I purchased this from Amazon and received the package fairly quickly. However, as soon as I started using it there was alot of static on the headset, and people kept telling me it was static-y. In addition, there was a horrible range on it (away from the phone). So, I attempted to send it back, only to have issues with that as well. While I liked the comfort of the bluetooth, it definitely was not worth the discounted price. Now I'm stuck with it.

I got this bluetooth headset for my husband for Christmas. He gives it a two-thumbs up! It's a good fit on/in his ear. You can wear it on either ear which is a plus. The sound is clear. For him, at least initially (maybe he'll get used to it) it's hard to know whether it's on or off. Once you turn it on, there aren't any continuing indicator lights to let you know it is still on, so it would be easy to forget to turn it off. Otherwise....he loves it :-D

After using the Plantronics Voyager 520 for a year, I am now buying one for my mother and son for Christmas. It sits on my ear very comfortably and doesn't fall off easily like a smaller one I had. Phone calls are very clear and people I talk to say they hear me clearly. Having this bluetooth is so convenient that I use it when I don't want to hold a phone to my ear such as driving, shopping, exercising, and yardwork. I also use it at the office so I can work and talk at the same time and not hold on to a phone.

Having followed the Plantronics Discovery range lately, coming from a 925 to 975. The latest 975 continue to improve on simplicity, adding sophisiticated styling whilst packing the latest technology know-how from this leading communications accessories leader.I am impressed by how Plantronics is somewhat the only manufacturer currently on the market, that is significantly reducing the size and changing the design of bluetooth headsets whilst not cutting back on constant technology improvements.From featherweight to almost no weight, the "in ear-bud design" with Plantronics' patented ear gel first seen in the Discovery 925 continue to be confortable and yet holds the headset in place firmly, giving an almost negligible feel that one will forget after wearing it for awhile.Here are my clear distinctions.- Simplicity design, yet sophisticated. I love how Plantronics has made this headset virtually non-intruding big or ugly when worn. The single boom mic is a class leading design in current headsets available on the market.- Weight & comfort. A continued evolution to strive for maximum weight reduction whilst packing the latest technology features. The patented ear gel tips are exceptional in comfort whilst doing a great job holding the headset in place.- DSP, AudioIQ2, dual microphones, in-band equalizer and noise cancelling. The list of voice technology features are impressive and have impressively provided a crystal clear communication. Being better, if not exceeding superior vs. using the phone directly.- Little extras mean everything. The unique charger case acting as a backup headset charger, capable of 2 charge cycles is yet again unique in the current market and definitely a great added benefit for heavy users.Plantronics has done very well, further improving from the Discovery 925 which already has a very pretty and functional design. I am happy to continue reinterating that there aren't many headsets with the weight, advanced technology, simple yet sophisticated design that Plantronics has yet set the benchmark for top of the line bluetooth headsets, one model after another.

Bluetooth cell phone headsets are, along with the iPod, probably one of the signature "personal" electronics products of the age. And, like the iPod, there are probably a whole lot more of these headsets knocking around in desk drawers and closets than most people realize.When it comes to Bluetooth headsets there are pretty much two breeds of users: ear bud people, and ear loop hook over people. I must admit that I am of the latter camp. No matter how hard I try, and I have tried, hear me, I have tried, I cannot get comfortable with the ear bud style listening devices. They will just not stay in my ears. Some people, and you know if this means you, just were not in the target gene pool when they designed these things. That said, the Plantronics Discovery 975 Bluetooth Headset does a better job of staying in my ear than any prior product I have tried. That does not mean it stays in, or does not fall out. It means it stays in longer.As to the headset itself, it is a way cool design, and works well. Volume is good, although all Bluetooth headsets suffer from not having really great volume. Although I haven't had a chance to stand next to a jet engine while trying to have a conversation with it just yet, people report that they can hear me without undue background noise the times that I have called them from places like busy airports and by the road side.I think this is a great set overall, and the rechargeable carrying case, that combines charging stand with portable carry case that will perk up the headsets built in battery during storage, is a great idea. I won't be getting rid of my Jawbone just yet though. If Plantronics would bring out a model of the Discovery 975 with an over ear loop I would be there for sure.If you're an ear bud person, and everything from your MP3s to your cell phone calls to your creative epiphanies is delivered right into your ear canal by a snuggly fitting gel ear piece that, for you, never falls out, then this a wonderful headset and you might give it a try. For the right user a great product.

This is by far one of the worst Bluetooth devices I have ever owned. The ear piece had a lot of static whether you were on a call or not. I am returning it! Horrible!!!!

I have another one of these that I've had for years, and thought I had lost it. After I bought a new one I found it. It has a long battery life and clear sound. It fits in the ear comfortably, and it is so light I sometimes forget it is still there. I can recommend this one to anyone looking for a new bluetooth.

This is by far the BEST Bluetooth headset I have ever owned, and I have owned many. First, it is the coolest looking headset EVER. I had the Apple for a long time and that is a piece of crap compared to this headset. The ease of syncing with my iPhone was so easy a child could do it. The sound quality is fantastic, I drive a convertible and have NOT yet used it with the top down, but with the both windows down and the party on the other end only heard me NOT the wind noise and I was cruising at about 80 MPH... in a two seat-er sports car so the cabin is small and the wind noise is loud in a small cabin. I could hear the person just fine with no problem.Now let's talk about the comfort, this thing, once setup up properly for your ear, is like having NOTHING in your ear. I can hear just fine in the ear the headset is in. and the comfort is unmatched. I leave it in my ear ALL day and have NO problems with ear soars or tenderness. I have found the perfect Bluetooth headset!!!Even when eating, all other headsets come loose and either fall out or you have to remove them while eating, NOT the 975, it stays firmly in place while eating and talking... The Apple ALWAYS would fall out of my ear when I would eat!!! If you are looking for a Bluetooth headset that has the BEST sound quality ever, including noise cancellation so the person on the other end isn't driven mad by ALL the background noise they hear with EVERY other headset, and has the coolest looking design, with the MOST comfortable fit of any headset you will ever own, then this is the headset for you!!! Oh yea, it also has a very cool carry/charging case. This is awesome. you place the headset in the case, charge both overnight. Take both with you, and if your headset runs low on juice, just place it in the carrying case and it will charge, so no need to worry about being without your headset for long!!!

I bought both the 925 and 975. I was quite surprised that the Bluetooth connection was so bad that I had to terminate the call several times. Apparently it is a known issues for iPhone 4 and 975 according to a number of forums.Had to do a series of resets to solve the problem. Better after the resets.

My husband loves his bluetooth headset. He was very picky and had to have this one. He uses it almost every day and it works great. I must add that he is hard of hearing and he can use it without his hearing aid in. Bonus.

bought this plantonics based on cnet ratings. well, they (cnet) were way off. i used it on weekends when i work as driver. the second weekend, the thing will not charge anymore. it comes with a fancy box and it didn't charge either. the volumen is a pain to use and IT IS NOT LOUD ENOUGH.as i see it. they have a third world quality control process and a product "in progress".since it is one of the most expensive items in the market, i thought i was getting good stuff. no sir. they don't care either. they told me on the phone to return it to amazon. they didn't want to deal with the complaint.

My husband purchased this bluetooth and is sending it back. When I try and talk to him from my bluetooth, there is a lot of noice coming from his end. He also said he could hear static on his end. I'd go with another.

I bought this headset in July of 2010. There are a few really annoying things that have me thinking I need to replace it. My two biggest complaints would be the battery life and the on/off button. To turn this thing on or off, press a button and hold. And then wait. Don't worry about answering the phone if this headset isn't already powered up. And it might not be because the battery doesn't hold a charge for very long.My other complaint is more about how they designed this thing. If I forget that the headset is on and I pickup my phone to answer, the headset picks up automatically if it's within range. I would prefer if the headset didn't automatically pick up a call unless I did something (push a button, open it).

A friend recommended this model. He is hard on phones and blue-tooth earpieces and he liked this one. I purchased three, one for me and one each for my wife and daughter. They work great. The clarity of voice is excellent and people have not known that I was talking on a cell phone. I used it in an outdoor packing garage at our airport with jet engine noise about 100 yards away and I could still hear and be heard.It functions very easily, only requiring the use of one button for most functions. As with any unit having this many features, it takes a little time to get use to all of the features. It is the most comfortable unit I have ever had. It comes with three different size soft plastic adaptors that should fit most ears. I have forgotten that I even have it on. There is nothing that fit around the outside of the ear, but fits very comfortably on the inner portion of the ear, but not down into the ear canal.One really nice feature for business people is that it can be paired with two different phones, so you will not need to change ear pieces if you carry two phones. Its range is also excellent. I left my phone in one room of our house and went to another room about 30 feet away and it held the connection very well. The case that it fits into is quite novel. It also has a battery built into it and will charge the earpiece whenever the earpiece is placed into the case. The case will completely recharge the phone three times before it needs recharging, and it only takes about 90 minutes to recharge both pieces.

The Plantronics Discovery 975 Bluetooth headset has a stylish, minimalist design. With no over-the-ear component, it is incredibly small and lightweight. However, I found that I had a terrible time actually using it and that the people I call were routinely begging me to turn it off.My specific issue with the sound quality is that the headset seems to function in half-duplex mode, i.e. either I can be heard or the other party can be heard at a given time, not simultaneously. This has led to numerous conversations where both parties are stammering and hesitating waiting for the headset to give them their "turn" to talk. This was a deal-breaker for me. I examined both the (minimal) documentation that came with the headset and the online resources from the manufacturer and found no explanation or configuration change to resolve this. I'm surprised that no other review has mentioned this, so it's possible that I received a defective unit (which would justify the two stars in and of itself). In any case, even if there is some setting that could be changed to resolve this, it's not worth anymore digging around, especially when compared to the connect-and-go right out of the box experience that I've enjoyed with other bluetooth headsets that I've used in the past.Also, a note to the left-handers (or anyone who prefers to use their left ear for the headset). Doing so renders the charging case a real pain because the headset won't fit with your earpiece configured for that ear. So you have to either remove it and the replace it after charging, or else keep twisting it back and forth for each charge. Again, poor design for such a pricey unit.I've gone back to my old, bulky (and yet completely functional) Plantronics Voyager 510. It works with no hassles (which is more than I could say for this newer headset) and costs less than half what this one does.

I had one for more than a year that I got from eBay. Even though it wasn't in its original packaging, it lasted all this time. Just recently, I noticed that it wasn't holding its charge so I got one from Amazon. I had tried other models but they were uncomfortable (I save small ears) but I can wear the Plantronics 520 for 18 hours a day with no problem. The sound is clear and crisp. It even works well in noisy casinos ;-).

The 975 was my favorite headset until I bought the new Plantronics Voyager Pro+. However, the 975 is smaller and very light. The call quality is excellent. The fit can be slightly challenging but overall very good.I tried the Jawbone Icon and hated it. Stay away from that one. I do recommend you take a look at the Voyager Pro+. Its looks bulky at first but its really not and its very comfortable. Best sound quality ever.

Well, like many of you, I spent a lot of time deciding which high-end bluetooth would be best for me. I needed one that functioned transparently, i.e., would sound like there was no bluetooth earpiece between my phone and my ear. I needed one that was quick to put on and take off my ear, since they sometimes reside in my shirt pocket while connected. I needed one that would handle wind noise fairly well. And I needed one that would be basically indestructible, since I've never lost one, but have dunked or broken four others in the past.In one month my Discovery 975 has been to the bottom of my Koi pond, in the sink under running water, and has hit the pavement and been kicked multiple times...don't ask... Friends and co-workers tell me they cannot tell I'm using a bluetooth. And it works great when I'm walking the dog on a windy day. All this, and I'm still using a beat-up old Motorola Razr with old Bluetooth software.AND IT STAYS ON MY EAR.So, for use in the real world, and for someone who has been around it more than a few times, this product has been a home run purchase. Go get one and be happy.

The item arrived on time, however it came only with the wall charger and without the carrying case as promised in the product description.I further sent an email to the vendor UnlockedCellPhoneKings, and the rep would not admit that the product was missing anything.I have to grant that I originally thought that the description did not mention anything about what was included, but I just checked it again and found this:Product Features * Bluetooth earpiece combines easy-to-use operation with outstanding sound quality * Dual-mic AudioIQ2 technology cancels background noise for superior clarity * Patented gel ear tip offers great comfort and a secure fit * Included case with LCD display charges your earpiece while storing it, Elegant case that doubles as a charging station. * What you get in the bulk packaging: Bluetooth headset, one ear bud, charging/carry case, AC adapter, copy of printed manual.So, I guess the description is totally MISLEADING to the Customer.I just hope I can get my money back from them .

I have purchased several headsets, trying to find one that really works for me. Most have not had a fit that was comfortable and solid feeling. this one was different. I do like the way it feels secure on my ear and the comfort is a good fit for me.sound is middle of the row. It certainly is not as clear as my cell phone directly used, but I get by with it. Others say they can hear me ok but sometimes they report that I sound like I am speaking from the bottom of a fish tank. For those few times that I need and use this device, it meets my needs pretty well. If you are looking for very good quality audio, I would suggest looking elsewhere, perhaps at a more expensive Jawbone or something.

The 855 package contains the headset itself, an earhook with secondary earbud attached, a worldwide charger, a neckband, and a little pouch containing additional ear inserts of different sizes as well as two plain earhooks (without stereo earbud wire).Even as a standalone mobile phone headset, the 855 is a spectacular value. It's small, sounds great and the sliding boom mike picks up your voice very well. Sliding the boom open when a call comes in automatically picks up the call, and sliding it close ends the call.The headset also features an action button, mute button and a volume control. Each action is signaled by a corresponding chime.Plantronics switched from their proprietary connector to a standard micro USB (the same as on the Kindle 2). The bundled neckband cleverly features a micro USB plug so you can easily attach the headset when not in use.If you want to use your headset in stereo mode (your device must support stereo bluetooth, of course, like most stereo telephones, iPhone 3.0, etc...) simply attach the earloop accessory and use the second earbud. Note that the stereo device does not have to be the same device as your phone: you could pair the 855 with your phone as a headset, and with your iPod Touch (with 3.0 OS) as BT headphones. If you're listening to music and a call comes in, you will hear the ring. Extend the boom to pick up the call, the music will pause and resume when you close the boom to hang up. How awesome is that?This headset is close to perfect and I found very few flaws with it:- Second earbud is fragile and cumbersome. It would be nice to have a better way to carry it, maybe something that would attach to the neckband.- Previous track/next track control is combined with volume+/volume- button and requires a long press on those keys. Skipping tracks takes 3 seconds, that's way too much.These are extremely minor gripes considering the excellent performance of this great headset and its remarkably low price. Considering it comes with Plantronics's spectacular customer service, there really is no reason to look anywhere else for a stereo bluetooth headset. This one is a winner.

Plantronics Discovery 975 Bluetooth HeadsetI'm not very easily impressed with these gadgets but the Plantronics 975 completely caught me by surprise and I just had to get the word out.The Plantronics 975 was well thought out. The style and quality of the unit is very hard to beat. There is nothing out there that even comes close. I've been an avid BT user from day one and when I tell you that they did there homework on this little gem they did there homework and pulled out all the stops. The audio quality on both ends is superb. The folks on the other end of the call think I'm in my office using a land line when I'm actually out on the road. I have gone to extremes with this unit being an HVAC engineer and having clients contact me when I'm in very load and noisy mechnical environments. I can still have a conversation with the caller and not miss a word that was spoken. The volume self adjusts to maintain the audio quality of the call. The unit is slim and non-obtrusive and works well with any attire that I wear. Besides connecting very quickly with my HTC Touch Pro2 the battery life lasts for a couple of days. For some of you folks that have a hard time keeping BT units in your ear,try using the Jabra ear gel that looks like a hearing aid piece. This forms a perfect match between the Plantronics 975 and your ear. It actually enhances what is already a great sounding unit even more. So do I sound like I like this unit? You bet your bleep I do. But don't take my word for it go try it out yourself and then you'll know why I took the time to write this review.

This is a decent bluetooth headset, especially when you buy it at a steal of a deal on Amazon at 25 usd. The ear hook is quite large, but its very light and transparent. Good range. Sturdy.

I drive Semi, I have used almost every brand of blue tooth. Plantonics have never been able to turn the volume loud enough so I could hear. I was talked into the 975 and actually can hear with it. It does hold pretty well in my ear but only about average.

I got this headset in March of 2010. There is static even if I am within 3 feet of the headset. In order to hear I have to hold my cell phone within 1 foot of the headset. I have tried to work with Plantronics but all they do is ask to send it back at my cost and they send back a headset that is even worse. I went with Plantronics because of the name and good comments online. I proved that the problem was not my cell phone that indeed it was the headset. I can not continue to send the headset back at my cost and they will not refund my money. So...I am left with a piece of crap headset. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this headset as possible. I had to rate it a 1 star because they do not have 0 outwise I rate it a 0.

I purchased the Voyager520 about five weeks ago. So far I've been quite satisfied. However, I did discover a problem with the charger set-up.Included in the box alongside the charger wire is an optional charger cradle, which allows you to do just that -- charge your device by simply placing it inside a convenient cradle.Unfortunately, the cradle included with my unit simply doesn't work.In order to make the v520 cradle work you must open it -- according to instruction -- by seperating it into two pieces, inserting the charger wire into a preformed slot/channel, and then re-combining the two. Simply snap it back together and presto: charger cradle! But the charger wire doesn't fit properly into place on my unit(cradle). Fit and finish to blame obviously. I guess a little more thought should have gone into the design of it.But the headset will charge by simply inserting the charger wire into the charge slot on backside of the unit. But even here you must be careful as you insert the wire to charge the V520. Wiggle it ever so slightly and the connection can be lost. So, place the headset down gently and don't slam any kitchen cabinets/drawers and you'll be alright.The above issues aside, this is serious little unit. It really does the job. It fits snuggly into the ear and is comfortable to wear. It paired-up nicely to my old Motorola Razr and works like a charm. Sound quality is strong, too. No complaints from the folks on the other end of the line, either. They say I come through loud and clear. And I can hear them just as clearly. Cradle or no cradle -- I do recommend this headset. And I would definitely buy it again.

I had the 925 for a year or more and the battery life was getting a little worn out with normal use (and nonreplaceable.) I loved the 925 especially the tiny size and tiny weight.I'm a minority, but I'm NOT impressed relative to the 925.(a) Battery life. I've had mine a few months and I'm sure the battery must be SHORTER than the 925, even though the unit is bigger.(b) Noise. People tell me all the time it sounds like I'm in a noisy place. If you need real noise reduction go to a Jawbone or Blueant with active noise reduction. 975 only claims to have an "electronic filter" that reduces noise - not actual, active, noise reduction.Those are the two main features for me and I find them disappointing. Also, like the 925 the instructions are not very clear for all the minor but important features, like turning multi point on or off.OK features include: battery indicator on the charger box. And it HAS a charger box (so did 925). Verbal signal that tells you in words, "battery life is low, charge battery" - yeah, but I hear it far too often !!!!! In summary, I would stay with the 925 or switch to a Jawbone if noise cancellation was really important, rather than just "hype" about noise capability.

Edit: The price has come down significantly, I originally paid $65 for this headset. at $20, I'd say it's a good value.Here is my original 3 star review:So after doing a little research into the different headsets and trying to find an affordable but high quality headset, I chose the Plantronics 835. Wrong choice.It boasts wind cancelling feature and noise cancelling quality, neither of which I experienced. In light winds I was still able to hear moderately clear, but the other party reported not being able to hear me half the time. In heavy winds I could hardly hear the other party, and they couldn't hear me at all. Most the time they thought I lost connection until I switched back to my phone.The noise cancelling was actually quite the opposite of what is advertised. I bought this headset because I live with 4 roomates on different schedules, so there is always considerable noise. When I use the headset in my room the other party can hear me moderately clearly, as I can hear them, but they do report random high pitched whines and echoes that go away upon switching to the phone. They also say they can hear the background noises much louder than me, whether it's snoring, talking, or a tv on a really low volume. There is also a constant static that is especially noticed during times of silence (being on hold).The range is decent, but the controls are sometimes annoying. In order to voice dial you have to depress the main button for several seconds, which is very pressure sensitive. Sometimes it dials the last call instead. Powering off the device has the same issues.I like the alert feature, whenever you recieve a call or message it sends an audible alert. But I don't like that I hear that beep everytime I use a function on my phone. It gets annoying soon after plugging the device into my skull.Overall this headset gets the job done if you need both hands, but it doesn't go above or beyond a low budget headset. If you are looking for quality, this is not the headset you need. If you just need a cheap headset, there are many out there with the same quality and much less expensive. Stay clear from this one.

This is my second BT headset. With my old one, a much cheaper one, the people I talked to always complained that they couldn't hear me very well; they said I sounded like I was at the other end of a tunnel.With the Plantronics Discovery 975, they can't tell I'm on a headset AT ALL. They get great voice clarity, and so do I. The only problem I have is that occasionally I get a quiet clicking sound only on MY end of the call. Annoying, but I can easily deal with it.The charging case is excellent. I can leave my headset in the case in my car while I'm not using it (I primarily use the headset while driving), and I don't have to worry about the charge level of the headset. When I remove the headset, if the case is low, I bring it in and charge it.Overall: great product. DEFINITELY worth the price; you know the saying "you get what you pay for" and it's absolutely true.

I was pleased with the fit and sound quality but after using for less than a week, the pairing would be accepted and fail within 15 minutes. I tried re-pairing from scratch but nothing seemed to help. I liked the charging case too. much bigger than my old jawbone but not much heavier.I've used Plantronics with office phones for years and they are superior products - just didn't work with my cell.

I needed a hands free device that I could use with my work and personal phones. I recieve calls on either one through-out the day and need both my hands as I talk and work or drive.The plantronics is loud and clear answers either phone with a touch. I can comfortably wear it for hours.It was easy to connect and holds a charge for more than two days of normal use.I wish it came with a car charger, and it does seem rather large.

I've had several bluetooth headsets and this is by far the best I have had!I read the reviews on how some people had troubles with the sound quality or the fit or how difficult it was to pair it with an IPhone but I experienced no problems at all. The sound quality on both my end and on the receiving end was the best I have heard so far without any crackly or pops as some described in their reviews. Pairing it with my phone was so easy it was done before I even knew it. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that wants a comfortable fitting, great sounding bluetooth headset!At some point I'll make a return visit to talk about battery life and how well the charger case works.Poppy51

Like many others, I was deciding between this headset, the Voyager Pro, and various Jawbone headsets. My main requirement was a headset that had good sound for those on the other end of the call. I have not stress tested the headset by talking in heavy wind or blaring music in my car, but for regular daily use outside, in the car, and in airports, this headset has exceeded my expectations.The fit of the headsets does take a little adjusting, but once you have found the correct position for the gel earbud, this is a comfortable headset to wear for extended periods of time.The case/battery charger is a great addition as well.Overall, I would definitely recommend this headset for someone who is not a "power user", but is simply looking for a headset with strong noise reduction that makes driving and talking a little safer.

The earbud works fine. It's uncomfortable for more than 15-20 minutes at a time, and I have some trouble getting it to fit in my ear. However, I didn't have any trouble changing the rubber tips that allow you to change the size of the part that fits in your ear, as other reviewers had mentioned. I found that the small was too small, and the large was too large, for my ear, so I ended up staying with the medium. As I said, uncomfortable, trouble getting it to "sit" right, but good sound quality for me, and listeners... according to them. I find it a little hard to know whether it's on or off, but am getting better at it, and I've given up trying to mess with the volume. Found a setting that generally works and just leave it there. One thing I have to get used to is that if the earbud is on, but I leave it in the car or whatever, I can't answer the phone, since the sound is going to the earbud.

This bluetooth headset does everything perfectly.1.) It fits perfectly in my ear, and does not fall out easily.2.) It filters out the wind; listeners can hear me perfectly even when I'm outside in windy conditions.3.) Listeners hear me perfectly in any condition.4.) The voice commands always work.5.) The absence of an earhook makes this unit extremely comfortable-- there is nothing weighing down on the top of the ear.6.) The volume is easily adjustable-- you just press a small button on the unit.7.) The volume control actually works-- under normal conditions, the loudest setting is too loud, but it is great to have this option, for when you are talking in a noisy environment.8.) The portable battery charger works as designed; it also looks great!9.) The portable battery charger also has a convenient hook, so you can carry it around on a key chain.10.) The unit stays charged for days under normal use.

My wife and I both own the same Voyager 520. It does everything it is supposed to do. Mine is over a year old and my wife has been using her's for a few months, on my recommendation. Nuff` said.

I was in the market for a new bluetooth headset and came across this one. I'd read the reviews and had some doubts, but since it was only about $30, I figured I'd give it a shot.It's beyond my expectations. The box included several size earbuds, some squishy foam earbuds for a tighter fit, the stereo adaptor, ear loops, a charger, a carrying bag, and also included a lanyard for it (it clips into the charging port. I use it in the car, so I don't need to wear the earpiece while driving, but can have easy access to it if I get a call).It paired easily with my iPhone 3G. The call quality is excellent. People comment on how clear I sound, and I can hear them loud and clear. The buttons are small but manageable. The sliding boom is simple and effective. The stereo earbud attachment snaps on and off very easily but stays firm when wearing it. The music quality was way beyond my expectations: probably not quite as good as my Sony or Bose headphones, but much better than I expected from bluetooth headphones (and 1/3 of the price). Their noise isolating qualities are exceptional.A few small issues: sometimes the music cuts in and out a little bit when I'm listening to music and trying to use other applications on my iPhone. Not a big deal to me, though it can get annoying after a little while. Also, since I have an iPhone, I can listen to music, change the volume, and even pause music, but I can't fast forward and rewind songs. Not the headphone's fault. Apple just needs to add AVRCP and then all will be well.Other than that, this is an amazing headset for an unbeatable price. Totally worth it.

I've had 4 Bluetooth headsets in the last 3 months and this is far superior to any others. I wear glasses and was worried it would bother me but it's great.

Good headset, plenty of volume which I need. However I get static when I hold my phone in the hand opposite of my ear, or slip my phone into a shirt or jacket pocket. Stays put on my ear.

To start, I've never really been a big fan of a bluetooth headset. I have one that I rarely used with my iPhone because of the discomfort and the difficulty hearing. Maybe it was a just a cheap set, which it was.I recently received this bluetooth headset and was excited to give it a try. Pairing was very easy with my iPhone. I love the feature of the charging case - it's so convenient! You can charge the case (without the headset in it) and then you can take the case in your car or purse and give the headset a boost of power from the charged case, so no wires! That in itself is a fantastic feature!The headset itself is very comfortable - it comes with different size ear covers to ensure comfort no matter what size your ears are. I have tiny ears, and the smallest size ear cover works perfectly for me. It's very comfortable and stays put. The volume on the headset is above average - I can always hear others and no one has even slightly complained about not hearing me or hearing any background noise - this headset seems to have really raised the bar on background noise and volume.My one gripe is that I hear a little bit of static every now and then. I thought it may have been my hair at first, but I quickly ruled that out after it was still making static noises while my hair was in a ponytail - I'm not sure what it is, but the static is pretty annoying.Overall, it's a fantastic bluetooth headset - I'm not sure if I'd pay the asking price for it, but as I said earlier, I'm a bluetooth novice. But those who use headsets fairly often will love this set - stylish, functional, and very easy to use!

This is a great headset to use. I always hate headsets that do not fit comfortably in your ear b/c that is a important part of a headset. The sound quality is good, tried it using my cell phone(sony ericsson) had no problems syncing it, nor did I have any distortion. The same thing with my Ps3, had no problems syncing it to the gaming system either. The ear swivel can be altered & moved to be used on either ear. The battery life is great too & it charges pretty fast to. Have not really tested it myself though. The Voyager can also be charged while in use! All you have to do is plug in the charger while it's on. I found this out while gaming on my Ps3, it was about to die & so I decided to try & see if it can recharge while in use. Overall a better experience than my Jabra BT125 . I have seen this headset not only online but at retail stores too & at my AT&T store. 4/5 stars. Will be a while since I will get another headset b/c I like using this headset. Had it for over a year now with no problems. Will report if something comes up.UPDATE: Now I've had this for over two years and it still works. Clarity is still there. Now that it's cheaper more people should check it out. Wanted to add the rubber piece from the headset fits into your ear really well. I'd say 4.5 stars now since it has lasted this long in my experience using it.
