Comfortable and the nose cancelation feature works great. Too bad the volume control only work with iPhone but not with Android or anything else. Come on Bose, not every one in this world uses iPhone!!!!

Великолепно

The headphones exceeded my expectations and provide great sound quality and noise cancellation. I used them on a flight with a few crying children and between the noise cancellation and the music quality i could enjoy my music without being bothered by the ambient noise . would recommend to anyone looking for a quality pair of headphones.

I get horrible migraines and these are a life saver. It cuts out all of the background noise and still let's me hear my family talking to me even at a crowded family event. I would recommend these to anyone that wants noise cancelling head phones.

Expected more. Sound quality is good. Comfort is good. Chews up batteries, should turn off when the head phones are taken off.

Also, for $300 they should be wireless, the cord gets tangled around my chair arm rest easily.

These are very good headphones. The build quality is great! The sound canceling is very very good. It comes with a free case too.
The only thing not good about these is that the cord that the side of the plug that goes into the headphone, always comes out with a little tug. But over all very good headphones. I would recommend these.

I compared the sound quality of QC25 with that of QC 15. I have to say it has deteriorated.

QC25 provide a better noise cancellation than QC 15, however Bose seems to have extended the frequency range of noise cancellation, which cuts the high frequency notes of your music...

Excellent in every way. Outstanding noise cancellation. Very good sound quality. But have not tried some of the high end sound only (no active
noise canceling) units. However, if there is a lot of background noise, it won't matter how technically good the sound quality is.

These are amazingly comfortable and light feeling.

Cant wait until my next long flight (bought these specifically for upcoming trip to the Philippines).

Very disappointed with headphones. Bose is a quality company so I'm surprised that the QC 25 jumps in and out of noise cancelation once it is turned on. Had two round trip flights since receiving headphones and was really looking forward to using them. Spent most of time turning switch on/off to reset but that didn't work. Finally just took them off. Very irritating! Will be returning and expecting a full refund.

Великолепно

These things rock – I don't know how in the world I ever made it through an airplane flight without them. I also put them on what I'm reading in my office and sometimes when it's too noisy at a hotel. It takes the loud cacophony and turns it into wonderful silence – they're worth every penny of what you pay for them.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that headphones start to hurt my ears after aprox. 30 minutes of listening. Sound is great, noise cancelling great, but comfort of wearing is poor. I’m in love with Bose, but didn’t expect this unpleasant annoyance.

I love these headphones. They are incredibly comfortable with a very good fit for my head and ears. The noise cancelation is excellent. I have struggled over the years with on-ear and in-ear headphones because I have small ears as most either don't fit inside my ear opening, or in the case of on-ear hurt my ears after a short period of time.

Purchased these headphones from Amazon on October 29th and only used them a few times. The left side no longer works and you cannot hear anything out of them. I contacted Amazon and they said they are no longer able to be returned and I am stuck with a defective set of headphones. Not happy with Amazon to say the least and I am disappointed in Bose quality control.

I really wanted to like these, but I wasn't so lucky. I even paid for the super fast Prime shipping cause I was excited to get them.

When I turned on the noise canceling these was a very high pitch sound that was barely audible. It kinda sounded like when you leave on a CRT TV with the source set to Input (I'm sure this will make sense to someone :) It also felt like I was in a high elevation. After about 5 minutes of use, I started to get a headache which lasted for a while even after taking off the headphones.

It did cancel the sound of talking and TV really well though, so it worked as advertised.

I guess these just aren't for me, such a bummer. I've ended up returning them.

I previously used Sennheisers: PXC 300 and PXC 450. I thought they are all the same. Then I bought these and was in shock. The noise cancelling is taken into a completely new level. This is a combination of passive cancelling (the earcups fit snugly around the ear, providing an order of magnitude better passive noise insulation than Sennheisers) and active cancelling is just in a different league. Besides, the sound reproduction is excellent. These also take less space than the Sennheisers. I kick myself for not having chosen these things earler.

I've tried the QC15's and wasn't quite impressed enough to keep them. I actually bought a couple of pairs of the old model hoping I could get used to them but they weren't quite comfortable enough for my big ears.

The change is small with these, but it's enough that I've kept them and loved them for weeks now. They feel great, fit well, and have great sound. Would highly recommend.

These are my second set of the NC Bose headsets and they seem a bit nicer than the first pair which simply wore out after 3 years. Heads up to buyers, the website recommends buying the case with the headsets, but the case is included with the headsets. I bought the case as they recommended, but had to deal with the hassle of returning them to Bose.

These are my first Bose headphones and I was hesitant to spend essentially a car payment's worth of money on headphones, but I'm glad I did. Even wearing them all day they are very comfortable. Flipping on the noise cancellation is like turning off the world. Only complaint would be the carrying case which I wish was slightly bigger. Otherwise top notch product

Great noise cancelling and sound (best on the market) but it is not bluetooth wireless for music. I don't see the point of a product that needs a wire in todays electronic wireless world, not for this price, I sadly returned it. FYI, I'm a huge Bose fan and I have their systems in my home and cars. Folks should also know that noise cancelling is more like noise muffling.

I really like these headphones so far. Similar to the QC15's, these are comfortable, convenient, and have great sound. I wouldn't necessarily buy Bose for a serious high-end speaker system, but for headphones, these are really great.

It is a real improvement that you can use these without the noise cancellation feature. I thought I would never do so, but sometimes I don't want noise cancellation, and so it is convenient.

Incredible sound. I bought these to replace another pair of Bose headphones and they definitely deliver. The noise reduction is impressive, though a little distracting. The surrounds on the ear cups are so soft that they block out most outside noise already and I rarely use the powered noise reduction at all anyway.

These headphones are amazing....I would highly recommend them. I work in an extremely noisy office environment and when I turn the NC on I might as well be in a tranquil tropical paradise. Love it....sound quality is amazing too. One of the best things I have ever purchased.

I had the 15's and found that they pressed against my head too hard also making wearing my glasses even more uncomfortable. Bought these and it is a totally different experience. I am on the phone most of the day and find these are more comfortable than my Plantronics headset which is not cheap.

The noise reduction is also improved, so much so that sometimes I'm a little to isolated from my environment...that is worth the price alone.

I love these. The first time I put them on I understood what it was to be deafened by *silence*. And I've owned Sennheiser noise-cancelling headphones previously (though not as upmarket as these). Sound quality is great too. They're light and comfortable, and fold up reasonably compactly in the carrying case. Not cheap, but recommended.

He uses them to protect his ears when he is outdoors doing noisy chores, like snow blowing.

He also likes them for long airplane trips, so he can sleep.

I wish I had these from the very start of college. They are great for train rides, getting some work done at your favorite bustling coffee shop, and to drown out the noise of your super annoying roommates and neighbors. They are also the PERFECT headphones for students who listen to recorded lectures in college. The noise-canceling feature makes the sound almost as crisp as if you were sitting in the lecture hall, and I no longer have to turn the volume of recordings to the max setting just to barely hear.

Tried many noise cancelling, and while these are too expensive, they are hands down the best. I cannot believe that no other vendor can even come close. I really hope they will so we can get a less expensive but viable option.

Awesome. Simply awesome. I had a very old pair of what was then 'top of the range' Bose noise cancelling headphones and have used them for years. The advance in the technology with these QC25s is simply staggering and there is no comparison between there and the older ones. They are, without doubt, the very best on the market today and I highly recommend them.

Extremely comfotable to wear. The sound with the noise canceling on is very good. When the noise canceling off you can still listen but the sound is somewhat muffled.
With the noise canceling very little outside noise gets thru.

Sound quality does not seem to be as good as my QC15s (which I sadly left behind on a flight back from Cork to Manchester and never got them back :-( Naughty, naughty whoever took them and didn't hand them in). Anyway, rant aside, I give it 4 stars purely because I think the connecting lead and sound quality is not as good as the QC15

Simply the best noise-cancelling headphones I've tried yet. Comfortable enough for a whole day at work (I am in a very noisy lab environment) and good to excellent sound quality (studio monitors and high-end sets are superior, but at much higher price points). The first time time I lost myself in a good song while someone was running a bandsaw twenty feet away, I was frankly shocked. Beware, you'll find yourself forgetting your surroundings completely.

My Quest for a NC headset ends.

I have been looking for a decent NC headset for my travel needs. But I was skeptical about spending $300 on this.Checked couple of options but they are either not effective in Noise cancelling or they hurt my eyes if I wear them for more than 30 minutes. Bose headphones are effective in cancelling the noise and don't hurt that much even after wearing for couple of hours.

I purchased these directly from Bose and couldn't be happier. They sound fantastic for my listening preference. Noise cancelling is great. Headphones are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I understand everyone's hearing preference is different when it comes to headphones. I tried other brands without any luck. I finally broke down and spent the money for these and I have no regrets. Awesome headphones.

Amazingly light and comfortable, great noise cancellation. The socket for the headphone cable is 2.5mm which is slightly more awkward to find cables for that 3.5mm, which was annoying when I damaged the (slightly weak) headphone plug when travelling.

Amazing headphones. I truly cannot hear people who are talking right next to me. The noise cancelling is out of this world. However, the sound quality is definitely lacking for a $300, but I bought them with the noise cancelling in mind, not sound quality. These are not the best sounding headphones, but are the best noise cancelling headphones in the industry.

Have used QC15's for several years plus I also have QC20i's.
Bought these on recent trip to USA and wore on the return flight (QC15's outbound)
Sound quality much better with noticeable improvement to Bass & separation of instruments.
NC also improved. Finish & fit better plus the headphone doesn't stick out so far so looks better.
Folds into smaller package.
Prefer AA battery to built-in so another plus

QC20's aren't far behind and smaller form factor is great for short journeys / street wear. NC seems better for trains / street noise.
Both are excellent choices for NC headphones in different situations.

Totally worth your money if you travel often. The fit is nice and tight and your hears don't feel "warm" after using them for a hours. The case is bigger than was originally expected but is quite nice and you will need to a backpack to carry them. They also are no overly "noticeable" and the quality of sound is extremely good, for music is better to use the noise canceling mode on. If you get them you will enjoyed them.
