What can you say about a cordless phone? It works, it's fine. I bought it so I could plug in a headset and be hands free. It's light weight, programmable.

Always recharges. That means a lot as we have had cordless phones that didn't. Good audio; haven't mastered all the ops but that is me not the phone.

Phone book has only 50 entries.menus are not very easy to access, could have been much simpler.good for the price..

The phone has excellent clarity, and for the most part, easy to use. However, there is one feature on how to erase missed calls that I haven't figured out yet, Other than that I am very pleased with the phone

Satellite phones continually lost contact with the base phone. Sound is okay. No conference button. Notebook is hard to use.

I cannot tell you how much I HATE this phone! All my life (since the age of 12) I have used Panasonic cordless phones (I am now 30) and have always loved them and refused to use anything else. This phone system is the worst ever!! If you have ANY background noise, the phone completely cuts out...meaning you can't hear the other person and they can't hear you. It is very similar sounding to a cell phone with poor reception. All of the phones in this system do this, and it isn't just mine with the problem...Panasonic tried telling me this is a known issue with all cordless units that have extra handsets that don't plug into the wall but communicate wirelessly with the main base. UM NO! I have tried 3 other brands and none of them do this, as well as replaced this system 3 times and every single one does it. I have 3 children and a dog...my home is never perfectly silent, therefore these phones are useless. They can't even handle the TV in the background. Other than that, I love the layout, the feeling of the phones, their range is incredible, and battery life is awesome...but still 1 star since I can't use them. I donate most things I don't use, but I can't see putting this frustration on another person so I trashed them.

Easy to program and use. Great tone quality and Its sturdy!! I plan on buying two more sets for the house and expanding them to cover other parts of the office as well.

Great phone but much more complicated than what I am accustomed to. It doesn't have speed dial--which I knew about in advance. So I have to go back to the directory to find all numbers I don't readily know. However, on the plus side, it does have great range! I'm able to actually carry the phone out into my yard which was impossible with my last phone. It is also one of the few phones that allows a headset which I use constantly for hands-free use. I probably paid a bit more than I could have paid in stores but the handsfree capacity was important as was not having an answering machine attached.I'll just need more time with the instructions.

I am impressed with this phone. It has exceptional battery life and good sound. It also has a place for a headset to attach which is a key feature for me. I like being able to talk while having my hands free to do whatever else I need to.I liked it enough to order a couple more for my home and studio.

So as not to repeat positive comments already available, just read and believe D. Dawson's review of 2010, a very complete and, in my view, an accurate review. I would add that the range is superb, 450 feet through woods with usable quality, but slightly scratchy. Also, available functions will change depending on what mode the phone is in. For example, there is no dedicated hold button, but the hold function comes alive when making a call and is available through the menu button. This is not that difficult but needs to be remembered.The comparison table Amazon shows indicates this model does not have a speaker. This is in error and for those who rely on second hand specifications, beware. Manufacturers' specs are usually easily found and more reliable.All in all, a great phone with some practical customizing features.

Like display window VERY much. Had difficulty learning to use large round button and "soft" buttons to navigate phone book easily and effectively. Expect I will get used to it - it's not difficult, just confusing (to me). Everything else on Panasonic Digital Cordless Phone is excellent.

This phone is easy to set up and has some great features (caller id, speed dial, speakerphone), but the volume (not ringer) in the hear piece needs to be louder.

These phones worked great for a little while, but then, we had one phone's battery go dead and wouldn't recharge. it wasn't long before the second one did the same thing.

These phones are excellent, with perfect sound quality. I've owned Panasonic phones before and really liked them, but these are superbly superior to their previous models. Well worth the money.

I have had this phone for only a few months and both handsets have had trouble charging from the beginning. One has failed totally, and the other one is close to death. I tried getting replacement batteries, and that did not work. The sound quality is also not great -- not terrible, but troublesome. I'm pretty unhappy with these phones, and am going to look for another brand.

Very convenient to use. Sound excellent. Phone list and ring toones were programmed very easily. Decent price. We're happy with the system.
