This wireless headset is very compact, comfortable, has great sound quality. I thought the price was competitive for its class. I have no complaints.

I love that I'm now able to walk anywhere in my 4000 sq ft house and have my hands free.I use it with my iPhone 4. Its very intuitive for me to use it. Sometimes I run into problems with keeping it connect (after a few hours of sitting it disconnects), honestly though I didn't read the manual so I'm not going to complain, blame it on my personal laziness.Overall great product, comfortable, and easy to use. I haven't had anyone complain about the sound quality or volume. I had complaints with the standard apple headphones that came with the phone and I had to hold the apple mic closer to my mouth or turn my head towards it for people to be able to hear and understand me better.

The shipment was fast. The product came in the original package. The product is very good for the price. Ok the sound is not excellent, but it is not the main idea of the product. Wireless, great connectivity, and good sound , the price is fair. Before buying this product I didn't care about wireless headsets, but it is really nice. You go make tea or something, and you can continue to talk with your friends by skype for example.The product quality does not seam great, but I think it is. Everything in a king of not to rigid plastic, it is light and it will not break. It looks loos but it will not break, I guess. If it breaks I will change the review.

Sound quality excellent. Restored my pleasure in some recordings that were not doing so well via other bluetooth headsets.This is the first headset I've owned which does so many things this well. Expect it to replace many other devices. Bluetooth AND wireless audio AND able to listen while recharging. Battery appears to be replaceable, but is a proprietary one. Microphone when desired which can be stowed easily out of site and is flexible to adjust properly when dictating or speaking on the phone. USB Dongle for wireless is tiny. Just as I opened package was bemoaning having to keep track of it -- when readily discovered they were clever enough to create a little storage space for it in the left-side earpiece.It was detected immediately without fuss by my iPhone 4S. Likewise by Windows 7 computer using USB Dongle. Couldn't be easier.Very delighted and experiencing enjoyment in less than 3 minutes straight out of the box. Good job. Logitech.

nice and clear eazy config when battery is low it start beeping at ya about 6 hower talk time only down fall is the 40 ft raing but just means i can use it while i go out side to smoke

Can't get them to pair with Windows 8.I have to re-install the driver every time I want to pair it in Windows 7.Appears to pair with my HP touchpad.Awful driver quality on Windows, avoid if you can.

Sound quality is great. Battery life is decent definitely around the 6 hours as advertised, Also the most comforable pair of headphones I've owned as well.

Ugh. I struggle with these things so much I stopped using them. Either the mic won't connect or the speakers won't connect. I try flipping between the dongle and bluetooth.... sometimes it works most times not. Huge waste of money.Oh, and I wanted some noise reduction. These do NADA.The world does not have inexpensive wireless headphones yet. Stick with wired for now.

At first I though this product was going to be cheaply made since it was about $25 less than next closest set of dual (wireless & bluetooth) headphones. But other than the place where they hinge and the slide buttons, it is a well made product. The next and back buttons work fine with whatever app I am using on my android as well as different software on my desktop. Volume control from what I have gathered while using it have different levels for both wireless and bluetooth. The only problem that I seem to have is the end call button doesn't always work with my phone.

Have had the Logitech H800 headset for almost 2 months and use daily for 4-5 hours of VoIP conference calls. No issues setting the headset up on Windows 7 but what I found is the advertised range of 40 feet wasn't realistic.... at first.I tried as both Bluetooth device and USB dongle plugged into my laptop directly and received a max range of ~10-12 feet. I tried the USB also with my laptops Wi-Fi turned off and no real difference. This frustrated me to the point I almost returned the headset to Amazon.I then got the idea to use the USB dongle connected to a 3 meter extension cable and routed away from my laptop and other office peripherals. Once I did this I now get a solid 35-38 feet of range before the signal distorts.With a decent range I decided to keep the headset and have no been very happy with it. Over the head comfort is good. The ear pads do tend to get a little warm after 90 minutes just due to body heat. Sound quality both incoming and outgoing is excellent for calls and most folks have no idea I'm not holding a wired handset. Never tried them with music as that isn't what I need them for.

Did not meet any of my expectations. I needed a wireless headset to answer Ring Central calls. This is not the product to service those needs.

I have used these headphones in an office setting for a few months. Overall they are a great addition to my needs here. I use a soft phone (Specifically Shoretel Communicator) for communication in and out of the office via voice, and the sound quality is high on these. Both incoming and outgoing. I have had past headsets garble the outgoing stream so the person I'm calling has to ask me to repeat myself, but these do not do that.Additionally, being headphones, and having good local sound quality as well, I can listen to music while I work on tedious projects and get nice full sound out of them. Are they high end super quality? No. But they are several notches above say the H760, or any mid grade ear buds you could ever use.Bluetooth. Wow, not only can I use it on my computer, but I can pair it with my iPhone and listen to an audio book I have on there without losing my place. Watch a movie on netflix at lunch on my iPad or even use it to make a personal call from the iPhone.battery life is very respectable, the box lists 6 hours and I find i get a tad more than that in the 6 and a half to 7 hour range before it completely dies.Overall an outstanding product. Highly recommended for people in similar situations.

I ordered this headset to finally "cut the cord" with both my laptop, using the included USB transmitter, and my smartphone using Bluetooth. Setup was very easy for the first Bluetooth pairing, there is a minor inconvenience that you have to read the online documentation for the procedure to make the 2nd and subsequent pairings. A simple switch setting allows you to choose whether you work with the USB link or Bluetooth, which for me was a plus.I'm impressed with the range, I can go at least 30 feet away in an office setting on the USB link. Sound quality for both listening and speaking (reported by others) is excellent. It works well with the Cisco IP Communicator softphone as a telephone.

I am using this with a MacBook Pro and the H800 paired with it without an issue. However, I noticed that when I started using it with Skype, the sound quality was poor. It seems that whenever I activate the microphone, the A2DP bluetooth profile is no longer used and the 'headset' profile is used. The headset profile has much poorer quality sound than the A2DP profile.Also, I have noticed audio cutting out when I was only a few feet away from my computer.

I really like the headset. It does all it's suppose to do well. I did not like was that the headset does not sit securely on my head. If I leaned over to much it would start to slide. Not really a problem because I'm not continuously looking down, but it is annoying at times. I have used it with my HP dm4-207us laptop and my relatively ancient Blackberry 8330. Works fine with both.

Logitech Wireless HeadphonesCaution---I really thought my headphones didn't come with instructions or the USB recharging cable since it was tucked in the bottom of the box and covered by cardboard in a way that made it look to be the bottom of the box. You must go digging to find these things.As far as headphones for music go they are not the best that I have used from Logitech, but they are by no mean certainly the worst. They serve a purpose and they do it quite well if a little confusingly. I was able to walk quite a far distance from my computer and still listen to music. (about 50 feet and even going down stairs to another level of my house) The sound quality while maybe not on par with headphones costing more, is by no means ultra poor.I did notice a crackling in the right hand earpiece and thought that that crackling would bother the sound quality, but it didn't.What I could not manage was paring my older iPhone, with the headphones. It would not discover my phone and after 2 days of trying, of hunting down information that did not help and just being generally frustrated, it was either give up or keep being frustrated. I gave up.I'm actually very disappointed. I have always LOVED Logitech products, have rated all of the ones I have bought and tried quite highly and was so looking forward to have something that did all that this product claimed it could do. It really is a shame that it couldn't do what it was meant to.

I have had a couple of headsets over the years, but they just didn't work well. I was hesitant to order this one. But, after reading all the reviews - decided to take a chance. Received the headset- plugged in the USB to the iMac- followed a few simple steps -immediately connected. Within two minutes I was listening to music and writing letters- not bothering my husband while he was working on his computer.So - "next test"- will it work with my iPhone? Within 1 minute -connected and talking to my daughter. She said the sound on her end was great. She has been looking for a good one too, and after she tries mine - she will be ordering one too. The headset is so very light and adjusts to most any head size-you hardly know you have it on... It will really be nice to wear when we walk our dog! I also called customer service for a minor question- they answer quickly- very knowledgeable- helpful and pleasant to talk with... Best thing this headset is -as represented!! Amazon was so efficient--it came even sooner than expected.Easy to connect- nice controls-Great sound-comfortable- works with iPhone/IMac/iPad.....I would rate it a 5+.And -no I was not paid to write this!!:)

I get this product around $66, and I think it is really worth for the money.Pros:1. Lightweight and easy to carry. Dont feel burden on the head even I use it all day.2. Easy to use, one USB plug in and you are ready to go.3. Sound quality is great with the weight/size it has.Cons:1. the switch on/bluetooth/usb button is kinda fragile, and you need to be kind for it. (-1 star because of this)2. cannot connect to laptop/desktop via bluetooth by default, and you need to download the software from your laptop/desktop provider or from logitech. Phones/Ipad are ok. I am ok for it, as I use USB for my laptop and switch to bluetooth for my phone.

Worked for a couple of days, then started skipping...then started really skipping. Now it cannot connect at all, due to "authentication error".Don't buy this thing....need to read about Logitech authentication errors in bluetooth headsets online...it's a known problem, and not fixed!

Great headsets, great sound and very confortable. The only thing I would improve is the battery life. My prior Logitech headset (not wireless) did not last very long however. They stopped working after 8 months. Lets hope this one does better : - )

Currently using and have used several Logitech products, inc their outstanding back lit wireless keyboards, mice, etc. This pair of wireless headphones look and feel like they were made in China for about $5 max. The 'plug & play' aspect is not quite cake, for us old geezers, and they must be charged fully before use. Sound is ok, range is fine, etc. I am not doing critical listening, just needed non-speaker sound for listening to things on the net. But, very cheaply made and it will be interesting to see if they 'hold up', wear ok, and if they last.GL, motordavid
