These did not fit as well as I hoped. The quality of the microphone is average. For the price I thought this would have better sound recording capabilities. however, for general use such as voice recognition or telephone, this is fine.

Logitech's H800 headset works with its own USB adapter on a PC desktop, notebook or tablet, and it can work via built-in Bluetooth with a cell phone. The range is decent too - about 30 feet indoors for me. I am a very happy customer :)

Its really very good...sound quality is very nice, battery lasts long and call quality is perfect....I am giving one start low because its bluetooth range shouldhave been more... its very less....

Quite a nice product. The only downside is the price but otherwise I have been happy with the purchase! It is lightweight and easy to connect to computer/cell phone since it has a switch which turns on Bluetooth and Wireless (so you cannot use both at once)Overall I would purchase again! (Especially if on sale :)

I am a mild gamer only with a XL head and these things fit fine. I pulled them out of the box and plug the dongle, mini usb receiver, into the laptop and I was done. Setting the up the Bluetooth was just as easy. The mic hides away when you aren't using it or need to talk to someone in the other room. I was playing a game and had my phone ring and was able to switch to the Bluetooth with a flick of a switch on the head set. Now the reason I am not giving it five stars is because the battery life is only six hours, but that just means you need to charge it more frequently. Also important note these headphone will NOT sync with Logitech's Unify system. I just called the manufacture to ask because I was thinking about getting a wireless keyboard and mouse to go along with it and just have one dongle plugged into my PC. The manufacture informed me I would need two dongles. Still a great buy no matter what.

The units worked for two weeks, then a slight "crackle" was heard. Now 3 weeks after the one month return window closed they are utterly useless. They do not hold a charge, and die a loud and painful death after no time at all: 3 hours max.

I tested the h800's on a newer Mac with a 2 Ghz Intel Core i7 and 8 Gigs of RAM. I was running Lion.What I found is that the sound quality is good, but the headphones themselves are a little uncomfortable. By which I mean that they are a little hot to wear and tight. Then again I have a 'big head' -- lol. Hats are nearly impossible to find off-the-rack.TO GET THE HEADPHONES to work on the Mac you have to go into System settings and turn on Bluetooth if you haven't already done this for another device. At that point it will work for some audio from videos and such that reside on your Mac, but not for streaming video or music. To get that to work you have to plug in the neat little dongle.TO GET THE HEADPHONES to work on a Windows laptop -- I tested on my daughter's HP Mini-110 -- you just need to plug in the dongle and put on the phones. Windows 7 recognized what was needed and there was no need to fiddle with software.THE SKINNY:::I might have fallen in love with these headphones except my ears didn't find them all that comfortable. The foam didn't allow for heat dissipation and didn't protect my delicate ears either. Other than that they worked for my purposes. There was okay base response and channel separation. At volumes louder than I would ever listen to music at, I should note that there was distortion -- tested on Marilyn Mason, Patti Smith, The Hollies, and 'La Dona e mobile' to confirm it wasn't a recording fluke.One last note: I really liked the volume controls which are built into the headset, as well as mute and pause/play options.Pam T~mom/blogger

I like it. It works well. The sound is about 3.5/5. I have had trouble getting it to work right using bluetooth. It works much better using the USB dongle, at least for me.

this product may be a good choice for you. Like most reviewers I note that the maximum range doesn't come CLOSE to 40 feet (though in my case that may have more to do with an unfortunate computer setup that has the wireless USB dongle facing the wall away from me right next to a metal filing cabinet!) but even with a range that doesn't allow me to leave the room, I appreciate the much greater freedom of movement without fear of a sudden, unexpected tug, followed by expensive calamity.The battery life was less than claimed as well, but the ability to recharge it WHILE continuing to use it pretty much eliminates that as a serious issue IMHO. Of course, anytime you are listening while recharging, you are back to using a corded headset again (A fact you would be wise to remember!), but at least in my experience that hasn't become too annoying,...yet.Note: My review is based entirely on testing the wireless headset features, not the Bluetooth nor the smartphone features, as I do not currently possess such devices. Should I at some future point get the chance to test these features (HINT, HINT, Amazon Vine!), I shall update my review as appropriate.

This has a long talk time and great sound. Have had for 90 days now and 2 people have told me recently that they hear themselves talk. Switched to other headset (wired one) and problem disappeared. Not sure if it was a random issue. Really great for music.

These work great for a tablet or laptop but not as a gaming/voice headset for the PC. The battery does indeed die semi-quickly but they are worth it for portable reasons. They fold up very nicely and brought them on a trip recently.

We've gone through two of these units now with countless hours fiddling with it, asking support, asking Apple etc etc. The long and short of this is, sometimes it will pair and sometimes it won't. It will work on an iPhone but can't pair it with the iPad or Macbook Pro. I should have done more research before getting these headphones. There are countless complaints about these headphone and their connectivity reliability. Shame on you Logitech. Guess what, you just lost a good customer for life.

I got these headphones as a replacement to another set of Logitech wireless headphones that have been discontinued. What I love about these is they work with my PC using the wireless USB adapter and my Bluetooth devices. It's nice to have one set. There are several things people should be aware of. First, I don't know of any headset that fully works the stated distance. Maybe in a lab setting with no walls and a straight line, but that's not real world. As the crow flies, I lose signal in about 30 feet and we're going through 2 rooms and walls. Secondly, they work great on conference calls like GoToMyMeeting although I miss the mute button. I think I've also successfully used on Skype. Thirdly, they work great with my LG Android cell phone. As much as I like them, there are 3 areas of improvement. The first is if you lean forward, they start to fall off. Secondly, I wish the controls were laid out better. I can get the slider control stuck between the wireless and bluetooth setting and neither works. Lastly, I wish they sold extra USB adapters for those of us who have multiple machines.

I was searching a very light weight and comfortable headset so that it does not hurt my ears or head even after long time of wearing.It is perfect in this respect and does not feel on head even. It also does not press ears and thus is very comfortable. Quality of audio is high and acceptable for this kind of stuff. Before this I had purchased Plantronics .Audio 995 Wireless Stereo Headset but it hurt my ear lobes so badly that I had to return it though quality of audio was high.This Logitech headset is one step ahead that it has Bluetooth facility thus I could listened to music from my smart phone and also made phone calls in hi quality.2. Unfortunately the quality of material and workmanship is not so high. The previous models of Logitech had stainless steel strip in hairband but it has plastic band. The on/off button seem very delicate. The cap of USB transmitter came out. It was put in place with some low quality glue which could be seen.The headset stopped working and I returned it.3. But I will purchase this same head phone again due its high quality audio and facilities like Bluetooth and controlling Windows Media Player in PC directly from headset. I request Logitech to improve on transmitter size and materials.

I purchased the headset to replace the original Freetalk Wireless headset I had used for what seemed like years and that worked great, but the Logitech headset has been very unreliable. The biggest complaint I have with the Logitech headset is that the microphone and/or speakers randomly disconnect during Skype calls or while listening to music -- and this while sitting within two or three feet of the receiver.When the microphone disconnects during a call, it usually magically reconnects within minute or so but by that time the call is already lost. When the speakers disconnect, I have to manually turn off the headset, wait a few seconds, and then turn the headset back on to get it to reconnect. I switched back to the original Freetalk Wireless headset for a while and haven't had any issues with it, so it doesn't appear to be a problem with the computer or USB connections.I've also noticed the Logitech headset doesn't have nearly the same range as the original Freetalk Wireless headset, which is really disappointing. With the Freetalk Wireless headset I had a range of about 25 feet or so, but the Logitech Wireless headset starts getting choppy at around 10 to 15 feet.

I love this headset!I spend four to six hours every day on web-based conference calls. Because of various reasons, I can't use the computer's mic/speaker. I need a headset. Meanwhile, stuff happens and I need to be able to move around without being tied to the computer. So, I decided to get a wireless headset.I've had this headset for just over a month now and it works great! Because it's wireless, I can walk to the refrigerator or the next room without interrupting the meeting or missing anything.They're comfortable. They sound as good as any wired headset I've used. They run for hours before needing to be recharged. They're easily turned off between calls. They have a handy mute button on the side with audible mute/un-mute signals. They even work while being charged, so when the battery runs down, I just plug in the charger and keep on talking.I'm extremely pleased. I highly recommend this headset to anyone who doesn't want to be tied to their computer.
