Had bought this device to gift it to my parents back in India, the power cord didnt work in India and had to change the power cord which costed me around $25. Will not recommend anyone to buy this product.

Particularly that when you set up one phone you train the other[s] remotely at the same time. I liked these so much I ersuaded a friend to get them too.

I've owned dozens of phones in my day, but never one as cool as this one, i've had it for almost a year, and i love the button you press to make it beep and find the thing... also it has a 'silent' mode, so you can have it flash a light instead of ringing during certain hours of the day... this feature is customizeable btw the 2 handsets, too, so i have the basement phone set to perminently silent, while the upstairs phone rings... i can still see when ppl are calling by the light down here, but the annoying constant ringing is no longer an issue :)very cool... also it alerts me when i've missed a call and have voicemail, and all sorts of other neet features..definately like it like it.

It merits all the accolades rec'd here and elsewhere. I won't bore you with repeating them.I found 2 drawbacks, both important to me. The lack of volume has been mentioned. The ringer only goes so loud, like an 8 out of 10 compared to other phones. In most situations, that's fine, unless you have music blasting like I sometimes do. Ok, oftentimes. More annoying to me is the lack of one touch dial. Jeez, even the 8 year old Uniden that I replaced had that. Frankly, if I realized it didn't have this feature, I would have opted for another phone. The thought never crossed my mind that it didn't automatically come with this. Perhaps it's not all that important to others.If you can live with these drawbacks, by all means shell out the dough for this. It's a great phone in every other respect. And it's quite reasonably priced for what it is.-----2 days later: I hunted seemingly all over for a DECT 6.0 phone with one touch dialing and I couldn't find one. A call to Panasonic got an answer that it has something to do with lack of memory. C'mon! We can send a man to the deep reaches of space but can't find enough memory for speed dialing?! Where are the priorities?!Further impressions: I can't report on all the amazing features it purports to have, i.e., Eco friendly, 1.9GHz, etc, i.e., whether it's hype or legit... however, I can say the phone is easy to use and works well. It's got good range and no problem as of yet with charging with the phone off the charger for 24 hours and about 1 hour of talk time. It's also amazingly lightweight. The only drawbacks I find other than no speed dial is that the ringer volume could be higher, not a big deal.

I bought this phone hoping the range would be better than what we had. I was not disappointed. Our home is 90 foot long, it reaches all through our home into the yard with no static. I only wish it had a belt clip.

I received my new Panasonic KX-TG6512B phone and am unable to record a greeting. Nor are 2 other people able to either. Que mal!. I'm afraid to leave home because I can't get any messages. Help!!

I`ve used panasonic phones for years ,so ordering it was ano brainer.HOWEVER !! I love this one the larger fonts& numbers as well as easy to see keypad makes life easer for us.I would recommend to anyone.

The phone works alright. The sound on received calls is rather low, and I've had it ring for no reason multiple times. I'm not sure if it's incoming calls that aren't connecting or what. Hook up was easy and quick which was a plus.

This is the best cordless phone I've ever owned. An added plus is that it uses 2 AAA Ni-MH batteries, so no expensive proprietary batteries!

We use this all over the place and hardly bother with the corded phones any more. It holds a standby charge for days and it takes aboout 4 hours of talking to kill the battery. It goes in the charger overnight and comes out forst thing in the morning. The original batteries are still going strong about a year after we bought it.

These phones are great! They are very portable, sound great, and are extremely easy to set up and program. I really like that you do not have to plug the extra handsets into telephone jacks, only the main handset. I was also able to program the handset in the bedroom to be on silent mode from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

It has good sound quality, reception, battery life and features. Although ring volume is adjustable, the maximum is not loud enough, not as loud as that for a previous version of this phone.

Like because it takes { AAA Rechargeable Batteries}.Also the blocking unwanted caller option.It is 6.0.All the features are great.Keep this phone coming. Keep making this one.
