Bought it for use in a Motorola Atrix. Works as advertised and I would highly recommend it. Amazon does a great job of packaging this little guy, too. I wish it could be a little faster, but for the price I can't really complain.

I got this to replace my EVO Shift's default 2GB microSD.This does the job just fine. I moved all apps that I could off my phone and to this card to free up internal memory. I have not experienced any problems so far and the speed is good. Have not had any issues with the apps that are running off this card either.Adapter works well, but only used it once initially to transfer files from the old card to this one.

I was transferring files onto my SD card and I was getting 800kb/s. I thought it strange. I disconnected it, connected it again on another USB and it performed at 10mb/s average. Amazing!

This card has been reliable in my sansa mp3 player. I bought it to use in a rooted nook color, but found it wasn't reliably fast enough to use as a boot disk. I swapped it with the 8gb class 6 sandisk card I had in my mp3 player which has worked better (but not perfectly) in the Nook.This card is rated as a class 6, but subjectively seems slower than that. It's been just fine in a music player.

I bought one of these for my nook color and one for my atrix 4g, the card works great in both of them. I can watch hd movies off the card with no problem.Transfer rate is pretty good via the adapter which like most said is pretty flimsy.I don't know why people say there isn't a difference between class 4 and class 6 for the nook color, but there is. I load the OS fully on the card and I noticed significant speed improvements in the os.As of Mar 26, 2011This is definitely the best price point right now as the 16gb is about 2.5-3x the price and the 4gb is only a couple dollars cheaper.

I ordered two of these cards from Amazon in separate orders. The microSDHC cards themselves are excellent and really high speed. And the packaging is wonderful! I do not have to risk my hands trying to cut open clamshell packaging. I actually look for a "Frustration Free" packaging option now, when shopping with Amazon. But in both orders, the MicroSD adapters included with them were broken. I was first alerted to this by a picture that was provided by another customer showing a ruined adapter and card. So I was very gentle when I first tried pushing the SD card into the companion adapter, but I could feel too much resistance, so I stopped. I used an adapter from a different brand of microSDHC card instead, and that has worked fine.Because the adapter card is broken, I am giving the item 1 star. Transcend's quality control should be better than this.

So far it has been working as expected, but I've only had for a couple weeks, so I can't comment on how long it will last (note: I have several of Transcend products and they seem to holdup just as good as any other brand of product).

I think if anyone owns an Android phone, they should upgrade to a class 6 micro sd card. I bought the 8 gig Transcend card to replace the stock 2 gig card. I must say I'm quite impressed. I did some performance tests using several softwares. On average it writes about 9mb/sec and reads 11 mb/sec. On one occasion, I had a 11mb/sec write and a 13mb/sec read. Very fast indeed. I'm also happy because there's a lifetime warranty with Transcend. Quite versatile too because I can also use this in my camera.I think the only downside is the design of the sd card itself. Very easy to get lost or misplaced. But other than that, I'm very happy with this purchase. Especially since there were no places selling a class 6 in Hawaii.Edit: I've been using this sd card for 2 months so far. Very good speeds. The only thing I notice is that the speed somewhat slows down once you write a gig of data. It's no biggie. Definitely beats the stock speeds..My stock speed was 1mb/sec write and 3mb/sec read using the stock Sandisk sd card.

The MicroSD card is a solid five stars. The 8GB capacity is near true to a full eight GB (before i transfered anything, the properties said about 7.59, which is a given for any memory storage device, but still good to check), and meets all my needs (music mostly for a Samsung Eternity, along with video, pictures and documents). The class 6 suprisingly makes a huge difference in the transfer speeds and, no joke, do take the class into account when looking for these cards. The adapter works with it as well, but do check to make sure the adapter is sd*HC* compatible(other consumers had issues with the adapter, and i can agree with them, but i only want to point out the actual MicroSD card itself, as i don't use the adapter anyway). On a side note, whether or not it was amazon or ups or electronics expo, i recieved the card well before the expected date using regular ground shipping (4 days). SO going back, on Transcend, the microSD card is perfect, the 8GB card is a good buy of you want more storage and class 6 is nice, and works well with the Samsung Eternity (for all those in my exact case), and i would definitely recommend the product and brand!

MSFT requires that only high performance micro sd card be used with Windows Phone 7. This card was rated Class 6 but apparently this only applies to sequential write and read. Windows Phone 7 requires high performance random access memory which this card apparently doesn't provide. So do not use Class rating to determine which card would work in Windows Phone 7. After one day I had to remove the battery and phone restarted taking down and corrupting all the memory available on it, including the internal cash. I had to exchange the phone at the ATT store for a new one. I'm going to wait for MSFT to approve cards before buying another one.

Running android off it isn't as fast as I might hope, but that's to be expected for a class 6 device. With the 2nd one I got I was very happy with the speed of reading/writing files and installing apps on it on my phone. (Phone had a class 2.) I like the non retail packaging amazon offers as well.
