I don't know whether this is a widespread problem, but my shipment arrives with no USB receiver. Had to spend another $20 to get one.Otherwise this product works great as advertised. I can move around my apartment without losing any signal. The sound quality is more than acceptable but definitely not impressive. I use it to listen to youtube videos/music on my laptop/ipad while making meals/doing exercise without disturbing my roommate. Love the flexibility.

I cannot imagine why I waited so long to purchase this headset. I am afforded the freedom to roam about as I dictatemy thoughts. No longer tethered to a computer. This is a wonderful piece of equipment. I encourage others whowould enjoy this freedom to purchase this headset...MJM

I bought this when it first came out and wore out my first one (bent the USB charger received inside the set).Nonetheless, I have purchased 4 more for family and coworkers.Range is limited like all simliar devices but sound quality, especially with Skype, is superb

I got these headphones because I wanted to be able to switch between my cellphone and Microsoft Communicator calls on my computer. The headphones were easy to set up and worked right out of the box. The sound quality is good for conversations and for music. Ihe headphones are comfortable and fit well over earrings. The microphone is flexible and tucks out of the way when you don't need it. The only negatives are that it's easy to leave it turned on because the control switch is a little wonky. But, since you can use the headphones while they are charging, it's not a big deal. I also wish the forward/back controls worked with the Amazon Clound Player. But, overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

I wish I could control my Cisco IP Communicator with control buttons, other than that everything is perfect. Received item in time.

I have been very glad to have these headphones. For some reason, when talking to someone that I can't see, I can't *stand* sitting still, and that can be a real problem when doing any kind of audio conferencing with 'tethered' headphones!The ear pads on these are extremely light and comfortable. Although they cover the ears, I don't come up with "sweaty ear," mostly, I think, because they are so light-weight -- it is easy to forget you have them on (although you will remember when you walk out of the office and people begin staring and pointing, not that that has ever happened to me, you understand).The volume controls and mute are set in a rocker-style disc on the outside of one of the earpads. I'm used to controls that are in-line in the cord, so was a bit hesitant about not being able to see what I was doing with this control. However, it was very easy to figure out by feel and didn't interfere with the conferencing at all. I haven't had any problem with the headset losing a charge -- I turn them off between uses with the tiny slider button on the side of the earpiece.I was able to hear clearly and listeners at the other end reported they were pleased with my voice quality as well. Since I have mostly used these in my rather small office, I guess I haven't really tested the range on them... I doubt that I could catch up with the dusting, as I do when I'm on the cordless phone, but they definitely allow me to walk 15 feet to get something from the bookcase, for example.Absolutely the only thing I would change: the headset comes with a USB charging kit and a USB wireless port, and I wish that, especially with the tiny USB wireless receiver port, there was a spot on the headset where I could dock it lest it be lost between uses.

I was searching for a bluetooth wireless headphone that provides crystal clear sound as wired headsets.I use it with my mobile HTC EVO 4 Phone (works great), HP Tablet (works great) and with the the Plug-and-forget nano receiver my Desktop Computer (works great)I've been using it for a few days... the sound is crystal clear.Totally satisfied....

I've tried several different brands and styles and the H800 is far and away the best. Excellent build and sound quality. My skype calls are heard loud and clear on the other end. I prefer using the bluetooth pairing to free up the USB port.

I have never had a problem with Logitech's wireless headsets (this is my second one). I enjoy how this one easily collapses; I think this is going to help avoid breakage.

Could be a little more comfortable, but overall I am very satisfied. Don't have to be tied to a cord and haven't had any complaints about quality. I use this to record videos and to connect with my online students for review and tutoring sessions.

They work very well, when you're close to the computer. If anything, such as a cabinet with canned goods, a refrigerator, a hallway another room even 25 feet away can and does affect the transmission/ reception to the headset! Works great with Bluetooth and telephone. Fairly comfortable, light weight, sound quality acceptable.

LOVE- Lightweight - substantially lighter than my other headphones and comfortable- Microphone tucks away nicely, is easy to pull down for calls, and flexible (bends)...noise canceling- Used it on PC with iTunes, with iPhone 4S, iPad streaming Netflix as well as Skype, and Nokia N9 for calls and music, easy to switch back and forth- Good sound quality...not great- Easy setup, very simple instructions / illustrations- Wireless...joy!- Great for every day use. It blocks out most but not all sound, which is perfect for me. I need to be able to hear the kids.- Folds up for easy storage- Easy on ear controls: volume up / down, play/pause or answer call / end call, forward / track forward, rewind / previous track- I can go from my office in the front of the house to the kitchen in the back no problem (about 40 feet)OTHER STUFF- Set up bluetooth for the 4S and then went to set it up for the Nokia N9...and ran into "see website" on the instructions (if you want to set up a second device). I looked it up on the website and it said to hold the advance track and volume up at the same time to enter bluetooth seek mode.- Comes with USB cable for charging only- Everyone's head is different...sis wears this while cleaning and it slides off her head sometimes.- You have to be careful with the dongle, it's so small! If I remove it, I always put it in the pen jar on my desk so I don't lose it. (note that in the comments, someone else mentions that there is a handy holder on the back of the left speaker for the dongle! Thanks Jon!)This headphone charges for 3 hours, then I can use it for about 6 hours. It's light enough that it doesn't bother me at the end of 6 hours. Also, they are small enough that I can lie down and rest my head at a slant...I can't do that with other headphones (and I hate earbuds). So overall, I'm in love with these headphones for the versatility, and combination of good sound and wireless.

The wireless does not work at up to 40 ft. away as claimed....in fact only half that distance. I plan to return it and buy a FreeTalk headphone instead.

If you want to switch quickly back and forth between speakers and the headsets. You have to either pull out the very small USB connector or go to Control Panel -> Sound -> click on device and Set Default Device. It would be really nice to have an icon in the taskbar that you could quickly change between speakers and headset.

Bought this for my son who does a lot of gaming. Quite impressed really. VERY comfortable, nicely padded. Not too heavy. Sound is very good. I got it for him because he kept ripping the wires out of wired headphones when he stood up or when he pulled out the plug by the wires. The only Con I really see is that it does run out of battery in like 5 hours. Then, you need to plug it into the computer USB to charge it. But if he's done using the computer, he turns it off, and it doesn't charge, so he ends up having to play with it plugged into the computer USB port, which now makes it a wired headset, defeating the whole purpose. Anyway, if you want a decent pair of wireless headphones, I would recommend these.

Does not work and I got it as an unpacked item which was obviously used before. There was no packing what so ever behind the outer shipment box. User manual and adapter was missing too. :( ... I am sending it back and I had to pay for the shipment :(

The design is clean and the sound quality is good. Of course it's not in the audiophile class but it's good enough for easy listening (it has good bass too).It's easy to set up, whether using Bluetooth or the nano wireless receiver.The only issue which I have is that the ear cups (of the foam sponge type) feel warm after extended use so maybe if they were made of some other material they would be more comfortable.One thing I have to add, when connected via Bluetooth on my Mac, the stereo effect changes to mono when I use the microphone.

I purchased this device for it's range of use: wireless, I can listen to music on my laptop, take a call on my laptop, and take a call from my smart phone. The range of use is excellent from that aspect. However, I would agree with some review of others, the audio quality when listening is not great, though not bad enough that I would avoid purchasing these headphones. For the price and usage, these are a big hit! However, I just got mine and immediately I have static in the right ear. Through the laptop, some audio settings allow a test from one "speaker" to the other, in the case the left or the right, and it's all static in the left ear. This makes this pair a total loss. I believe my husband has already thrown out the packaging, therefore no option to return, that's our bad. Hopefully my set is just a bad pair, and that it's not the norm.

Would have given this product a 5 star rating but the instructions that came with this product were a little crpytic.But once I figured out how to get the Bluetooth and USB connections to work with the headset,I am very happy with the product. A side note would be if there could have been a storage spot within theheadset to store the USB connector would make keeping track of the USB connector easier.

It works great! The only thing that I didn't like about it is that when I go into my kitchen (which is a lot less than 40 feet away from the USB) the sound isn't as clear and very static-y; But it's fine, I don't need to go into the kitchen while talking to anyone anyways.

Final Update: The second headset Logitech sent seemed like it had been refurbished, something I would expect from a cell phone I have had half the year but not from a replacement on a new product. The microphone did not work and there was a low osculating sound in all calls. I really like the design though and I pace when I talk, hence going wireless, so I tried once more. Just got the third headset and it works the best out of all three. One call went perfect, the other was so bad I had to switch out. I'm testing it again right now but I think this product is getting sent back for good this time. The last Logitech headset I bought was wired and the first one I purchased did not work either but the replacement is still working fine today after three years. Go figure. Amazon like usual is amazing with it's return policy, no complaints there.Update to Original: The thing stopped working after less than one day. Sending it back. Does anyone quality control anymore?Just got my order on time and functional. I run windows 7 64 bit and purchased this item for use with skype and everything works well. Comfortable and the range covers all of my apartment 800 sq ft, and reaches all rooms with only minor diminishing of sound quality in separate rooms. Test calls show clear voice reception, will update later if product breaks after a short time like some reviews have stated. Would have given five stars but the microphone picks up all background noise or is at least what was reported from test calls to friend. Product description lists noise cancellation as a feature but apparently there is none whatsoever.

Great Headset!! Easy to connect to my laptop by nano receiver and to my android phone by bluetooth (and easy to change). Has a great sound and easy to set the volume (that can be greatly loud). The charge time and battery life are as described by Logitech.
