I had to replace my ten year old Panasonic phone that still worked but was very worn. I loved the speakerphone feature on it, so I searched for the new updated Panasonic phone with this feature. This was it! I ordered it and the delivery was quick. The phone has a large display face with the time, date, easy to read letters and numbers, and the buttons are large and easy to read. I love the phonebook feature for numbers I dial frequently and it is easy to program. The speaker is loud and clear and I have been told that I sound very clear when using it. It displays any missed calls and has a "finder" button if I should misplace my phone. I would highly recommend this phone and am very pleased with my purchase.

I Ordered this phone without noticing that it had no answering system It has a great speaker phone- loud and clear and the remote handset is loud and clear, no interference from computer network/cable tv/ any other appliances. Set-up was easy, menus easy to understand. The price was very reasonable. I'd recommend this phone to anyone in the market for a phone with its features, but be aware that it has no answering system. Try the model KX- TG6592T for that, it is perfect if you need the answering system. I did not use the headset feature, so cannot comment on that.

...tougher and tougher to find "SIMPLE" phone systems that can work with utility packages that already include answering services, etc....had this system up and running for about a week, now....haven't tried the talking caller ID and probably won't as we, personally, would find it annoying to have callers announced.The caller ID that shows up on any of the screens is plenty for us.Attractive, fairly intuitive setup, and works well with utility companies caller ID and answering service.THRILLED, THRILLED, THRILLED with this system and the companion extra handset unit we purchased.

Joining the hordes of positive reviews-these phones are great! Extremely long range-thought I'd run into trouble with the base being 3 floors down. Not so! Signal strength still at 100% on the meter. Very clear sound as well. Kudos Panasonic!

This phone works really well, but the handsets started losing power only after having this phone for a few months, it will say it needs charging after you have already charged it and it will just die when you are in the middle of a call. I'm hoping I can get this defective phone with 2 handsets replaced.

Great reception, large, easy to read disply, all features as described. I have had a lot of problems with other cordless phones. But this one is the first one that sounds clear and has no interference. I highly recommend it.

I must be missing something....NOT even close to being an "improved" version...Nothing works like my old Panasonic units. i.e. (+) Cannot view all missed messages; directory; sent, etc. All you see is one entry at a time. Not very good, to say the least.

Purchased this phone as a replacement for Uniden Dect 6.0 which bit the dust after 3 years. This Panasonic is a great replacement. Larger numbers in display window, user friendly prompts to perform phone functions. Very happy with my purchase of this phone.

Although I have used the phones for only a few weeks, I am so pleased with them already. They have so many useful functions.I recently suggested the same phones to my parents and they are ordering them as well. Can't go wrong here.

We bought this 3 handset phone due to the removal of a phone line in our living room after a remodel. We had perfectly functional Uniden phones, but figured it was time for a change as the batteries weren't holding a charge as long as they used to. These Panasonic phones are excellent in every respect. One great feature is that they use recharable AAA batteries, which are relatively inexpensive to replace. The Uniden phone batteries cost almost $20 each. The white backlit screen and large print makes it very easy for my 62 year old eyes to read without glasses. It has good speakerphone sound quality per my callers on the other end of the handset, and the pre-programmed phone book updates to all handsets no matter which one you use to add the entry. Great buy for the money

I already owned two of these phones and wanted to replace ALL my phones with these!I especially love the easy to read readout for caller ID. I'd buy more if I needed more! Try these if you haven't yet.

I have this phone for about 5 months. Not very happy. Sometime it does not ring and when rings and i pick up it gives me dialtone. I miss the call. This happens about 30% of the time, other time it is ok.Does not work perfectly all the time.

When deciding to purchase a new phone, I reviewed them in Consumer Reports and this one stood out as their recommendation. It is an awesome phone system. There are so many features, I was surprised and delighted. This was an excellent purchase. The price at Amazon was the best I found, so this is where I purchased it.

Having given up my home phone when I lost my job, and after leaving cell in friends car I realized how important a landline is. I did my research & Asked around & was told that Panasonic makes an excellent phone. My new phone has been great, it arrived in a timely manner and the price via Amazon.com was the best I found. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

This phone was great until I realized that you MUST use a bluetooth headset (which only has a range of about 10 feet). So, all of that fancy DECT 6.0 technology doesn't serve you at all unless you want to hold the phone in your hand. I guess they also decided you don't need the belt clips that come with other models, since you'll be leaving the phone in the cradle and standing next to it to talk. I'm returning it and buying a non-bluetooth enabled model that I can roam around with.

We purchased two Panasonic wireless telephones based on Consumers Report recommendations.The Panasonic wireless phones seem to work OK. There are more features than we need.We are experiencing a lot of dropped calls or no party on the other end.We are not sure if this is the Panasonic phone or automated calling or our phone company or cell phone calls.

The phone is crystal clear, even in our home with Wi-Fi and baby monitors on all the time. Excellent range. The best part is the batteries are a standard size rechargable so they will be easy to replace when they wear out over time.

Unit is fine. Caller ID is fine except that my last panasonic model had a verbal announcement in addition to the visual. I miss the verbal announcement feature which is nice when you are in another room away from the phone.

These phones work very well. Clear connection, easy to program, big screen and letters, lots of spaces for phone book, phone book lets you have different groups such as for family, etc. Very happy I bought them.

Everything else is great except the speaker phone volumn is a little low. Also the description is misleading. It listed Link-to-cell as a feature but also said "available features is marked with a check". So actually this model DOES NOT have linked to cell.

We have been very pleased with our new Panasonic KX-TG6512B cordless phone. We have 2 handsets which makes it very convenient to carry outside when we are doing yard work. The display is easy to read. We like the feature of locating the other phone. It was reality simple to program. Over all we are very pleased with our new phone

Simple phone, plug it in the wall and it works as advertised.I have not found a way to program speed dials, so that is a minus if you need that feature.

The work well, have a nice ring and light up when ringing so you can actually SEE them. We especially like the feature of being able to block numbers. No more calls from the mother in law, er solicitors. Peaceful.

This phone system is great. You have one base that plugs into a jack. You are given two small chargers that are plugged into an electrical outlet. Now you are able to use any phone.There was a room that I did not have a phone jack. Now I have a phone in that room. It works perfectly.Right out of the box, the instructions were clear. It says it takes about 7 hours to charge, which was true. There is a light on the phone that indicates it is charging. When the phone is fully charged the light goes off.The LED screen is really clear. If you subscribe to caller ID you can see it really clearly.Because you have three phones, if you use the charge on one, you can just switch out to a fully charged phone.Great product. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This one is a beautiful piece which I am proud to keep in my living rooms and all other rooms. Excellent performance in voice and range. Good battery life - after all the battery inside is a rechargable battery which can be replaced if it goes bad incourse of time. I bought panasonic headset along with it and it is wonderful too

I bought this phone and was very satisfied with the voice quality and range. But after 2 months my phone quit working. It appeared to be a problem with the base unit. I could receive calls but the party on the other line could not hear me. Also the phone would not dial out. So I went through Panasonic's mega-bureaucratic and completely impersonal and arcane customer service process for a replacement. The replacement sent worked fine but died after three months with the same issue. I will not be buying this model again and would not recommend.

This phone has very clear reception. I would highly recommend it to someone looking for a cordless phone with Caller ID. I looked for it locally in stores, but couldn't find it. It's worth ordering on Amazon!

Clear sound, and instructions for set-up written by someone with a modicum of English. Would highly recommend. We are using this as our Vonage phone but it would suffice nicely for a land-line as well.

The battery life is 30 hours -- just amazing. Controls and operation are easy and accessible. The display is bright and easy to read from a distance. I am glad I burned my old cordless [ by accident ] and had to buy [ this ] replacement.It was Destiny !

El telefono funciono a penas por unos dias y luego se apago totalmente.The phone barely worked for a few days and then off completely.Panasonic KX-TG6513B DECT 6.0 PLUS Expandable Cordless Phone System, Black, 3 Handsets (Purchased on 09/18/2011)by Panasonic...or share an image.

I purchased this phone to replace a Uniden cordless phone with Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries that would not hold a charge. The Uniden had poor range and voice quality. The battery packs cost about $20 for each of the three phones making it more practicle to just purchase this new phone. The Panasonic uses rechargeable Ni-Me hydride batteries that are not expensive to replace (about $8-10 for a 2 pack) and have a much longer life. The batteries also hold their charge much longer than Ni-Cd batteries. I have been very happy with the Panasonic and highly recommend it to others.

The phones were purchased for use in a restaurant, Although the phones work well the ringer is very soft and cannot be adjusted. We need an external ringer to make these effective.

I purchased this to replace an older version of the same phone because I kept dropping calls. I suspected it was due to the phone getting out of range of the base. I came accross the extended range advertisment of this version of the phone and thought I'd try it. It worked! No more dropped calls.

This phone did not work for me. No matter what I tried, the handset volume was so low it made the phone 'unusable '. My hearing is normal, so the phone issue was a mystery to me. But you get tired of asking callers to repeat themselves continually, so I returned it.

This is a good basic phone (it's just a phone, no answering machine built it). All around, the quality is very good. I find the body is a little slim and doesn't provide a very comfortable tactile feel. But, I am adjusting and it otherwise works well.If you need a basic cordless phone, I recommend this Panasonic.

This is an easy to use phone. It allows you the opportunity to attach a supplementary head set. Which I have reviewed. The only problem I have is the loudness of the ring...even at the highest is very low. Being a senior with some hearing loss I have trouble hearing the ring when the TV is on. Fortunately my phone service shows the caller ID of the calling party on the TV to make me aware of an incoming call. Otherwise I find the phone simple to use and calibrate. Sound is excellent.

I really do love this phone and can't thing of a thing I would change. When set for speaker phone the audio is room filling. The display is great and shows the date & time in very large digits when not in use. It always displays the state of the battery charge and uses standard AAA NI-MH batteries. and the service from Amazon was great...
