I purchased the Transcend 8 GB class 6 microSDHC card and so far it has been great. I bought it with the intent to mainly use it to transfer large amounts of data and to use it in a device where the write speed was critical. After putting it through its paces, the card still works brilliantly and without a hiccup. I was thoroughly satisfied with the product's high performance and price that I ordered another one for my sister. Beats going to a brick & mortar store and paying $8 more for a similar card. I decided to go with the Amazon frustration free packaging. It came in a small cardboard letter with the microSDHC and adapter in a clear case with the warranty card. Happy with the purchase and happy with the Amazon service!

I got this product for my T-mobile Tap. The first one didn't work. The second one would not stay in my phone and connect unless I held it in. I still have it and its just sitting around because I would have had to pay return shipping which is almost more than the product is worth.

You can't get any simpler than this. Shipping was normal. The product was as described. I only needed the memory card but the adapter was a great bonus in case I want to print or store my pictures directly from my phone.

This Class 6 card actually runs much faster than my netbook's HD, which makes it much more enjoyable to use.I plan to purchase another in 16 GB to put in my Elago reader and use as a ultra tiny thumb drive.

I've had this card for a couple weeks and I've taken over 500 pictures on it so far with our Nikon d3100. The card seems to work great and I haven't had a single problem with it. The speed is definitely better than any other card we have, but this is the first Class 6 SD card I've purchased. At the standard settings for the camera, it says it will hold around 1800 pictures.

I bought this device for use in my LG Lotus Elite phone with the plan to copy MP3s onto it. For a couple of months I just took some photos with the phone, and they stored fine. This week I tried to transfer 14 GB of MP3s to the device and the device flaked out and stopped being recognized by either the phone or a SanDisk media adaptor (with Windows XP). I tried doing the transfer using both the phone (via USB) and the SanDisk media adaptor. In both cases the transfer appeared to succeed, but the device then failed (hard) on first read access. Both windows and the phone were happy to "format" the device and claim success, but after copying even one GB of data onto the device, both Windows and the phone would refuse to access it.Amazon sent the device to me in "hassle free" packaging. I must be a retard because it took me about 10 minutes to extract the device from this weird packaging. The packaging is anything but "hassle free". I have now placed a Kingston device on order and if it works properly, then it seems safe to assume that the Trancend device is faulty rather than both my phone and my SanDisk adaptor.

My application only reads from this sdcard, so I benchmarked only it's read performance. It consistently performed in the low 13MB/s. I cannot comment on whether this meets the specification of a class 6 device.Incidentally, this card cost me about 50% more, and has 50% better read performance than a certain class 4 sdcard I bought on Amazon. So from that perspective, the price of this sdcard is very good.

Received the card, formatted it on my computer then threw it in my blackberry and it couldn't read it. So I returned the card for a replacement and 4 months later it quit working. Transcend has a lifetime warranty so I sent it back to them a few weeks ago. They sent me an email saying they received the card but I have yet to hear back. Hopefully all goes well and I can up the review a few stars UPDATE 8-31-2011 Just received my defective card back in the mail today. If you read transcend's warranty policy you'll see they don't cover anything. Mine was not covered because of a scratch on the front side. I was told it was physical damage. To top it all off they sent me back a kingston adapter with my card LOL. I have pictures as proof. As soon as I figure out how to post them I will. So unless you just like being jerked around or plan on never using their products I wouldn't buy them. It is amazing to me how we let companies do business like this. The only voice we have is our purchases so please don't repeat my $20 mistake.

Needless to say, I lost everything. Never buying transcend again. I will pay a little extra for a more reliable product.

I don't think this item ever worked for me. It was my foolishness to only test it out almost a year later when I really needed it (new tablet). Never buying Transcend again, -Sandisk customer for life!

Well priced and got to me fast. It is a good product and I have been using it on a regular basis in my little movie and picture camera. I would recommend this micro sd card and adapter to anyone at this price.

Bought it for use in a Motorola Atrix. Works as advertised and I would highly recommend it. Amazon does a great job of packaging this little guy, too. I wish it could be a little faster, but for the price I can't really complain.
