This was a Christmas gift & the user has tried time and again to keep it working and failed to do so. It works for a while but when it's turned off it's difficult to get it re-started again. Sound was good when it was working. I would like to return it. Could you e-mail procedure for return. I have the packing slip and original packaging.Thanks

This is a great product. Works so much better than another hands free device I own. Paired very easily with my IPhone. Sound quality is good. Does not work well with speech recognition system our company uses. But that system doesn't work well anyway. Very comfortable to wear. I somethimes for get its there. If you need a hands free device this is one to buy.

Pros1. Light weight2. Good battery lifeCons:1. The ear sling is a not that flexible enough nor there is a spare one provided in case if it breaks.2. Th on / off switch is integrated on the main center button which is also integrated for pairing, connecting with phone , siri etc. Would have appreciated if there was a separate button for on / off.

The good:Makes an effective doorstop.The bad:Plantronics ought to be ashamed of themselves. This uncomfortable device presses against all the wrong places in your ear. When you move your head too fast, it falls out of your ear and hangs comically by the cheap plastic loop. when you make calls even in complete silence, people think that you are submerged in a tank of water behind a jet engine. You have to cup your hand over your mouth and funnel the sound molecules directly into the microphone for anyone to hear you. This device is not nearly as safe as just holding a phone to your ear.

This headset paired easily with my cell phone and works well.It was easy to pop off the wire loop and switch it from right ear to left ear.Time will tell how long this headset lasts. It the past, my Plantronics headsetshave always worked until their rechargable batteries gave up, andthe batteries are nearly impossible to replace, so that is the end of the unit.

The item worked great but when it came time to charge it, my wife broke it. Make sure you are plugging the charger cord into it properly and don't force it like the wife did. Guess I'll have to buy her another one. lol

Review Update December 2010So this is a wierd rare one. The first one I got when the item just released was the recipient of the rave review below. Amazing everything. I unfortunately lost the first one..and bought a new one to replace. I have since been through 5 one more casue I lost it the rest because of defects. Here is the skinny.Range on the newer versions [...] less than 15 feet. Consistent complaints about call quality from people on the other end. If its not still and silent no go for the call.The noise reduction is horible also. If I step outside even totally calm people can't hear.Paint chips off easy.My conclusion - When they first released this set at over 120.00 they used top line components in the construction and it was a great piece. Since then they have gone with crappy cheap components and the product stinks as a result. Probably helped them get the price below 70.00. I would pay 200.00 for the first set I had it was that great! I am so so bummed that they did this cause they had such a great product and ruined it. I am hoping someday someone will come out with something as good as the first versions of this were.Save your money dont get one. Shame on plantronics for messing up such a great thing!Original Review Submitted in 2009 is below......This is my second product review ever because the people who made this deserve it. I often read the reviews to help in the decision so I offer my personal advise after using almost two weeks.This is the only bluetooth device I have used more than 2 or 3 days. I started to bash my latest Jawbone but thats not what you need here. Best feature is its usable!!!! Amazing ear mount despite the guy who gave it a low review. I love this unit!!! I can put it on and take it off in less than 2 seconds and it does not feel loose, it will not fall out no matter how hard you try and it does not restrict your hearing to the point where you notice! It is a brilliant well executed design!!! You can wear it without noticing!This product is amazing. Opening it to discover the amazing case which serves as a charger away from home with no cord and its own battery to charge the headset and a place to store the unit that ensures it wont get lost!!!! No more wondering if its between the seat! First test was calling a friend to check sound quality. Normal talk how do I sound "what do you mean" good! Now I mentioned I am going to keep talking and tell me if you notice anything. Talking without stoping test test test test as one window went down at 65 on th highway now 2 now all very windy and I am sure I sound terrible by now???? The report was they had no idea I rolled the window down. I must say that i was depressingly disappointed with the noise assasin on the jawbone because it was BS everyone raved about this but I found it sitting in my kitchen drawer with the cheap broken charger it comes with. Dont waste your time on the newer jawbones. I have to be honest I did not buy the first version but I did read a cnet review on the 2 version that said it was better than the original and I bought...(here I go guess I must rant) Cnet said it was amazing ...BS...totally sucked and cnet lost me to lack of honesty! So I am here saving you the same.Well thought out real world stuff like charging without the 5 foot cord and a place to store the unit thats large enough to see! Amazing sound quality. People can not tell if I am driving with the windows down on the highway! Amazing range...can get almost 200ft away with walls before losing connection. Really amazing (seriously very cool) voice that tells you whats going on "lost connection" Easy to interperet beeps and button. Intuitive pairing ... After many headaches pairing previous devices it was nice to see this unit do it effortlessly without needing to understand the light morse code on other devices. Pain in my arse!I am so happy to finally have a product I bought be used because it deserves it. All my other wireless headsets lasted a week or two because they sucked and they ended up in the drawer. This is one I turn around to get if I forget it at home! I hope this helps you and I thank the people that worked on this for finally producing a great product!!!Simply put its as though engineers worked with us on this project rather than being kept locked in a lab. Intuitive, quality, very well done and worth every penny!

I am very happy with my headset, it is comfortable and easy to use. The sound quality is crisp and it cancels allot of noise, to the point that the person Im calling cant tell that I am in a noisy car. Has a long battery life and a convenient charger. Also the different features are useful.I am quite happy with this choice.

It's a good quality mic that had no problems with syncing to my PS3 which was it's main intention. Battery life, mic, and audio quality is surprisingly good. Not the most comfortable headset, but honestly I personally forget I'm even wearing it half the time.

everything was alright i guess the shipping was on time and boxing and everything was all good its just that when the headset is putted into r hear there that strange feeling in ur ear saying i dont like the comfort......but its all good to have it around though good luck All

This unit is very sturdy for the price. It's well made. Battery life is good. Range is excellent. I can leave my phone anywhere in the house and still have a clear conversation. The kit includes a car charger and an indoor charger which is pretty awesome considering the price. My last headset was a more expensive JWINN unit and never performed as well as this one. Great buy for the price

I have found that Plantronics seems to make good quality bluetooths. The volume is good and it's easy to connect and use. This one doesn't go inside the ear as much as another style from this company and is, therefore, more comfortable to wear.

Plantronics continues to make excellent products. This headset fits well, is lightweight, and pairs without hassle to our LG V's and Elites. The in ear silicone bud does an excellent job of delivering sound to the user while blocking other noise. The only nit to be picked would be the mic is a bit sensitive to sounds other than the users voice. This is mostly remedied by adjusting the mic to be closer to your face rather than further away as many people assume they should be worn. If you regularly are in situations where wind is a factor this one may give you trouble, but I'm not sure any bluetooth set is really ideal under those circumstances.

Overall it is okay. I use it mostly while in my car and have had no real problems with it. The fit is not great and it will occasionly fall out of my ear were it not for the earguard I may have lost it.

This product has great sound quality; however, the talk time is a little shorter than I'm used to. The product comes with the car/USB charger along with the regular charger. You can't beat this price; it's a great value.

I selected this product based upon reviews after having a less than pleasant experience with a Jawbone product. One reviewer mentioned not having an over the ear holder for people who wear glasses and stated this was a comfortable device. I was pleasantly surprised to find it easy to put on, comfortable with excellent sound quality. The charger case is a bonus.

I bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas. He used to have a bluetooth headset and his dog chewed it up, but when I got this one I was hesitant to give it to him thinking I would find something wrong with it.. Well I gave it to him and he loves it! There were not any problems with it!! :)

I am not super-experienced with respect to bluetooth headsets so I don't feel secure in giving it 5 stars.This headset is pretty comfortable. I can wear it for at least a couple of hours in comfort.People tell me that I sound good while talking on it, although I generally talk in a quiet environment.Battery life is great -- about 10-11 hours of talk time. When you turn it on, it tells you how much talk time you have left. Full charge takes about 2 hours or less. It paired easily with my Droid Razr Maxx phone.Seems like a great buy for the price!

The price was cheap, the quality cheap ! At first it hurt my ear, then it wouldnt connect to my phone without turning the phone on/off. While connected it would disconnect it on its own.

This product works great for us on the go moms. It;s very affordable. The only thing I wish is for my music to play on the bluetooth. My old bluetooth used to do this but not this one. Other then that it works great, I can hear clearly even when my kids r being loud lol.

The speaker on this sounds rattly. Not sure if this one is defective or if they all have this poor sound. I was told on the receiving end that I sounded like I had it on speaker and they could hear everything going on around me. I was disappointed with this product.

This is a great bluetooth, but not quiet the one I was in search of. The Platronics 390 Bluetooth Headset is an excellent piece of work, easy to program with your phone and excellent craftsmanship.

it's necessary to have a headset when driving.After i used for two weeks, this product is much better than what I have expected.The voice and sound is very clear without noise, and I'm much prefered by its simplicity design.

I love the look and performance of the Plantronics 975. The sound quality is excellent, it's easy enough for me to operate, and it looks sleek and sexy. The buttons are easy to find and have a good tactile response. The mute feature takes just a little too long to engage in my opinion. I absolutely love the charging case! But my main gripe with this headset is the gel eartips that come with it are just a little too hard and don't mold properly to my ear. I have tried all 3 sizes and still can't get that perfect, comfortable fit. The small one falls out too easily, and the medium and large ones start to hurt my ear after a while. I have to keep adjusting the earpiece every few minutes in order to avoid some minor soreness in the cartilage of my ear. I feel like it's a good concept, but the gel needs to be redesigned to be squishier or shaped a little differently or something. Other than this, I love using this headset.
