I liked the product .. It's just what I need exactly,Thank you.P.S. : If you face a Bluetooth Peripheral device problem, that means your Bluetooth device ,which is connected to your computer, is very old and cannot download the latest drivers. To solve this problem, just buy a new Bluetooth device :-)

12/25/2012 morning -I was able to pair this as a bluetooth device.But I cannot hear a sound.The pause and play button work.Else nothing is working.This happens with Windows 7 pc and Iphone 4.Same issue.12/25/2012 Addding an update - THis works as wireless not with bluetooth

This is a very good headset with good sound quality and good bluetooth connectivity with iPad, iPhone and laptops (using the provided dongle) but it does not work with Panasonic phone KX-TG7645.

The headset arrived with no manual or instructions, I was unable to make it work on my pc with the info I was able to find online so I returned it and purchased a different model.

Nice price, works as advertised, bluetooth connects to my smartphone, usb connects to my computer. Range is good for me, I walk around the room I am in, do not travel the halls etc. Battery lasts me all day if I charge it during lunch. I also like that you can use it and charge it at the same time if you have to. Have not used it for music so I do not know about fast forward, reverse, etc. The mute could be a bit "quicker" in actually muting >> the dog can actually get in about two barks after you hit the mute button until it actually mutes. (I got spoiled using a wired USB headset and the mute was instantaneous when you hit the switch.) Have had no complaints about sound quality from people on the other side of a conversation. Dragon Naturally Speaking also likes it on my computer. Overall, I am very satisfied, and would recommend the product.

Requires a software app to connect, and still it rarely does. Requires me to constantly go into my computer setup to shift from internal speaker to headphone, and even when it's working, there's a lot of background noise. I sent it back!

same issue many others have had.on OSX 10.6.8, I can't simultaneously use the headset for input and output audio while on Bluetooth mode. I can accomplish this via USB dongle but the range is limited to about 10 feet.If this had worked smoothly, 5 stars.

It attended all my expectations. Very good sound, very good remote control, and very easy to connect with any program to listen to music in my computer. The best feature is the bluetooth which allows rather than just with the computer, use the headphones with my ipod touch when I go to the gym. This device is perfect!

Has awesome potential but a couple things drag it down to 3 stars:1) Wireless range sucks. You pretty much have to be in same room as the transmitter. My Asus wireless headset (hs-1000w) performed much better than Logitech. With Asus I can roam around my apartment and even outside of it with no effect on sound quality. Might be because wireless router is in same room as transmitter, but still Asus headset didn't have this issue.2) Bluetooth range is good, but there is no multi-point. I would use bluetooth all the time, except you can pair one device at a time, so can't pair both my laptop and phone together.Pros:1) Charge lasts for a while (I charge it every 3 days or so)2) Gives auditory signal when battery is low3) On-mic controls (mute, volume) are convenient4) Bluetooh + usb wireless capability in one headset is great

Overall I like the headphones. I am only using for voice recognition software. My only complaint would be that the ear pads don't wrap around my ears.

I found that frequently you have to turn it off and on to get it to work. I think the price is too high. It does have good sound quality. Support at Logitech sucks.

After reading reviews of several similar products, I went with this one. Great sound quality, the fact that it's got both bluetooth and wireless connectivity. It's very comfortable to wear for long periods also (I use it for hours while at work). Highly recommend!

This headset offers a comfortable and affordable solution to desktop audio. I bought them for use in conjunction with Rosetta Stone, and for this purpose they work wonderfully. The audio quality is not superb, so take into consideration the reason for your purchase. If you are buying for the boom microphone, go ahead. If you are looking for high quality audio from a wireless headset, these are definitely an option, but not necessarily a great one.

After reading reviews, and considering cost, I chose this item. I absolutely love it. It holds the charge nicely, the range is great, and the sound is optimal. I am a virtual school teacher, so I use my headset often. It's comfortable, affordable, and ideal for those who work from home. I highly recommend it!

These are great, you can switch easy from PC to phone, I like that a lot. Good sound and light weight to. The collapse feature is nice so you can take it with. I use these for phone calls around the house. Wish they were built a bit more sturdy with better sound but not bad at all.

Very comfortable...great features. Works as advertised. Setup was easy for both Bluetooth and radio. Folds to fit n my briefcase for travel, and has internal storage for Bluetooth dongle.

I have been using these headphones for a couple months now. It is a very comfortable set to wear, the sound quality is excellent. The only down side is needing to charge it every other day. I use it about 8 hours a day Monday through Friday so I rather expected it.

Bought the headphones for my son he had picked them put online. They are very comfortable and he really likes how you can adjsut them on the headpiece. Great price for them.
