We've had this phone for at least six months now, and we've really liked it. They are much clearer than the last phone we had. The docks work well, and the phone searching button does its job. I'd recommend this phone.

This is the original 2 set of phones we ordered and we are pleased with them. We ordered a third phone to add to the set. I like being able to add on like this after finding out the original 2 set was good. The order arrived on time and was packaged very good with good instructions.

I purchased this Panasonic DECT 6.0 Plus phone system after returning a Vtech system (Vtech CS6219-2 DECT 6.0 Expandable 2-Handset Cordless Phone System with Caller ID and Handset Speakerphone (CS6219-2)) because there were no hands-free headset jacks on those phones. I work at home quite a bit and spend a lot of time on my land-line, so the ability to use a hands-free headset with the Panasonic phones (which all have headset jacks and belt clips) has been a godsend. I purchased a Panasonic headset (Panasonic KX-TCA60 Hands-Free Headset with Comfort Fit Headband), and it works perfectly with this new phone system.The Panasonic system is so easy and quick to set up that even the most non-tech-savvy person will have it up-and-running within minutes. I purchased a couple of additional accessory handsets (Panasonic KX-TGA401B DECT 6.0 PLUS Additional Digital Handset for the KX-TG4000 Series) to put around the house, and they all paired very easily with the main base unit. The voicemail notification feature (blinking light and on-screen indicator) work seamlessly with Vonage voicemail. The system even lets you input your voicemail access number and password into the phone's memory so you can check your voicemail with the push of a single button, without having to key the numbers in each time. In addition, the Panasonic system has a number of other user-friendly features, such as the ability to change the settings (e.g., date/time, ringtone selection, call log, etc.) on one handset, and have it automatically change those settings on all other paired phones.The signal and voice clarity have been great so far, with and without the hands-free headset. Callers can hear me very clearly, and I them. I also have a WiFi router and several wireless devices around the house, and the Panasonic phones are completely unaffected by them.It was much more difficult than I'd anticipated to find a DECT 6.0 cordless phone without an answering system (and with a voicemail indicator and headset-jack to boot!), online or in stores. I'm so glad I persevered and eventually found this Panasonic system. So far, owning it has been a breeze. Just goes to show that there's no need to pay big bucks for a "sexy," high-priced cordless phone system to get solid performance. A+

Works well with an Obi100 and Google Voice for free VOIP. The call quality is very good. I've had much better luck with Panasonic phones than other brands.

I really love this phone. I bought it to replace a Uniden. This one is really awesome. It's got a real clear connection. I hope I never have to use the protection plan I purchased with this phone.

These phones worked fine but they had no voice mail option. However they did accept them back even though it cost me almost 10 bucks with no postal refund let alone the hassle expense. They told me they had a disclaimer about the voice mail but I have yet to find it. They are way too expensive not to have the most basic options, don't buy them.

I had a set of Panasonics with a little joy stick type of control in the center. It worked great so I ordered another set of Panasonics to supplement the 2 in the house. Now they have changed the joy stick to a button and it's hell to use. I was able to program my ringtone from the choices only by getting to that option by accident as trying to choose it just bypasses it to the next option, which is volume I think.If you can figure this function out, then it would get 5 stars from me.

This Panasonic system works very well with Vonage. My only reason for not giving this a full 5 starts is because it did not come with the Bluetooth capabilities of other Panasonic models. The range is fantastic and call quality is top notch.

They work great, but i would not buy these for my parents. Their hearing is not what it used to be and the buttons are small for them. I feel the volume is just shy of what I need at times. Never had a functional problem or battery problem.

It's a good phone at a great price. I would recommend it. It has a call block feature which is a neat addition to Panasonic. The previously owned Panasonic didn't have this feature, so that's a plus.

I bought these to replace my existing phones because the remote handset on my old phone had poor reception & voice quality. The Panasonic solved this problem beautifully; the remote handset is about 60 feet from the base handset. It also has more memory for stored numbers (50) and a speakerphone feature, both of which were lacking on my previous phones. I am very happy with these phones. The manual is clear, making it very easy to set up & program the phones.

I needed to replace a VTech cordless phone whose battery had expired. The cost of replacing the battery pack on the VTech phone was not cost effective. The batteries on the Panasonic phone are (2) AAA rechargeable cells so are readily replaceable when at the end of their charge/discharge cycle life. I replaced the Panasonic batteries with Sanyo Eneloop Ready To Use Rechargeable batteries for a nominal expense. The Eneloop batteries are a cost effective upgrade from the Panasonic stock batteries. The key features of the phone are the keypad (good tactile response and good visibility with white back light), nice white lighted display (good visibility even from a distance while in the base unit!), good menu functions, good sound quality on both talk and receive, light weight without the bulky (3) cell battery pack and ease of setup and use. I was using the phone within 15 minutes of removing it from its packaging with the ready to use Eneloop batteries! Just about all the settings are left at their default, except for ringer volume and a few other functions. The charging base has a small footprint and will fit in tight places without a loss of functionality. Hookup is basic, you have your output plug from the power converter that is plugged into a 120VAC receptacle, and your telco phone line input to the base unit. That's it and you're ready to rock and roll! Need to replace an existing cordless phone, or get your first cordless phone? You can't go wrong for the price! These phones are also expandable with additional units and use the 1.6GHz band for improved range and negligible interference from/with other devices.

I purchased this phone due largely to the headset jack. I am on a lot of conference calls for work, and there are not that many regular phones out with the headset jack.The jack died in 2 months. When I contacted Panasonic, they said I had to return the phone and they would ship a refurbished unit.So now, I will wind up with: - Needing to buy a replacement phone while this one gets repaired. - A refurbished unit in exchange for an almost new one. - Shipping charges.

I am a telephone operator and work from home. I needed a phone with headset capabilities, but could not afford the 2 handset ones in the store, that I need for a 8 hour work day. Saw this one at this excellent price and 1 day it held out for work of 15 hours straight. Excellent phone. I just hope the batteries to recharge it dont cost a fortune. I would recommend this for anyone. The dial tone is slow, but it stills dials and that is all I need.

Got these for our small business. They are working fine; sound is good and they are easy to use. Wish the electrical cords were a bit longer as we don't have a lot of electrical outlets.

I sent it back due to the proor sound quality, confusing buttons... I didn't like it at all. Surprised because Panasonic name is usually ok but anymore you never know about quality because these companies don't maintain quality control.

This phone base unit died on October 15. It was shipped to me on Sept 11. I got it on Sept 13, charged it and put it into use on Sept 14.On October 14, the return period expired.I'm stuck with a useless phone, and I can't wait for this phone to get to Texas and then for an unknown length of time for Panasonic to repair or send me another phone. So, I'm going out to buy a new phone and write of the $69.99 as a total waste of money.

This set has a decent speakerphone, a primary factor for us, and is easy to program. It's a little quirky when it comes to adjusting settings. The sound quality is not as good as I expected. Good value, though.

The phones have what I want--headset jack, belt/pocket clip, and--a very cool feature--call blocking for known unwanted numbers. They also don't have what I don't want or need--an answering machine. Perfect setup!

We've had these phones for a few weeks now.They were simple to use: just plug in and go (they did need to charge up overnight first).Voice quality is good. Ring tones are nice.It's a phone, pure and simple.
