I am beginning to lose all respect for Apple. The file transfer system on the iPad is a joke. They want to make it as inconvenient as possible to transfer files from a PC (or anything else) to it. Apple wants you to use iTunes, of all things, to transfer files. This from a company that invented Drag n Drop. They also don't want to support Adobe's flash player. So once again the customer suffers.By the way, Apple should treat it's workers with a lot more respect. When workers start jumping off tall buildings, maybe you could give them a short break.

I switched from the ipad 2 tot he ipad 3, I have to say that the ipad 3 isnt much different from the ipad 2, it just has a better camera, voice to message, and a bit faster. That being said i guess I expected a little more for the new generation. But of course I still love the display and what nots. Still a great tablet (the best).

I can't begin to explain just how awesome the new iPad is. The camera is exceptional for not having a flash, the device is incredibly responsive and I love reading on it. Surfing the web is so much more fun now and all your iPod iPhone apps will run on it, just won't be as pretty or sometimes as detailed as the iPad versions. Watching movies on the larger retina display makes you feel bad for those saps watching on HD tvs.

I've been using it now for two months and no complaints. Long battery life, HD screen, and now most of my work Apps on a bigger screen. My eyes thank me. My IPhone screen is just to small when looking at plans. Works as expected.ProsBig,big,bigConsHaving to buy HD apps, again!

Certainly it was a good buy amount a lot options, immediately it arrives, after I fully charge it, I test it and probe it all its abilities, as one of the best tablet in the market.I received my Ipad at time within the promised for the seller, who did very well, I recommend him and sure will buy again.

Excellent device and simple to use.I've owned many Android tablets and none of them have been a great experience, at least not as good as the experience of using an iPad.The iPad is simply the top dog. It's smooth, simple, and elegant. The craftsmanship excels as expected from Apple.Sure, it can be pricey. But it's worth it. You will get what you pay for with an Apple product.

This is my first iPad and I must that I am impressed. It is an amazing piece of technology, very intuitive. Big tech upgrade from my Kindle Fire. Everything is better, but for the money it should be. Love it. Screen protector and smart case, I reviewed one of each, are a must.

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FOR MY NEPHEW, WHO GAVE ME HOPE WHEN I NEEDED IT. HE LOVES THIS IPAD AND SAID THAT IT WAS THE "TOP OF THE LINE". HE'S WANTED ONE FOR A WHILE NOW AND I AM GLAD I WAS ABLE TO MAKE HIM HAPPY WITH IT!

I got my iPad for use in my MBA program, which uses all eBooks. Not only do I use it for that, but I use it for most of my email and web searches. I bring it everywhere. I was worried about the cost of using it on the cell network, but virtually everywhere I go, including our community center and some restaurants, I am able to access a free wireless network.I'm disappointed that Adobe hasn't made Flash for it. I purchased QuickOffice for business productivity since there isn't a MS Office package for iPad. It's not quite the same, but it works.I haven't done anything with photos yet. Other than that, I've found that 16GB is plenty of space.

I used many tables (HTC Flyer, Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD, iPad 2) and no one comes even close to iPad 3. I hate to admit it but it is a simple truth. For what is worth.

The new iPad has a gorgeous screen with a superb resolution I don't use my laptop anymore for browsing purposes, the ease of use and the smoothness of the UI is unbeatable, I purchased an incipio NGP back protector and is great. Apple is the most valuable company in history for a reason.

It's good. Downloads can be slow. Lots of ads that aren't asked for at inappropriate times. It's always evolving and you never know if you purchased the best one.

I have wrestled with myself on spending so much on a tablet but believe me this new iPad is worth every penny I paid for it! I have had absolutely no problems with mine and I dont think I could live without it now. So if you guys are looking at the new iPad and trying to justify spending so much on a tablet, do it, you will be so happy!

Pros: excellent color. Lighter than a desktop or notebook.Cons: Cannot print except to limited number of printers (no lasers). Does not support Adobe Flash - forget most videos. Software different than regular computer. i.e. on Amazon less choices when checking out and less info about products. Touching screen does not always work and ofter works when you do not want it to. Mouse is more accurate and less mistakes. Still better than Kindle Fire but more expensive.

This is the iPad to get. If you have never owned an iPad before or are still using your 1st generation iPad, it is time to give in and buy one of these babies. The screen is beautiful. You know your nice HD tv at home? This has 1 million MORE pixels than that TV! It's got 1GB of ram, a faster A5X processor, and still manages to keep the 10 hour battery life! What more can you ask for?This is one of the best travel devices ever. Load it up with some games, movies, music, magazines and even books! You can travel internationally and not have to worry about running out of battery mid flight. I love my iPad and it will continue to go with me on every flight I make to keep me entertained.

Waited until the new ipad came out and really pleased with the great things it can do. No more carrying piles of paper to meetings as all files, emails and attachments can be stored on ipad. Getting to internet is easy and photos look great.

The new screen is great. It is vibrant and has such high resolution. Also, the processor is much better. Apart from that, I am very disappointed with the Ipad 3. I have programmed ~700 of these things for my job at a local high school. The UX is sub-par. The touch-screen doesn't work well at all. There's my two cents.

I didn't buy the first and second generation iPads because I didn't like the resolution. I opted for the Kindle DX instead which is more suitable for reading. But the newest generation iPad has a better resolution and smoothness of text compared to the first and second generation iPads and it's much better than the Kindle DX reading device. The only issue is the screen glaring which is not comfortable if sitting nearby the light source.IMHO it's worth to upgrade from iPad two if you read a lot of text and watch HD videos on netflix. For other uses like occasional browsing, reading emails and gaming: The iPad 2 is a good option for a lower price.
