still works 7 years later. takes quality pictures but the battery life isn't too great. can basically go 1 full day before needing a recharge

Neat little charger although not remotely like the original supplied with camera.Initially I puzzled about how it could possibly charge until I discovered that the re-chargeable battery could easily be removed from camera.A little note to this effect would be very useful for the uninitiated!

Better than original factory battery as smaller and having folding in plug prongs and changing connection for charging vs. charging has better connection that are more "dummy proof" and does not ruin, break small wire connections in plug when switching between plug/charging or disconnecting cable to connect to computer to transfer pics/videos.

Seems to work well. Haven't used it long enough -- multiple discharge/recharge cycles -- to really know what the longterm reliability will be. At this point, I am pleased with the battery and charger.

I have been selling used cameras and most of the time, they don't come with a cord or charger, This combo fuctions as both with a great price as well! I will be buying many more!

I bought this super excited to be able to use my old camera again but when I recieved the cord it did not work so they sent me another and that one also didn't work. Very dissapponted.

I bought this because "disposable" batteries allowed me to only take 5 or 6 pictures before going dead. I also had to take out the batteries every time I stored the camera because they would be dead the next time I went to use it. (I assume it was because of "holding the date & time) I fully charged the new battery that came with the charger, placed it in the camera and set the date & time, and left it in the camera for the last 5 days.
I just took 35 random pictures and shot 4 videos, the battery indicator shows no sign of "depletion". This is a "gotta get it" if you are using disposable batteries. My only complaint would be that the charger arrived on time but the battery came separately about 8 days later.

I love this camera! I have a bigger digital camera but this is much easier to use. Digital zoom and can work with one hand. Bought this for a cruise where we can only use fixed lens.

This was not as described. What I received looked used, the packaging was loose, and the adapter looks nothing like the picture.

I needed an inexpensive way to replace my camera's battery, especially since my camera is no longer being produced. I got three batteries and a charger with this kit and couldn't be happier. My camera is back in business! Thanks!!

I have a Kodak Easy Share M863 camera that I purchased this charger for. Fit perfectly, charged quickly and held charge. Wanted to write a review to share with others. I based my purchase choice on others' reviews. I hope this helps someone.

Worked as advertised, thus far. Was for a friend and I haven't heard any complaints yet. Time may change that though.

it did not fit my Kodak easyshare v1253. After much research I need the Kodak brand. I have not been able to order it yet

It doesn't work very well. I plugged it into the USB ports on my laptop and my PC and then I tried it from the mains supply via the adaptor into the electric socket and it takes ages for the battery charging light on my camera to light up and sometimes it doesn't come on at all, no matter how much I wiggle the connector around. I have another one - which DOES work - but I wanted this as a spare so I could keep it in my laptop bag to charge my two camera batteries when I'm away because I forgot to take the charging lead on my recent trip abroad and had to buy a very expensive charger (which I left with my hosts) to use while I was over there. Now I've put the original cable (which does work) into my laptop bag and I have to keep taking it back out whenever I need to charge a battery.

Wish I had read the comments before I ordered. Doesn't fit my V1003 either. Lesson learned, read comments first. However, it was only $3 and some change and shipped quickly. I'm sure I have something around here that it will work with.

It works but it is so hard to put on my camera and than you have to yank it in order to remove it. Scared it might mess up my camera

I received my item after tracking it down witch was my fault for not checking my mailing address for typos. Anyway product works & functions the best part is I called like 10 local retail stores to purchase a charger for my digital camera & all of them quoted me prices between $30-40 bucks!! If I was made out of money maybe but since I'm not Amazon is my go-to for good product's at a good price.

I got 6 years out of this camera before it started giving me trouble. Six years people!!! That is amazing for anything to last that long these days. One day this summer I was taking a picture and the flash made the loudest sound you've ever heard, the screen went black and after that it wouldn't open when powered on. :( It was a sad day. So I'm currently on the hunt for one exactly like it. Hard to come across them still in mint condition but I am confident. It is absolutely THE only camera I will own. It has taken thousands of photos from trips, holidays and our four kids. You won't be disappointed if you can find one of these. Really one of the best models.

Product is good. Very fast shipping through prime, but the original description said it would have the battery pack, the item we received has no battery. I guess I have to find a battery pack and buy it separately???

I purchased this for nothing because the camera just opens and closes. I guess it is fine but I can't use it.

My original charger only came with the USB, not with the wall charger, so when I saw this also came with the wall charger, it has made my life much easier!
