Really is top of the line and reasonably priced for what you get which is a top-notch headset. Easy to install and very functionable. Would highly recommend it. Even comes with it's own leather travel case. It's a class act.

This product is EXCELLENT! I had lost it for over a month outside in the snow. It still worked after charging it. Incredible. When using it I get good reception and it is a safe way to talk and drive.

First, I should caveat this review with the fact that I am a sale person that #1 travels a lot and #2 is on the phone nearly all day. So, if you are like me, you know that being able to hear and be heard clearly no matter where you are is important. This headset meets all my needs and then some!* Call ClarityI have asked about 20 people how I sounded while talking to them, most of which were in different environments - driving the car on the hiqhway, outside near traffic, in a crowded grocery store, even at a football game. All of the people said they could hear me clearly and it did not sound like I was in a tin can. On my end of the phone, everyone also sounded great. Just as they would as if I were using my handset alone* Ease of usePairing this headset was easier then any prior headset. All I did was turn it on and set my Blackberry to Pair and boom, I was done. It didn't even ask for a passcode. I should add to this, that I LOVE the fact that the On/Off switch is an ACTUAL SLIDING SWITCH. Just like a classic light switch you easily know if you have your device on or off. I hated past headsets (Jawbone) that forced me to hold down a button for 3 seconds or otherwise. Plus these button style headsets always seemed to turn on in my bag and my headset would be dead when I needed it.* FeaturesIt seems to have all the typical features in a couple of buttons. Easy to reach volume button and an easy to reach call/hang up button. For things like redial you have to double tap the call button and for mute you hold down the volume button - this is pretty standard for most headsets. When you have an incoming call, a please voice comes on and says "You have an incoming call you can say answer or ignore" -- pretty easyA new feature I really liked is the Voice Recognition button. With this you press it once and give an order such as Redial, Pairing, Call information, or check battery - I love the check battery function as it will tell you how much talk time you have left.Another new feature to me is Vocalyst. This headset comes with a 1 year subscription to Vocalyst which will allow you some cool functions like having texts and emails read aloud to you. For me this is irrelevant but may be a good feature to others.* Comfort / LookThis headset is also much more comfortable then any headset I have had. I like that the ear piece does not have to go in your ear, instead they use a neat gel piece to keep if cradled with the shape of your ear. When on it is small enough that you don't look entirely stupid and I really like that the flashing blue light is not so bright that everyone is looking at you. It is also very light. I have worn it for hours at a time and I completely forget it't there.* Design & DurabilityWhile lightweight it seems well constructed. I toss it in my bag and don't worry about little pieces getting broken off. It's design is simple yet slightly techy so you can feel cool wearing it :)It may be a pricier option that some headsets but very well worth it when you need something reliable. At $99 its a better price then I paid for my last Jawbone

This headset is wonderful for use on cell phone and PC at the same time. You can use collaboration software (such as Lync) to make calls, and still pick up a call on your cell phone without repairing. In fact, I was watching a netflix video, and got a call on the cell phone. when I cliked the headset, it muted the movie while I was in the call.

I have purchased several Bluetooth in the past. But none has live up to the quality of the Plantronic Bluetooth. Several of my friends have purchase the product and love it as well.

If you are on your phone for hundreds of hours each month, you need a BT that doesn't remind you it's there and doesn't leave your callers reminding you it's there either. Of course, having it also double as a media player would be nice....and how about automatically picking up calls when you put it on...or talk to you in a pleasant voice with battery status updates....and I need it to cancel out background noise from the factory eviron I manage to find myself in....and could it please last the whole day!!!Those are SOME of the features of the B230 UC+I don't use VOIP much...but it can take those calls too, and switch back and forth from cell and Internet device....And don't forget about plantronics warranty. They will replace it free if it fails. You must register your device on line....but it is worth it!The B230 UC+ is not cheap. But if you're looking for a BT device that's up to the task of the relentless daily grind and doesn't compromise your communications experience....look no further.

I've tried other Bluetooth headsets but been less than satisfied. I needed one that works with Lync for work. I've been using it for several months and am so satisfied, I recommended it to the leadership in my department. They each ordered one and one for my project team.It's so comfortable I sometimes forget to take it off.

I'll start with the good stuff - Pros:- Pretty comfortable to wear.- Good range - I can use it from our bedroom on the second floor while my cell phone is downstairs in the living room. Pretty impressive.- Using this thing to hear podcasts and with Siri works well (I have an iPhone 4S).Not too many bad things, BUT...- I CANNOT USE THE HEADSET TO MAKE PHONE CALLS, which is the main purpose of what I bought this for!!! All the people I talked to said they can barely hear me. Also, on my end, every 20-30 seconds the headset makes a loud noise of statics, which prevents me from hearing 10-20% of what the other person is telling me.- Noise Reduction - I can't really say if it works. Until now I only used the headset at home and at the office, so there was really no background noise anyway. I didn't even try to use this thing in the car, since I can't even use it at home.- Packaging - package looked opened. I assumed Amazon would not sell me a refurbished headset without specifying the product as such, but now I'm not so sure, especially based on the quality of the device. I really can't tell if my unit is defective or if this model is just no good.

I've been involved in the cellular industry since 1987, and I've used every type of headset. I can have been using this exact model B230 for the past 1.5 years, and I still haven't found one that was more comfortable or has better noise-cancellation than this one. Highly recommended.

Product was chosen to work with smartphone and with VOIP at work. Fits well and is comfortable for those long teleconferences. Would like for the range to be a little better so I can walk further away and not disconnect.

This unit has far exceeded my expectations. I purchased it to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking Premium 11.5 (Bluetooth wireless)on my Dell 8300 computer and it works flawlessly. I might add that it even works superbly with my Samsung Galaxy S II. I also have a Bose Bluetooth unit that worked well with my I-phone, but the volume was very poor when connected to the Samsung (and my Motorola Xoom) I do not know if this is due to the open architecture of the Android OS, but that is irrelevent now since switching to the Plantronics.The Plantronics works as well or better than the hardwired headset that came with the Dragon software package. I have not experienced any dropped or static laden calls when using the Plantronics Voyager. The battery life is well above my expectations and I am on the phone in excess of 650 minutes a month. Thus far this unit has met my every need and works supprisingly well. I will return to Plantronics should this unit ever fail.As is usually the case with Amazon, the delivery was very quick, the unit was well packaged and arrived without blemish.

I have owned this headset for a few months now. My primary purpose is to listen to podcasts and audiobooks on the iPhone (A2DP), but I also use it for conversations.Overall, I find it is not nearly as bulky as I thought it would be. And the over-the-ear/in-the-ear style is pretty comfortable.The sound quality is great, although I wish it were just a bit louder for podcasts. The conversation quality is good, with people being able to hear me even in loud, crowded locations; and me able to hear them well also. The wind screening feature works, but not as well as I would like.The battery life is as advertised, about six hours of active listening; the charging speed is fine but slower than the iPhone 3GS.The Bluetooth works well paired with the iPhone, iPad, and other devices; it can be paired with multiple devices at once, which generally works well, although I sometimes have trouble getting the iPhone to play through it after using the iPad, and always have to re-connect the iPad when I use it (I suspect this is because of the time-lapse or the distance). But I don't have to un-pair and re-pair, unlike other headsets I have used.I love the ability to press both volume buttons together to pause/play the audio content (A2DP).The fun new feature on this model is that it knows whether it is on your ear: It automatically pauses when the headset is removed, and resumes when you put it back on. (This doesn't work perfectly; it occasionally stops playing if you loosen it on your ear, and it occasionally doesn't stop playing when you take it off. And if you leave it off your ear for too long, it doesn't resume playing.)The headset also answers the phone when put on, if the phone is ringing. And it cannot pocket-dial, because it knows that it is in your pocket (this has saved me many head-aches compared to my previous headset, which often redialed the last caller).I cannot speak to the computer-interaction features, since I haven't tried them.Overall, I am very pleased. I would prefer louder and more flawless ear-recognition, but it is still well worth it for me.

I have tried several different bluetooth headsets over the last few months. This is the first one that actually works well with both my phone and pc. I talk on skype quite a bit and the voice quality from pc to this headset is great. My only wish is that they would use the same technology to make a pair of headphones so listening to music would make sense.

I bought this for my wife, and was amazed when I heard it for the first time. It was so clear and had no background noise, I didn't believe her when she told she was driving. The head set is Great!

I havent had a single issue with this bluetooth. I spent weeks looking for another bluetooth, and it had to have A2DP, and an ear hook. While I loved my previous bluetooth (Jabra BT8040), the ear gels were horrible and never fit in my ear comfortably--not a problem with the Savor M1100. Not only does it have the ear hook, but the ear gel fits correctly as well.I had no problems pairing the headset with my Droid X, and it stays connected. The A2DP works perfectly. I find the on/off button very convenient, and while the volume button operates as an up/down function (you push to get progressively louder, then it resets to the quietest volume) as others have mentioned, I still have found it works great for me--I know others dont like that and prefer a sliding volume control.Most importantly, all the people I have talked to on this headset said I sound great and clear. I havent had any complaints at all as I had with another of my previous bluetooth headsets, the Jawbone II. Callers have been clear to me as well.The only issue I have had is sometimes when I use the voice command "answer" to pick up an incoming call, the headset doesnt acknowledge the command. However, all other voice commands have always worked for me (for example, "check battery" always gives me the remaining charge of the headset).Speaking of battery life, the headset has lasted throughout my workday and still had a charge left at the end of the day--that is all I ask since I will charge it at night...admittedly, I am not a heavy phone user--I would put my usage level at a little above average. But again, the battery lasts for what I need it to do. The battery has lasted two days in between chargings for me, when needed.I cannot speak about the Vocalyst service as I have not tried it as of yet--right now, I dont need it.In short, I'm surprised the headset isn't more popular.

I usually don't like things in my ear, so I'm picky when picking headsets. The Voyager series is a good fit in the inner ear and hangs on around the ear without feeling it's going to fall off better than anything I've seen.This is my second Voyager as the last broke after 3-4 years of frequent use. I like the Voyager Pro UC with the USB that can connect either to my PC or Smartphone...although the sound coming from the PC is not match for a true two-ear-piece stereo headset.

This item does not keep charge and will not answer calles all the time. I looked at the reviews and thats why I paid good monies for this model. ( NOT AGAIN )

Product works as designed. Connects with the computer and iPhone ok. Nice to have the voice confirmation of the connection . Rate 4 star because of battery life.
