Великолепно

These phones were easy to set up and work great. We live in an old two story farmhouse and the phones work well all around the house. The only problem we have had is if the volume is set too high the voices sound weird.

This replaced a similar Panasonic cordless phone which we had for 10 years, and liked very much. This new cordless phone system is even better, with an easier-to-access phone book and better sound quality. The price was also very reasonable. I would highligh recommend it to anyone in need of a cordless phone system with multiple outlets.

The price was right, so I shouldn't really complain, but the sound quality was better with my old phones. There's a tinny quality to the reception. Also, and this is a big problem for me, the phone lights up when it is recharging but NOT when I have messages. I keep forgetting to check, so I guess I was pretty dependent on that blinking light. There are also a lot of bells and whistles that take more time than they're worth, for me anyway.

So far, a great purchase! The phone has very good sound quality and the battery lasts long enough. This has always been an issue for me with other phones but, so far, I'm impressed. I also find it very user friendly.

I do a lot of conference calls. This phones are excellent. The sound and the volume are great. The headset jack is extremely convenient. The features on it I like very much especially the silent mode feature.The batteries charge well and they last for a long time. It is very easy to use and program.I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Product arrived fine, set-up was easy. Features were useful. But soon after being placed in service, it started dropping calls mid-conversation. By then, Amazon return interval had expired, and Amazon was inflexible. Called Panasonic support --suggested fixes were not effective. Returned product to Panasonic per instructions in manual. They returned refurbished similar model (actually better than the original, with answering device) which has worked like a dream. Summary: Product defective; Amazon inflexible in return policy; Panasonic phone support OK but proved ineffective; substituted Panasonic product terrific; end result is good but lots of lost time and hassle along the way.

We purchased 2 of these components , 1 for use in the front yard & the other being in the rear area of the house. They are both tied into the existing land line system . Their extended range capability & experience with similar units fit in well with what we were looking for.

I bought this phone hoping the negative reports were wrong. Other people had such wonderful things to say about the phone I went ahead and bought it. We have not had the phone very long and it now does not work. I was having the same "busy" problem others had. I would pick up the phone and push the button to turn it on to make a call and it would say busy when there was noone else on the phone. Now the phone says "base no power" and will not work at all. I am very dissappointed in thie phone and would not recommend it.

Clarity is excellent. My previous phone was scratchy, and hard to hear conversations. Panasonic is crystal clear. Easy to set up. Manual describes the various options. This model does not have an answering machine since my telephone company does that for me. Can add additional handsets. Can answer phone from either handset and the other handset will acknowledge this fact. Easy-to-read caller ID. Ring is loud and pleasant sounding. Lightweight handset. I can walk outside without losing the signal. A hands-free headset is also available but I didn't need that. Very pleased with this Panasonic!

This is the best cordless telephone of the many I've owned, rating such praise because of its many features, especially the replaceable batteries, and its incredibly low price. When the several other cordless telephones in our house wear out, I plan to replace them all with Panasonic ones of this series.

These phones are replacements for a Panasonic phone that gave out after 15 years. They work exactly as described. The instructions for the many options were clearly written and easy to implement without going through endless menus. One remote hanset is located one floor up from the base unit and another is in a detached shop. They both have excellent reception. My wife especially likes the intercom feature to call me in the shop; I'm not so crazy about it myself. There are two design flaws that others have also mentioned in the reviews. There is only one small ear hole in the handset, and you must position the handset on your ear just right to hear clearly. Also, the lightweight bases are easy to knock off the table when you answer the phone.

This 3 set cordless phone system was perfect for me. I was looking for something inexpensive since I don't use my land line much anymore. It's much more light weight than my prevous phones and still has all the features that I love -- speaker, belt clip, and headset jack.

We love this phone! This model has three headsets (a belt clip is included for all 3 handsets) and no answering machine. The phone is easy to set up and use; the call quality is good too. The display screen is big and clear, and the buttons are large! If you have voicemail through a service and a have a message, the handset shows a blinking light and the display shows that you have a message. This is really convenient! This feature was not available on our last Panasonic phone, so we were really happy that this model had this feature. This is one of the main reasons that we chose this model. We don't use the talking caller ID, so we can't comment on that. The phone is easy to hold on your shoulder and doesn't slip off. You can set up folders for different groups of numbers with distinct ring tones allowing you to know who is calling without looking at the phone. This feature is easy to set up and quite convenient. Overall, we love this phone and highly recommend it.

Excellent product, previously owned a V-Tech. The feature I really like is the "call block", used to have to buy seperate unit for this feature. I received fast delivery. I am very pleased with this phone as no battery pack is needed, you buy rechargeable NiMHydrides.

Besides the clarity of communication and the low cost of this system with 2 extra extensions included -- the MOST BEST thing it does - it screens calls for "Do not answer" numbers you tell it and it also automatically does the same for all those annoying "Out of Area" and "Caller Unavailable" calls. What happens is the phone rings once - and then those folks get a busy signal each time they call. You can input up to 30 different "Do not answer" numbers also!!!You have to love a company (Panasonic) that realizes how much people want a way to easily deal with unwanted "courtesy" and "robo" calls. I'd pay 3 times the cost of this phone just for THAT ability alone.This phone is also rated a "Best Buy" by Consumers Reports 2011. I rate this phone an A+++

I purchased - Panasonic KX-TG6512B DECT 6.0 PLUS Expandable Digital Cordless Phone System, Black, 2 Handsets - for my sister in another State to make sure she'd have one that actually worked and took messages, etc. I'd gone through the Amazon site-provided user manual to look for specific information on ease of programming, etc.Tonite, I learned her model has NO answering device (as I learned is now shown in the tech specs) that are listed as a YES in the model comparison charts showing this phone system.To make matters worse, there is NO link to simply contact AMAZON LLC about this without being immediately ready to return her gift. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I went looking for a new phone to use with the Ooma service (voip), I based my decision on reviews previously posted on Amazon and I am glad I did. This telephone has good sound, the display screen is easy to read and the set up easy to follow. I believe that for the price, this is a very good phone and I am happy to recommend it.

Performance of the units is excellent. I am happy with the purchase. A couple features that would make the system better: 1. Easier-to-see indication of a V-mail message waiting. Must look closely at LCD display on units to see if a message is waiting to be heard. The flashing yellow light on the top of the hand-held units is not that visible from afar and is the same light which indicates unit is recharging. A flashing red light on the fronts would be better. 2. Be able to input into directory, phone numbers from a redial list or from numbers which have called. Would be easier and would reduce error in inputting the numbers into the directory.

I bought this phone for my dad as a birthday gift. Now, my parents live in Russia. And they had a Panasonic cordless phone for at least 10 years. It still works but started to have some troubles from such long use. Mainly the battery started losing its charge very fast. So I decided 10 years is long enough service. The new phone was very easy to setup. It has a large display with large size font, so it's easy to read. I wish there was an option to switch the language to Russian, but hey you cant have everything...One thing I did not know is that the second base/holder can also be used as a charge base. But it needs an additional AC adaptor, which is not included. I bought a 220V adapter and it works great. Just did not know I'll need two.One complaint so far is the outbound calls don't work. I hope the problem is with dial tone settings. The manual has troubleshooting options, so I hope it fixes it. I'll have to make an update to my review later.But overall the phone is great and simple to use. I love love love Panasonic.

I love this phone set. The letters are well lit and easy to read. I can always have one phone charging while I use the other one all day. My old phone kept going dead when I had a long conference call. The batteries stay charged a long time and charge fast when needed.

Good basic phone at a good price. Easy setup literally out of the box: one flap has illustrated instructions printed right on it. The phone itself is rather smart looking with a large, easy to read display, a lighted keyboard, and intuitive controls. Voice mail is indicated on the display and by a pulsing light on top of the phone, a nice touch, as are the included rechargeable batteries and the locator button on the base station.But wait, there's more: I needed a phone, but how best to go about getting one? I went online to Consumer Reports, quickly viewed their rankings, decided on this phone, clicked the link to Amazon.com, clicked the One-Click button, the phone arrives two days later. How great is that?

Very pleased with our recent purchase of this Panasonic expandable cordless phone system to update the existing phone system in our house - we now have 4 cordless phones. The phone is a good manageable size and easy to hold without being cumbersome or heavy. I like the fact there is an orange back light on the dial pad and the numbers are easy to see. We feel that these phones offer everything when an answering machine is not needed. The programming is not difficult and the display is big and bright. Plenty of room in the phone book and good enough ring tone choices. Most importantly, the range is good and the sound quality is excellent and free of interference. Doesn't seem to be affected by other wireless devices nearby. So far, so good, the price is right and I highly recommend.Update: now almost one year of use and we like these phones alot. Have not had any reception problems or any performance issues of any kind. Highly recommend to you.

I was looking for a cordless phone without an answering machine, one that had a small base, was black and had good reviews. This Panasonic KX-TG6511B fits the bill. I like the large screen that displays the date and time and let's you know if you've missed a call. I've had Panasonic phones before, and this phone, like my past phones, have great clarity as well. It's simple to add contacts and took about 2 minutes to set up.

After recently signing up for VoIP, I wanted a simple yet high-quality phone that did NOT include an answering machine since my service has voicemail. Some research revealed that this little Panasonic was the highest-rated phone for the situation, and the research did not let me down.I've owned Panasonic cordless phones in the past, and I love them. This one is no different - the sound quality is spectacular, the ease-of-use is excellent and the font on the display is big enough that you can read Caller ID and updates easily. Plus, the DECT 6.0 really does have some impressive call range. Finally, the system is expandable which is a great plus: though I don't need an answering machine, that doesn't mean I won't need additional handsets.I recently convinced a friend to buy the higher-end set with five (5) handsets and a base station with answering machine, and I must admit that the "audible caller ID" feature (the system tries to say the name of who's calling) is quite useful, so if that's a feature you want, take note that it's not part of THIS phone (though that's clearly marked in the description).All in all, if you're looking for a solid phone that won't let you down but don't need an answering machine, this is your choice.

Great phones I bought these to replace my old panasonics. They work nice and the sound is great. Only con is the small phone book share. It should be @ least 100 numbers. I like the display very big letters and date and time on front. Overall great product. Would recommend.

Bought this phone for my mom because her old handsets were giving her trouble (not holding a charge and not displaying caller id numbers). She didn't want anything fancy, or expensive, but she did want to be able to use caller id. Turns out this phone was a great choice. My mom has been raving about how easy it is to see the caller id and how well she can read the numbers when she dials. When I finally get around to replacing the phones at my house, I'll be buying a version of this Panasonic, too.

We finally joined the 21st century and retired our 1998 cordless phone whose battery was finally wearing out and bundled our phone/internet service to include caller ID. Since we have voice mail with the phone company, we didn't need phones with an answering machine, which is all you can find in the stores. This model gave us exactly what we needed and were very easy to set up. The sound quality is good, and the intercom feature is pretty neat too.

I had expected better from Panasonic. The speakerphone is almost unusable. It has a way of cutting-out one side of the conversation too aggressively. If I am talking on my mobile phone on the street (where there is background noise) and my mother is trying to use this Panasonic speakerphone, then it is impossible, because the phone only transmits my voice - I cannot hear her, even when I am not speaking. Even when both callers are in quiet environments it is impossible for one caller to talk over the other, even a little bit. This make the conversation feel very unnatural, since you cannot tell when the other person is laughing or reacting to what you are saying.My previous phone was a BT Synergy DECT speakerphone. Although 10 year old, it did not have this issue. I had not anticipated that a modern Panasonic would be less good than a 10 year old BT phone.If anyone knows a solution to this problem I would be glad to hear it.

I don't have this phone. However, I have purchased a few different phones. I have found that the batteries wear out pretty fast as time goes on. They are GREAT in the beginning. My house isn't that big and I really find I USE all 3 hand sets, and the person I gave my old phones to... thinking my issues were related to having cable phone, has had no better luck.Has anyone else found that after a while you get "no link to base" errors. You dial, it calls, rings once and then POOF, gone with that message on the screen. Even if I am standing next to the charging cradle. Any solutions??I LOVE the design of the phone, the talking caller ID and all the cool features on the phone that I have, but having to find another hand set after you have sat down to call someone sucks.Also... do we really need 5 hand sets like some of these phones have? I appreciate their eco friendly info above, but I question the fact that the phones don't last all that long and they end up in a land fill. My first cordless lasted me 5 years... it was a little bigger and cost a little more but less landfill space for me makes me handy.So, not trying to be negative... because I DO love the phones themselves... when they work, and if they would last... they would rock my world!

I have been doing my research for almost close to an year to buy a nice cordless phone within my set budget(<$50), not that I cannot afford but I just need a 2 piece set and I dont want to spend a fortune. The features am looking for are pretty basic....speaker, crystal clear voice, mute, conference and no noise while on the call. I dont want to write a very long review here describing everything since thats already here in other reviews if you can scroll down.This was what exactly I was looking for. I just luv this piece. My wife started to work from home recently and she needed a nice phone set since most of the time she's on conference calls. So I got this and she and me are very much satisfied with this set. I also bought a headphone along with this set which helps her a lot. Now this is the best part. I bought the set for 42$ on May 31st. Only after one week of usage I luved this so much that I ordered a second piece on June 8th to gift my parents. But I somehow had to spend 48$ for the same piece. I was surprised but didn't hesitate since I liked this so much.So finally I would rate this 5 star. Something within the budget you would luv to have. This is my first review on Amazon though I shop a lot online, I thought this one needed a bit of appreciation.

Had to replace my previous panasonic phone, not because it didn't work anymore, but because I couldn't find a battery -- it was that old. This phone is basically an updated version of the previous phone. So far, so good. This phone does have a voice mail indicator light, but it is a bit difficult to see if from the front of the phone at a distance. Other than that, it works just like previous phone while being smaller and lighter. I am quite satisfied with it.

After years of taping the old cordless back together I decided the time had come for a new phone. I researched cordless phones and discovered a large list of features.I am a simple person who didn't want a lot of bells and whistles. In the Panasonic KX-TG6512B I found a inexpensive solid phone. In spite of not wanting a lot of fluff the phone comes with plenty of features such as caller ID, speaker phone and redial that are easy to set up and use. The call clarity is outstanding and the fact that the second hand set does not need a phone outlet is very nice. Consumer report gives the phone high marks as well.All in all I find the Panasonic KX-TG6512B to be an excellent cordless house phone and an exceptional value. I highly recommend the phone.

We are very pleased with these phones. I only buy panasonic cordless phones because they are of very high quality. These phones show the time very large on the front, which is a nice feature. I also like that I can see if we had a missed call or a voicemail by just walking by and looking at the phone. Very pleased with our purchase! I would definitely recommend.

I've had this product for almost a month and it has given me two additional extensions with just one hook-up. The range is pretty good as I have a clear signal in the back yard even with the base unit up in the second floor. Makes life easier if you have a call that you're expecting or need to get to. Good price, too.
