I had the Plantronics 510 and the battery was dying so I thought the 520 would be an upgrade. It is not. In fact it is so bad Plantronics should be ashamed to put their name on it. It generates some kind of noise that sounds like thumping a rubber band or playing the banjo that your audience can hear very well. You can not hear it unless you record your headset and then play it back. I even changed headsets during a call and my audience could hear the noise on the 520 but not the 510. So I got a warranty replacement from Plantronics and it makes the same noise. It also has 100 times more wind noise than the 510, also picked up during my recording. The 510 on the other hand is a fine headset.

This is my first Bluetooth headset and I am not comply satisfied. Sometimes it generates background noise/statics. I have it now, because the return period ended when I was overseas. So, I could not return it back. If I am going to make an important call, I do not use it. Sometimes it works superbly though. Not recommend for business use.

Nice bluetooth. Small. Sounds good. Easy to connect to your cell. Can charge via power adapter or triple a battery. Multiple ear piece configurations. Can wear with your sunglasses.Not so good: Keeps falling out of your ear.

So i have been pretty fortunate in my Bluetooth headset purchases. My first one was the venerable Plantronics 510 - funky design, looked like an old school hearing aid from the back, but was one of the best. It worked like a champ for 2 years until I rolled over it with my office chair and crushed it. Oh well. Time to shop for a new one.I had two options - buy the cult-status 510 or buy the new shiny 520. I hate rebuying the exact same stuff I break/lose so I went for the 520.I buy and open the Plantronics 520 box and what does it have that I wished the 510 had? A charging base, or so I thought. It has a faux charging base. It pretty much is a stand for the connector, so you have a connector that is no longer loose and wavy like a regular cable but attached to a small piece of plastic. You still need to snap it into the connector/base in order to charge.I've also had the weirdo initial power issues with the charger/battery on this thing, and that is that it had very bad battery life the first 2 charges - but after that it is very good.Sound quality can't beat the 510, but the 510 was a completely in the ear design where this one is a partial slip-in-ear design. Its lighter and looks more like normal headset - no longer do I look like a have a hearing aid behind my ear.Plantronics seems to have the right formula going with the Voyager 5xx line. I know people on their 5th BT headset and still unhappy. I guess I am just lucky. Or maybe it is because I just stick with Plantronics.

For the money, you really can't beat the Plantronics Voyager 520. The performance is similiar to that of the 510, but wrapped in a more attractive design. It's extremely lightweight, and very comfortable to wear on either ear. Sometimes I even forget that I have it on my ear! The noise cancelling feature seems to work pretty well. I've tested this headset in various conditions. Driving in my car with the windows down, and the radio on, I can still hear my caller, and they state that they hear me well also. Even when there's wind, the caller can still hear me. Though the JAWBONE, which I previously had, has a superior sound technology, the moment there's any kind of wind, the noise cancelling feature on that doesn't seem to do a good job. The 520 certainly does! Controls are very basic. My only complaints are that the distance from the cell phone and the headset aren't that great. Starts to get a lot of static when you're more than 10 ft away. Not a big deal. Another very unfortunate complaint I have with this headset, is it's inability to play any kind of music if your cellphone has MP3 capability. You hear the keypad tones on the headset as you navigate the menu to the Music Source, and as soon as you try to play a song, the headset cancels out the music, and you can only hear it playing from the phone itself. Again, VERY unfortunate! Other than that, it's an excellent Bluetooth headset.

I am very satisfied with this headset; it is even priced just right. Good product features and design. The button to answer calls seems at first hard to press but it really isn't. You just need to get a feel for it. I would recommend it.

Short & sweet. I bought this because it was a good deal and the reviews were decent. The headsets I owned before this were... The Jawbone (Original) which had great audio and battery, but was uncomfortable and unpocketable. Then, the blueant Z9 serviceable comfort, bad sound and lost, due to the unstable built in clip. Moving on to the next victim.In it's defense, this headset is the most comfortable I've ever owned. Bad news? The battery life is unforgivably short. The audio is mediocre. If you're in a quiet place, it's fine. Add ambient noise and the party is over. Also, should you lose the cleverly designed charging case, there is no longer a way to charge it. Had I known this before, it would have been a pass.Spend a few extra bucks.This one's a pass.

I have been using Plantronics Voyager 510 for a while and very happy with that product. It was very light and comfortable and I hardly noticed it on my ear. unfortunately, I machine washed this unit along with my cloths (unknowingly :-) ) and obviously, it couldn't sustain that.I was searching for another headset. I was looking for clear voice, noise reduction and capability to pair with multiple devices as I use two phones. I noticed Discovery 650 for its multi-point technology and the sleek design. However, I must say that I'm very disappointed and I will never recommend this to anyone.Given below are the problems I noticed...- Buttons are very hard. This is really a nuisance when you have to transfer call from headset to phone and reverse. You will really have to press and hold the headset against your ear canal and its very painful.- Headset behaves erratically at times. It doesn't switch off/on or get connected to the phone.- Voice quality is not good. No noise canceling.. It even gives static at times.- The way ear buds are fitted to the headset is not good. It keeps coming off. There is a third component that keeps the headset fixed to the ear. But, even that keeps coming off.- You need to charge this unit frequently. I do this alternate days where as I used to charge Voyager 150 once in a week.

What all the other reviews say is true about the quality of this unit being great. This is a winner on the technical side. Sounds great on both ends of the conversation. The ability to pair to two phones at the same time was a deciding factor for me to purchase.Unfortunately, once I started to wear this it became very apparent that it was not for me. This headset was so uncomfortable in my ear that I could only wear it for an hour or so before I had to take it off. I tried for two days thinking that I would get used to it, but no. And I usually don't have "fit" problems.If it was more comfortable, I'd be keeping it. As it is, back it goes!

I just got this bluetooth today (after two days waiting-Super Saving Shipping). I opened the box, and I coundn't believe in my eyes that this bluetooth is so terrific and beautiful (compared to the others at the same price). I feel very comfortable when I use it, and the voice is very clear.Everybody has to get one if you don't have!!!!!!!!

I saw lots of good reviews for this headset so I asked for one for Christmas. My experience has not been good. The only pros I found were comfort (I forget it is on my ear) and ease of use. Although the volume up and down IS a little hard to work.Now for the cons. With the volume all the way up, I can barely hear the caller, even in a low noise setting. It was almost unusable in the car on the highway even with the windows up. Plus, my nephew told me he heard all that background noise. So the noise cancelling feature did not work. I'm not sure if I will exchange it for another to see if mine is defective or just go to another model.

The 520 is simply the best I have had yet. I gave it a 4 star only because it is a bit heavier than my other two earpieces. I tried a Plantronics Discovery 655 DSPDiscovery 655 Bluetooth Headset with DSP and Pocket Charger and was severely disappointed. I sent it back and tried this one for even less cost. This is the first bluetooth that I actually keep turned part way down. I can actually hear on this one. I have a slight hearing loss and this is loud and clear. My 46 year old ears love it. The battery time is good too. I must admit the range is a bit shy of the 33feet but that is ok for me. I am thinking of getting another before they go and discontinue it on me.

I read numerous reviews on all the bluetooth headsets I was interested in and this one kept coming out on top. Jawbone was a second. I have had the Motorola 851 and I could not hear from it. and I used it on a Motorola phone. Since I have had the Voyager I can hear most of the time, I still have a problem actually hearing the incoming call. I work construction and in the industrial field so it is not a quiet environment. Once I do learn I have a call I have had no problem hearing and the caller has said they can hear me fine. Plus Amazon has the best prices. Not a problem with the little stand as it fits together nice and the headset stays put.

The unit is comfortable to wear, and works well unless it is excessively windy, (people say they can't hear me clearly) otherwise, controls are intuitive and battery life is good,sound quality both ways very good.

I bought this headset to use for my Treo 680 smartphone, having had a very disappointing experience with a Plantronics 320 (excessive static, bad battery life, short range) and a Motorola H500 (constant disconnects, static), and this new headset was a huge improvement over the first two.PROS:1. Very easy to put on. The swivel and bendable ear hook accommodates my ear shape well. Occasionally I get the feeling that it's about to fall off, but it never does, which I suspect is the swivel design's problem.2. It paired with my Treo quickly and easily - the QuickPair(tm) technology Plantronics uses made setup a breeze - as opposed to my two previous headsets.3. It's very light and unobtrusive. I often forget that I'm wearing it.4. Sleek and professional appearance.5. Excellent sound quality. I used to get complaints from people whenever I used a bluetooth headset about not being able to hear me clearly or static, especially when driving. Didn't have that problem this time.6. The docking cradle. A nice touch, although it takes a little getting used to.CONS:1. Plantronics should have included a vehicle charger in this kit.2. The call/hangup and volume control buttons are merged into a single "rocker" switch, where, if you're not careful, you could accidentally hang up if you tried to adjust the volume.3. Noise cancelling is OK, but fails badly when outdoors in windy conditions, although it helps cut out engine noise when I'm driving.4. Volume was very high when I first used it: make sure you turn it down before making a call to avoid an unpleasant surprise.Overall, this was a very good buy for me, and I highly recommend it for people looking for a mid-value Bluetooth headset.

It looks great. It's tiny. It seems like it's going to blow away your Motorola S9 with the stupid heavy lump in the back that gets caught in your collar.You charge it, which goes quickly. You pair it to your phone, no surprises. You put it on without the stereo attachment and notice critical design flaw #1:Pressing the call end button forces the earpiece deeply and painfully into your ear canal.When you push the call button, you are jamming an air-tight earpiece into your eardrum. It pushes way into your ear canal, causing air pressure to build painfully. Your ear canal is not suited to being used as vice to hold something steady.You figure you might as well try the stereo functionality before you return it, and you notice critical design flaw #2:The detachable lash has a horrible connection electrically.The detachable stereo lash is a brilliant idea. You've got a headset that can serve double duty! Designers created a copper connector assembly that allows the stereo earpiece to function and yet be removable. You do the same thing when you plug something into a wall jack. The problem is, the connection doesn't apply pressure properly, so the copper doesn't touch all the way or reliably. On my model, I had to bend the ear loop oddly to get any signal at all. When I did get a signal, the volume in both earpieces was equal but unrealistically low. You'd have to be in a completely silent room to hear much.Also, if you use a Pocket PC phone with Voice Command, this headset will not allow you to activate MS Voice Command, which is an amazing piece of software.

i like my plantronics 520 a lot. it is very light and it is one of the best looking bluetooth sets around.i ordered mines through amazon for $35.99 with free s&h so i couldn't beat the price. i think it's ridiculous to pay anything more than around $50 for one. mines works nomatter which pocket my phone is in. the only thing is that it disconnects from my phone when the bluetooth battery gets low, but that's no big deal. i highly recommend this for the price and style.

I just purchased this headset and so far I like it. I have never used one before so I have nothing to compare it to, but for my first experience it works for me. I had a problem pairing it with my phone but I wasn't holding the power button down long enough. Once paired works great with my phone. It is light weight and comfortable to wear. It fits in my ears fine. As some other reviews have stated there is some static if you try wearing it on the other side of your body, but no big deal for me. I think calls are clear and loud and when I asked those on the other end they said I was loud and clear and did not know I was on a headset. I am not a heavy user so this headset should work great for me.

Like many, I have gone through several bluetooth earpieces, searching for one that stands up to all it claims to offer. I've spent close to $700 on these things and until now, all purchases had been in vain. Still, not perfect but the best I've encountered in this search that has gone on far too long.I have purchased the highest end: Jawbone, Palm, Jabra products, as well as a low end Plantronics (which I lost). The Plantronics products are comfortable, easy to use and give the best results. Good on the budget too.

First, let me say that I am not personally a fan of this bluetooth. I prefer my bluetooth to not be in the ear. My favorite is the Motorola H350 or H500. However, my husband is a power user unlike me so his needs were different. After being frustrated at trying out the Motorola HS850, H350, and the H500 I decided to surprise him with the Plantronics Voyager 520. It looked sleek, I noticed Plantronics usually garners good reviews, and it had some features he needed such as wind filtering and extended talk times.I have to say that this bluetooth has for the most part lived up to the hype. Although I can still hear wind, it doesn't drown out his voice like the former bluetooth models we have used. He says it's extremely comfortable, and he likes the fact that it is in his ear so he can hear better.The charger is very nice. The bluetooth snaps into a nifty stand and isn't as annoying as other bluetooth with its lights. It also looks very nice.I would not hesitate to try another Plantronics bluetooth in the future.

I bought the Plantronics Voyager 520 Bluetooth headset as a backup to my superior quality Jawbone bluetooth headset. I was surprised at the build quality, excellent sound, comfort, and versatility of the Voyager 520 at such a reasonable price. While its noise cancellation is not up the level of the Jawbone, it is very good at cutting out background and wind noise. It fits easily on either ear and permits comfortable listening levels while talking in my car. For the money, this is really a good value and I highly recommend it in addition to the Jawbone bluetooth device.

The Plantronics 855 synched up with my LG Voyager with no problems. It is easy to use and to switch to call mode from music and back again. But if you want to listen to music/mp3s it can be VERY annoying. There is an almost constant intermittent loss of reception resulting in hiccups or skipping especially when walking. (I don't know how bad this is during phone conversations, no one has complained on the other end that I was cutting out.) It is way worse with movement so you definitely cannot use it when exercising. Sound continually drops and it's like listening to a record that keeps skipping! Extremely frustrating for any music lovers. Great concept but needs work, I was overall disappointed in my purchase.

I finally gave in to purchasing a blue tooth (hands free law in California), and after much research (and a recommendation), I found this one to be the best price with the best reviews on Amazon. It works just fine with my LG Envy2 phone. Comfy and easy to wear. I can hear just fine and no problems with syncing. Easy to figure out by a not-so-technical person. Oh, and the battery life is pretty decent as well. Recommended! :)

As my first bluetooth headphone, this one pleased me because of the ease of use and the excellent sound. My only complaint is the rubber ear holder came off within 2 months of using it. (My husband's came off too.) If you don't mind eventually using a little crazy-glue, this one's a winner. I lost my previous one. I decided to go cheaper, and now I'm back. Plus, this price is half what I paid for mine in Feb. of 08.

I love this headset. I had a Jawbone - which I recently lost - and I had liked that headset better than any I had tried. I have tried alot of headsets. The Jawbone is very expensive, uncomfortable, and hard to put on my ear.When I read all of the positive reviews on this headset and saw that I could get it relatively cheaply, I thought I'd give it a try.I have to say I like it alot better than the Jawbone. I'm considering purchasing several of these to keep them around for when I lose this one which I'm afraid is inevitable.It seems to keep it's charge a very long time, I like the teeny little desktop charger which helps to keep the charging end of your cord from falling off your desktop. I especially like the sound. People I've talked to can't even tell I'm talking on a headset. And it's nice and loud, I love it.Oh ya, it's also darned easy to get onto my ear.I highly recommend this product.

The headset is a little heavy and tends to fall out when walking - the included ear clip helps but makes things bulky and hard to get into the charger. As other reviewers noted - without the pen charger your stuck. Functionally very good, pairs quickly works well. The answer button is difficult to press when on ear. Still gave the item 4 stars, high construction quality, and works well.

I have been wearing my headset for a couple of months now and I don't find too much of a problem with the sound or comfort. I do have a problem with the rubber piece that is suppose to hold it onto your ear but does not. If I lean to the side I will lose it. If I hug someone it will fall off. If I scratch my ear it comes off. It is just not well fitting to my ear at all for what was paid.

I experienced poor reception with the 520; I received static even when wearing the headset on the opposite ear from where the phone was clipped onto my belt. I had much better reception with my 510 (I could leave the phone in another room and still had good reception), but was hesitant to purchase another 510 because of all the blogs I read which stated there were a number of defect 510s on the market. No way to verify this, but this was the consensus.Although I didn't want to spend the money, I returned the 520 and purchased a Jawbone II. I haven't received it yet but will add to my review once it arrives.

EDIT: The ear piece from the replacement headset also came off. I have not used the headset for over a year now.. :( Changed from two stars to one star...I had this item for a little over 8 months. The plastic piece that goes over the ear fell off and not even epoxy will glue it together! The headset itself is good. Good sound quality, loud and reliable with its talk time. It is sometimes a little staticy but it could be because I use it with the iphone.On the good side, Plantronics support is very good and they are very customer oriented. They are sending me a replacement (since it is under the generous one year warranty).Plantronics Bluetooth Headset Voyager 520

I bought this as my first bluetooth headset to go with my new Pearl 8130. I thought the sound quality/reception was fine as long as my phone was within 3'-5' on the same side of my head as the headset.It crackled when the phone was on the opposite side of my body in my pocket. I had the phone's bluetooh radio tested at two different phone store locations and the phone checked out as ok. FWIW, the tech paired the phone with another headset they claimed "worked", but it actually seemed worse, so I began suspecting phone issues despite their tests.I pestered friends and co-workers to let me pair the 520 with their phones and thought it preformed somewhat better than with the Pearl 8130. The Palm Centro and KRZR were in that group, but even then, there was crackling at around 10-feet.It seems relative motion between headset and phone (e.g. walking around the office with phone on desk) is big challenge for the 520 and maybe most bluetooth devices. IMO, bluetooth should work with phone placement anywhere within typical office dimensions (15'x15'or smaller) and allow you to move around with clear, uninterrupted reception. At the very worst, it should give a perfect signal when the phone is carried anywhere on your body. The 520 clearly didn't do it with my Pearl 8130.I returned the 520 refund and am still hoping to find a headset that truly works with my phone.

See the clear plastic part of the hook for your ear? That came detached from the black part of the hook after less than a year of infrequent use. Support said that I would have to replace the whole headset. I'm just goint to glue it back together... but how lame is that? Too bad the lowest tech part of this headset was made so cheaply that it fell apart. I guess all the effort went into making the tech part, and plantronics forgot that the thing would be useless if the earhook broke! The headset itself is fine... if a bit noisy with any wind at all.

Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. It's better than the Motorola device that came with my phone. I can clearly hear and people can hear me, the whole point right? It's comfortable enough, but not as comfortable as I read in previous reviews. When I take it off, I compare it to letting your hair down after being in a ponytail all day.

First off, I like this product. It's comfortable to wear and meets most of my needs. I don't find it too heavy to wear and it's not too difficult to figure out.My disappointment is two fold. First, this product is billed as having noise cancelling features which are partly true. On recieved calls you can always here the other party, the only problem is they can't hear you if there is any amount of wind. Over exhuberant marketing, the product doesn't deliveron noise cancellling, this was one of my criteria for buying !! Secondly, I experience static or dropouts on occasion, especially if the unit is too close or as you open up the distance away from the phone. This could be my Razr but not sure as it's the first headset I've owned.The bulk of my usage is in the car or indoors. The units works fine in these situations, in fact I'm happy with it's performance. I've read that other people have issues with the volume being too light but most times it's been the other person not speaking into the phone. If they speak correctly, I normally need to turn down the volume.I'd want to try other models or manufacturers outdoors before I buy another. If you only use this unit in closed areas, I'd recommend the 520.

This product does not work with a higher pitched voice. I can not use it when I am outside as it won't pick up my voice when I'm talking. When I am inside, people say I sound muffled and it doesn't sound like me at all. Also the ear hook is plastic so it won't bend, and it hurt my ear. So, I gave this thing away to a male, and I bought a jawbone with works great!

This item produces an echo of your own voice. I tried it in several settings, and from various distances. Occasionally it would not happen, but usually it was a problem. It now sits on my dresser, an unfortunate waste of money.

I have bought 5 bluetooth headsets over the last couple of years. This is my favorite. It's comfortable for long term, quick and easy to install on the ear, and good volume. My callers don't notice anything wierd about my voice. I would have given 5 stars, except the range isn't as great as I like. Good signal 2 meters line of sight, but if phone is on opposite side of body, will hear static. I use it with Treo 650. The range is similar to every other unit I tried, so perhaps my phone is the weak link.

I have had this Voyager 520 headset for about a month now, and I along with everyone that I regularly talk to are very pleased with it. This is the second headset that I have owned, with the Jawbone being the first. This Voyager 520 provides a clear conversation on both sides of a call, it recognizes my voice commands very well, and is overall very dependable. The only places that the Jawbone slightly outshined my Voyager 520 is in noise reduction and the operating distance between the phone and the headset. However this was only when the Jawbone seemed to be working correctly, which wasn't very often. I often take my my phone and headset off and let them sit, and I really like the feature on the Voyager 520 where it will blink purple whenever you have missed a call. You don't have to pick the phone or headset up and check to see if you missed a call, you can check it out when walking by it. The price is very fair compared to other headsets, and I received it quickly after ordering it here.

I've had this model Voyager for apprx. 4 months now. Initially I sync'd it for use with a Motorola E815. It didn't work all that well, however, I blame the bad quality and inconsistent recognizing of the earpiece on the phone.I do however currently use this model with my 8310 Curve and I've been consistently satisfied by its operation and voice quality. I wouldn't not give it 5 Stars since it is not perfect. The largish, rubberized piece that fits in the user's ear helps to funnel the sounds into the ear, but can be a bit uncomfortable for long periods of use, i.e. on a long 2hr+ drive.The noise cancellation technology is only okay in my opinion...not great.In retrospect, I would've likely paid an extra $40 to get the new Jawbone 2.

Plantronics Voyager 520 Bluetooth Headset - Black/ Silver (75859-01)I have used 6 bluetooth headsets and this is my favorite. Comfort, multi-point technology, ease of use and great sound in and out. I am ordering a second one for my wife who could not find a comfortable headset. This one fits us both and after a ton of calls I have not had one complaint about sound quality. We both tried the highly rated Jawbone, but both of us like the 520 better. The Jawbone does have better noise cancelling but the easier controls and comfort of the 520 make up for it. It is also much easier to put on, has great battery life, rugged construction and is a good value. If you carry two phones like I do, the multi-point allows you to pair two devices at the same time. I paired to my BlackBerry and Pantech Duo and can take calls from either one with the touch of the button. If you talk on the phone with a weedeater and a leaf blower beside you, or have trouble turning down the car radio when you get a call, check out the Jawbone. Otherwise save yourself some money and get the 520 Voyager. It's a winner.

I like this bluetooth. I was hesitant for awhile on getting one but since in Calif. its a state law I just went for it. This thing is comfortable fit in my ear.. I hardly notice its there. Its is also loud enough to hear in almost any environment. I dont know how it sounds on the other side but Im happy with it on myside! Plus this price on Amazon.com is about 45% to 50% cheaper than in the stores.

I have tried five or six different blue tooth devices ranging in cost from $65 to $150. None of them were satisfactory. Many were hard to keep connected and/or hard for people to hear me on. This one works great. Also, the stereo works great. I can use it for music while around noisy equipment and hear great. This sells for over $140 at all the retail stores I could find it at. Great product. Great Price.

I've used the Motorola HS850 and the Plantronics Voyager 520, and I've found the Plantronics Voyager 855 to be the best. It fits into the ear like my iPod ear-buds and locks out most ambient noise in the car (a big problem driving on the Interstate near Seattle); now I can consistently hear what others are saying.It is a different experience from the non-earbud type headsets, but I got the hang of it quickly. I also tried using the phone with both ear-buds connected (something I would not do while driving) and it works great. I used both ear-buds to listen to music on my Blackberry, and it works great too. Admitedly, it is not on par with my iPod ear-buds but it is not bad either. It is great to be free of the wire while listening to music and running.

I've only had this bluetooth for a month but so far so good. Sometimes when I'm outside other people have said they have trouble hearing me due to the surrounding noise, but it could just be cars going by or strong winds, which would probably happen with any bluetooth. It's comfortable and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

After having a Motorola H700 that croaked after 6-months and paying $99.00 for it, I was pleasantly surprised when I got my Plantronics 520!It works very well in my noisy cross-country environment. I have no trouble being heard or hearing others on this unit. I really liked the idea of multiple pairing! I have a business phone and my personal phone in my vehicle. This unit allows me to be paired to both simultaneously! If the business phone rings, I simply press one button. If my personal phone rings when I am talking on the other, I simply push one button again, hanging up the first call, then press again for the new call on the other phone.I like the fact that it charges quickly and last me all day and believe me, I chatter a lot!I really don't care that it is slightly larger than the Motorola I had. I want functionality without trying to win some bluetooth beauty contest.The Plantronics 520 delivers smashing results! I highly recommendit! AAA+++ Thanks

I had a hard time finding a bluetooth that would work with my htc Pda. I spent $120 on the so called "best bluetooth" the Jaw Bone and I was so glad I was able to return it and get the V'520. It fits either ear great and the vol/answr button works great. No complaints from anybody when i use it when talking(which is the most important thing!)

I have tried the Jawbone II and Plantronics 925 as comparisons. I figured trying the best out there and seeing if they truly were for me. I found the sound quality on both the receiving end and callers end to be superb. If the reception is good, listeners can't tell I'm on a bluetooth.Although there is some very minimal wind cancelling ability, don't expect to jog with the headset and converse as you can only do that in very very minimal wind.Noise cancellation is good but not as good as the jawbone II.Hope this helps.
