This iPad is simply amazing,the picture it is so clear. The controls are all very convenient. I like all the features it has too. Just another great apple product. I have a iMac too. This is just for traveling with me everywhere I go. It matches up with my iMac and my iPhoneyou could say we are an apple family except I also have two laptops that are not apple. I enjoy computers and the technology they bring.

I decided to consolidate my digital life from my 3DS, Android Tablet and a few other gadgets into the new iPad. I ended up selling all that other stuff to pay for the $499 iPad that I bought at Best Buy. I'm typically an Android guy as I own the Droid Bionic and have only used Android phones since the original Droid. The only experience I had with iOS was with a second generation iPod touch I bought 3 to 4 years back that I enjoyed.My experience with the new iPad has been very positive. The battery life is fantastic, the screen is so enjoyable to read news articles and watch TV shows through Netflix and other streaming software. I've had two tablets before the iPad (Galaxy Tab and HP Touchpad) and iPad is the only device I've actually wanted to watch HD shows on. In almost all cases, anything I watched on my iPad seemed just as sharp and colorful as my HDTV and much sharper than my laptop screen. Top it off the device is quiet with no mechanical fans running in the background so your watching experience is really luxury stuff. I would note the external speaker is nothing special and that any type of TV or movie watching should be accompanied by a nice set of comfy headphones.iOS in many ways doesn't seem all that different at the core from when I had my 2nd gen iPod touch. It seems Apple has taken a more evolutionary approach to iOS while Google has tried to take giant leaps in user interface design. (Ice Cream Sandwich). In many ways however this has boded well for Apple. the A5X processor (pretty much the same as an A5 just optimized for retina) tears through the menus with elegance and smoothness unlike anything in the market. That type of smoothness in transitions creates an experience where you stop caring about the clockspeeds and dual cores and ram and just concentrate on what you're doing which eases my techy brain into a calm state.I wanted to also note that the heating "problem" people seem to have doesnt' bother me. I rarely heats up and when it does it's just a tad warm nothing more. I recently put it in leather-ish case for protection reasons that seems to have reduced the heat on my hands as well. The battery charge time isn't a big deal to me because I charge my devices overnight and the slight change in heft is laughable as my last tablet (HP Touchpad) was a blimp in comparison.Ultimately to sum it up, the screen has made this device superior in many ways to almost every device I have in my apartment. It's THE screen to use when watching video and reading and it's super sharp and clear. The software support on iOS is the best of the best and the slick transitions make this a great device for almost anybody wants a great computing device when in bed, on the couch or on the go. Highly recommended.

I went from the original Ipad to this model and it's an incredible difference. I was convinced that I no longer needed an ipad at all as I never used mine anymore, but my wife needed one to use at work and we went with this most recent model. The resolution is incredible, very lightweight, and so much quicker than the original... Now I want one for myself while she's using hers for work!

I am thrilled with my refurbished iPad 3. It arrived several days ahead of schedule which was a nice plus. And, it was in perfect condition--looked like it was brand new! And the price was very reasonable. I absolutely love it!

Great Ipad. I Love it and the retina display is awesome. No issues at all. Shipping was fast. 128 gb of memory is great for lots of games and music.

First off this is a great product and has endless things you can do for productivity and for fun. Second I did not buy this product from Amazon because of two reasons, 1. At the time when I was ready to purchase the 128gb cellular version it was going for a 1000 dollars plus on this website, when apple stores and bestbuy stores were selling this for $929 plus tax. 2. Some of the reviews suggested the seller was actually sending people used iPads when paying clearly buying "new" products.Anyways, I love it, its fast, easy to use. You get what you basically put into it, the app store is amazing with so many things that make this ipad great. I can not believe I did not own one sooner.The only thing I can not figure out how to do is, is be able to send multiple attachments within a email. I hope some new application or apple fixes this issue. Its easy to do one at a time, but its not efficient. It seems like a common problem and question that is asked i noticed when googling this issue.My iPad has had none of the issues addressed earlier. It gets great wifi signal all the time and the 3G works great also. I am glad I got this instead of a Android based Tablet.

I like this iPad very much! It is fast, and it arrived in very good condition, no scratches, no evidence of misuse at all. It did have the previous user's Facebook account stuff still on it. I had to take all that stuff off, and it had several updates that were under her name and password. I had to call Apple tech support to get those removed. Other than that, I couldn't be any happier with this iPad.

Sorry I couldn't review this purchase previously. I had to wait until I could give it to my wife for an anniversary gift to know how she liked it.She is enjoying exploring its many capabilities, and shouldn't exhaust that research any time soon. Well worth the price.
