This card is FAST... class 6 is great for most anything you need to do, even semi-professional photography, of course, if you're taking multiple shots at high speed, you may need to bump it up a little, but it's great for everything I use it for.

If you're thinking about getting one of these for a phone, you should go ahead and make the investment. Doing so frees up the internal memory for the phone's operating system, applications, etc. Performance on both of these phones was noticeably improved once I installed this card.

I didn't really have any experience with Transcend's products, so I bought one of these for my Garmin n?vi 500 3.5-Inch Portable GPS Navigator so I could store extra maps and other things. The card's worked just fine for my GPS, and I was happy to buy another one so I could store mp3s on my Blackberry 8900. I'm happy with it for what I paid and for the purpose it serves.What's cool for me is that Transcend hopped on board Amazon's "Frustration Free" packaging initiative. The worst part about getting memory cards is the fear that I'm going to cut myself with that shrinkwrapped plastic packaging (because I'm that idiot who takes a big steak knife to open these packages instead of scissors.) It's really nice for Amazon to do this, and it makes sense both environmentally and economically.

This is a great price for a product that stores a lot of information. I use a BlackBerry Tour, this has allowed me to store tons of Mp3's, etc. It's not quite that fast, however - it doesn't seem much faster than the class 2 card that came with the phone, but given the memory, it's still worth it.

I bouht this for my canon camera. I chose this because I have one more piece of this which I use in my phone.Having same for phone and camera works good, since if you run out of space on one device you can use from other.Packaging and evrtything was good.It is working good for several months now.Overall very happy with the purcase.

I am using this card with an LG Env Touch phone on the Verizon network. The reason I got this card was because it claims to be a class 6, high speed card. When I transfer music and pictures to the card from my computer though it doesn't seem all that fast. And when I use the card in my phone, it works great for music but the pictures take forever to load. I don't know if this is an issue with the phone or the card itself or a combination of the two, but I was expecting to not have to wait for pictures to load on the screen. That is the primary reason I went with a class 6 card. I just got this the other day and already it seems slow. I would recommend not spending the extra money to get a class 6 card. It's not worth it.

It definitely is class 6 so there shouldn't be any hesitation in purchasing due to a lack of confidence. I don't often transfer data on and off the card so I really didn't notice any speed benefits. Again, the speed benefits may exist but I haven't noticed it. I always thought that Sandisk was the best most reliable brand, but that may not be true. I've had issues with Sandisk cards but this Transcend has worked perfectly.

What to say about this micro SD card? It works! I've been using it daily since I purchased it and it's worked very well! I have yet to have a problem with it. I have to say I'd recommend it to anyone who needs an 8 gig micro SD card that's fast.

I ordered this Transcend Class 6 16gb microSDHC memory card when I bought my new HTC Imagio. The card was defective. I tried everything to make it work and even took it to a local tech who told me it would not format at all. He said it should be returned which I promptly did. I bought a San Disk Class 4 8 gb instead. It worked perfectly. This should hold me till the 32 gb microSDHC memory cards start coming out in volume. For the record, I've purchased other 16 gb Transcend memory cards for my digital camera and have never had a problem with them. This was just an aberration.

I can't get excited about an SD card -- it either works well or it doesn't. (I can't vouch that its advertised speed is correct but music plays on my equipment without hiccups.) I have only used it to store and play MP3 files and it works perfectly in my Garmin Nuvi 855 GPS and my LG enV Touch cell phone. Initially, it didn't work on my cell phone but I discovered that the folder holding my MP3's on the card has to be called "my_music" for the phone to find the MP3 files.I don't know how the card will hold up over time since Amazon requests a review soon after purchase. However, I have an SD (not micro) card by Transcend that has worked well for a long time so I think the brand is good. If something goes wrong, I will update this review.

This product works very well for me. Read times are really fast. My only complaint is that the microSD adapter's lock slider often gets switched to lock when I insert it into my computer, so I had to put some tape around the middle to keep it from sliding.

Bought for media player and cell phone to hold music, books, pictures - typical media. Works great, files transfer quickly via USB card reader (using SD adapter) or through USB direct to phone and player. Does what flash memory is supposed to do.

Compared to a scandisc 8gb class 2 there is no difference in speed. Very poor speed for a class 6 card. Or maybe the scandisc has exceptional speed, I don't know. Guess you get what you pay for.

Great little card and smokin fast loading files on to.Very stable.Take the adapter and throw it in the garbage, it's worthless.You have to wiggle it around in your reader to work.
