What an incredible difference
This is the same review I wrote on the front Michelin Commander II tire. I replaced a set of almost new Dunlap D402s with these incredible tires. They eliminated the tire related issues I was having. I have a 2004 FLHRi Road King. I was experiencing tracking and handling issues with the Dunlap tires. Now with the Michelins, it is like riding a new motorcycle. No more tracking issues on the back roads of Texas with the parallel road cracks and tar strips. Even the handling on hard pack gravel roads is great and I wouldn't attempt to ride gravel with the other tires. The Michelin tires exceed my highest expectations and I will never ride on anything else.

handle the weather great and look awesome
Waited to review until I had some miles on them... 2,000 miles later... these are sticky tires, handle the weather great and look awesome. Super fast delivery 2 days! I live next to a refinery so I hit oil and road grime a lot from the trucks and these tires still give me traction to the road. They grip the road better and feel more solid then the scorchers that came one the bike. Seem wider too but same size as originals. On a HD 2012 883N

Excellent tire for the money. This is one of the best tires out there. I've had Dunlop and Metzler on my bike, but this is a much better tire.

No balance mark on tire.
The tire I received did not have a clearly marked balance mark to show where the lightest side of the tire is to put by the air valve. This made the installation a bit more of trial and error than normal. Seems good quality but only have 100 miles on it.

... it's earned the 5th star or not but rides great, handles good in wet and dry and dry ...
4 stars so far because 5 is hard to earn from me and don't have the mileage on it yet to say if it's earned the 5th star or not but rides great, handles good in wet and dry and dry with wet spots even in mountain twisties doesn't follow tar snakes or rain grooves much at all. 2012 FxDWG which has the very narrow 21" front so performs well for so narrow a tire.

I replaced my old Dunlop with the Commander II. ...
I replaced my old Dunlop with the Commander II. I have not gotten decent mileage out of the Dunlops so I'm hoping these will last a bit longer. They ride and handle well on the highway. My bike is a fairly heavy Kawasaki Vulcan 1500. This is the widest tire I can stuff under there and with my mods and the torque the bike makes it needs the extra meat. So far this tire is working out very well.

Nothing but perfect all the way around.
I ran these tires on a 2001 Kaw ZRX1200 R, two sets, when I got old and went Harley, I put them on a 2003 Roadking, now they're going on a 2012 Road Glide Ultra. These tires last forever and provide the best ride and handling of any tire I've ever used.
I used to run Continental Road Attacks or Avon's on my street bikes, back in the 70s & 80s, it was Bridgestone.
I'll never run another tire than these.
Thousands of miles have proved them to me.
The price was the best through Amazon and they arrived two days easier than the shipping said.
Kudos all around to Michelin, Amazon and Jake Wilson.com.

Nice Tire.
Nice tires and supposedly last much longer than other brands. Cannot vouch for durability yet, but others on various forums say these last twice as long or more. Very hard to install as a do it yourself project, even for an experienced person like myself.

Very satisfied with the first one
Second rear tire of this make and model .Very satisfied with the first one. Didn't keep up with mileage but somewhere around 12000. I wrote it down this time.
update. I have 13000 miles on the rear tire now and getting close to time to change out . Great handling tire. Very satisfied 2-1-16

Great tires! Highly recommended
These are the only tires i purchase for my motorcycle. They last me about 10k miles and handle great on the road. I do recommend breaking them in first though before going at high speeds. I found that they do better when you do.

The handling in the rain is extraordinary over all handling and braking even hard braking is better than any tire I've ever run on any bike the floor boards on my bike drag the ground in corners with 0 slip from the tires. Excellent tires so far.
These tires are great and really help me stick to the road. I've got the set on my bike and never worry about riding in the rain. Time will tell about the longevity. I just returned from a trip to the Arkansas Ozarks, during which we rode 3 full days in wet conditions. The confidence that these tires give me is priceless.

have been running this on my harley fatbob for a while now. great tire, good price on amazon. it's pretty decent in the rain and wet conditions. i had an avon before that was ok...but it was so soft I picked up a lot of nails and wore out pretty quick. this one is a great compromise!

Does not track at all on cracks in the pavement. Will purchase again and again. Not crazy about the price, anymore expensive and I would look harder for an alternative

The tread design is what I like in this Michelin Commander ll. I have a Suzuki Boulevard CT and I love how it corners and hangs to the road. I'll update you on the tread wear when I get more miles. I have 3,000 miles on both tires and I put them on May or June of 2014. This is the first year I have ever used Michelin motorcycle tires. I think they are new for cycles.

Продукт отличный, очень легко собрать и разобрать. Я бы сказал, что это необходимо для тех, кто живет в районах, где не так много снега. Я дал 4 звезды, потому что в снегу это прекрасно, может быть, там, где снег не хватает, есть асфальт быстро изнашивается, один из стальных крючков, которые держат сетки открыт

Их легко надевать, кажется, они действительно хорошо прилипают к шинам. Затягивать их не нужно, они отлично держались в течение 1,5-часовой поездки до Тахо, и сцепление с ними действительно отличное даже на льду и глубоком снегу. ограничение скорости 40 км/ч (25 миль/ч).

... я ничего не могу сказать о прочности, потому что у меня все еще не было возможности их доказать . В остальном он выглядит как хороший продукт и его легко собрать .

Такой же цепкий, как цепи, но такой же простой в установке, как носки
После использования на действительно заснеженной горной дороге я могу только порекомендовать этот продукт, который так же цепок, как цепи, но так же прост в установке, как носки ! Никаких проблем при соблюдении инструкций по эксплуатации (максимальная скорость 40 км/ч и снятие их, как только мы вернемся на асфальт). Максимум 10 минут на сборку и разборку.

Наконец, цепи, которые легко монтировать и еще больше снимать
Приобретенные после просмотра видео. Уже несколько раз использовались, чтобы сделать несколько сотен метров непроходимыми, когда мы приедем на станцию. Я подтверждаю простоту установки и снятия, нет необходимости в экспертизе.
просто, как и в случае с другими цепями, вдвоем легче перемещать автомобиль в нужное место, когда мы их устанавливаем.
