These have to be some of the best earbuds that I have ever worn. They are light, compact, and the sound quality is simply incredible for around 50 dollars. The only problem is that if you use them with a laptop, and it pushes the connector up a little, the sound is either really fuzzy, or the earbuds disconnect. (Tested with MacBook pro late 2008). I will continue to use and love these until they wear out.

Great in-ear headphones, without additional frills or sponsor endorsement to increase the price. The remote mic and control works very well. I have never had a problem using the mic hanging naturally during phone calls. Although there is an android version, the mic still works and you can start/stop tracks and advance tracks with the remote.

I love these headphones (and I've tried a lot of headphones). I'm not an audiophile, but I'm picky when it comes to headphones in a number of ways. The build on these headphones are great, they have a nice sleek grey/black matte wire, which I believe will hold out longer than the regular thin wires. The buds actually fit me! I didn't know that'd be a problem, but apparently I have small ears and alot of headphones don't make buds custom to them. The sound quality is great, clear and crisp. The noise isolation is amazing, it took me a little getting used to, but I love this feature on a crowded train. Most important, the remote makes changes to the music more accessible, and they give you great control. The only feature I see lacking is rewind or fast forward, but that's not a big deal to me.
However, what got me to writing this review and what completely sealed the deal for me was their customer service. My headphones actually busted out on me after 6 months, the evil one side stopped playing. Their website tells you to go to the retailer that you had purchased to work things out, but they also provided an e-mail address. I figured I'd go the e-mail route. A few days later someone contacted me asking for proof of purchase. I sent it. Next day, they started an order for a brand new pair of headphones to be sent to me. 2 days later it was received by me. That is what I call, amazing customer service. In attaining this wonderful customer service however, I'd recommend making sure that they are an authorized dealer, which you can find the list on the klipsch website. And keeping the receipt! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

After using Klipsch Image S4i-II for a couple of months, I think it provides good sound at a decent price point. Comfortable and great for daily use when on public transport, no issues with entangled cables.

I was very surprised to listen to these after all the positive reviews. I bought them to replace a pair of 3-year-old S4i's that the cords are failing on. Compared to my S4i's, these sound very muffled. The low end is fine, but there is no "air" at all on the high frequency sounds like cymbals.

The sound quality is outstanding, especially for the price, however durability is seriously lacking. I will be making my second warranty claim in 6 months. These headphones are outstanding while they last, but it would be a miracle if they lasted an entire year. I thought I might have just been too rough the headphones after my first pair stopped working, and was much more careful with the replacement ones but after just 3 months, the left ear stopped working. Honestly these headphones would be outstanding, but the durability is seriously holding them back. Thankfully, Klipsch offers a 2-year warranty, but mailing headphones back to Klipsch every 3-4 months is getting old.

Were not as great as older paid of klipsch earphones. Controls did not work on android (i know it says for select apple devices but the volume up and down keys usually work across devices). Not the best sound. And cord was very long. Too long.

I was very excited to wear these headphones, as I had similar ones in the past, but this model fell far short of my expectations
Ear fit: every single piece included with the earbuds falls out of my ear with the slightest head movement. I can't even walk without fixing them constantly
Weight: the weight of the cord is too great for the fit inside my ear, so the wight itself pulls the earbuds out.
Sound: after burning in the earbuds for approx. 15 hours at 75% volume, they still don't sounds as nice as my old apple headphones.
Also, whenever you rub the cord against ANYTHING, it sounds like an earthquake in your ear.
The length of the cord is far longer than it needs to be, and wobbles around all the time. Im not trying to listen to music i a separate room from my device, it just sits in my pocket.
Bottom-line: these headphones are essentially unusable, and i highly regret buying them. it was a waste of 30$

Very much liked these. Cable broke at the plug, because of too much stress I put on them. Just bought another pair, because they're great. Neutral sounding, but they are the only headphones where I actually feel the music: crisp, clear, and the bass vibrates your ear, excellent. Highly recommend.

I've been a fan of Klipsch headphones since discovering them a few years ago. I'm no music conneisseur, but I find that the sound quality and comfort is excellent. Other headphones can't compete. When I listen to music, I like to turn it up, feel the bass, and not be distracted by the pain of chunky pieces of plastic in my ears. These do a great job of outside noise cancellation, with or without music on. I've never had headphones with the microphone/remote piece, but I find that now I can't live without it; now when I answer calls and skip songs I don't have to fumble around. At the gym the ear buds do a pretty good job of staying put.
My only disappointment with Klipsch headphones in the past is that they did not take wear and tear well. These headphones seem to be less flimsy (especially around joints), although I will now be storing my headphones in the convenient little fabric pouch Klipsch has started including.

At the price range that klipsch is selling them for, there are alot of new and upcoming brands and products that are better. Admittedly without any discount, this would not have offered the best value for money. If there is an option, this would have been more a 3.5 star then a 4.
So far, the product have held up although just by looking at them, they don't inspire confidence. Microphone is clear. They are quite comfortable in ears even after wearing them for long periods. They are generally targeted not for audiophiles but for the average user and a very slight upgrade from apples earpods. Bass is decent, microphonics is below average worn straight down without a clip although isolation is not that bad. The case could've been better. I prefer the older metal tin case, the new soft case are rather pedestrian and indicative of a cost saving exercise.

Product completely stopped working after 3 months of regular use. Neither seller (T.R.G which is NOT an authorized dealer ) or the Klipsch company stands by its product. For the money go Bose.

I bought my first set and was happy; they fit great, controls are nice, sound is good. Then I started to get the occasional dropout in sound which I put down to cable noise or ambient sound. Then the controls failed, then the sound dropped out with every movement. This was in less than 2 months of owning them.
Amazon was great, refunded me amount and sent a second pair... which I was again happy with until the same issues arose in less than 2 months. This seems to be symptomatic to this model from klipsch, which is sad, because they could be great.
In all, they are great headphones if you think the price justifies and exceptionally short lifespan.

Worked pretty well for a few months before the right headphone stopped working. Pretty disappointed with the quality of this product

While not ideal for active / athletic use (will easily come out of your ears), these headphones are great for the office. The noise isolating rubber help block out office noise. The controls on the cord are great for skipping songs as well. The headset does make for a comfortable hands free calling experience, although I find a tend to talk a bit louder than normal from the noise isolating aspect of the headphones.

The sound quality of these is great and they are comfortable to wear. However one of the ear buds stopped working within the first two months. I did not abuse them and put them back in the supplied zipper case when not in use. I used them in the gym everyday with an I phone in my pocket. Amazon as always was quick to fix the problem and gave me a full refund.

This set of headphones only worked for two months for me. I purchased them in April. Two days ago, while i was listening to a podcast they just stopped working. I can hear music, but the words and alert sounds are not audible. I checked my phone, the sound was fine without the headphones or with another pair of headphones. Just want to point out that I purchased mine through Amazon.com, not an unauthorized seller.

These headphones just stopped working after about six months of very careful use. It took two phone calls and an email to Klipsch for them to tell me they refuse to honor the 2 year warranty the product supposedly came with. Terrible product and terrible customer service. I'll never be buying Klipsch again.

Bought them about a year ago and they were my first "expensive" pair of headphone. I was tired of crappy 10 dollar headphone which always broke after a week or one would always stop working. So I did a little research and watched some reviews on YouTube and all directions brought me to these headphones for the price and sound. I am by no means an audiophile nor will I pretend to be, but I love listening to my music they way the content creators would want you to hear it. These headphones sound really good and are super durable. Funny story actually, I thought I had lost these headphones (I was pretty upset) but turns out they were stuck in my jean pocket and got washed in the washing machine. When I saw what had happened, I was literally going to throw them out because I was almost sure the water damage would have got them for good but nope. I tried them out and everything still works PERFECTLY. They still sound like day 1 and the microphone still works. These are by far the best in ear headphones I have used. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants good sound for decent price.

When I came upon this product, I thought I would be amazed. I read lots of reviews online and it all rated the "best bang for the buck". When I bought it and tested it out, I was a bit disappointed. I am a audiophile. I want the best quality I can get from my money.
I ended up returning this product.
PROS:
-9/10 bass
-8/10 mids
-comfortable oval shaped buds
-includes a case
-does not get tangled at all
CONS:
-The treble is way too high. At times, when a singer sings a word with the letter "s" or "c" its painful and too sharp. I have tried adjusting it with my equalizer, doesn't help.
-For those audiophiles out there, some earphones gives of a high pitch ring when music is played through the earphones. These S4i II does the same.
-Personally, I like earbuds with big drivers. This, in my opinion, is too small for me.
-LOTS of cord noise while walking.
The best earbuds I ever had was the Sony HPM-70. But don't take my word for it. This is just my opinion. I like earbuds that have a big radius where the sound comes through.

Великолепно
I travel a ton for work and really appreciate the noise cancelling comfort. I used these on a trip to Perth AU and was able to sleep through babies crying and excited vacationers. The sounds is excellent as well and the choice of sizes makes them extremely comfortable and well fitting.
