This router worked well and was very easy to set up. I had to return it do to it not being able to cover the entire house. I have a two story 2200 square foot home so it's not giant. Great for one story smaller homes.

The small size and low cost are what attracted me to purchase this, but its not very powerful at all. The most you can use it for is web browsing, no online gaming, not even streaming works well. Ended up returning it because I needed something that will perform better.

My HP laptop's Wi-fi board went sneakers-up and so I got this to fix the problem. It worked fine. Not the longest range (I had difficulty pirating off my neighbors Wi-Fi) but it works great in most settings and I love the fact that I can leave it in the USB port and still stuff the computer in my back pack without worrying about it breaking off.

Router performed as new. The only problem I ran into was Netgear would not provide telephone support for a refurbished product without me signing up for a $200/year support program. I managed to get it set up without support, so ultimately, it wasn't a problem, only annoying for a technophobe like me. Good router. Perfect condition

This router only has ethernet connection, my internet connection is coaxial cable, ethernet to coaxial adaptor cost $50.00, I am unable to use this router. may possible return the router.

My first time to install the router to allow multiple computer for internet access. I have to thank you for all the reviews of this product at Amazon. I'm not a tech person, but it only took me 20 minutes to read through the user installation guide and 5 minutes to set it up. It's as easy as the other reviewers claimed. Have been working for 2 days.... happy with this product.

Like most refurb equipment I've purchased, this router looks and performs just like a new one. It comes with no paper instructions and if you are not very tech savvy (like me) be prepared to ask a computer nerd friend for help getting it configured.

I was using a 2 year old linksys router and was loosing signal intermittenly. I purchased this for my mac desktop 2 ipads an iphone and a windows laptop signal went from 2 bars to 4 bars anywhere in the house. It was easy to configure and all devices were easy to setup.

After going through 3 other routers that had constant problems with dropped connections, it's nice to finally have a reliable router. Decent speeds, easy connections that are not constantly dropped, etc. Hooray! The only catch is that if you have a Vizio branded wireless device, like a TV, Blu-Ray player etc., these two brands do not play well together. Perfect, solid, speedy connection everywhere but to a Vizio device, which refuses to connect. So, be aware of that. This router gives a good solid signal throughout the house, and three brands of laptops as well as desktop and smartphones have solid connections.

You might as well burn your money or throw it down the garbage disposal cause it buying this piece of junk is the same thing. This hunk of junk I got when I first moved into my apt cause of its price and and that it was a modem and router saved even more money. Let me tell you had I known what I would have to deal with I would have sooner played and traffic and saved myself the headache. It was fine for the first couple months, not the speed however that's always been a joke. Well after awhile all of a sudden the thing would just cut off on its on or just not allow and device to connect to it. Then it constantly drops connection I cant even remember the last time I haven't been dropped. I actually tested the speed against my mobile hot spot on my fun just for fun and it came out faster than my freaking home internet and I ran the speed test with my laptop wired not even wireless... Take my advice this is one of those things your gonna be grateful someone warned you about. If you even see one of these run..... just run and don't like behind you.

Great price. Just like new. The only downside was that there was no instructions or CD. Read alot on line, saw a couple of utube videos but I was missing a simple step so it took me forver to figure out how to set it up. For the more techy person probably a no brainer. Once I got it it was great! Havent had a problem at all. Enjoying it. Definitely would recommend.

Bought this to replace my dead 2wire gateway. Was planning to change ISP so was looking for something cheap in the mean time.Works fine. QoS function seems to do absolutely nothing.

I bought this product and first of all arrived really fast, faster than expected.I recently signed in with timewarnercable for internet and cable tv, turns out that they give you ONLY cable internet NOT wifi, so that's why I chose to buy this netgear wireless router.I had a little trouble making the connection work but the lady that helped me on the phone from netgear was really nice and helped me with everything. Product is working great, I've had no problems at all with it. It even comes with a guarantee for life which impressed me (the cockiness of the company, i mean)anyways, great product!
