So I downloaded the latest maps for my Garmin SatNav and they are so big I can only fit a specific part of the USA on the system it wont fit the whole map . Solid state media is so cheap now I decided to expand the memory and go wild with all the maps . This memory was a good price , arrived quickly and fit straight into the unit . Now I just need to be able to afford to drive across the USA to take advantage of all the maps I have :-).

This memory works great, it is just as advertised. I had no problems with it in my high def video camera.

Don't let the warrant on this card sway your decision to buy this product. I like buying memory with lifetime warranty for the added assurance that the manufacturer will stand behind their product.However, in Transcend's case, this warranty is useless. This card has always been in my phone (in the case behind the battery, so you don't want to install/uninstall it as a habit) until I swapped phones and had to move my card. Immediately, the new phone would not recognize the SD card so I was sure there was a problem with the new phone. Until I swapped it back to the original phone and it would no longer read it. Neither would two computers with various card readers and recovery programs. It wasn't just scrambled, nothing would recognize that it even existed.So, now I'm out all the data on the card which is a hassle, but things happen. It's not that expensive, but I hadn't had it that long and I knew it would be covered with the warranty. They can't do anything about the missing data but at least I'd get a replacement card.Nope. Transcend quickly rejected my warranty claim due to "Physical Damage to Product." Well, I hadn't damaged it, why would they think this? On the edge of the card is a small scrape. I've added a picture to the Amazon page so that you can judge for yourself. I don't know how it got scraped but I'm sure this "physical damage" wouldn't have damaged the internal parts of the card. I believe I could notch this portion out with a knife and not damage the card. I believe they were looking for any excuse not to have to replace the card. They've certainly lost my future business (and I have several Transcend cards for various devices) for what would have been a very cheap replacement.I understand that things break and it's a hassle when they do, but don't rely on the warranty from Transcend.

I liked the packaging for the item. Professional coverage. The price was reasonable. I am currently using it for my cell phone. I should not run out of space. If I do, I know what company to hit... I recommend it.

Works just like any sd card should. The only plus factor is that it comes with the adapter which is useful if you have other devices that does not take microsd. Will recommend this product.

Cant beat the price. Functions well in my sandisk sansa clip mp3 player. can quick. what else is there to review about a memory card? it hasnt failed yet...? haha
