this headset sucks.extreme uncomfortable,music quality extreme bad with their USB dongle.On normal Bluetooth A2DP , music quality is OK.but in Bluetooth mode , A2DP and hand-free profile cannot work together.

I got this for my husband for his birthday. He loves them! He says they are comfortable and the sound quality is good. I like the fact that if I need him in the other room for something he comes in wearing them and can still hear his game/movie/music or whatever hes listening to. But then again my house is pretty small. Also I love that they are wireless so I can watch a movie and rock my baby to sleep without disturbing her with the noise and shes not exposed to any wires that can get tangled around her in a dark room when shes sleeping on my lap. I was afraid these wouldn't work and would get interference but they don't. However there are two things I am not overly thrilled with. One is they are a bit expensive. And two for the price you would think they could make them a bit more durable. With young kids around they are not as durable as I think they should be. My 3 year old uses them under supervision when hes watching movies on the pc and hes never broken them or mishandled them but my 10 month old has pulled on them a few times and if they are left down I am sure they wont hold up under any type of mishandling for long. If you have young children around just make sure to keep them up so they don't get a hold of them.

I dont intend on testing this with a phone or tablet, but as far as PC use goes, just charge, pop in the reciever and enjoy the ride.

Charges like a cell phone, works with any USB adapters. So people with smart phones you will have these lying all over the house. You can turn it off when your not using it to conserve battery power. Has visual and audio indication warnings for low battery. Does not hurt the ears. Big nice soft rotating ear phones. Stores the usb adapter in the left ear phone compartment, works with bluetooth. Works great with all my android devices + Skype.Great purchase, will be buying another one soon.

I use this headset primarily for studying languages, it is excellent in both sound quality and the quality of the microphone. In fact, it is so good that I bought two of them. Very happy with this product, would highly recommend it for anyone that needs this capability, and the battery life is very good as well.

I use this headset all day on my PC using VOIP and on my cell. I love the wireless factor! Sometimes there is a little lag switching between the two. I listen to music on it as well and the sound quality is fantastic.

The Logitech Wireless H800 is the multipurpose headset we've all been waiting for. Connected through USB, you can use this on PC's (or MAC's), Tablets, and compatible Smartphones. I use it on my PC when I want to play a game or listen to music and not disturb anyone or when I want to zone out but either way I like this headset. It works with Logitech's own software "Logitech Vid (tm) HD" but is also compatible with Skype(tm), Yahoo! Messenger, Gmail, Windows Live Messenger and AIM. It also has BlueTooth capabilities and a roaming range of 40 feet. I found that 40 feet is certainly the maximum and preferably in the same room area. If you move from room to room it will eventually break up and you will loose the connection.The headset also has a built in 6 hour USB rechargeable battery, which is very useful as nearly everything has a USB these days. I would say again that this is accurate but continual use at a certain volume will make it stay charged for less time.It also has a built in Noise Canceling Microphone. I found the microphone works 95% of the time, nothing is perfect, but this comes very close. And with a built in Equalizer for your music and a quick flip and fold design for easy storage, you really needn't look no further for an awesome headset for your gaming, and video communication needs.

I had bought these in hopes of dedicating my iPad during the day to be a VoIP unit. People constantly complained that I was breaking up, despite being right by the iPad. They may be OK for music or occasional personal phone calls or gaming, but you cannot conduct business conversations over them. :<

Great headphones! Stylish, comfortable, sound great. My only wish, and this is not a gripe about these headphones but about all bluetooth headphones, is that I wish the volume would go up higher. Those of us with poor hearing could use a little more volume. Otherwise, these are the best bluetooth headphones I have ever used, and I have had several. Phone calls sound great and music sounds great. I love the drop down microphone. It is out of the way when I want it to be, but near my mouth when I am on the phone. Awesome!

I got this as a replacement product when my Clearchat wireless headset began having issues. I liked it for a few minutes and that was it.Pro: Sounded alright. Logitech support is awesome.Cons: Weak construction. Everytime I turned my head I'd get static sounds. The range was as promised, however if you were moving it sounded horrible. It would sometimes disconnect from both the dongle setup and the built in bluetooth pairing with my laptop and not reconnect no matter what I tried for hours. Then while sitting there I'd hear them start playing audio again by themselves.Result: Ended up returning the headphones to Logitech and getting a refund for my original Clearchat purchase and to show that I'm not a hater of Logitech in general I bought the Logitech g930 and love it just as those reviews show. If you're going with a wireless setup and care at all about using the product when you want to use it don't settle for the under $100 options from Logitech and get their over $100 wireless ones. Their cheap wired headsets are perfectly fine I've found.

As a rabid music fan and having purchased my first iPhone (4s), I needed some wireless headphones for fear of messing up the minijack of the of the iPhone in the long run. I also need a break from earbuds.This was and is well worth the price.The sound quality is satisfactory for us laymen. The remote control on the right earpiece is easy to access and easy to learn/memorize (where the controls are located).The quality of the calls made is difficult to judge as each time I had an incoming call, I was outdoors in relatively loud places. I could hear fine and for the most part, they could hear me...but how well is hard to say since there was a lot of background noise from my surroundings (high car traffic/outdoor music).I haven't used it to speak on any form of VOIP yet but set up was easy enough for a PC...sound transmission once again was good as far as I was concerned.As for working out/exercising with these? I don't see this happening as they don't have that "snug" feel and as a whole, headphones (as opposed to earbuds) will never excel with the active person.

I was very happy with the audio quality although I just wanted it for Skype and Teamspeak. It was easy to hook up to my phone, and I've started to listen music more often because the sound is to good. I'm not audiophile, but I think it's very good for the price.

I have been more than pleased with this headset it has excellent range and a very comfortable fit. Installation is a breeze and charging time is very good. If you are looking for a moderately priced yet fully functional headset, this is the one to buy.

I tried using this with my IPHONE and the person on the other end sounds hollow and my voice on my end sounds hollow. the person on the other end said I sounded ok. I will try using it for music.

In recent months I've made these my primary computer headphones. I work on the computer all day and use them for making calls as well as listening to music. The USB sound is consistently better than the bluetooth sound, I have noticed, but it is nice to have the option to use either to connect. I would have given it 4.5 stars if possible, since it would be nice to use the same logitech unifying receiver for these headphones as well as a wireless mouse, but alas, these headphones require their own USB receiver (included--the same mini design). The headphones are comfortable to wear and the battery charge easily lasts for a full day.

Got this headset after killing my old headset by running over its wires, love this wireless one.Lightweight and able to connect onto other devices that use bluetooth (ie: ipod)Has a mic attached, can be moved to the side if not in use which is another great feature.Battery life could be longer, only lasts 5-6 hours on a full charge.

This was a great idea to purchase this headset. My current client requires multiple Live Meeting conference calls (sometimes in a day) a week and this allows me the ability to multi-task without being tied to my laptop or a desk. Sound quailty and boom mike clarity is GREAT!The added Plus...when not on Conference calls, my music sounds great as I work thru the day!!!

Connecting this headset using the USB adapter is no brainer. I use this headset with my Macbook pro, so it may work differently from your set up. Plug in the USB adapter, set inout/output option in System Preferences to this Logitech headset and you are ready to go. I have not tried to make call with it, but don't expect any issues.Connecting the headset using Bluetooth is another matter. My iPad does not see this headset, and the Macbook pro keeps rolling to different code and asks me to verify with the headset. I gave up after a while. After all, using the USB option costs me a port and the Macbook only have 2. I will try again and post it here. May be connecting to a PC is easier.The headset looks big, but is light and feels very comfortable. Big, soft ear pads won't hurt your ears for wearing it long. The sounds is rich and wonderful! It comes with a USB cable for charging, the cable is long enough so you can plug it into a desktop tower on the floor. You can fold this headset, but does not look like you will save some space, it is still big! So this is a headset primarily designed to use at home, not exactly for travel.I am happy with the headset, except for the Bluetooth part. But will keep trying.

This headset is comfortable and has good sound quality for the speakers and mic, but it doesn't work very well in blue tooth mode. Every time I try to use the blue tooth feature, I get much lower quality sound. It seems to be delayed and has a reverberation quality that makes it unuseable. The wireless USB functionality is great, but it requires that I plug up one of my limitd USB ports, which I would prefer not to do.

I wear a headset for 6-8 hours most days, as I'm a remote worker who does a lot of online collaboration. This headset is comfortable enough for all-day use and sounds great.I bought this headset after trying the Plantronix .Audio 995 headset. I was fairly happy with the Plantronix, but the ear cups sat on top of my ears instead of around them, and the headset started to hurt after a few hours.The Logitech fits flat on my ears, which is much more comfortable. The small-sized dongle is a great feature as well; my son was always grabbing for the full-sized USB key dongle that comes with the Plantronix 995.I also liked that I could pair these with my smartphone, a Samsung Focus Windows Phone 7 model, via bluetooth. The pairing works perfectly.The only things I don't like about this headset: The foam ear covers feel a little warm after a while, and the built-in volume controls make loud, cheap-sounding clicks in your ear when pressed.

Connection over BluetoothThis is probably the worst headset ever for listening to music. Not only does it sound like it is in a can, it sounds mono as well. Horrible distortion. It sounds like a bad 2nd hand mono tape recording, an old 45, or an AM radio station playing through an old mono radio. Normal radio has a higher quality of sound output than these headsets.Constant popping, cracking, and overall inability to deliver a good clean sound with the bluetooth connection. I'll stop using these today - and they are for sure headed to the trash can. They are a waist of technology effort. My bluetooth ear-bud has better quality in mono than these do.I haven't tried the USB dongle (since on a mac, probably won't work anyway) - but will tomorrow. In the mean time, stay FAR FAR away from these if your looking for wireless headphones to play music. Might work OK with a phone - MAYBE - but a single ear bluetooth bud is a better solution for that anyway.Overall, what they say they deliver and what the actually do deliver is far below a standard Logitech product. I suspect these will be gone from the market in less than a year.

I'm very dissapointed with this Logitech product. These headsets have been a total headache. They don't perform the same way twice. Seemed to work fine the first day, but it's nearly impossible to switch from headphones to speakers unless you remove the nano receiver, trying to use the Windows Vista Devices interface to set the speakers as the default device doesn't always work correctly and creates more headaches.If you try to switch from speakers to the headphones and they wouldn't work, selecting them as the default device was having no affect and multiple attempts proved fruitless. Eventually rebooted the system, yes the entire computer was shut down to get the headphones to work, then they functioned.This is a known issue, unfortunately I didn't know untill I purchased, it's a shame.
