I purchased the Transcend 8 GB MicroSDHC Flash Memory Card about a month ago to provide additional storage in my personal cell phone (smartphone) about a month ago. I have used several different brands of memory cards as well as read reviews and asked peoples personal opinions of different brands of memory cards and this Transcend 8 GB MicroSDHC memory card is by far the best performing card and the best value card I have come across. This card has a higher data transfer/save speed than some of the more expensive and well-known brands on the market. This MicroSDHC card is compatible with any cell phone currently out (as long as it has a memory card slot) as well as many digital cameras and some of the newer tablet computers. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a memory card with solid performance and reliability for a decent price.

Good product. Works well in 4gb Sansa Fuze. You can put a lot of music and audiobooks on one little card. Never had a problem with read or write. Does what you expect it to do.

I purchased this item in 2010 to use in my Nexus One, it was very fast and reliable for about a year, then suddenly my phone was experiencing intense slowness and I couldn't open the photo gallery or load ringtones. I took this card out of my phone and everything was back to normal. For the price I would have expected more out of this product.

I purchased this SD back in June 2011 and last week it became corrupt in my HTC EVO phone, so I formatted it and a few days later it became corrupt again. I am about to perform an RMA on this, but I would avoid this product if possible. My previous 8GB SD card never caused me any problems, but I went for the Transcend 16GB card because of the higher class rating, figuring it would help my EVO's jittery video recording, but it's still jittery. I'm not entirely sure that's Transcend's fault this time though - probably the EVO's.

Almost a must these days. Standard card at a decent price. I use this card for my camera. No problems with set up, jug plug in and go. No problems with performance. Its a good bit of storage on a tiny device.

The adaptor I received worked fine for me. The micro card went in and out just fine. I also noticed an improvement in speed when installed into my blackberry. It opened the large files faster. (i.e. pictures, videos,etc.). The only negative part of this purchase was the packaging. The items came in a padded envelope and the receipt enclosed was all torn up along the edges, wrinkled severely, and somewhat unreadable in certain areas. It appeared as though it got jammed in the printer that created it. But not a big deal. The card, adapter, and plastic case were very dusty inside and out. I had to clean the items before using them. So not a real good first impression upon opening the package. But the products were unaffected by the poor packaging and extremely dusty condition. And the item is working fine for me.

Read/write speed is average but it failed suddenly after 1 year of use (no sign of failure what so ever). Advice to backup data often. Used on HTC Incredible.

Bought this card specifically for the Midland XTC-100 Action Camera.Works perfectly in the camera, removes easily, fits the adapterexactly and the adapter inserts into the laptop for rapid download.As a class-6 card, there's no graininess, and no pixelation during playback.It does everything well, would buy again, and yes, I recommend for usein this action camera.
