After breaking a pair of corded Logitech headphones, I thought I would give the h800's a try. Having a single set that could wirelessly pair with both my computer and phone made sense, at least in theory. After hours of trying different settings however, I finally gave up and returned these. They would not reliably pair with the computer, and never paired with the phone. Even when connected via the usb cord (that recharges the headset) they did not reliably work with Skype. It may have been a computer (or user) issue, but Logitech did not go out of its way to make these "plug and play". I ended up getting a set of corded Klipsch S4As and an adapter that works with the computer with absolutely no issues.

The Headset was received with the wrong cable for charging. The cable received looked like a cable for plugging into a printer. Headset has been returne.

I intended to buy the ClearChat PC which was the previous model. I have the wired version which works great. Unfortunately when I went to purchase the ClearChat a pop-up said the model I knew I would like had been replaced (though still available) by the h800. Within the first month the microphone stopped working. It never even worked well because the boom is too short and it sounded hollow due to room reverberation (noise cancellation may have been nonfunctional from the start). I should have gotten last years model (ClearChat PC).

These Logitech Wireless Headset for PC's, tablets, and smart phones are very neat. I only wish I hadn't thrown the USB cable out because I'd love to use these again!Positives:-They're wireless! The range is nice and the connection is quick.-They're comfortable. The round speakers make for really good sound and the top of the headphones is padded for comfort.-Works great with Skype and streaming videos.Negatives:-The USB cord (for charging) is hidden away apparently. So hidden that I mistakenly tossed it out with the box. (Update: I've found a USB to use on these now! Thank you!) Instructions, I'm assuming from other reviews, are also with the USB. I didn't see these, either.-The wireless USB is super small. It's a negative only because there isn't a label or any writing that would easily and quickly differentiate itself from other Logitech wireless devices.I must say, while the packaging was shotty (poor USB!), I love the product. I look forward to finding a way to charge these headphones and use them again!

Excellent wireless headphones. I made them work with my iPhone 4 and my laptop, both for listening to music and talking over Skype and the phone. High quality audio. Recommended.

I work on a project with partners between California, Australia and Europe. We have 4 to 6 hour long Skype sessions and conference calls. I LOVE this product, because:- ease of use with Logitech harmony is flawless- freedom to roam around. It goes beyond 12 feet, and around corners, great for grabbing something in your kitchen while computer in other room. When you do loose the connection it reconnects instantly.- Bluetooth option allows for use with phone, thanks to hardware switching, the switch from computer to phone is absolutely painless- 6 hour+ talk time is true, it really delivers.- it is light to wear- doesn't make your ears all warm- doesnt give you that 'inner voice' feeling, thanks to open air design- great for speech. Decent for music, not great.If you're sky ping or calling long and a lot, this is your product. If you're thinking about mostly listening music, move on.

These were awesome for about a month. After that, the microphone broke. Such a bummer! I hope it was a fluke and everyone else has better luck than us.

Over all I like these headphones. They sound good, are comfortable, and I like the ability to fold them. However, on Ubuntu Precise (I haven't tried any others) plugging in the USB dongle causes the X server to immediately crash. My other Logitech USB-only headset works great, so I had high hopes for the USB being super easy to deal with, but, alas, no...

I bought this headset the other day. It works now that I have it charged but when I used it today for the first time I find it is too big for my head and keeps slipping.Maybe it will work for men but not ladies . There is no way to adjust the width only the length. I like the fit of the clear chat a lot better. It is snug and never stretched out in all the time I had it and wore it every day. I am very disappointed in the H800. The sound is good once it is charged if you can deal with the large size and slipping.

I've waited to review these until I used them awhile. I've had them about a month now and they are working great. I use these for Skype & VOIP, plus music and entertainment from my iPhone. Love the range and sound quality, plus I've had good feedback on my voice quality from others. Very happy with my purchase.

I love them when they are working. I bought one pair, and it stopped working. Amazon replaced them. The 2nd pair that I received works fine with the computer, but the bluetooth stopped working weeks after I received them. I notified Amazon but I have not heard back from them. The headphones remind me of a Fiat I once owned, I loved it when it ran.

The little piece on the headset for charging slipped out and now I can't even charge it. It was lose when I got it - now they are totally worthless.

I've used the Logitech under ear headset for a few years now and it's been great. I like this one even better!It can be used with your computer, your tablet and even your smart phone. It's got controls on the earpiece to switch between calls and also to switch between wireless and bluetooth. It was more comfortable then my under-ear headset. It's fits nicely and is not too heavy. It also fold down for storage.The range is 30 - 40 feet before the reception starts breaking up. My desk is in the family room and I can go to the laundry room or the kitchen and still listen to music, podcasts, etc. It worked great with my tablet as well. A nice way to be on the table without disturbing others. I don't have a smart phone so I couldn't try that option out, but the bluetooth worked really well with my tablet so it should with a phone as well. It has a long battery life as well.A nice headset. Comfortable, versatile and highly recommended.

These were great while they worked. I used them to connect to my PC for VoIP apps, and connect to my android mobile. Last month the bluetooth just stopped connecting to both the PC and Android app. I would not buy them again.

This headset is very unreliable with pairing with the computer. Most of the time they work, but occasionally they won't pair at all. I restart my pc and yes they are set on default device and nothing happens. The sound quality is awful. I can't return them because I have had them for a bit over 50 days. This was a very bad purchase.

DOESN'T work for PS3 :(!!!!!!! the Bluetooth connection is not good for PS3 consoles.But if you want to used it as a regular set for your PC the sound round its pretty good and sharp.

I purchased this product in February, 2012. I spend a lot of time on VOIP calls for work and was looking for a wireless headset with good audio quality, which would let me tether to my computer and to my phone as necessary.I use the USB nano receive to associate the Headset to my (windows based) computers, which works great. I've also paired it to my phone (Droid X) and switching between the two is seamless.Audio quality is very good, much louder than my last headset. I've been told that my voice sounds crisp and clear when speaking through the headset.Overall, I'm very pleased.

I work from home and am on the phone 4-10 hours/day and my only phone is my cell. After going through about 5 different headsets I am thrilled with these. They are very comfortable (sit over your ears, have padding on the top to rest lightly on your head, and don't feel clunky while on), and the sound quality in both directions is outstanding. I used to get consistent feedback to speak up, but now everyone else is thrilled with the sound quality from my microphone. The volume adjustments are more granular than my phone itself, and it can adjust loud enough for all of my needs. I love the ability to play music in these while not on calls too, the sound quality is great for the price.

For the vast majority of my usage, the logitech Wireless h800 is a great performer. The headphones are sturdy and it easily syncs up to bluetooth devices as well as computers with a tiny wireless dongle. Sound quality is fairly good. The on ear controls seem to work intermittantly. Not a huge deal to me, but maybe bigger to others. The quality of the microphone seems to leave something to be desired. Every call I place with the headset seems to bring complaints of a static and echoes. So I've relegated the device to listen only.If that's your purpose, it can't be beat, if you need a headset, you may want to continue looking.

For the price the headset is fine as a wireless and bluetooth headset. Sound quality of my old cheapest Philips Headset is much better than this one though. Couldn't get it work with Mac Bluetooth as headset, no sound. With phone it worked but sound kept on jumping which doesn't happen with wired headset. Also, do consider the charging only good for 6 hours. I haven't tested for time but need charging each night as I need to use during work day.In summary if you get something better for slightly more go for that option otherwise this one is also not bad enough to ignore.

Very happy with the H800! Been using it for a few days. Only issue I ran into today was with the frequent use both at work and at home, the 6-hour battery life doesn't last all day. It started beeping while watching a movie tonight. But it's okay, just need to keep it charged. The manual reads where I am unable to swap out the battery for a second battery and that we can only pull the battery when the unit dies to dispose of it properly. Using a proprietary battery is a drawback. The switch, to switch between USB and Bluetooth, feels a little delicate. Otherwise, I am very happy with the H800. Use it between my PC and iPad. A carrying case would have been cool. Going to the electronic store to buy something to protect it when in my bag.
