Плохо
Router works well with XP and Windows 7, but does not work well with VISTA. Also Claims that it can reach long distances, not in my house, 2-bars on the 2nd floor same as my 7-year old Linksys. It is fast where reception is good.

Probably the best value of all the routers sold at amazon. Overall it works great, the only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is the QoS feature. It only allows you to set the bandwidth for each IP address rather than being able to give priority to applications or devices like with other routers. I guess you could swap out the factory firmware for dd-wrt to get more features in the admin panel. The build quality is very good, much better than any of the other routers i've owned including d-link, netgear and linksys.

The router I received can not work properly from the moment I plug in on.Several devices can not connect to it.(The android smartphone and the blackberry'The signal is strong.However when quite a number of the devices can not access internet, it is really meaningless to own it any more.

Bought this in early January, 2012, and it worked fine for two weeks. Now it is starting to lock up every couple days, requiring a power cycle to recover. Wired desktop computers can still access the internet, but wireless devices can't access the DHCP server to get an IP address and the setup page of the router is not accessible. Everything goes back to normal after a power cycle and then fails again a day or two later. Disappointing. Returning and will look for something else.

A horrible experience indeed. After nearly 3 hours of frustrating experience to configure with my Cable internet provider service (DHCP) I returned it. What is supposed to be an intuitive 5 second operation failed repeatedly on 'Verify Configuration" step. My old DLink and the newer Belkin renew IP effortlessly and with same exact settings cables/devices.

I was looking for a basic but reliable wireless router so I could use my netbook around my condo, as well as hardwire my desktop PC and X360 to the internet. However I found that researching wireless routers is a nightmare, as for every person who lauds a particular model, there will be someone else who condemns it. This problem is especially prevalent among entry level models. Initially I was only considering LinkSys and DLink, since they are the two most famous consumer brands, but I couldn't find a basic model from either that was consistently rated well. There always seemed to be a small but significant proportion of users that would complain about dropped signals, running hot, firmware issues, etc. By chance though I saw this model reviewed on CNET [..]and immediately bought it from a local PC store. In addition to the good performance, long range, and ease of use as tested by CNET, this router was extremely affordable, which sealed the deal for me. After using this router for more than a year now, I can safely say that CNET's review is right on the money. It is a rock-solid router- I've only had 2-3 dropped signals to date. The signal easily covers every corner of my 3+1 bedroom condo, including the balcony. The unit does not run hot at all. Setting up and changing the settings on the router is indeed very easy and intuitive using the browser-based configuration. I strongly recommend that you download the latest firmware from TP-Link beforehand and update your router before actually setting up your network (it's very easy, just use the "update" option in the configuration screen and point to the downloaded firmware file). The fact that it is also one of the cheapest (but reliable) routers on the market is just icing on the cake. Keep in mind this is an entry-level model- 150Mbps only and no USB port for printer/HDD sharing, so if you need something more robust consider its bigger brothers like the 941ND or 1041ND. If you just need a no-frills, "fire and forget" wireless router to get online, buy this model, you won't be dissapointed.

I never knew routers could be incompatible with a certain operating system, but this is certainly the case with this one. My parents got this for their home, and while visiting I discovered my Android phone and my Linux PC could not load certain websites at all. When bypassing the router, everything would work fine.I replaced the router firmware with OpenWrt, and it is now great and problem-free. But frankly, it was too much of a hassle and a headache. A router should work out of the box with any WiFi capable device.Just keep that in mind when purchasing this router.

This router has been working perfectly since we installed it about 2 weeks ago. We had previously been losing our wireless connections randomly and having streaming problems on the Roku. This router is FAST and covers both floors of our townhouse perfectly. I tried a Linksys N router (internal antenna) before this and the performance and signal strength downstairs was horrible. This router is cheaper and works awesome! Works fine with all of our devices.

With the experience that I have had with my new router I give AMAZON (4 STAR) and TP LINKS costumer service ( A & 5 STARS). The router is great once you get it configured and TP LINKS costumer service took care in helping me with that problem.The range and the signal is very strong to all the computers (4) in my home. Of the 150Mbps I see a steady stream of 120Mbps and that is with all wireless adapters, so I think that is good for an average.This is a great upgrade for my network and I see an inprovement the first day.The TP-LINK TL-WR740N 150Mbps is a GREAT router for the price. Buy for you and a friend you both will like the inprovement that you see. THANKS AMAZON!

It did not work with any of modem.My brother in law is a computer expert, he said it does not work withmodem. I could not use it, so I returned it.

I bought one of these to replace the aging Linksys 802.11b/g router we had. Worked great and handles our 30mbps cable internet just fine - never had to reset it or anything. Netflix and tons of online games had no hiccups and we use 100+GB/month. Also, it can run DD-WRT. I wound up buying a second one to install in another home and it's been solid for months.If you have a larger home (2200 sq ft. or more) I would suggest a different router only because of the range. I wound up removing DD-WRT, but it did let you increase the transmit power.Moral of the story: When people want a new router, I'll buy them this. Under 40 bucks for reliable wireless N? Call it done.

I was hoping to have one of the positive experiences associated with this router...however my set up efforts went the other way. After numerous attempts using both the CD enclosed and manually via user manual instructions...I could not get the wireless aspect of this thing to work. I believe it to be a defect in my unit but am not willing to waste another 3 hours of my life on this product so, will search for another router to try.

The connection (esp. wireless) started to drop after 2 months of use. I would need to restart the router. It's hard to set the scheduled blocking of my kids computers. You would need to block all devices including internet TV, iPad/iPhone, etc.

I've owned several wireless routers over the years (D-Link, Netgear, Linksys), so I have a reasonably large pool of experience against which to compare the TP-Link WL TLWR841N, and I am very impressed. In the two weeks since I set up the router, it has performed flawlessly. For the money, I don't think you can go wrong.Because of my experience with other routers, I went straight to 192.168.1.1 for set up rather than use the mini-CD that was included with the router. Of all of the routers I've set up, this was by far the easiest. The online help was clear and straightforward, so I was able to set up all of the features exactly as I wanted them quickly.After the initial setup, flashing of the latest firmware and rebooting of the router and my cable modem, the router has performed without a hitch. I have one computer that is CAT-5 wired to the router, and I have had the opportunity to use the wireless feature with my laptop, which also has the 802.11n spec that the router does. Transfer rates were usually in the 150 Mbps range and the signal strength was good throughout my admittedly small apartment. I don't know how good the signal would be in a larger space.I would expect the sort of features that come on this router to set me back at least $20 more than what I paid for it. Given its excellent performance and ease of use, it easily earns five stars.

I have had this router for about 2 months. It has worked better than other routers I have owned. I am giving it 4 stars because it has dropped off line 3 to 4 times in the past two months. It rates a 5 star against other routers but 4 stars for dropping off line. Unpluging the router resets it very easily. I would recommend this router.

Used along with 2 TP-Link TL-WN822N 300 Mbps High Gain Wireless N USB Adapter with 2x 3dBi Antennas in multiple locations throughout the house. Setup was very simple, created connection perfectly and speeds as advertised. Recommended for n network. Still working very well after several months of use.

I have a problem with this wireless staying connected-every so often I lose my connection and have to reestablish it. Don't know if it's my computer or the router causing it. It happens when I'm typing often.

Very easy to upgrade to DDWRT and I like its small footprint. Signal strength is superior to my older Netgear router and so far the signal has been very reliable with no outages. With the flexibility of DDWRT this could easily serve as several different devices including wireless bridge and network extender.I use this as my primary router with Comcast and could not be happier with the value of this item.

New router works well no prob with connections good strong wifi signal all throught my house. Netflix works fine on my wireless devices. All around happy with the product. You can also buy longer antenna to boost your wifi signal.

So far the router has worked very good. It was very easy to install. It had everything required for the installation in the box. I have only one computer so I am not sure how would it work with more than one. But for one computer, I have not had any type of problems like loosing connection. It has a really good price. So far, very happy with the router

After 2 hours with broken English tech support they finally gave up and decided that the P-Link TL-WR841ND was defective. Had me change settings over and over, upgrading the firmware and numerous reboots they asked me just to return it. PS - not 24hr tech support like box says.

I found the instructions easy to follow and had no trouble installing this myself. I'm pretty comfortable with computers but am hardly a technology genius. I've been using it for about a month and have had consistently good connections throughout my home.

Awesome!! Signal is really good, it beats my previous Medialink N Router. I had the Medialink at my small office in the second floor of my house, and in my bedroom in the first floor I could only get 1 signal bar (out of three) with my Ipod touch and sometimes lost even that only bar with internet connection dropping, switched to this TP-Link router and now I can get 2 signal bars consistently in all room corners. Definitively, it was a great choice to switch to this router. I still have my Medialink as a spare one in case needed, since that worked very well since I purchased it, but unfortunately, signal was not that strong once I expanded the house...
