I read a lot of reviews on different monitors before finally making my decision and this monitor is all it was said to be plus more.Has all 3 connections, beautiful picture and the size is nice. I use this monitor for gameing and internet surfing.I would recomend this monitor to anyone looking to upgrade

I am very pleased with the quality of this monitor because of the brightness and clarity of the screen. I would certainly recommend it. The size of this screen is so advantageous for those of us with weaker eyes.

I always use hp computers and monitors, this is an upgrade from a 21 inch and it looks awesome!, the colors and sharpness are amazing and I have so much more space to work on screen, got a really good deal.

** * * * 6 months EDIT: this monitor still works great and i am so glad i bought it * * * *I bought this monitor 3 months ago from HP.com (the student discount they offer is worth checking out, although it is similarly priced on Amazon when you factor in shipping). After doing a lot of research, I must say that it is the least expensive monitor i could find that is still Full HD. I wanted a reliable monitor that was not expensive but still offered 1080p. Unlike my old laptop screen that was glass, this one has a matte finish and i cannot tell you how much better it is. It doesn't hurt your eyes if you need to read text for long periods of time and it doesn't have any glares. It is supposedly energy efficient, though i wouldn't be able to tell.PROS:Great PriceFull HD with DVI (also has VGA)Lightweight and slim profileBright screen (i turned down the brightness to 85 and it is still really bright)Matte Finish that doesn't produce a glare (its much easier on the eyes)Comes with DVI and VGA cablesCONS:Power Supply is external (looks like a small laptop power supply for reference)No speakers built in (and therefore no HDMI)Conclusion: It is great if you want a decent sized computer screen that is Full HD for a low price, i would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The monitor is good. Nice sharp, crisp picture. The only downsides are:1) very thick bezel (when using two monitors this can be a little distracting) and2) no easy way to mount it. It would have been nice to have a standard VESA mount to be able to use a wall mount or two-monitor stand.

I was initially planning to purchase a 27" Mac monitor as I use Mac Pro. Then I started searching for monitors that are as good if not better than the Mac, and one of the reviews I read was mentioning the same thing. The buyer was after a Mac but ended up buying an HP, and when compared, the review said they were equally good. So I said I will give it a try. I am glad I did. My son has been an HP user ever since I got his first computer. he started off with an HP way back in 1997, and it is still in excellent condition. The most recent HP laptop he got is very good in terms of the screen, too. I am so happy with my 25" HP monitor. If you need an additional monitor, do not hesitate. Go for it.

This monitor is worth having for anyone that spends lots of time looking at photos, art, publishing and using the internet. It refreshes and expands your appreciation of what you see using a computer.

I have had this monitor since August of 2009. So far, everything has been working excellently. No problems and the color is good. I only wish that this was still being sold, as I need a second monitor, and would like them to be the same, but I cannot justify dropping enough money for 2 monitors. Looks like I will end up having this and a newer version until such time as I can buy another. Kudos on a wonderful product!

Product came in a sealed package but without the box. The ink is not very bright. Could they have past the expiration date?

I received from TechCopy what appears to be a new-in-box cartridge that was on a shelf somewhere for a long time. There was a CompUSA price tag on it and the box looked old and dusty. This is not surprising for an obsolete printer and this in itself was not a problem however, the print quality was faded as compared to the cartridge it was replacing. My venerable LaserJet 1100 (at least 12 years old) still works fine so I am not interrested in replacing it but GOOD cartridges are all but impossible to find now. Since I don't use this printer for important work I will continue to use faded cartridges but I would pay more than $35 for a decent one.

Highly recommend if you have an HP printer this is a great value. This value is great you dont want to keeping shopping every few months for the same item.

Can't say enough about this monitor I bought it as a second monitor for my son for Christmas and it is Awesome! The monitor that came with the computer is no comparison so I will be buying another 25 inch for his birthday to replace it!

This was an expensive cartridge and I have since found that the generic ones work just as well. Others have not always had my luck, however.

This cartridge was sealed in the box, so I assumed it would work perfectly. However, it left a black strip on everything I printed. When I took it out of the printer, it exploded black toner all over my desk! I will never buy toner online again.

Just an amazing crystal clear monitor. This is my second one to go with my computer. Now I can have multiple windows open at once and can actually READ what is on them. Easy to set up. Even better to use. Great quality of picture, HD is amazing.

Opened a brand new sealed monitor box for the 2211x and did not come with power adapters...called HP and they overnight the WRONG one!I found it online on HP's parts order site and ordered the correct one, and will send the wrong back for a refund.
