This unit has far exceeded my expectations. I purchased it to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking Premium 11.5 (Bluetooth wireless)on my Dell 8300 computer and it works flawlessly. I might add that it even works superbly with my Samsung Galaxy S II. I also have a Bose Bluetooth unit that worked well with my I-phone, but the volume was very poor when connected to the Samsung (and my Motorola Xoom) I do not know if this is due to the open architecture of the Android OS, but that is irrelevent now since switching to the Plantronics.The Plantronics works as well or better than the hardwired headset that came with the Dragon software package. I have not experienced any dropped or static laden calls when using the Plantronics Voyager. The battery life is well above my expectations and I am on the phone in excess of 650 minutes a month. Thus far this unit has met my every need and works supprisingly well. I will return to Plantronics should this unit ever fail.As is usually the case with Amazon, the delivery was very quick, the unit was well packaged and arrived without blemish.

I have owned this headset for a few months now. My primary purpose is to listen to podcasts and audiobooks on the iPhone (A2DP), but I also use it for conversations.Overall, I find it is not nearly as bulky as I thought it would be. And the over-the-ear/in-the-ear style is pretty comfortable.The sound quality is great, although I wish it were just a bit louder for podcasts. The conversation quality is good, with people being able to hear me even in loud, crowded locations; and me able to hear them well also. The wind screening feature works, but not as well as I would like.The battery life is as advertised, about six hours of active listening; the charging speed is fine but slower than the iPhone 3GS.The Bluetooth works well paired with the iPhone, iPad, and other devices; it can be paired with multiple devices at once, which generally works well, although I sometimes have trouble getting the iPhone to play through it after using the iPad, and always have to re-connect the iPad when I use it (I suspect this is because of the time-lapse or the distance). But I don't have to un-pair and re-pair, unlike other headsets I have used.I love the ability to press both volume buttons together to pause/play the audio content (A2DP).The fun new feature on this model is that it knows whether it is on your ear: It automatically pauses when the headset is removed, and resumes when you put it back on. (This doesn't work perfectly; it occasionally stops playing if you loosen it on your ear, and it occasionally doesn't stop playing when you take it off. And if you leave it off your ear for too long, it doesn't resume playing.)The headset also answers the phone when put on, if the phone is ringing. And it cannot pocket-dial, because it knows that it is in your pocket (this has saved me many head-aches compared to my previous headset, which often redialed the last caller).I cannot speak to the computer-interaction features, since I haven't tried them.Overall, I am very pleased. I would prefer louder and more flawless ear-recognition, but it is still well worth it for me.

I have tried several different bluetooth headsets over the last few months. This is the first one that actually works well with both my phone and pc. I talk on skype quite a bit and the voice quality from pc to this headset is great. My only wish is that they would use the same technology to make a pair of headphones so listening to music would make sense.

I bought this for my wife, and was amazed when I heard it for the first time. It was so clear and had no background noise, I didn't believe her when she told she was driving. The head set is Great!

It just works, I am on conference calls day and night. This one is a keeper. Hands down. Two More words were needed...

Love this blue tooth, it works well and stays put perfectly in my ear. It can sense when you have it in your ear and has a crisp sound.

It doesn't connect quickly to the PC, and the battery doesn't really last the 6 or 7 hours of talk time it's supposed to last.

I havent had a single issue with this bluetooth. I spent weeks looking for another bluetooth, and it had to have A2DP, and an ear hook. While I loved my previous bluetooth (Jabra BT8040), the ear gels were horrible and never fit in my ear comfortably--not a problem with the Savor M1100. Not only does it have the ear hook, but the ear gel fits correctly as well.I had no problems pairing the headset with my Droid X, and it stays connected. The A2DP works perfectly. I find the on/off button very convenient, and while the volume button operates as an up/down function (you push to get progressively louder, then it resets to the quietest volume) as others have mentioned, I still have found it works great for me--I know others dont like that and prefer a sliding volume control.Most importantly, all the people I have talked to on this headset said I sound great and clear. I havent had any complaints at all as I had with another of my previous bluetooth headsets, the Jawbone II. Callers have been clear to me as well.The only issue I have had is sometimes when I use the voice command "answer" to pick up an incoming call, the headset doesnt acknowledge the command. However, all other voice commands have always worked for me (for example, "check battery" always gives me the remaining charge of the headset).Speaking of battery life, the headset has lasted throughout my workday and still had a charge left at the end of the day--that is all I ask since I will charge it at night...admittedly, I am not a heavy phone user--I would put my usage level at a little above average. But again, the battery lasts for what I need it to do. The battery has lasted two days in between chargings for me, when needed.I cannot speak about the Vocalyst service as I have not tried it as of yet--right now, I dont need it.In short, I'm surprised the headset isn't more popular.

My wife lost her previus model that only worked with her iPhone 2. We needed a new one that this product fit the bill. Purchase went very well.

I usually don't like things in my ear, so I'm picky when picking headsets. The Voyager series is a good fit in the inner ear and hangs on around the ear without feeling it's going to fall off better than anything I've seen.This is my second Voyager as the last broke after 3-4 years of frequent use. I like the Voyager Pro UC with the USB that can connect either to my PC or Smartphone...although the sound coming from the PC is not match for a true two-ear-piece stereo headset.

This item does not keep charge and will not answer calles all the time. I looked at the reviews and thats why I paid good monies for this model. ( NOT AGAIN )

Product works as designed. Connects with the computer and iPhone ok. Nice to have the voice confirmation of the connection . Rate 4 star because of battery life.

I have absolutely no regrets. It's working very well and won't swap this product for any other bluetooth device on the market. You can't go wrong with this product and will definitely recommend to a friend.

The headset is amazing and very clear. I would recommend it for anyone. The flexability it has to adapt to pc is also good.

The M1100 works as described - no issues with call or music streaming quality. I was sufficiently impressed that I bought a second one for my wife.

I've not had a lot of luck with headsets over the years. Part of the problem is that I tend to speak too quietly and often have to raise my voice to be heard. The other issue has been discomfort. Perhaps I've just got odd-shaped ears, but wearing any earpiece for more than a short time has been uncomfortable.So, it was with a little skepticism that I thought I'd try the Savor M1100. Initial impressions were pretty good, though I think the severe amount of plastic that this thing comes in is a little extreme. We're talking a bluetooth headset here, but it comes in a box that could hold twenty or more of the things.Set up was a breeze. The M1100 was already charged. I set the phone to discover the headset and I was good to go. The first really positive thing was the fit. The M1100 comes with a couple of soft rubber pieces that don't try to force themselves, or your ear, to conform. Rather, they expand in just the right way so as to sit the earpiece comfortably in any shaped ear. I imagine my dog could wear this thing comfortably (but I'm not about to try).The M1100 has voice recognition. The phone rings, and you can say "ignore" or "answer" and lo and behold - it works! There are multiple microphones built in and, for the first time, people can hear me when I speak normally, even in a noisy environment!A pretty cool add-on is the Vocalyst system, which allows you to send or receive emails, listen to the news, tweet, etc etc, all through the headset. The M1100 comes with a free year of Vocalyst service, though I'm not sure I'd pay the $25 a year afterward as I feel it's more of a gimmick for someone like me than a really useful tool. I just wanted a headset that worked for me, and I think I've finally found it.At about $100 the M1100 isn't outrageously priced. The talk time and standby times are impressive. You can ask it how it's doing, power-wise and you'll get a voice update of how much battery life is left.Also, the range is pretty amazing. You can wander several feel away from the phone and still talk comfortably. Plantronics claim up to a 30 foot range, which is a lot!All in all, I'm impressed. Will see how I fare over the coming months, but first impressions are very very good.UPDATE 11-22-10 : Overall still very pleased, especially with the sound/voice quality and talk time - this thing seems to never need charging. HOWEVER, I've found the buttons a little awkward and, on more than one occasion, have hung up on someone when trying to adjust the volume. It is easy to do so as there are two buttons on the side right next to each other.

Received this item and returned the item on the same day. Luckily this item was fulfilled by Amazon so no problem returning. Item came in a resealed plastic bag with bar code sticker on bag, one headset, one ear piece, and a very short "quick start guide". Nothing else!!!!! Was Missing 2 ear pieces, one carry pouch, and the optional ear loop. Seems like I got the same item another reviewer received. The one time I tried to use it the connection was horrible, There was a lot of what did you say and could you repeat that (while on phone to customer service). Was not impressed at all with this item...I wish Amazon would give us the ability to rate an item zero stars.Update 1/18/12 I received a personal call from the seller trying to resolve this issue. Stated that the wrong item had been listed and a few units went out that weren't supposed to go out to customers. I am impressed that the seller took the time to call and try to resolve this for me. Very good customer service and shows this seller cares about their reputation....If I am looking for more items for my phone I will look under this seller first to see if they carry the item I need....

The Pro UC B230 is hands down the best bluetooth headset I have ever used. Audio quality and noise reduction are superb, and it is easy to set up and use.

I love almost everything about this headset but the two features I wanted most don't work. The noise cancellation appears to be non-existent. To be fair I was expecting something like the Jawbone my coworker has, but this isn't in the same league for noise cancellation.I use an Android phone and the headset couldn't consistently tell if I was wearing it or not so I missed multiple calls routed to the earpiece when it wasn't being worn.I did love the ability to remotely answer Skype calls and almost kept it just for this feature, but I will be returning it over the lack of noise cancellation.Battery life, fit, and comfort were all exceptional. I will probably buy the next generation of this product when they resolve these issues.

I have had the pleasure of owning a couple of these. the sound quality is great and the unit is very comfortable to wear. the only reason I've had a couple is due to my kids dumping a soda on it or me breaking the ear bud. they have never quit working or sound bad. I have tried jabberjaw (sp?) and another that I simply can't remember and these have always worked the best.

I found this product to be very good quality. It's quick to pair with my phone and works well my laptop as well. Well worth the price!

This is my second bluetooth headset. My first one was Jawbone Icon. Amazon, like always, was very efficient in fulfilling the order (in fact, received it before the expected time). No issues in pairing to my BlackBerry and it was quickly setup. Like the fact that it has a dedicated on/off switch and am getting used to the buttons.However, few points where I am disappointed1. Range - while the product description says that the range is 33 feet. I start getting disturbance as soon as I am 10-12 feet away from the phone. This is straight line distance with no walls or anything blocking the signal. With my Jawbone, I could have the phone in my living room and practically roam around the house without any issuesUpdate - The range is an issue as compared to my previous Icon. Even in office I can't get away from my desk to get coffee.2. Quality of voice/noise cancellation - I need to test this more (and I shall update the review) but the initial impression on both these counts is not very positive. Was told by my friend on the other side that even the small noise was being picked up by the headset (Jawbone on the other hand was quite efficient. I could talk without having to reduce the volume of stereo in my car). The incoming voice also seems to be muffled.Update - This one picks up more noise. Though it cancels out some wind noise it does not seem to be as efficient as Jawbone.One the other hand it does not touch your cheek and it wears much better and much more stable than Icon.First impressions, I liked Jawbone Icon much better. I also used Discovery 975 for few days and that seemed to better than Savor. Will update after about a week.Update - Given a choice, I will go with Icon or Discovery 975 (that one actually looks more cool)

My first impression was wow this is smaller than I thought. The packaging is way too much for this ear piece but i'm sure its to keep it from getting stolen off store shelves. The hard plastic packaging has two chambers, one is the ear piece and the other is the plug. The ear piece has 3 ear fittings, I had to use the large to keep it from falling out. The style is like Uhura from Star Trek but it also comes with the hook for over the ear for extra protection from it falling out.I like the on/off switch. Many others out there you have to hold the same button that makes calls etc and i've always held it too long making go into pairing mode. There's a volume button on the top that has 3 settings of low, med, high. The main body has two buttons that you can't see but each end is a hidden button. This was my only complaint as naturally you easily want to click the front button and that is the voice recognition button not the call answer hang up button. Once you remember and become comfortable with that it becomes easier.The voice recognition is kinda cool in that it does specific tasks with your voice, now this isn't something new but this earpiece can answer or ignore your call just by saying "Answer/Ignore". Which makes it totally hands free. You can also ask to check the battery, redial, get 411 info and also has a Vocalyst feature that lets you get your email, post Twitter messages and check news and weather. I haven't tried out this feature because you need to sign up online using the 1year free service.The sound which is the most important feature in my opinion is pretty good. Its not the best but not the worst. Its clear but slightly sounds digitized, although if you think about it its wireless and that's how it works it digitizes the voice from the phone to the ear piece. Pairing it was the easiest I have ever done and I've owned about 5 earpieces. It also has 3 microphones to make sure your voice is picked up well and I can say that it seemed to do its job. I spoke slow and sometimes not as clear but it was picked up on the other end.It says 4 hrs talk time and 7 hrs stand by but its too early to tell this although most likely it will be about that as i've again, owned many earpieces and most of them are true to battery life. This also comes with a small pouch for traveling to keep your plug and earpiece secure.My final thought is if that your looking for a small wall made good sounding earpiece i highly recommend this one. its very easy to use and is comfortable to wear.

This phone does not support voice dialing (especially with Android 4.0 ICS), no matter what the instructions say. Otherwise it seems like a nice device.

I use this device with google voice on a macbook pro. works great. sometimes when I go away from my laptop I have to adjust settings in "sound" settings but have that figured out now. it also works well with my Droid. nice because my contacts are there and I can dial with 3 clicks. only complaint is that the incoming audio could stand to be a little louder. I'll be in a private office soon and this issue will go away. regardless no hesitation recommending. I forget its on my ear. long charge time is nice! you can switch ears too if you want. I can speak very softly and still be heard no problem by those on the other end of the call. GET ONE you'll be glad you did!

Turned it on. Activated Bluetooth and paired with one click. now it reconnects automatically. I don't like how it fits into the ear, but its my fist Bluetooth device. I don't know why it doesn't say specifically on the plantronics website that it, in fact, allows one to double tap the frontwards button and say "call mom" - and boom. hi mom. loving the way it works right now. I can also double tap the frontwards button and say "open weather, radarnow, calculator- etc.", and the app opens up. Its really silly that plantronics doesn't simply say that on the site...I think ima call them right now.

What I was looking for: I wanted a Bluetooth headset for my iPhone 3G and PS3 for gaming and thus needed one with multipoint technology. I've had cheap headsets before, and have learned that when it comes to headsets, you get what you pay for. So I wasn't afraid to pay a little more for quality. After doing research, it seemed that the jawbone, discovery 925, and blueant V9 were the highest rated headsets in my pricerange. The jawbone gets far more press than the other 2. I didn't know much about blueant, so I focused on the jawbone II and the 925. There aren't many reviews that compare the 2 that satisfied me. So I went with the jawbone II. I wasn't satisfied so I returned the jawbone and bought the 925. So here is my comparison.Noise cancellation/isolation: Of all the options, sound isolation seems to separate the high end headsets from the lower end models. Jawbone touts the noise assassin. This requires a vibration sensor to maintain constant contact on your cheek (hence the name "jawbone") to be able to determine when you're talking and thus cancel out other sounds. Inherently, this requires a good fit. Most reviews criticize the less than perfect fit. Mine fit fine, and noise isolation was excellent. Even with music playing and the windows rolled down. The 925 utilizes audioIQ technology. Most negative reviews say it is not as effective as the noise assassin, and complain that it is very sensitive to the wind. I found that audioIQ did not work nearly as well as the noise assassin. Sometimes it would amplify ambient noise, perhaps it interpreted it as my voice? Sensitivity to the wind was not as extreme as some reviewers complained about. It was no worse than talking on my iPhone in the wind.Incoming sound quality: I thought the jawbone sound quality was acceptable. There seems to be an emphasis on the high frequencies. The 925 was much better, up to par with my iPhone's sound. At the highest volume level, I found the 925 to have some distortion. Both only have 1 volume button. The 925's button toggles between 3 levels of volume.Outgoing (voice) sound quality: I think the tradeoff for great sound isolation is poor voice quality. By far the 925 won in this category. It was up to par with a land line, when it worked. For example, when there was a lot of ambient noise, I still had to speak loudly for the earpiece to distinguish it from the noise. The jawbone's sound quality was at most acceptable. Most people would ask me to repeat myself. Some said it was obvious I was using a headset. Some thought I was on speakerphone or said it sounded like I was in an auditorium. Fit was not a problem, the sensor always maintained firm contact to my cheek. I also noticed that sound isolation would clip the very beginning of each sentence. For instance my "Yes" would become "-es".Comfort: By far, the 925 was more comfortable and easier to apply. It utilizes gels (3 sizes) that hold it in place in your ear without an earloop. I wore this playing a game for 2 hours, without discomfort. I shook my head hard without it getting loose or falling out. The jawbone uses a combination of gels (3 sizes) and earloops (plastic or leather, 2 sizes each). I played around with every combination and eventually came back to the default size that came in the box. The jawbone is awkward at first, but you get used to it. It is a bit clumsy to get on and off however. In the beginning, I was very paranoid that the noise assassin sensor was not touching my cheek and had to check repeatedly.Multipoint: Jawbone, as far as I am aware, does not support multipoint technology. It did however pair with my PS3. Pairing the 925 with both the iphone and PS3 was a bit confusing at first. You have to turn multipoint on first, then pair each one at a time. You switch from one device to the other with the multifunction button. Several times, my headset interfered with my controller (also Bluetooth) when I switched it on during a game. I've read that this is a common occurance with bluetooth headsets and the PS3. I've played probably a total of 20 hrs with this headset, and encountered this problem twice. Another reviewer stated he had to pair his headset with the iPhone everyday. I did not encounter this problem. Be aware that multipoint drains your battery faster.Range: Both maintained pairing to about 30 feet (rough estimate). The 925 had static at about feet. The jawbone was fine at about 30 feet. I did not push their limits however.Multifunction button: each uses a single multifunction button which are comparable. The jawbone's buttons are integrated in the design, so you actually don't see the buttons, you just know where they are. An annoying feature is the led light, which is on the multifunction button. So when you are pushing the button to turn it on, you can't see when the light is coming on.Charging: I have to admit, the jawbone has a cool magnetic charger which attaches itself to the headset. Be sure to check that your charging light is on. O

The delivery was quicker than expected and I got to jump right in and use this from Day One. It was simple to setup, for both phone and PC. I use this on my work PC with Microsoft UC and my HTC phone simultaneously. No major issues, on the very odd occasion it drops a call, or I sometimes have to reboot my phone as the Bluetooth says it is connected but when I dial a call I can't hear through the headset, admittedly it may be a HTC issue as opposed to a Voyager issue. All in all I am very happy with the headset, as it is my first one and way better than the corded earphones / mic setup that came with the phone.

Purchased several months ago with high hopes..I am using an iPhone 4 and unfortunately there is a decent amount of static/interference.When there is no static it works well and I like that it announced how much talk time is left when you first turn it on.

I had to finally write a review on a product (maybe i've written a few others on some really great items) to let those of you who have been painfully searching for the perfect bluetooth, like me, that you can stop your search with this one! In the past three months I've gone through the jawbone icon (nice sound/fit, but had problems with pairing after A2DP), the Jabra Extreme (very good connection & reliable, but sound was extremely muffled), Plantronics 975 (very nice aesthetically, amazing sound quality, but no A2DP) and Jabra Stone (very sexy, good sound quality, battery life HORRIBLE). I finally settled on the Jabra Extreme, just becuase it reliable, but at times it was so muffled i could barely make out what the other person was saying...I thought what I was looking for was simple... I just needed a bluetooth headset that I could use with my computer for Communicator/Live Meeting Conferences and with my phone for regular calls when not using the computer. In addition to conference meetings on my phone, A2DP allows the headset to replace the laptop speakers with normal sound quality, which is why it was a must... for watching the occasional youtube video while working :)..I think that Plantronics has the best sound quality... which is why I was sooo disappointed when the 975 did not have A2DP.The Plantronics M1100 has solved this problem... no connection issues, A2DP, great sound quality, great noise cancelling, very slim, great fit and look! Finally I've found the perfect bluetooth headset for my needs... the M1100 great features too, which was an added bonus.. the voice controls are really nice... and although, i probably wont use it, but the Vocalyst feature is very nice... it comes with a free 1 year subscription so i'll probably sign up for that just to test it out.anyway, i just wanted to share my two cents with those who've had the same struggle as me since this is a new product and not many reviews out. I could only find one or two when I was debating whether to purchase this or not two days ago.... So far I'm glad I did.oh.. one negative.. the packaging was horrible.. maybe it was just me being too excited to figure out how to open it properly, but i had to rip all of the labeling from the case just to get it open.... so much for returning it... fortunately I won't be.

I was so impressed with my service from this vendor from the beginning: I received this item before the specified shipping arrival date.The headset links up to the phone with ease and fits snugly in my ear. I bought 2 and gave one to my husband. The only reason I rated this 4 out of 5 stars is because I am not able to adjust the volume via the headset and I didn't receive the charger dock displayed in the picture.Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this vendor and this item to all.Thank you.

i have tried a number of wireless headsets (most recently jabra extreme), and the sound quality here is best by far. the key is the boom mike. none of the headsets are attractive to wear around, but i use mine exclusively for car or work on a trading desk (as a result, sound quality is most important factor). in terms of fit, it's light enough but irritates the inside of my ear after a couple hours of wear. in short, will not stray from plantronics headsets in the future as they still seem to far exceed most of the competition. in terms of price, i agree with another reviewer that you do not need to buy bundle; may save some money to buy voyager pro and usb dongle separately.

So last night my M1100 went though an entire washing machine cycle. Ugh. I was sure it was dead. Nope! I plugged it in and it started charging right away. This morning I turned it on and it works fine. Impressive!I use this to stream podcasts mostly, and for that it works well...usually. The problem I have is if it's in my pants pocket and I'm walking the reception cuts out a lot and that gets to be frustrating. In the house I can go all over the place and there's virtually never a cut out, but my body apparently is really good at blocking the signal. I found a $20 headset Plantronics Explorer 390 Bluetooth Headset that is coming soon, I'm curious to see how well it works in comparison.

Linking was a snap, and it really is quite weightless on your ear. People I call say that there is no road noise when I talk in the car anymore.

This product uses two buttons and has lots of features, along with being a very attractive product. Unfortunately the 2nd button - the one that I need to use the most - is placed lower on the device so pushing the button tends to twist the earpiece out of the ear, unless you awkwardly hold the unit with two fingers while pushing with the index finger. Other reviewers noted this problem also. I tried to live with it for a couple of days but I was also surprised that the sound quality was not as good as the older Motorola unit that I was replacing. I returned this to Amazon and replaced it with a Motorola 730.

I had difficulty installing it to work with the PC at first. After I managed to download the software, it as a breeze. The only set back was that I have to pull out the USB and insert again before I can use it with my CICP.

Installs on Windows 7 beautifully, using as a mobile and PC headset. Sounds great. Bluetooth USB dongle small enough to leave in the laptop when traveling. Nice travel case for headset. Battery life is great so far. Highly recommend.

This headset works great with CIPC (8.6.1.0). I haven't tested it with XP, but it works well with Win7 64bit and I expect it would work fine with XP. It came with a case that fits into my laptop backpack. With the small form dongle, I can boot it up with CIPC in the starup menu because it sees it attached even if I have it turned off. That way, it doesn't kick of the audio tuning wizard. It has some features that aren't really supported - like if you push the answer button (when not receiving a call), it will sometimes, but not always, start a call. I kind of wish it would always work, but that is only happy occasionally, and I don't know why, so I can't duplicate it every time. I called Plantronics and they were surprised it was doing that. It also took me a bit to figure out that I had to turn on the headset and push the answer key to really turn it on. I thought once it was on, it was ready, so I messed with the audio devices quite a while before pushing the answer button and getting a connection. Instructions weren't clear on it. All in all...very nice device.

I have owned the Plantronics Pro for 2 years and it works great(Noisy rooms, outdoors, in cars, airport, etc.). I was in the market for an upgrade and read the reviews on the M1100. It indicated that it had all the features of the Pro but with 3 mics instead of the 2. So I figured this had to be a better option than the Pro in theory. Got a great price on AMAZON anf thought I made the best informed decision based on all the info provided. The M1100 performs very well in relatively quiet environments. It perfroms horribly outside walking or riding in a car, or in an airport. It does not handle wind and outdoor ambient noise wel( as compared to the Pro). When in windy environments and ambient noise the M1100 will intermitently go silient and your conversation becomes rally between "what did you say" and "can you here me now".I also have a Blackberry tour that pairs well with the M1100 but the commands and features don't work. The push to talk does not work, and a host of other features dont work with my BB Tour. Seriously if your looking for this product to perform at or better than the Pro, it didn't fit the bill for me. The PRO is the best Headset I have ever owned. The M1100 does not work well for the road warrior type. SO I will be upgrading to the Plantronics PRO PLUS from AMAZON.

I bought this because it looked like it has good integration with Microsoft Lync. And, it does. The integration with Lync, Skype, the PC in general is great. The problem is the sound is not very good. Finally, I'm one step closer to being an android.I really wanted a wireless headset to connect to my cell for calls and my computer for VoIP (Google Talk) and Dragon Naturally Speaking. The reviews out there were a little vague about whether this would work, but after trying the Voyager Pro+ with my computer (and failing), I sent it back and picked up the Voyager Pro UC.The call quality is great, I work in a very hectic office and no one can hear my crazy coworkers, even when we are all on the phone at the same time (we have a small office). So far no complaints about noise in the car. Overall I don't even think about call quality, which means its doing its job.I'm most impressed with how seamless it integrates with Windows. There is a setting in the software that permanently connects the headset to windows, so it works very well with any software application. The problem I had with the Voyager Pro+ was that it treated software like Dragon as an incoming phone call; I had all kinds of problems connecting, it was a mess. Now I can just walk in and out of the office, and the headset automatically pairs with the computer whenever it is in range. Its super easy.Dragon picks up the audio very well overall, although not as well as my old wired USB logitech headset. The minor loss of fidelity is completely worth (a) being wireless and (b) having one headset for both computer and phone.My only complaint is that the new hardware feature which supposedly knows whether the headset is on your head or not and routes the call accordingly doesn't work on my T-mobile G2. I didn't buy the headset for this so I don't really care.Battery life is very good. I can make it 2 days on one charge if I forget to plug it in.Next, I just need that brain implant I've been waiting for...

I owned a Blue Ant that I had a few issues with and lost it. I thought it was a good excuse to upgrade and purchase the Plantronics. What a disappointment, since my purchase I have spent hours trying to find my Blue Ant.Back to the store.............

Its honestly only worth $20, sound quality wile talking on both ends is bad and crackly, listing to music has the same bad quality, the voice commands are a joke there not even on the headset you have to call a service to use voice commands (using your minutes) and you can only do that after signing up for there service which you eventually have to pay extra for, you can post to twitter and facebook but only audio messages and the way they posts is threw a link to a different website and when you click on it from twitter or facebook it takes you off the site to hear an audio msg.. I got this as a gift and am for sure returning it!!!Using with iphone 4

I do not like this product at all. It is too big and does not comfortably fit behind my ear. Also, the volume is adequate in a quiet room but that is it. The answer button does not give a good tactile response -- it is hard to find and when you push what you think is the button, you are not sure. It works fine at a desk using the USB dongle, but as a mobile device, it leaves much to be desired.

I ordered this device to make and receive phone calls, but it won't work that way. All I can do is listen to streaming audio or music saved on my sd card. I do enjoy music.

No 3 extra sets of ear tips and carry pouch!!!Moreover, the package of this one is like non-retail packaging - no box, only wrapping in the plastic bag, which the price of this non-retail packaing is cheaper!!Very disappointing!!!!!

I own a 925 that has a manufacturing stamp of Apr 2009 (was on sale locally for $99). Sound quality RX/TX is fantastic. I was looking for another one because the battery in mine seems to be going downhill. So I ordered one (Manufactured stamp of Nov 2010) from Amazon relatively inexpensive compared to the one from about 2 years ago. As it turns out, the RX/TX sound of this unit is way worse than my old 925 and even worse than the sound of my old Plantronics 655 from about 3 years ago (and that one had some very hollow sound on both the receiving and transmitting end). Amazon was great about exchanging that 925 for another 925 (also Manufactired Nov 2010), but that one sounded as bad as the one that I was returning. So both went back and Amazon ended up refunding my purchase price. THANK YOU AMAZON. I had high hopes for the new ones, but was thoroughly disappointed by the poor sound quality of the newer Plantronics - so NO THANK YOU PLANTRONICS. I don't know what Plantronics did with their technical/quality control/production specifications. Comparing the units, I noticed what looked like a piece of metal of some kind extending almost to the very edge of the mouth piece on the old unit and there wasn't one in the new units. On a side note, all of the 925's that I own and tried were manufactured in China.
