I was afraid of buying this because I wanted to buy the Apple Care product protection. After contacting Apple, I was told if the serial number doesn't come back clean, I won't be able to purchase the Apple Care. This was such a good deal I was scared it might not be true, but it was!! The IPAD was originally purchased at Target which is a certified seller of IPads. I was able to purchase my Apple Care just fine and I also saved 200.00 off the retail price of a 128gb! Fantastic deal and I am in love with my IPAD!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I'm satisfied but I don't know the purpose or what is the retina display. Please explain me the use of Retina display and where I can learn more of using my Ipad.

Bought this as I've wanted one for ages but because of the cost was unable to afford a new one. This one was as good as new. I'm slowly getting to know my iPad and working out how "Apple" works. No complaints about the iPad to date. Prompt shipping and arrived in near new condition.

Bought for my sister, a gift. The second I bought. The first is for my wife. The screen looks amazing! High quantity. Even after my baby step on the screen, it still works no problem.

Bought for my husband. He likes it very much. He was very frustrated to have to shift from Blackberry phone which he loved to Motorola Droid. His place of employment no longer supported the Blackberry device. This IPad 4 is much more user friendly and he can use it for everything except the phone calls for which he still uses the Droid phone.

I appreciate ipad design and great content especially the possibility to be connected everywhere with possibility of listenning radios and watching TV worlldwide. I will recommend ipad to all my contacts. Great job!

The new iPad is certainly a step ahead of any of it's competitors right now. I have owned one since June and have used it almost every single day since I have gotten it. If you take anything from this review it is that you should invest in protecting your iPad. I use the Zagg Invisible Shield HD and the STM Grip Case (i have reviewed both).Pros:-Portability allows you to always take it with you-Ridiculously Long Battery Life. Apple boasts a 10 hour battery life and with brightness adjustment it could certainly last longer.-Retina Display (HD videos and apps are stunning)-Front and back Camera great for Skyping/Photos-Smart cover saves the sleep button from overuse/malfunction-Speak to type feature is there but more of a novelty feature-Great for notetaking/school-New Apps released often including free apps-Many many shortcuts make it stand out such as a quick mute feature-Notification bar is great a great way to receive facebook messages/twitter mentions*Siri to be released soon exclusively on the new iPad.*iCloud feature that I have not used at all do to slow internetCons:-Apple's touch screen keyboard is awkward and the biggest complaint i have (Docked or Split).-The built in speaker is okay but could be louder in my opinion-If overused the battery section of the iPad can be hot to the touch (can be negated with case).-May end up spending a lot on pricey apps (225,000 in App Store) so look into jailbreaking-Rear Camera is high quality but front camera not so much-Can promote carpal tunnel syndrome (Stylus can help)-No USB or SD Card slot-Limited to Skyfire Browser's Flash capabilitiesFavorite Apps by Category:Game Apps:-DreamLeague (Soccer app)-Peggle HD-Words With Friends HD-Fruit Ninja HDSocial Apps:-Facebook-Twitter-SkypeBrowsers:-Skyfire Browser (For Flash Videos)-Safari is my go to browser otherwise-Have heard Chrome is fast but have not tried itStreaming Apps:-Netflix-Amazon Instant Video-WatchESPNMiscellaneous Apps:-Alien Blue (Reddit)-Notability (Taking Notes with a stylus)-iBooks (Reading books you can get for free off the internet ;) )Lastly, SHORTCUTS. The new iPad has many shortcuts such as swiping with 4 fingers to switch between apps or quickly adjust brightness. Look into all the shortcuts that the new iPad features so you do not have to slowly learn them on your own like i did.****If you have any questions or comments i would love to hear it****

I received the IPAD it was fairly easy to be up and running. I really enjoy using it my computer was an XPERIA so needed to be replaced and so I am happy

Just one of millions who LOVE this tablet. Just the right size, not too small (although I do also own an iPod and iPhone) and not too large, but just right. I had first bought a Nexus tablet thinking I'll save a little $, but now that I have this iPad mini, I can say that was the wrong strategy because the Apple is sooooo much better that the Gooooogle.

I'm still learning what I can do with it but I'm having fun. It's last years model, but was 150 bucks less so I was able to buy a network wireless printer for the difference. I'm very happy with the product and the seller.

Bought it as a gift for my sister and brother in law as a anniversary gift and they love it... about me i just love to sneak it and use... i just love the grt look and performance of the ipad mini... and its like ipad air for less price but in small screen size....

had purchased a kindle fire hd 8.9 because of the good ratings and it was about 200 less than the ipad each with the 32G memory. I used it for about 2 weeks. I found it not as intuitive and the learning curve, while not bad, was a bit more cumbersome to learn to use. Also it was one more operating system I would have to understand and use. I have an iphone 5, which replace my 4. The iphone is easy to use, all kinds of apps (though I dont use many, its nice to know they are available). I have handle the ipad before from relatives etc and they seemed nice and all, but not much different from the iphone and wondered why the fuss. At the time, I just couldnt see spending the bigger bucks for the iPad. I found out differently. While the Kindle does everything it says it does, I returned it and ordered this ipad. I feel now that it is definitely worth the extra. It has the same sharp image with the retina display as the kindle and I would say even better. Since I travel a lot and have satelite for TV at home, I use a vulkano (like sling box) to view my DVR recordings and live tv stations from home. The Kindle did an OK job, but the iPad is superior with that task. the app for kindle worked, had to pay extra for it and the operating system handled it OK but every 30 to 40 minutes it would drop the connection. The ipad app was free and rock solid, so far. I had used the iphone for several years, and using the iPad is as comfortable with familiar icons and function. It has a little larger screen, ease of use, more apps, and accessories than kindle which made me spring for the extra dollars. I am very happy with my decision.

I love Apple products, and and mini i Pad is without a doubt a classic. I bought it as a gift which I generally do because people always like it. This is also with Retina Display.

In the family we have the iPad, Kindle fire, Samsung Galaxy and Goggle Nexus 7 tablets. So having used all four brands here is my take on the iPad.Pros:Very fast.Excellent for surfing the web and navigating around apps.User friendly.Very Good battery life.Malware free worries.Good speaker volumes.Good for game apps.Bluetooth.Even pixation.Plenty of accessories online for it.Front and back cameras.Cons:Not the best Colors even with retina display. I wish that they were as vivid as Kindle fire HD for video streaming.Screen loves fingerprints.Cost more.Does not support SD memory card (Only Samsung Galaxy does of the four brands that I have used).Costly brand power adapter.Does not use a universal power adapter like all the other brands. You can not use a universal usb micro cable to charge it from your laptop. You are sucked into buying a new brand adapter, if you forget the brand power adapter at home on a trip.Unlike the other brand tablets, you can not recharge the Ipad with a universal cigarette power adapter from your car or with a universal usb micro cable connected to your laptop.As it is the tablet is already costly enough, why make more money from users if they forget their power adapter?Recommend for surfing the web or using game apps.Not the best for online video streaming. Kindle Fire beats them all for online streaming of videos.Recommend the following products:1.ZAGGKeys PROfolio+ Bluetooth Keyboard for iPAD Gen 4.2.Skinomi TechSkin ultraclear screen protector for iPAD Gen 4.

Arrived fast and after charging there hasn't been a single issue with it. Definitely recommend a case for it if you take it with you everywhere you go.

This was a purchase for my mother. She has already gotten hours of enjoyment and I expect she will for years to come. Awesome buy for the price and with 64gb. She will have a unit that's usable for a long time to come.

I've been using the iPad 1 almost from the day it came out, and its been fine. I knew it was decent hardware but I never felt like it could be a major part of my life. Enter the mini with retina. This this is amazing. CRAZY fast performance and the perfect size to carry with me at all times. It's everything I know the iPad line had the ability to live up to. I'm super happy with this purchase.

Ok - wasn't what I expected... Heavy, hangs up sometimes, not as responsive to stylus as I'd like. Beautiful display though and lots of space!
