Ужасно

This camera is nothing more than a T2i with a articulating screen and different aesthetics. It has the same recycled 18mp sensor, metering etc. It no longer has the enthusist/pro magnesium alloy body, instead it now has the toyish plastic body off the entry level Rebel series. If your looking for a first DSLR, I have no doubt you will be quite happy with the 60D. If however your an enthusiest/pro you will find the amatuer grade construction and hand me down features of the rebel T2i/60D lacking. The bigger picture is that Canon tried to get cute and charge a "60D" price for a camera that clearly should have been designated a Rebel T3i. Indeed they would like you to spend hundreds more to get the EOS 7D, which was hundreds more than the 50D. There is a good reason (at the time of my review) that Canon is already blowing the 60D out with rebates while Nikon's D7000 is out of stock in most places. The D7000 is a clear upgrade/improvement over the D90 while the Canon 60D is a dumbed down camera of the version it was to replace.

Hi, I only received my Canon 60D+ 18-135mm lens kit, so I can't review it's performance, but I can't wait to learn all the features and to start using it. However I wanted to thank for all the previous reviews - they helped a lot to make my decision. The camera is fantastic in the first days and the menus , display , buttons ...all seem so intuitive and clear !Huge thank you to Amazon ! Fantastic and FAST service !!! I had the camera in my hands two days after purchase , much faster than promised :) The camera came well packaged in pristine condition and I caught the few day sale too ;) which always helps.Thank you Amazon :)

Pros:Excellent battery life.Excellent images.Flexibility.Tilty swiveley LCD screen.5.3 fps burst speed.Full HD video.Cons:I hate the on/off switch.Door to battery hard to open.It's kinda heavy.The left wheel should go all the way around.I've used the Canon 60d about 1 month now and I love it. Don't get too caught up in the cons. They're very minor. This camera rocks! I looked at several other camers in this price range and none had the features of the Canon 60d. My previous Sony non-DSLR had a moving LCD and I didn't think I could live without one. The zoom on the 18-135 is nice and sharp. The controls are well placed. The HD video is excellent although I haven't used it much yet.The Canon 60d makes an excellent first DSLR. I would buy it all over again.

I don't get it, every time the Canon upgrade their semi-pro camera like this Two-Digit Series D(x0D) we saw a few Great grown up features. NOT in THIS ONE. To me, I am taking it very personal because we buy the body base on our characters. THIS IS A NEXT REBEL. I am not too crazy about the Flip LCD. It is for HD Video anyway.First - you cannot use it by itself in the Studio, HELLO CANON! where is the Sync? (yes, instead you can use the annoying adapter like Rebel)Second - SD Card? non of the pro-photographers enjoy the tiny chips, besides, they break. It may be faster, but we don't want to share the Card with lil-girls P&S Camera.Third - A Plastic Body? polycarbonate whatever they call it, it is technically plastic.Function Wise = An Amazing BodyCharacter Wise = Its A Rebel XL (nothing major is different)

This is my first DSLR camera. It's really good for me. I knew that 7D or D7000(Nikon) is better than this one, but for this price, 60D is the more suitable for me. I'm not a professional photographer. If I am I will buy 5D2 but not a APS-C. If you are going to buy your first DSLR, and you don't want a T1, T2 or T3, then this is your best choice.

I have owned many camera bodies, including xti, t2i, 40d, 60d, 7d, 5d and 5dII. I purchased this as a backup for to my 5d2, and for shooting long and some birds. I initially bought a t2i, but found the ergonomics, and buffer poor. I purchased 60D as it shares the same battery as my 5d2, and has much better ergonomics.What I love: The external flash control, on board flash, general build and ergonomics.What I dislike, in Order:1.Sensor efficiency. Nikon has canon beat here. the dynamic range on d7000 is a fair bit superior, esp important if you are doing landscape. Canon needs to improve their sensor production in the next line.2. Lack of focus microadjustment. Why? it does not cost much to include, and is a very very useful feature.things that I wish were included but not a deal breaker: extra custom settings, a non locking mode dial.

I have only used point and shoot dscs. My last SLR was a film based model - the Canon EOS-A2. This camera is very nice so far. I especially like the picture styles, and the ability to customize the settings. The included software is very capable for processing raw files. I was pleasantly surprised with the video quality. The 1080p videos are stunning! I do wish that autofocus capability was available for videos though. All in all this is a solid camera. I purchased a Tamron 18-270 zoom which works very nicely with this camera.

I have upgraded my 550D with this new camera because it has the flexible LCD screen that allows me to better use the HD video filming feature. The 60D is better constructed, and is bigger than the 550D but less than the 7D. I have noticed that the obturator sound is different than the 550D and the 7D, probably because it use different mechanism. This is not a problem at all but the sound is less impressive (its more like a light click). The rest of features gives you a camera that is more close to the 7D. If you feel that the flexible LCD is valuable for you, this camera is a better choice than the 7D (and cheaper). The 18-135 mm IS lens is a VERY GOOD lens. It doesn't has USM but you will never miss it because the DC motor it has is very fast and silent enough. I have compared this lens with my Sigma 18-250mm HSM IS and face to face I have taken similar pictures and I cannot detect any difference. I highly recommend the EOS 60D body with this Sigma lens because this kit gives you more zoom range for all around photography.

I have moved up to better quality and better features each and every time; this newest Canon is no exception. Don't miss out. Everyone will tell you, "Gee, your camera takes good pictures."

I'm upgrading from my Rebel XSI 450D to the new 60D. Wow, what a difference! The main thing that I've noticed is how much easier it is shooting in the manual setting. Excellent shots right from the start. Feels good in my hands, the shutter "click" is smooth, quiet, feels professional. I can't tell a difference in the metal body vs the new body of the D60. Feels the same to me. Solid camera. I did not purchase the kit lens with this camera as I have L lenses that I use on a daily basis and didn't need to spend the extra money. I'm still learning all the "ins and outs" on the camera but so far, wow, it's worth the money. I hope the battery is as good as my XSI. I've taken over 20K shots on my XSI in 2 years and the batteries are excellent, and keep a charge for what seems like forever!If you're looking to upgrade from your "workhorse rebel" but can't spring for the more expensive 7D, this is a good upgrade.

We bought the T2i after reading reviews of DSLRs. We've been using point and shoot digital camers for years now and missed the fun of using the old SLRs we owned. Bought the camera with the 18-135mm lens instead of the usual 18-55mm because we wanted to keep the price down and still get more than a 3 to 1 zoom. After 3 months we are still very certain we chose the right camera.

When I bought my Canon 5D Mark II I was very happy. But with time (keep in mind that I am not taking photography as a profession, rather I am a hobbiest) I got boared of the weight of my 5D and stoped carrying my camera with me when I leave home and the most important thing was, I never made use of the Full Frame option.Therefore, I decided to sell my 5D and buy the 60D and I am happy I did that :)The 60D is a fantastic camera for amatures and professionals who are looking for a second camera either as a backup or a light camera that they want to travel with.The pictures quality is amazing and the tilting screen is an amazing option and it made my life easier specially when taking photos of my 6 months kid..Any1 with a tight budget and cannot afford the 7D and (or has the budget for the 7D but wants a tilting screen) wants a tilting screen camera go ahead and buy the 60D without any hesitation..

I believe I will learn to love my (and my wife's) camera, as I learn how to use it :)It seems possible to create amazing photos with one click, though.One thing I noticed, I need a zoom and perhaps one macro lens to shoot nature, plants and animals...Well another... its heavy to use with one hand :)

I'm sure you can find a lot of reviews of this camera elsewhere, as for me - all my expectations are fulfilled. I was choosing between 550D and 7D (600D appeared later), I compared with 550D afterwards and happy that paid more and bought 60D. And I think I'm pretty happy with it, therefore don't want to pay more for 7D, moreover I do need vari-angle screen.

Happy customer here... No complaints on my camera... Better than all lower priced dslr cameras.. Could hold it's own against the more expensive ones though it would be beaten in the long run on camera capabilities as the owner or user advances in his photographic journey... But if ur on a transition from point and shoot to dslrs this would be perfect....

It doesn't take any better pictures than a 450D, 40D, 1000D, 50D, 7D, 5D and I've used all of these camera. Ask yourself, do you print your pictures or are you a digital see on your screen/monitor/upload type of photographer/hobbyist/amateur?If you only print occasionally up to 8rs/10r/12r then a 450d is good enough. You show people photos from the above cameras and I bet that those people can't tell the diffence in the prints.I'll be keeping my 50d and i'd rather spend 1000 bucks on a quality lens or a couple of lenses that DOES make much more difference than merely upgrading along the crop factor body.Conclusion: better buy a 5Dmk1 for the same price used if you ACTUALLY print your photos, if you are merely a digitaly store your photos and show your photos on the computer and net, then a 1000D is enough. Do yourself a favor and save up for a 5dmk2 and be done with your upgrades or just buy quality lens such as the 70-200L f4 IS or 24L if you already own a crop body Canon.

It came in yesterday and I've been playing around with it. If you're comparing it between the T2i and 7D, I don't have any advice for you, but the decision maker for me was the fold out and twisting screen.It produces awesome quality, but I'm sure you know that by now.

This is a great camera, so far no problems, the images look great (works well with my 'L' lenses), isn't that what its all about in the end. Its light enough to take everywhere yet feels great in the hand. This camera feels solid. As far as the plastic body goes, don't most laptop computers come with plastic bods and I think they are abused way more than a camera. The only specs I really cared about was having faster shutter speed and a higher ISO. I upgraded from a Rebel XT. I still don't understand why people need to always upgrade from one xxD to the newest one, it would save you a lot of money if you upgrade every 6 or 7 or even 10 years.

this camera is very easy to use, looks good, it does what i expected. the only problem is I have a wireless remote and when i got the camera it was working fine for couple of days and then it quit working with the remote. I have test and the remote is good maybe something is wrong with the camera. everything other thing it's a good camera.

I have a Canon 5D, a Canon 7D, and a Canon 50D. I bought the 60D primarily for the rotating LCD which is much handier than a right-angle finder when shooting flowers or ultra wide-angle shots from a low level; it's also very useful when the camera is on the copy stand on my workroom (formerly a dark room) counter. Since it;s lighter than any of my other cameras, I plan to carry it when I travel. I just wish it had the autofocus capabilities of the 7D and 5D, but then I guess if it did, nobody would buy the more expensive models.

I think this is a great camera and I have been very happy with the photo quality. I have not been impressed with the video camera aspect. I was hoping to need only one camera, but after using it for 4 weeks, I realize, I will still need to purchase a video camera.

We had the camera for about a week before it stopped working. Overall, I am very satisfied with the camera as it takes great photos with superb quality. But I am disappointed in the camera quality itself. For paying so much money I had hoped they tested their products, but I guess we received a defective camera. We tried charging the camera to 100%, hooking it up via USB cable to the computer, nothing. We sent it back and awaiting our new camera. I hope we don't encounter this problem again...

It's my very first SLR - and at the beginning I was kind of concerned how to handle such a big and heavy camera. I bought it after several month of comparing similar items. Now I've taken some pictures with it - and it's great! The handling is easy, the pictures are great and I'm getting used to carry a big fotobag with me.

Just to preface, this review is really more aimed at those that are considering this camera for its video capabilities.I would argue that this is the BEST choice out there compared to other mid-range DSLRs. The combination of the articulating screen and manual audio control set this above the 7D in my opinion (once again in the video realm only) and worth the extra money compared to the T2i.At first I considered the movable LCD to be more of a gimmick, but once I got it "in the field" I was surprised at how easier it made getting those awkward angle shots. The manual audio is really great as well for those that aren't shooting with an external audio recorder.I've filmed about 8 hours worth of footage with it so far and it has not disappointed.

Ya he estado sacando fotos con la cámara más de dos meses, funciona muy bien, ya sea sacando fotos de surfistas con un zoom EFS 55-250, en cualquier situación o con un gran angular EFS 10-22.Completamente recomendable.Lo que más me gusta es la ergonomía y lo fácil que es usar los controles. La pantalla retráctil es notable.

This camera is more than I could have ever dreamed. I asked for a rebel and was gifted this and am finding it to be more camera than any mom could ever dream of. I look forward to adding a lens or two down the road, but for now this lens is great for shooting a wide variety of activities. The video is also great! This camera will likely be the last camera we need to get through kids and even the after years!

I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this camera highly. I also own L lenses 2.8 28-70mm and 2.8 70-200 IS. The iso at 3200 is very impressive and operations is speedy. Go to Bestbuy and give it a try.
