've saught to improove, alas they decided to do nothing but repackage & rehash a lost cause.
The Canon IP4500 was the last great printer they produced. Ink lasted an age, print quality was excellent, boot time was close to zero and build quality was brilliant. Why on earth would a company onto a winning formula suddenly decide to mess it all up. I can only presume that the new head R&D must be fresh out of nappies and as clueless as teenage girl!
Please everyone out there reading this take heed AVOID CANON AT ALL COST...find another Canon printer with a good review (if such a thing is possible) or another manufacturer.

The only thing this printer delivers is disappointment.

Canon really has lost the plot and they need to wake up and smell what they're shovelling!

Finally managed to get it working perfectly with my wife's Toshiba laptop, which is several years old. Still struggling with an ipad and iphone, but I suspect that is more to do with Apple than the printer.

While the all-in-one options on this printer are great and the print quality is good, I cannot help but be really disappointed with two aspects of this printer:1. It takes FOREVER to start up to print after you first turn it on. I think the manufacturer expects you to leave it on all the time, but sorry, no sirree are we going to waste electricity that way. So every time I turn it on and start to print, it takes 2 minutes to whirr and groan, and do weird things inside the machine. Sooo irritating when you just want a quick page printed. Personally I think it's doing everything it can to eat up some extra ink, given point #2 below.2. IT EATS INK LIKE SWEET TARTS!! Sure, we expect that the starter cartridges will not be full, but I rarely use this machine, almost never for color printing, and my second set of cartridges is running out of ink after just 3-4 months. I guess maybe the ink is drying partially, I dunno, but it's very disappointing that a machine would be designed to eat up so much ink (or allow it to dry out). The claim with cheaper printers (sub $50) was that this was how they made their money, thru ink. But this particular machine is not that cheap!!I wish I could go without a printer altogether, as I try to do most printing at work anyway, but occasionally you need one, and it seems that even if we use it very rarely, we're still going to continue to pay thru the nose for ink. Thanks a lot, Canon.I wish the off-brand refilled cartridges were more reliable, but they've been disastrous - would not recommend at all.

I know it should be a "given" that any printer will, at the very least, perform the way it says it will. But, as most of you know, that just isn't the case. HP, which used to make "quality" printers have deteriorated so much that there are way too many problems with just the basic functions... and HP's software is a nightmare to just get the printer installed. Then I tried Lexmark. That seemed ok for a few months, and I just accepted the duplexing problems I had. But the display kept disappearing and was hard to get back on. Then, just a few months after I purchased it, it stopped printing ANY COLOR at all! I wasted even more money putting new cartridges in... but still no colors at all would print. I did search and found others had same problem. I was in the middle of a crunch period and couldn't waste any more time, so I just gave it to my cleaning lady and told her of the problem.Then I purchased the Canon MX882 reviewed here. Easy install and I didn't have to waste time reading manuals to just do basic functions. I was a little annoyed at the low-volume input tray, but probably fits at least 50 pages (haven't counted) so I really haven't had to add more paper that frequently. The only other feature which I wasn't happy with at the beginning was the legal paper had to be placed in the slots in the back (instead of just adjusting the input tray for legal). That means the paper is exposed to dust. But I've now found this feature to be a "plus" as I don't have to get up and adjust the tray back and forth depending on the paper size I want to use.Best of all.... this printer WORKS! I have had no problem with printing, duplexing or copying... and the "Copy to .pdf file" function is so easy on the menu that I didn't even have to read any instructions.It is a little annoying to have all those print cartridges, but even with my extensive printing, I have only had to replace the black cartridge over the last several months. And, while the printer does decide to perform some functions on its own every once in a while, that process takes far less than the many minutes my Lexmark took.So, at least up to now, I am happy with the printer... and just so relieved that I haven't had to deal with constant problems like I've had with my HP and Lexmark (knock on wood).

Just over a year ago I bought two Canon printers - my first and definitely my last. I am very disappointed in this MX882. After one year of home use (not office or home-office use) the printing color is awful and there is nothing that I have tried that improves it. There is no yellow and very little blue in any color I print. I have performed all the recommended manitenance, to no avail.The auto document feeder is supposed to handle up to 35 sheets. If I put more than 15 sheets into it I get a jam.It is slow slow slow to switch from scanning to copying . . . the machine groans and moans and whines and nothing happens and then it roans some more. Minutes pass before it starts printing. Nevertheless, this device consumes ink cartridges at an incredible rate.I am very disappointed. I am a long-time Canon camera user and I was anxious to try their printer. Never again. I am going to order an HP.

This is the most infuriating printer you will ever own. I am not exagerating in the title of this post in the least. This printer may make fine prints, but it comes at a massive cost. You see, this printer uses color ink for its black and white printing. Even though there are two ink black ink cartridges you are guaranteed to run out one of the colored inks before you run out of the black. Moreover you can't simply buy the color that ran out because they only sell it in packs of the three colors together; and boy is it expensive. On top of that when they do run out the thing will not print at all. There is no way to get this thing to stop using color ink. Hell there isn't even rhyme or reason to which color ink runs out first sometimes blue, sometimes yellow, sometimes magenta. Bottom line is if you read this and purchase this printer you have it coming. After the next batch of ink I have run out I am taking a sledgehammer to this thing.

If you're thinking about buying a new printer for home office use, do not hesitate to buy this.I thoroughly researched my options and this seemed to fit my needs and had very good reviews. I needed an all-in-one with a fax to replace my Epson Stylus which was on its way out and acting weird (but was good for several years). I also wanted wifi so I didn't have to get up from my La-Z-Boy (lol) every 2 seconds to sit on the floor, plug in the USB and print something. Now, I just turn on the printer once for the day and can print all day long wirelessly without having to sit on the floor, pull the USB cord out from behind the printer, plug it in, and print something while sitting in a very awkward position. I know most people won't have this arrangement, but my home office is in my bedroom and my office chair is a comfy recliner, so I don't have a computer stand nearby.Bottom line: I LOVE IT. Where has this been all my life?The display is beautiful and easy-to-read. The on-screen instructions/navigation is actually VERY USER-FRIENDLY. I can't get over that part after dealing with a ton of other technology that has no semblance of being simple or easy-to-use (think 1980s VCRs).The sleek, shiny, black body of the MX420 is beautiful. This is actually the first printer I've liked looking at. My other one was matte gray, and was just, uggh... officey-looking. This once goes well with the black flat-panel TV on the stand right above it. You don't even notice it's there until you turn it on to print.The fax works perfectly. The scanner works perfectly. The copier works perfectly. The print quality is fantastic. I printed some full-color brochures and logos on it and they came out superbly.CONS: NoneSo far as I can tell, Canon knocked the ball out of the park with this one. It looks and works great and is so easy to operate. And the price was great on Amazon. I'm a happy camper.--------------Update: 7-28-12STILL the most awesome printer I've ever owned! Not a single hitch. None. Zip! Even the replacement cartridge I got off eBay works well with it and the cartridges lasted a long time.I am very pleased.

Well it's a good printer and does the job the onlu issue, like all printers.

It is cheaper to buy a new printer instead of buying new ink.

And no, recycled ink or unofficial ones will not work in the long run, they either mess up your printer, explode or just don't print to the same standard.

I have been using the Canon Pro 100 regularly since April and I am very impressed with the print quality. So far, I am still using the original ink cartridges so they appear to be holding out well. Being able to print CD labels is an added bonus. I have yet to try compatible inks as with all printers branded cartridges cost too much.

This printer replaced a previous Canon PIXMA 4200 printer that the print nozzles kept clogging up. So far the PIXMA 7250 has produced good quality prints. The price was excellent considering it is a wifi printer.

This printer is great as long as you have a tech support guy living in your house. After about 3 months, I'm starting to have WiFi issues where it only prints when it feels like it. Some things come out right away, while others may come out the next day, or not at all because I get a message saying "printer not responding." I guess they haven't yet perfected WiFi printers. I tried going to the Canon website and couldn't even find any technical support numbers. Even when I use a wired hookup it still doesn't work right. When it does actually print, it does what it's supposed to do. The thing I like best about the printer is that it's pretty fast compared to my old HP, and can do double sided printing. It's very convenient being able to print from the laptop and desktop without fumbling with wires when the printer is actually working, but I'd much rather have a printer that works all the time than this old temperamental thing. And why does it seem like every time I turn around, it's time to buy new ink? SMH.*****3 Month Update*****I've upgraded my rating from 2 to 3 stars because I finally learned the secret of how to use it. For some reason, it doesn't like to print things directly off of the Internet (like mapquest maps), but if you copy and paste into word, it will print with no problem. Go figure.

Arrived at the back of the house unexpectedly a couple of days early whilst I was out. quite safe but if it had been raining ????
No problem setting up and made a large colour print which was top class. Not used it much since but just printed something off the internet downstairs on the printer which is upstairs and it worked a dream. Not tried the scanner yet.

The 13*19 printouts look excellent on this printer. I framed a couple of them and they look like gallery quality. I'm very impressed with this printer. On the downside, technically this printer is not as refined as the other Pixma printers. For instance, the output printer door doesn't open automatically when you print, also the Canon Luster type paper is not supported in Canon's own software(like easy photoprint-ex and image garden) which I find very odd, because it is supported from windows print! So it is not a very consumer-friendly printer; it is more a professional printer as appropriately called... If you want to get into 13*19 photo printing, then this is the printer for you. The CD/DVD label printing is also top notch on this printer....

I am a photo & graphic design student and I do a lot of printing. This printer does reproduce colors accurately as the on-screen monitor (once calibrated). If you use Pantone swatches and use the CMYK codes, this printer is pretty identical---which is awesome! Photo prints look wonderful and colors are well saturated.My only complaint is that this is not a great product in the long run. All the stores where I live do not carry the ink cartridges for this printer nor did Amazon at the time of purchase. It doesn't matter how great a printer can print if I can't purchase the inks to keep printing. This thing is slow at printing. I find that the Epson Artisan 1430 is a lot quicker and produces a great print (not as great as this printer). If you are purchasing this printer for a business or for work, make sure your local stores carry the ink first. I would recommend this printer for professional printing, but not for students.Tip !If you are using Adobe software, make sure your color profile is Adobe RGB (viewing) and CMYK: U.S. Sheetfed Coated v2. Then again this is what I am using for all my academic printing. Others may have different standards.

This was a great buy. I don't require an MFD but struggled to find a dedicated printer for a reasonable price till I spotted this. Great photos and good normal documents. Relatively cheap to run and a 5* award winner in a popular computer magazine. Worth the little extra over a base MFD.

I am really impressed by the Canon PIXMA MG3250 All-in-One Colour Printer.I don't use it that often but when i need it,its been great.Also with being WIFI its brilliant if you don't have much space on your desk.Very easy to set up also.Good quality prints for the price.If you want a decent printer/scanner/copier,and are not fussed about getting professional quality prints,this is a great buy.

First, let me say that, to me, this product is absolute perfection. I'd give it 10 stars if there were such. That being said, let me assure you that I read every review everywhere I could find to read. DUE to the reviews I almost didn't purchase this unit. So many "broke the next day", "couldn't understand set-up", "poor print quality" etc. THEN, the other reviews..."after carefully following the directions, set-up was a breeze", "no problem faxing", "wireless easy to set-up, "easy to use". The reviews ran the gamut. Here, for those of you who care, is my experience. I decided to purchase due to the positive reviews and the fact that it was on sale. It actually arrived "Free Shipping" in 5 days. It sat on my counter for 3 more without being touched because I was so hesitant. I am NO computer guru. I have to read the directions! On day 4 I was in desperate need of the copier... so, I unboxed it, plugged it in, turned it on, looked at the display, hit copy, black and white and VOILA' out came a copy! Fairly straight forward. The next "immediate need" was the out-going fax. Due to so many complaints about the problems with the fax line being shared, I nicely commanded my better-half to rewire the closest phone jack with ONLY our computer line. After carefully reading the set-up for the fax, I completed the set-up within minutes and sent a fax with no problems. Next, incoming fax. Well, I messed that up. Figured I didn't need the book. (Was just a little cocky after the win with the sending!) It took a few tries before I realized that I forgot to tell the printer that it wasn't telephone priority. Once I changed it to fax only it was a cake walk. Now, the actual reason I purchased this AIO was the "WIRELESS printing and SCANNING". Well, I kinda freaked when I looked at the book, but decided once I put all my kids and husband to bed that I would face that demon one page at a time. I hate to say this, but I went V E R Y slowly. I reread each direction before implementing it. I checked after completing each step, making sure each was followed completely. I was cautious when I took the next step. Slowly, very slowly I progressed through the book. Even still, it only took 2 hours. When I completed the book, my AIO was indeed a wireless printer, scanner, fax and copier! I find the print quality equal/better than my HP 6580 ($450). I actually printed a photo on regular copy paper and was amazed by the results. I guess it just depends on what you need/expect/want as to whether or not you are satisfied. As for ink usage, I've been printing for days (we have 9 kids) and I'm still in the "included cartridges". As for overall value I only paid $69 for this printer with free shipping. If it fails tomorrow, I'll buy another. If I wear it out, I'll buy another and not worry if it's on sale or not. I don't want to dismiss anyone else's trouble, but I wonder if some of the negative reviews are coming from the same thing that created my only problems, operator error. Please do not be hesitant in ordering this because set-up appears difficult. OH... and by the way.. I never saw the on screen computer manual until after I had been using the AIO for days. You'll never believe it! After reading the onscreen manual, I found out how to fax from my old HP printer! Ha! Talk about value! I am so excited with this purchase.. oh.. the ADF? perfect icing on the cake! I really, really am happy with this purchase! OH, my OS is Windows Vista.

All you'd expect from Canon but: I like to have separate trays for new and for used (on one side) paper so I can switch between the 2 depending on the use I'll make of the end product. You could do this on my old Pixma but not on this one. Also. Canon have introduced a new cartridge design, not compatible with my old printer, so I'm left with an unusable stock!

I had a Canon Pixma before which dies after several years service and I bought this one because I assumed it would use the same ink cartridges of which I had a stock. It doesn't.
But this one does the job and produces good prints. It does sometimes take ages, chuntering away to itself sometimes for several minutes before it decides to print but once started it flings them out like nobody's business.
Good value for money

Pros:
- Print quality fine
- Prints duplex
- Reasonably quick once it gets going.
- Looks quite smart.

Cons:
- Original Canon cartridges are ludicrously expensive - a new set of these can cost MORE than a new printer.
- Second (upper) tray only holds small paper/photo paper.
- Haven't been able to get the wi-fi working yet and the help for it is poor.
- It makes a real palaver when it's first switched on or about to start printing.

- I have now found inexpensive compatible cartridges and have changed my rating to 4 star.

Amended on 18 Jan 2014
- Have installed the latest version of the printer firmware (v1.07), which has reduced the palaver a bit when it's switched on or getting ready to print.

We got this printer for a small office to replace an HP Officejet Pro L7780 Color All-in-One Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier (C8192A#ABA) which finally got to the point where it would have been as much to fix as replace (you can see the review in which I lambasted that printer here:[...]). I have used Canons at home for years and always loved them, and decided when the HP went on its long, slow ride to death, that I would purchase a Canon for the office as soon as I could find a decent model for a good price.One of the issues here is that we need a printer with fax capability, and they make fewer and fewer of those anymore. (Yes, Virginia, some businesses still actually have phone lines and send faxes.) This handles faxes very well, as soon as you hear the fax "beep" you just hang up the phone and it sends the data right to the printer. It is able to store a list of fax numbers if you have companies you regularly fax to.I've seen reviews where people complain that it has too big a footprint, but it's a lot more compact than what we had, so we're happy with it. Plus you can fold the tray door and the ADF door in and it makes into a sleek little package. Looks good in the office.We have had no trouble with duplexing at all, a real problem with our previous printer. Once we figured out the menu system it's very easy to do what we need to do. The buttons are all clearly labeled (with pictures AND words, so no mysterious icons we need to puzzle over). The rear tray is handy for label and card stock. It feeds paper correctly, even recycled paper (printed one side). Easy to set up for duplexing by default. ADF works fine, you can even put in a two sided document and copy it two sided (or one sided...or any combination of sides you want!).I only gave it four stars, instead of five, for two things that are not real deal breakers for us, but might be for some. First is the print quality on color prints. When we first set it up the color was pretty washed out, compared to other printers I've seen. We adjusted the color intensity in the printer settings and that took care of that. Second is the paper tray. It is a smallish tray and slides under the unit, so there's no way to just slip paper in it as there would be for a tray that is open to the front. You have to pull the tray out to get paper in it. For that reason, this would probably not be as useful for a business that is printing out hundreds of pages or changing paper stock often, but it's not much of an issue for us.This is a great printer for the price, and I've been happy with other Canons I've used, so I'm hoping this will last for us a lot longer than that HP we had!!

I found it quite difficult to set up, as the instructions seem quite limited, but once going it serves my purposes. The printer is quite slow, but that isn't really a problem if you have other things to do at the same time.

I have not had this printer long, so I cannot speak about durability. But I like the small footprint it has for a larger format printer. It is considerably smaller than the Epson it is replacing. I have had Canon before and it has lasted longer than Epson in the past. The Epson also cost more and I never had a printer die faster than an Epson. I also like the fact that the print heads are much easier to replace in the Canon as that often seems to be the first thing to go. I have also had good luck using non-oem ink in this printer, a big plus for anyone who prints a lot and does not want to cough up 50 bucks, even more for the Epson, every time they turn around for tiny little cartridges that do not last long. So far I have no complaints with the print quality for everyday projects. The larger Epson was a little better for display quality photographs, if using Epson ink, which is even more outrageously overpriced than Canon ink. I would still never buy another Epson, too much cash to lay out for something that breaks down so fast.

My wife and I purchased this printer a week ago because we needed one for our apartment. Out of the box, it was an easy and self-explanatory setup (the thirty-seven manuals included in the box are helpful but somewhat useless because the software will explain everything to you during installation). A couple of hangups of which to be aware, however: if you are using a Mac with OS Lion (10.7), the software will report a compatibility issue but allow you to choose the "install anyway" option. Canon's website (which the setup will link you to automatically) provides updated drivers for dealing with this problem, but I opted to just use the installation disk anyway and have not had any complications as of yet. However, the same might not be true of all Lion users. The only other issue I had concerning setup was getting it to function on the wireless router (my wife and I have the stereotypical Linksys WRT54GL). The printer recognized the network and setup reported that the MP495 was successfully installed on the network, but once I unplugged the network detection USB cable, the printer went "offline" and would not print wirelessly. I breezed through the setup one more time using the installation disk, and the printer has been fully functional on the wireless network ever since.As for the quality of printing, text is clear and smudges can be eliminated by using the printer's built-in head alignment (which I've not needed to use). Also, if you're a student who has a paper due at your first class and you're running late, trying to print all 15 pages when you should have been out the door ten minutes ago, be warned that the MP495 can take up to 3 minutes to wake up after being dormant, although it will spit out your pages one after another as soon as it receives the print job. As of yet, I haven't tested the capacity of the ink cartridges, nor the photo printing, but I've been pleased with the overall results after a week of use, and would definitely recommend this printer for a student on a budget.

Bought the Canon Pixma MX420 in December, and due to hectic schedule, never had a chance to take it out of the box until two weeks ago. Instructions were unnecessarily complicated for setting it up, and had to call my computer guy to help me do it. Have been using it for two weeks, light use, no pictures, for business, and now I am unable to copy, print or fax because the paper feeder keeps jamming! I did buy a new package of paper, and wonder if it's too light weight. Have checked as far as I can, which isn't far, because of the way the feeder is set up, and can't seem to find the problem. Nothing seems to be in there, but something is blocking it. Extremely frustrating! Haven't even begun to try to print photos. #*@%.......5/7/12 Update: After speaking to Canon USA, who were very nice and helped me troubleshoot a few things, determined that printer paper feeder would not work. Representative said they would be happy to send me a new printer and asked for the serial number, which indicated the printer was a Canon CANADA product, so they could not help me. He gave me the Canon Canada number, and in speaking to them, found out they would be more than happy to send me a new printer, BUT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SEND PRODUCTS DIRECTLY TO CONSUMERS ACROSS THE BORDER. Sooo.. I contacted the Amazon Seller - Best Electronics in Florida, and they said they would send me a replacement once they received the defective printer. PROBLEM: I never discard packaging, however, thinking the printer was working fine, I uncharacteristically discarded the box. Best Electronics would not send a prepaid label, as they were going to send a new printer (an HP, as they had no more of that model of Canon) BOTTOM LINE: I JUST PAID $94.00 TO HAVE UPS PACK AND SHIP THE DEFECTIVE PRINTER BACK TO THE SELLER, IN EFFECT DOUBLING THE COST OF THE PRINTER. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Make sure your item is a USA company's product; don't assume it is, and DON'T discard packaging until you are absolutely sure the product works perfectly (1 to 6 months).
