The mini arrived and used 2-3 days then returned for full refund to put toward an Ipad w/ret. Mini way to small for my 60+ eyes. The service was very commendable with regards to the purchase and return. Amazon 2 day is remarkable. The $80+ per year is worth every penny!

I am sooooooooo happy with my iPad! Everything went smooth from paying for it and getting it on time. I had to sell an iPad when I was unemployed and I missed it. I purchased an iPad mini and was less than satisfied with it. I decided to purchase a regular sized iPad and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!!!!

This came quickly, as described new condition works perfect best valve love to use it to watch movies and teach my patients on health care. I got adapter hdmi to hook to TV for this reason. I also bought two year warranty just in case as my other I pad has cracked screen with no insurance. I would buy more if needed.thanks for great product and service.

I knew I was going to love this piece of electronics because I had seen one that my grandson had. (I'm 83!) I'm having a little trouble getting started with it, got myself a Manual online that is helping me a lot. It's a bit different from the PC that I'm used to, but I can see lots of fun ahead for me. Now to find the time to play with it! Thank you, Amazon, for a very good price on this.

I have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE SINCE THE VERY FIRST DAY THAT I RECEIVED THIS IPAD!! It crashes for the simplest of reasons and is just a complete headache! I do not know or understand what the problem is seeing as though I have reset this contraption more than once and still deal with the same issues! I wish that I had paid closer attention to the return date because I definitely would have asked for another iPad or a refund!! Just overall disappointed and frustrated.

This was an incredible help for us as a family. We have a daughter with Autism and although she is high functioning, as any parent of a special needs child knows, life holds many challenges for special needs families.The iPad came in the box ready to go. I simply plugged it into the wall and the wifi picked up all the tablet needed to know. This made life easier for me. It connected right to my iTunes account and I was easily able to share her special apps.We use it mainly to calm her, and direct her with terrific apps such as ChoiceWorks and other learning tools. She began communicating much better and when we are out, we bring it with the headphones so she can listen to music. We have noticed a decrease in frustrating meltdowns.I use it often as well, for writing and for other work related things I do that needs a computer on the go. ALl of my desktop programs have apps that I can access and upload via the iPad. I truly love it.

My wife went on a business trip to south-America visiting companies. She wrote all notes in the iPad. On her way back, the iPad spontaneously showed an error (without doing absolutely anything other than turn it on) "This iPad is disabled" and asked to wait for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes all was gone. It started as if the iPad was new. I went to the iPad store and they said that they don't know why this happened and that they have no way to recover any data. All was lost. The best they could do is to exchange it for a different one. The lost data was worth so much more than the iPad.I think is unacceptable that this tablet may destroy the user's data and according to the Apple store employees, there's nothing wrong with it. If the operating system has a problem, user's data should not be deleted, even if it has to start cold.This is the second iPad we have and the second to fail. The first one, a first generation, just stopped charging and we had to pay Apple to exchange it for a different one.The lesson we learned is that this devices may be good for music, photos or any other unimportant tasks, but to me, they are toys.I wouldn't rely on this tablet on anything important.Update: It did it again. I went to an Apple store and they exchanged it. The employee at Apple said that they never saw this failure before. I hope the replaced unit works fine, but anyway we will just trust the important notes to pen and paper.

It's got every thing I need and the apps work really well that I have installed so far. Am using the iPad with a wireless "bore scope" and it is wonderful for this use and pictures too. The weight vs the iPad Air are not an issue for my uses and I didn't need those other extras.

We were against buying an iPad because of the cost and seemingly "blind" following of all things Apple. We both have iPhones, but only because my husband's company pays for our cell phone plan (though we are happy with those). Living in Austin, TX, all we hear about is Apple products because of their offices here.My family purchased us an Asus Tablet that works with the Andorid platform, so we were happy with the apps and overall use. I used it mostly for reading Kindle books, and he used it for reading the news. My company bought all of its employees iPads this past fall, and we simply fell in love with it...to the point we were having problems sharing it. The browsing speed is so much faster, and we can stream videos for hours without the battery losing even 50% of its capacity. It is also nice to sync it with our email accounts and iTunes, and it was easier to respond to emails using the iPad versus the Asus. We also enjoyed taking pictures with it. iPhones take better quality pictures, but the iPad works fine for still images and decent lighting. Taking video is also easy, and we can text message pics and links between out iPad and other cell phones.About 6 weeks later, I bought this iPad (which was a great deal compared to buying it in the store). While I use my iPad for email, Twitter, Facebook, Skype, and watching shows on Hulu and Netflix, my husband uses his all the time for browsing the news and streaming videos. The apps are limitless, and the computing speed is so fast.This is great for anyone with existing Apple products or the person who has nothing Apple related. We were disbelievers, and now we understand what all the hype is about. You won't find us standing in line for the next release, but we wouldn't rule out buying another one some day. We are fiscally responsible people, and I doubted spending the money...but it was worth it!

I ordered this item assuming it would come in less than par condition. I was wrong. Even though the description said "used", it was much better. There wasn't a single scratch nor dent on the screen or outer casing. Although, the shipping took a week and I half I realize that is out of the sellers control. 10/10 would buy from again.

what more is there to say... it's an ipad. It came on time, it still works, and it has enough space for everything I do with it (light music comp in garageband, browsing, photos/videos, and watching netflix and other streaming services). I'm confident in a few years it'll still be available to pass down to my son when he turns 4-5 for drawing and playing educational games.

This was my first IPAD. So, far I've enjoyed using it...It has many features...I did buy a book, IPAD for seniors..and it has helped a lot. The book has made be aware of the many, many features loaded on this IPAD. I'm still in the learning process. Bought it for travel, still learning how to use it. Don't like doing Facebook or gmail on it as well as my desk top, but have a vacation in May and will be forced to use it. Takes great pictures and vidoes. I am not an electronic fan and I bought it because my son and law said I needed it not a cheap travel tablet. So far so good,

The retina display is genius! It's the most significant improvement to any iPad, and separates the 3 from the 2 more than any other release. I read exclusively on electronic devices, so I'd been thinking about upgrading to the retina display for a long time. I finally sold my 32gb iPad 2 to buy a "Used-Very Good" 16gb iPad 3 for a $21 net cash outlay. At about $300 the "Used-Very Good" iPad 3 is the best iPad value out there right now. (As of this writing its 2 models away from the current iPad Air)

I purchased this iPad in May 2013 for my wife. She began using it in June. By August it was already giving her trouble - the "slide to unlock" switch was not responding. The iPad could only be launched by closing and re-opening the magnetic cover I had also bought.Then it began acting weirdly. It self-launched the Notebook and began printing an endless chain of letters - Fffvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv... Next it self-launched the FaceTime screen.We took it to an Apple store for repair. When the technician keyed in the serial number on his own screen, he found that this particular iPad had been manufactured in 2011 AND SOLD IN DECEMBER 2012 - five months before I purchased it !!I can only conclude that the original customer returned it to Amazon, which fraudulently resold it to me as a new iPad without having properly repaired it.Fortunately, the Apple store replaced it for free.

Amazing. We love it. THE ONLY TABLET TO EVER BUY! Imitators can't even come close.Incredible battery lifesuper fast and responsiveyou can feel the quality once you hold it in your handthe RETINA DISPLAY is AMAZING!!!! Never go back to a regular display after using itwith apple TV you can steam content from your iPAD to your TV in real time. Pictures, Movies, music, games etc...I would recommend this tablet to ANYONE. You can't go wrong with this device. You will NOT be disappointed. Their is a reason why Apple is the industry leader and it's because of devices like this. Don't fall for cheaper imitators and look a likes. Nothing compares to the iPad.

It is not new at all to say this, but having tried several tablets out there this is the one to use. While I am not crazy with some of the changes in iOS7, that is just software which can be, and hopefully will be, fixed. Battery life is bar none the best I have seen, available apps are unexpectedly abundant and for the most part quality.I use mine for reading and a lot of video, and the new display is excellent. Very easy to read with no eye strain and video looks amazing. Which is quite the compliment considering I usually get standard definition and not high definition video, so even at the worst quality it still looks great.If you want a tablet device, go with the iPad. Its worth the money.

Product was not as described and when tried to return or exchanged the unscrupulous seller wanted to charge 60 % of the price of the article on """"re stocking"""" fees. I assume a back garage operation that needed extensive amount of administrative work to receive the article back.Never buy from them if you want some type of warranty or fair return practices

To clarify, my WIFE loves it, I am not an Apple fan, they are too 'elite' for me. I was concerned that a new OS would be difficult for me to learn and that I would not be able to provide tech support. However, this device is a breeze to use, my only issue is the combined settings 'app' for all the apps, I am not used to that feature. Smooth graphics, installs many free programs through the app store, downloaded all the previously bought music from ITunes. Downloaded iCloud to my Windows computer at home and can sync all her Firefox bookmarks onto the Safari browser. I even downloaded Netflix, Amazon, Gmail, and Google Maps to deliver content in a more accustomed manner to the lady. I hope she likes it!

Bought this for my husband as a surprise for Christmas gift during the Black Friday promotion. It's a great product and because it came from an authorized Apple dealer, I was able to purchase Apple Care with no problem. The iPad did not come with a SIM card which I thought it would have. I contacted the vendor directly and got a response within a few hours of how to get one from AT&T. There was no charge for the SIM card. My husband loves it!
