The machine itself weighs almost nothing, and takes up about the space of a shoe box. Once installed, it needs only a power cord to serve all the computers in the house. It sleeps silently, and once awakened to print, it does so quickly, and with no more noise than any other printer. Then it goes back to sleep at once. So it's a very unobtrusive house guest.

This was extremely easy to set up on the Mac using another reviewer's instructions (via Bonjour). It is a quick, small printer for quick and small print jobs at home. I haven't had to do any maintenance so far.

I bought this printer so that I could print wirelessly from my laptop as well as my Apple iOS devices (iPad & iPhone). The printer is listed on Apple's website as being compatible with AirPrint, however out of the box it does not support that feature. In order to AirPrint, you have to update the printer firmware to the latest version. Unfortunately, this is a little bit of a pain to do. I would recommend calling customer service and having them help you do it, as I almost "bricked" the printer from doing it improperly. After the update, the printer works flawlessly.Another down side is that the printer does not offer automatic double sided printing (so you have to manually take the pages out of the tray and reinsert them to do duplex printing).Even with a few flaws, this printer is still a great deal at around $100

We plugged in according to directions and computer flashed plug and play failed, reset, turning on and off (after printer unplugged) all failed to restore computer. Called Samsung who suggested what we had already done and then said call Dell. We are now awaiting computer repair guy to get up and running$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

So far this has been an excellent printer. connected easily with my Microsoft based computer. However, I have been unable to connect via bluetooth with our iPad. Still working to discover why.

No complaints. I got this for my daughter. It is compact and easy to setup. i was not very pleased with the shipping package, since it came in the original Samsung box with no other packaging. It looked pretty beat up, but it worked ok. I think another box probably makes sense for delicate electronic devices such as a printer.

Good product. The delivery was quick and the directions were clear and precise. I found that I did not need the chip that came with it as the printer works well with the original left in it. Actually, the original chip was embedded it the case so well that I would have had to break plastic to get it out. I would (will) but it again when necessary.

I was looking for an inexpensive, wireless laser black and white printer, and saw this at a very good price, good enough to try even if I didn't love it. But when it arrived and I got it set up, I fell in love. Everything I was looking for and more, at a great price. It is stingy with toner, and fits nicely on my shelf above my laptop. If only it came in black. . . .

Samsung has yet another good product at least so far I have the printer for about 2 months and love it in addition to being smaller then my old printer it is fast and simple to connect "cable or wifi". It also comes with large enough ink cartridages that your not replacing right away.

Am now using my second Samsung ML-2510. Wore the first one out printing out thousands of pages of articles when I was a political science graduate student.This printer has been incredibly reliable. Never had a jamming problem - that I didn't cause.Print quality is excellent. I shake the toner to get lots of more printing when indication the toner is getting low.I use LD replacement toners. They are half the price of Samsung cartridges and work just as well.I totally recommend this printer.

This printer is amazing!! Setup on my HP laptop was a breeze and I had the printer working in 10 minutes. I also downloaded the app on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and DROID X3 which work flawlessly. I love my new printer and the refills aren't pricey either! I think this printer is worth the full price but feel I got a great deal at 1/2 price.

This printer has very nice output. The only thing is that it has had paper jam issues and wrinkles the paper. I'm going to try a different brand of paper and hopefully that will make a difference.

Been using my ink-hungry Dell printer for 2 years, but was spending $16 every 6 weeks for ink and I don't even print that often! I wanted a laser but thought they were too expensive until I saw this little gem for $40 on a Cyber Monday blowout. I decided that even if it conked out after 3 months, I'd be equal since I would've saved $45 of Ink for my inkjet. I delayed setting it up because I thought it would be a huge deal. Not so. I'm just a stay-at-home Mom, I hate technology things because I'm not good at it and always get stumped. SETUP WAS SO EASY. I followed the QuickStart wordless guide to get the printer itself going, and then followed Tommy J's review for the Wireless Install directions. I'm not sure what I was supposed to do, but I installed the printer drivers on my computer, then remembered that the other option on the install disc was for wireless configuration. Since I didn't know how else to get to that option again, I popped the install disc out of the computer and popped it back in, then when the menu came up I clicked on Install Wireless Config (something like that) and followed Tommy J's instructions. I think I ended up re-installing the drivers at the end of the wireless configuration, I just kept following the directions on the screen and the wireless works like a charm. I NEVER TOUCHED the WPS button on the printer like the paper manual says you can. It took 3 minutes for the wireless config to work, so easy.I LOVE THIS PRINTER!!! This is exactly what I was looking for for my printing needs of coloring pages, consignment tags, recipes to try, etc. Easy setup, smaller, quieter, and cheaper than my Dell one, love it!

I researched this item very carefully before purchasing it on Amazon.com. I like Samsung printer products because of their reliability. All of the reviews I read from various sources while searching for information about this product were excellent in regards to print quality and reliability. The size and weight is reasonable and the cost of the printer and toner replacement is within my budget. The printer is simple to use and provides a good quality black and white print reasonably quick. This is a perfect printer for a student, home user, or small business who wants a good quality black and white print from an inexpensive printer with reasonable costs for replacement toner. The printer works on O/S XP, Vista, and others. Good quality printer for the money!

While the printouts on regular paper (like the kind you use in your copy machine) are gorgeous, if I use anything thicker like business card stock or self-adhesive labels, they will either not feed or jam. I'm very disappointed about that because I had hoped to be able to use the printer to make labels with ink that wouldn't run if it got wet. The paper cartridge holds very few sheets and is made shoddily. Feels very fragile. Wish I had known about the paper handling difficulty.

This is one of those products I'd advise you to run away from. If you're a technical wizard and have endless time to spend with Samsung support, you may get it working via wireless one day. If you're a normal person and just want a printer you can plug in and use, you should know that some people who buy this actually get lucky and it turns out that way. But take the time to search for problems with this printer and you'll find that most people who intend to use it on an existing home Wifi network aren't so lucky. If you want a cheap laser printer and are happy running it via USB cable, this printer may be for you. Otherwise, be prepared to spend a lot of time on the telephone with Samsung support. And, be aware that when Level 1 is stumped, you won't be talking to Level 2 on your schedule. The callback time is 1-3 days. If you buy this printer anyway, don't throw away the box as you may be sending it back.

Received this Samsung CLP365W Color Laser Printer. We can take it to be fixed or mail it back to Samsung and they will fix the color. Very disappointed to go to the hassel of sending it out to be fixed. Cannot print pictures that are small will not print envelopes there are no adjustments in the paper tray.

I downloaded the v1.01.00.88 (07-04-2011) firmware and this printer is still unable to print in Windows 7 Ultimate N (64-bit). The only thing I have been able to print off the printer is the printer configuration report. I have two other Samsung laser printers and they both work flawlessly. IMO, this is definitely a lousy problematic printer which even a techie should avoid. Just Google this printer and see for yourself.

This is a piece of junk, and customer service is even worse.Oh, you want to read the manual? You have to use the html version--no PDF. Oh, and you have to look at it section-by-section; there's no comprehensive version available."Oh, you want to use the scanner? Well, the driver is not on the installation disk," according to tech support. "You have to download the scanner driver and install it separately since it's not part of the original installation process. Oh, sorry, our site is down and you'll have to try back later to obtain the driver." That was my "customer service" experience with Samsung on my first day with this machine.As if to add insult to injury, when I finally was able to download the driver, the default location for installing it is...drumroll, please...the temp directory! Which means that every time you reboot the PC the driver installation evaporates and you have to do a reinstall! Even installing the driver elsewhere results in the same thing--it evaporates when I shut down the PC and I have to reinstall.12/20/10. I called tech support again, but they were of absolutely no help. They told me it was a Microsoft issue and that I'd have to contact them about it. I told them that was the wrong answer.I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I still get an error when I use the buttons on the front of the machine--says it can't connect to the PC and that, according to the first tech support guy, is a driver issue. That's no big loss, however, since it takes about 8 button pushes to scroll through all of the options before it will scan. I have to use the supplied software to invoke the various scan options, which now seem to work. All in all, a frustrating experience. But at least the machine will limp through the process of scanning my travel receipts. (The photocopy and printing functions seem to run normally).We also have a Samsung range and microwave that we purchased in Spring, 2010 and they're both just so-so. Overly complicated and unintuitive/counterintuitive controls, and just middle-of-the-road build quality. My wife's not happy, either. And, like the old saying goes: If momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.I'd considered a Samsung LCD TV and Blu-Ray player, but after our recent experience we decided against Samsung and bought Sony. No more Samsung products--ever. Their software/usability folks just don't seem to have it together.---------------11/3/11 Update:The printer now places a dark vertical line down the middle of the page if I use the ADF (auto document feeder). If I place the original face-down on the glass manually, it's fine; otherwise I get a line.I've gotten maybe 150 copies out of the machine (it's used mainly for scanning) and now it says I have to replace the toner cartridge. I have one, and I'll replace it when the old one won't work any longer, but this is the absolute worst piece of electronic gear I've owned.It does work with my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit for scanning, so I'm not sure what the issue is that others have described.Still irritated with the Samsung range and microwave as well. No more Samsung products.

I got this printer for more than a month now and it created so much trouble. It is not user friendly, it takes so much time to set up and need buy separate cable, and worse experience is that it jams all the time. I will not recommend to anyone else.

It worked but provides white and black verical patches when printing. I cleanned the ink inlet hole by blowing but it did not have any effect. Later the problem was resolved by the mechanic. The package came on time.

Wireless printer? that must be a joke! ports are frequently lost, customer service denies knowing this product number, frequent restarts needed and toner lasts for few hundred pages. One star is an exxagerated rating, we should be able to give zero stars for "products" like this one....

This came with a broken ink cartridge right out of the box. I called Samsung, they were nice, but they sent me to a UPS store without some number I needed, which was a giant waste of time. I'm,hoping it works once I get around to getting a new ink cartridge, and I will update you then, but it was definitely broken right out of the box.

This printer is very small and compact for a laser printer. Print quality is good. It is very easy to setup and use. It is best suited for small, personal printing jobs, not heavy duty use. I had problems getting the wifi to work correctly. The software CD supplied is quite flaky and I eventually gave up and hooked up the printer using a USB cable instead. At that point, everything worked great and as expected.So, for the low price, I think it is a good buy even with the flaky wifi, due to the fact that it is so small, compact and easy to move around. As a personal printer it is fine and gets the job done.

This is a fantastic color printer. It was super easy to install on my home network. The photos I have printed are awesome. I have printed out many on glossy paper and the look very professional. I also have a Brother MFC 9420cn and this Samsung produces much much higher quality prints and the Samsung is super quiet, esp when compared to the Brother.

...Installation of this toner cartridge does not turn off my low toner light. I cannot find anything online or in my electronic documentation that tells me how to do this manually. Requests to Samsung go unanswered. This causes a note to constantly pop-up in my SPL driver. A minor annoyance, but it shouldn't be there with a brand new SAMSUNG cartridge.

This laser printer is fast in the normal mode (600 dpi) at 37/ppm. Also prints at 1200 dpi for really high quality jobs. Very compact size and is relatively quiet. The main reason I bought it was for the wireless N connection but it also has gigabit ethernet and USB 2.0. I do a lot of double-sided printing and the duplex feature is wonderful. Although it has WPS to supposedly make it easy to add to a network, I was unable to do so. After searching the internet, I discovered that laser printers should be set up with a static IP and not DHCP. Once I made the change, it connected easily. Too bad Samsung could not provide better instructions. The video on their web site was no help. Overall, a great printer for $300.
