I've been using this card for a while now with no complaints. I use it in my digital camera, my digital camcorder and to transfer files from my computer to laptop. I've never had a problem with it and the class ten loads a whole lot faster than other cards I've owned. For the price it HAS to get 5 stars.

Shipping was quick, quicker than expected. This card works as expected. FWIW its true size is 29.7GB (31,906,070,528 bytes). This "32GB" card replaces a "16GB" Transcend card which mysteriously failed after three years - neither XP nor Win 7 OS would recognize it.

I needed a small microsd care for my ereader (just black and white book reader). This came on time and works to hold my various ebooks. I've also purchased higher capacity micro sd cards for my phone and tablet. I'm glad I could still find these smaller ones.

Used this card on our Canon 60D camera, and it has failed us twice and left us with no option but to reformat the card and we lost all the pictures on it. The first time we though it was something we had done. The second time there was the confirmation that it was not our fault, but instead the card had just failed us. If you are using this for anything you care about I would second guess the purchase.

All the Kingston memory is subpar, even the USB sticks are real slow. I'll never buy Kingston again, ever. They're a chinese(taiwan) company trying to front as an American brand.

This is a great card. I believe any class 10 card is great. This I bought cheap and the write times are fast. I shoot in Raw/j-peg and there appears to be no lag time that's noticeable will definitely by another card.

My Focus worked fine. I ran out of space. Bought this stupid thing.Pre-Mango, wp7 uses Zune software to sync data. Dunno about post, but probably the same. Before this thing, fine. Now it'll sync a few files then give a dumb C00D124D error then stop...You have to disconnect the USB cable and reconnect. Not such a big deal unless you have hundreds of files (me) -- so disconnect/reconnect hundreds of times...yay.There's not much info on this error. Also not much (good) info on adding an "acceptable" microSD to a wp7 device, so I certainly blame none of this on myself. Don't believe the other (Focus) reviewers unless they specifically state they have officially run out of the on board memory like I have, since they may not have experienced this problem yet...Fail to all of this since wp7 marries the microSD to the on board memory in the OS. I realize there are other uses than sticking in my Focus, so it may work just fine for you, but it was supposed to work fine for me, and a lot of people stick these in their phones, thus this review.

I bought this card to use with my Canon Vixia HF21 camcorder to record HD video. It does the job flawlessly, at the highest video setting, and the video transfers very quickly off the built-in SD card reader of my iMac. The camcorder reports this as a class 6 card, which is good, because an off-brand class 6 card I own was reported by the cam as being a class 2. It is good to see Kingston truthfully labeling their cards for both read and write speed. This card gives me an extra 50% storage capacity to the 64GB built in, or hours more of HD video recording. I love it.5 stars for performance, price (I paid $30 after MIR at Frys), and reliability. I would buy this card again.This card is absolutely HUGE at 32GB and is best suited for HD video capture. If you are only going to use a memory card to take still shots, save your money and get a smaller capacity card of 2-8GB. Most people taking still photos never even get near 2GB when taking still photos on a vacation, etc, that is, unless they store months of photos on the card. And if you do that, you still should backup your photos regularly on a computer or other storage device. ANY storage media from ANY manufacturer can fail, so be prepared for that day and minimize your losses.

buy the product and came at exactly the time that said the shipment arrived after I tried it and was equal to the description provide the article with the Zoom H4n recorder and it worked fine without errors without problems I have taken the profit they wanted and I filled the almost completethank you very much for the product I hope to buy more from now on.

As with several other reviewers of this product, I too have found this Kingston SDHC 16gb card that is rated as a Class-10, as being more on par with Class-4 cards. The only reason this product didn't get a single star is because it's got the Kingston lifetime warranty (which seems redundant if you're never going to use the card for lack of promised speed). I could only recommend this product if the price dropped to an exceedingly low point and the speed of the card were of little consequence to what you need.

I came here to post my review for the Kingston 8GB Class 6 SDHC Card. Then I realized that several products and reviews had been collected on this page. The Kingston 16 GB SDHC Class 4 Memory Card is also now being sold here. I actually own and use almost all the products listed here except for the 4 GB SDHC card from Kingston. I do have other 4 GB SDHC cards, just not that one. I will try to list as much info as possible to help all those shopping for one of these Kingston memory cards.The 2 GB, 2 GB Elite Pro, and 2 GB Ultimate CardsThe 2 GB regular SD card from Kingston is pretty comparable to the Sandisk card, which I also own. It's a steady performer at a good price, still only around $10. Just for the sake of clarity, the technical details speed rating of 5 MB/sec read speed and 1.5 MB/sec write speed applies to the basic card. The Elite card is 50x, giving you up to 10 MBs read and 5 MBs write and the Ultimate card basically doubles those numbers.The only criticism I can list about the basic 2 GB card is that in my Nikon camera I definitely notice the lag after taking pictures. That was the original reason why I stepped up to the Elite Pro and Ultimate Cards. With the Elite Pro I experienced only a mild improvement in the performance, but the Ultimate really gave me a noticeable improvement.Is it worth it to buy a faster 2 GB card for twice or three times the price? I would actually say "NO" and here's the reason why. 2 GB used to be a lot of storage, but now 8 GB is the benchmark. 16 GB SDHC cards are soon to become common too. Most people who are buying 2 GB cards are doing so because they are basic users or have older devices that can't use larger SDHC cards. For that reason, few people will want to pay the extra cash at the 2 GB size. Get the basic card if you just need the largest compatible card.My SDHC specific review pointsAs long as your devices are compatible with the SDHC format, 8 GB is the way to go. Granted 4 GB is a nice size too, but most users who need cards that are SDHC compliant are probably using it for RAW image storage on high end cameras. To me 8 GB capacity on this guy makes it perfect for high capacity storage.The class 6 speed is the fastest speed available in mass market SDHC cards, meaning that you would have to step up to much more expensive professional rigs to improve upon the speed of this 8 GB card. Class 6 guarantees minimum transfer speeds of 6 MBs, but I've gotten speeds on the order of 20MBs writing and reading! Those are real world numbers I have been able to get. It should be noted that I buy a lot of external hard drives with USB 2.0 speed ratings of 480Mbs that have actual production speeds of less than this guy! That makes this card perfect for professional photographers storing pictures in RAW image formats.The 8 GB SDHC Class 6 is on par with the Sandisk Extreme III cards that are about $15 more per card on average. If you don't have an SDHC reader, you may opt to get the package with a reader included to download your pics. Sandisk SDSDRX38192 Extreme III SDHC 8GB Card with MicroMate ReaderGeneral SDHC and SD Card TipsThere are a few tips that I've learned the hard way through buying TOO MANY different memory cards.1. Make sure your device is compatible with the card! Even in regular SD cards, some older electronics aren't compatible with that large of a size (2 GB). In terms of SDHC cards, make sure your camera or other device is SDHC compatible. SDHC is different from regular SD and only newer devices tend to have built-in compatibility2. Once you install this in your camera or device, you will generally want to format the card with your compatible device's interface. That is because the standard formats for certain devices, particularly Canon, are different from the factory installed format3. Just like your devices, most computer SD card readers are not compatible with the SDHC format. So use a card reader or download the pictures via USB connection to the camera with the card still installed.4. For some reason, placing the card in the locked position allows some older laptops to still read it. This is just to be used in a pinch however, and it won't apply to all systems5. If you did not properly format your card, you may be able to save things to it and then have them "disappear." If this happens to you, make sure you use the software recovery tools BEFORE you try to save anything else to your card. That way, you can retrieve your images without over-writing them.6. Make sure you know what you are going to use this card for. Once you have set up everything and ensured it's all compatible, you still have to decide on speed. If you are using this for storing RAW images instead of JPEGs or HD video, step up to the faster class 6 speed format if you can afford it.7. If you are going to pay more for a faster speed, make sure your device can benefit from it. I've read, for example, that Kodak cameras are set to a fixed

The Kingston 2GB memory card works great. I am very pleased with the quality of this product, and would be happy to purchase one again. I was even able to use part of the package as a decent storage case. (It is important, however, that care is taken because of sharp edges on the plastic, if you decide to cut the excess off of the package for use as a case.)

Used this card for about a month, capturing a couple hundred pictures at a time before downloading to my computer. Went on a trip, took over 1000 pictures. When I got home to upload the pictures, they wouldn't upload and the camera said the card couldn't be read. Only through some recovery software was I able to get most, but not all, of my pictures off the card. I've used Kingston before and have had good luck, but it seems to not like my Canon T3i. I'll be looking to a different brand for a replacement.

I use this in my Canon T1i, and it can't keep up with even still shots. I lose 1 out of about 5, because they didn't get recorded to the card for whatever reason. I assume, because it can't write fast enough. In any case, I don't trust this card anymore. I have used an 8GB Class 6 for a year and a half, and it has worked much better. For video, it stops recording after just a minute or two, because it can't keep up, and that isn't even at the highest resolution (I record at 720p). If you're not shooting HD video, or raw + jpg photos, it might work for you. YMMV, but it doesn't meet my needs with my Canon EOS T1i DSLR.

What can you say about an SD Card. Well they are practically all the same. What set them apart is the class they belong in, 10 being the best and fastest. I believe if I am correct that the class refers to the write speed, which makes a great difference if you are transferring big files onto them. The all pretty much do a good job reading. I have a class 2 which read and plays back Great Video.So in closing if you need to get those file onto that SD card fast or need your camera ready for the next shoot in an instant, then get the highest class you can afford.By the way Kingston is a major player in the CF to Micro card business, you can't go wrong.

I've read the other reviews where folks are concerned about speed and reliability in their SLR cameras, PCs, card readers, etc. Admittedly, I don't possess the engineering skills or the electronic tools to measure the exact read write speed of this memory card.However, I haven't noticed any incremental shutter lag in my raw SLR photography. And I was pleasantly surprised when I brushed away the layer of dust on my SD port on my ancient dell latitude laptop, and it worked just fine transferring a large 8 gig file of photographs.The card will spend most of its time in my cheap canon point and shoot where it will allow me to take 10,000 photos and be as lazy as I want deleting and transferring images.Perhaps my standards aren't as high as other people. Perhaps I got a gem.
