Великолепно

I took my time looking around for a really good external antenna for my desktop. My older Linksys antenna was slow and at times didn't recieve the signal. This TP Link is as good as it gets. Great price, lightening fast and never a lost or dropped signal. Easy as pie to install. Make sure the wireless code is entered after installation.

I have not had the opportunity to test whether the range of this device is really as good as it advertises, but as far as ease of use, installation, and operation I had no problems. I always do a manual installation of hardware ("select to install driver from a specific location...CD," etc.) with XP, and this never seems to fail.It appears to be a fairly well designed and attractive little thing. The antenna can be turned in various directions. The USB extension cable (nice as it is) probably adds a dollar or two to the overall price.

I bought this after constant reception problems with other brands. Having read many reviews the TP-Link seemed worth trying. The antenna helps but the unit itself is really powerful. You can pay much more for similar products but this one does a great job.My only complaint is the antenna gets in the way when plugged in the back USB slots. I used a USB cable to get enough clearance around the plugs for other devices. This method is probably better anyway since the unit can be raised up above the desk.

This is an good little device that does the job for my laptop. I had no problem to make it work on my laptop - just plugged it in, ran the software from the CD and done. However, I couldn't get it to work on my PC, even though I am also running Windows XP Professional on it. But the PC is a couple years older, so that I am thinking that it might be missing some piece of software. The tech support for TP-Link was really friendly and patient, but not too helpful. After several unsuccessful calls she told me "if this doesn't work why don't you just return the device to the store where you bought it from and get your money back."

This product works great... if you are using Windows. The included CD comes with drivers for Windows XP through Vista, so if you are using 7 you will need to download the drivers from their website, but this is very easy to do. It has a strong connection that has yet to drop on me. It also comes with a USB extension cable, so you can place the antenna away from the computer if you need to. The price is great, and if I ever needed another USB wifi adapter I would buy this one.However, the adapter does not seem to work with Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit at all (on the same exact computer, so it's not a hardware conflict). This incompatibility is the only reason I did not give this product 5 stars. If you only use Windows, this adapter will not let you down.

Went to TP Links easy to use website. Downloaded the appropriate software/drivers and pluged the TP Link into the USB port. I entered my wireless password and Badda Bing, Badda bow I have a maxed out 5 bar wireless connection from across the house. It works way better than the wireless card that came with my notebook. I ordered two more. This thing is amazing and for the money it's nothing short of remarkable. I have sat in my car in parking lots that I could barely get a wireless signal and now have a solid wireless connection. Order this, you'll love it!

Великолепно

I was really concerned that this would not work with Ubuntu 10.10, so I was very happy to see it worked instantly with Linux. All I did was plug it in and it picked up WiFi signals in about 10 seconds from first use. This is really nice!

I took this out of the box and plugged it into my USB port, booted my Linux computer and it automatically picked up all available wireless signals. No problems connecting. Seams to have good speed.

Definitely worth the money! This will pick up a weak signal and make it strong as can be! It's really easy to install. Install the disk and make sure to update it (via their site) to the latest software version right away to insure that it will work it's best for you. It has a cord so you can move the antenna off the side of your computer or laptop. For $20 you can't beat this!

The unit works just fine, but the one I received did not include the base stand as shown in the picture.06-29-12 UpdateWant to add that this adapter is Atheros based and works with hostapd. I am currently using this on Ubuntu 12.04 as an access point among other things.

Ужасно

I relied on many great reviews on Amazon and newegg.com when making this purchase. It installed easily, and worked much better than the stock wireless adapter in my laptop. The next day, I could not get the adapter to work. I tried to reinstall the drivers with no results. I give it two stars because it did work great while it worked, and I might just have a defective one.

I have an old laptop w an old pmica wireless card which has lost signals at times and loaded websites at slow speed. I recently upgraded my router to netgear wireless N router, so I decided to try this tp-link TL-WN722N especially for its built-in antenna. Wow, this new wireless usb card pulls in 5 bar of signal at 115 Mb. WEbsites are now loaded quite quickly. Very impressed. Many thanks to those ealier posters with positive news.

Great adapter!Pros: Super easy and quick to install!! It took less than a min to install the driver from the disc. Then it quickly found my router and connected with no problems. Doesn't drop! Good price!Cons: Nothing!There are cheaper adapters out there, but if you want quality and to be connected to your wireless with no hassle there is the way to go. Worth every penny.

Going from two bars on a $60 Linksys N adapter to FIVE bars is more than impressive. My connection speeds are faster than ever, now. Definitely the best adapter I've bought in history, and definitely tells me TP-Link is who I need to make my future purchases with. Thank you for making a great adapter, at a great price.

It has my respect for two reasons. First, It pulls in a signal from somewhere, not on our acreage. And secondly, anywhere I've tried it, it has an outstanding, full five bars signal.This is paired with an AT&T 2wire wireless G router and has no loss, I can find.The Only con is you must D/L Win 7 driver from their site, which took 30 seconds to locate and download. XP and Vista drivers on disc supplied.It made my first wireless box happy, the rest remain hardwired, "for now".Simple, Painless, Secure.If you are looking for something reliable, this is currently $20 shipped to your place.Get you one.To test I had 4 secure pages and 2 different HULU channels playing and a few web pages, all open concurrently, and each was clear and fluid.

Excellent reception: a router on the first floor, computer in the basement and a few rooms apart. Comes with USB cable, so it could be put in better (for reception) place. Will buy another one for my older computer.

I've had no problems with this usb wifi adapter. Good product at a good price.It communicates with my Netgear wireless router better than the Netgear wireless adapter that I replaced !More than 30 days and hasn't skipped a beat.

I am very happy with this adapter. It's cheaper than most competitors, yet performs much better. I have a half dozen different wireless adapters in my house. I bought all different models to test them out. This TP-LINK is by far the best performer. It sees more wireless networks and maintains a better connection.It is much bigger than most USB adapters, especially with the big antenna sticking out the side. But that's the price you pay for better performance. I also had to install drivers on my Win7 64 computer. Most USB adapters are plug&play.

Worked like a charm! plugged the TPlink WN722N into the USB drive, installed the driver and browsed the internet!! Good signal strength, no dropped connection, works fine in Windows 7 home edition, 64 bit.

Worked as soon as I plugged it in. Gets a great signal and is portable. The price was very reasonable and in my experience this device works a hundred times better than some of the more expensive products out there.

I just received this today and tested it. It has a very strong signal compared to my previous buy (medialink mwn-usb54g). There's a weird sound like there's a loose part inside the usb device. I hope this will last for a long while.. until then!
