I returned this product because the sound quality just couldn't compare to my broken beats audio in ear headphones i was trying to replace. There wasn't any problem other than lack of bass

The box looked pretty sketchy, but other than that it was great! The Klipsch Image S4i lived up to my expectations, the sounds is definitely worth its price.

Worked great for about 3 weeks then one of the ear buds stopped working. Returning them and not quite sure we will replacing it. For the price I'm disappointed it wouldn't last a whole lot longer.

great headphones, isolates outside noise so even at the lowest volume all you hear is what you're listening to. cord construction eliminates tangling, so its easy to store.

i got this product from amazon almost one month ago
delivered quickly
before i had the round cable version of the same product
sound quality is almost same as good as that one no any problem
for the flat cable:
pros: more durability, almost no cable tangle
cons: it is little hard means less flexibility and always protrude out in front of your chest
note: for the the excess cable i used a cable wrapper from my Sony earphones earphones it helps a little but to some limited extent.i welcome the flat cable but i like it to be more flexible if possible.

Sound is very similar to the original s4i (I can't tell the difference having just switched to the s4i II). The build seems stronger with beefier cables and reinforcements at the junction points. While this is welcome (I bought these new ones because the connection between the ear piece and the cable broke) the new cables have a fair bit of cable noise.

Or I hope it was. Returned it and got a bose headset as well. Not to happy with that one either. I need a headset with a way better mic.

I've owned a number of earphones and earbuds in the past, but these are superior to what I've had, but heck they should be, I paid a $100 for them at the time, but appear to be well worth the $$ after having them a couple of weeks.

Klipsch has improve the headphones from the first gen. These are twice as stronger then ever. The wires no longer tangles and the wires can take a beating. The headphone jack is also serverly reinforce and it is 3 times thicker then the first gen. Huge difference from the first gen. Sound quality is still awsome and it's great for EDM and pop and rock. The bass is awsome from mids to highs especially when I play dudstep.

These headphones sound great and the controller works very well. There is minimal noise and the controls work very well with the iPhones Siri app.

The MK II offer the same sound experience than their predecessor, having much better cabling (I had negative experience with two different pairs of MK I).

i love these earphones! the sound and base are surprisingly good for the price! i take my music sound seriously but don't want to pay $300 for it.. this is the way to go!

Purchased these headphones and expected great quality. They felt comfortable and I was happy with the sound. After exactly one month with these things the left headphone's sound was completely cut out. The wire had come loose from the ear bud. I can't return it now and I am stuck with half functioning $100 headphones. DO NOT BUY.

These earphones have poor sound quality. Plus they don't stay in your ears even with the extra buds they provide. Terrible bass. Extreme highs. Much to bright for my taste.

Like the flat cord, like the controls, sound is good but I like better bass response. But on the positive my hearing will be better without it.

I purchased my S4i headphones over a year ago and couldn't be happier. I've owned V-moda and Shure and the S4s have crisper sound. The bass is strong, but not overbearing and the iPhone controls are simple to use. If you buy, you'll be glad you did!

I just upgraded to these after losing my Munitio earbuds. Item came in 1 business day and upon initial use, the sound quality is AMAZING.
