My 900mhz Sony phone finally died and the time to upgrade was here. I had read that the Panasonic phones were really good, so I ordered this two (2) phone set. Really works good. My only negative comment is that the instructions/details for setting up your list of contacts could be made simpler by going into a bit more detail. The phones automatically list the contacts in alphabetical order, but the instructions do not tell you this major detail. There is no way to "number" your contacts so I used the alphabet putting "A", "B", "C" and so on to list my contacts in the order I preferred. Good phone but instructions are somewhat hard to understand.

I needed to replace my older Panasonic cordless phone. Since I've been very happy with Panasonic products, they were among my first choice of manufacturers. I received my October version of a popular products review magazine and found of all things, that among the products reviewed by them one was cordless phones. This particular Panasonic phone was top rated and and as always, Amazon has a great price. One of the features I like the most is the ability for it to block unwanted callers (of course, you have to subscribe to caller ID for it to work - but who doesn't have caller ID these days.

Our old set of cordless phones finally started dying, so it was time to replace. Oddly, they did not have the range of an older cordless phone, so we were excited to not only get newer phones, but ones with better range. The problem is, the faults of this new Panasonic are where the strengths of our older phone were, as follows:Old Unidens had clear, natural sound. These Panasonics, to us, sound very "tinny" and even have some hiss that was not present in teh others.Unless there was some complicated process e didn't figure out, there is no way to go from speaker to headset, once you've hit the speakerphone button. The old phones did not have this problem.These Panasonics have good range and the white backlight is more pleasant than the old Unidens' orange. Letters were actually TOO big to see a full caller's name, but that might be fixable. We will not know, as the two downfalls of this phone - 1) no turning off speakerphone and 2) Tinny sound are enough for us to return and try something else.We cannot remark on any other aspects of these phones as we will be returning them tomorrow and have inly used them a small amount.

Great little phone does exactly what I need it to. It can be expanded into more headsets if needed. The ring is not to loud and it alerts me to voicemail even though it is provided by my phone company. Great price, fast shipping, and it works what more could one ask for?

We have tried this phone in every room, including those with no electrical appliances including clocks. There are no computers, printers, etc. in any of the rooms of the house. Just the usual kitchen appliances and one tv. But there is constant static with on the handset heard by both parties on a call, whether on speakerphone or not. Nice design & easy to use but impossible to conduct a phone call on. We already exchanged the phone within 30 days due to this problem but the replacement was no better. Can't recommend this phone at all.

These phones have exceeded my expectations for ease of use, clarity of signal, and quality. I would recommend to anyone. Large display, large buttons, easy to use, remembers all numbers that call you, or that you call. Each phone will automatically update the other one for the numbers called/received. Good Purchase, will buy again if ever needed.

I use this as a home and work phone. I selected the Panasonic because it has a headset jack and because the memory for the phone book supports enough digits to cover all my speed dial requirements. I use conferencing services quite a bit and enter the call number and passwords with pauses and # symbols to automate the dialing. Many of the phones out there do not have enough digits in memory to support this auto dial feature. The batteries last on calls that are 2 or more hours long and recharge quickly. I rarely have to switch phones during a long conference call.

Had the phones about a month now and really like the performance. My parents live with us now and we find the intercom to be a real bonus. My mother had a little bell she rang but we all love her using the intercom instead! Easy to hear, easy to use, and I like the fact that when I go through the miss calls, I can call right from the list. The base is weightier, so it doesn't fall off the nightstand; a problem I had with the last portable phone system.

This three pack of phones is great. They're small and lightweight and work wonderfully. We had much older wireless phones in the house that were always causing problems. The range and reception on these phones is great. They're also a snap to setup.

OK, it is inexpensive, but as always, you get what you pay for. While the features are nice, the sound is LOUSY, and if you like to use the speaker phone you're gonna be very dissappointed. If I still had the box I would return it after these few weeks. Spend more money if you can to get something you'll be happy with for a long time.Battery life is fine though, if that's the main thing that you are looking for.

I ordered and received the above phone. I have been nothing but disappointed. First, when the phone rings I cannot see who is calling even though I am subscribed to caller identification. Secondly, when someone calls and I want to call them back I cannot just hit the button because it puts a "1" in front of the number and then the operator says it is unnecessary to dial "1" before making this call and disconnects. If I were you I would not purchase this phone. I am usually VERY pleased with purchases I have made from Amazon but not this time.

I was looking for a great deal on a set of 3 cordless phones. This is it. Great range, decent sound, good battery life. The phones feel good, light in weight but solid. I highly recommend it.

This was a replacement for a previous Panasonic model. Because I had antenna issues with the old model (they broke off) I had considered switching but I am convinced Panasonic is still the gold standard in home phones in a day and age of being relegated behind cell phones. These phones are lightweight, antenna-less, and feature rich. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone given the price per set.

The voice quality is very natural. After owning the phone a few months I finally discovered how simple it is to adjust the ringer volume or to turn it off. The phone meets my needs--I keep it bedside and sometimes take it to a part of the house that has no extension. An excellent phone.

We are very happy with the Consumer Reports top-rated Panasonic Cordless Phone. It comes with two hand sets. I figured I could charge one while using the other one. I was pleasently surprised to find the second hand set had it's own base to keep it charged up. That was even better than I expected it would be. You can even expand up to six handsets if you want to. Great bargain price at Amazon.

Perfect if you use your carrier's voicemail system. Display alerts you to messages. Sound quality is very good on both ends of the line. Signal is strong. Large display. Good value. Holds charge for days.

I let it charge for 12 hours before giving the wireless telephone a try.The sound is clear and I noticed it is a little on the slow side for sending out the number to call to the base set.It is a improvement by Panasonic from the last generation of wireless telephones.

Everything works as advertised. It is a low end phone that does the job. Good signal and reception and range. One slight drawback, can only store 50 numbers in memory. Truthfully probably don't need more.

A good phone. Has a lot of nice features.The reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because i had to get a replacement from amazon.The first phone i got didn't work. i think it was the batteries. it never started up.I called amazon support and they replaced it very quickly with no hassle. this is one of the main reasons i like ordering from amazon. they have great support.

It charged up easily and so far has been fine. I have to figure out how to finish programming it to autodial voicemail but fairly simply to use as well - I mean it is only a phone but it is not overcomplicated

It took lots of searching to find a cordless phone set that didn't include a built in answering maching. I'm glad that I kept looking. This set has many useful features and are easy to operate. They are an improvement over the Uniden phones I previously used. The set is expandable if you need more handsets.

When I bought this phone I really liked it. It had great sound quality and was easy to use. Unfortunately, it died after 5 months and now I'm having trouble getting anywhere with Panasonic even thought it has a 1 year warranty.

We bought this phone mainly for the call blocking feature. I never realized when we opened our business that our business number would be somehow broadcast to all the phone-spammers out there from selling credit card processing services to printer supplies, we were getting bombarded and wasting time running to the phone for these morons. I quickly returned the phone I bought to Wal-Mart and got this one after reading the features and reviews. It's very easy to block a number and when the spammer tries to call again, it only rings once and then stops and the phone says "call blocked". I love it!!! It's nice gaining the upper hand back from these call-bots and phone-spammers! What a great price also!

Bought it in Sept-2010, Its working fine. I needed a different adpater so bought it. Just that caller-id on mine doesnt work sue to diff country standards. but other than that thess phones are good. Very good battery life. Nice reception. I might buy some more again with even longer range but in normal villa homes these work very good. thanks amazon and thanks panasonic for my 4th product from you guys thanks a ton.

amazon got into the habit of sending returned items. I saw several reviews regarding Panasonic phones where customers got refurbished items. My was simply used no warranty cards, all unpacked not in plastic. All wires were just jammed together. Unit partly assembled. Its becoming hard to trust Amazon.About the phone. I like this one except you need to read model details on Panasonic website amazons data is not all correct. Battery life is good, so far I had conversation for 3.5 hours on it and had no problems. My old model would die after 1 hour. Sound is good and clear. Logic of the menus sucks but all the phones have stupid menus they don't make they for comfort just to sell, unless its made my apple :)Screen is bright and easy to read, shared phone book is very comfortable all saved phone numbers sync to all phones no matter which headset its saved on.

This is a great phone! I love that it comes with three handsets. The lcd screen is nice and big and very readable and user friendly. It was set up in less than 5 minutes. Programming was very easy. Absolutely love the intercom feature, you can name the handsets, as opposed to our last phone where it was 1, 2, or 3, this one can be programmed to "Kitchen", "Living room", etc. so you know which phone goes where. Nice feature. Call quality is crystal clear and has a long range.

what a disappointment. worked great for 10 weeks, then went kaput despite being fully charged. caller can't hear you, static, you press buttons and the phone doesn't take them. have complained to amazon given that it's beyond the 30 day return window. can't believe this is a panasonic product - do not buy.

I red the description in the Consumer Report magazine. It's better than I thought.I am 80yrs old. I can hear the ring very well, and I can read it without glasses,it's very legible.I am warring it on my belt all day, in the house. Very good product , for me.Thank you

I have owned this phone for approximately 8 months. Overall I am happy with it - it comes with many useful features (good speakerphone, call waiting caller ID, lots of number memories, good talk time). However I am very disappointed with the range of this phone. Compared to an older Uniden 900 mhz digital phone that I own this unit has only 1/3rd or so of the range from the handset to the base. I was expecting much better performance than that. So for phone calls that I want to take further away I must still use my older phone.

bad quality in every aspect, I left the fully charged phone for one day or so UNUSED , then, it is dead. the quality of the earpiece voice is bad and LOW, even when you put it on the highest level volume, and the same is true for the speakerphone, is a big joke, I have to bring the phone close to my face or ears up to 3 inches just to hear, although it is ON the speaker mode and highest volume !!!! big waste of time and money. I wish there is less than one star rating to use.
