Added this dongle to my new LG 42" TV, reconfigured my wireless router and hey presto! it connected to the internet and after the TV downloaded various software updates both have worked flawlessly ever since. Now I wish I had a faster internet link as 10mbs doesn't quite allow XHD on VuDu!LG AN-WL100W Wireless Media Kit

Bought this along with LG55LE5400 LCD TV for my new house. Plugged it into the USB port on back of TV, followed instructions to join my home wireless network and within minutes I was able to watch on-demand movies on Netflix (in HD!), look at photos on Flickr, and even access media on my computer. Great product!

I bought this in hopes of it being easy with the knowledge of sending it back no problems if it frustrated me. Connected this to the LG TV and were on the Internet in minutes. Family loves watching movies from Netflix and VUDU. Thumbs up!!!!

Purchased the same time I bought a 46" LG LCD. It worked fine out of the box, although I had to call support in order to figure out how enter an ! (exclamation point) for my router password.

The adaptor is a nice idea and works for the most part without issue. The only problem is the setup which wasn't that easy. The LG TV's have a setup program that if you mess up will continue to add a connection to your wireless router. This makes the adaptor never able to be added. If this happens remember to check your router and remove the 'ghost' connections and try again.

This works great . All I needed was the passcode for my wireless router and shazam, it connected. Now I am streaming Netflix at 720p. My only complaint relates to Netflix as they need to upgrade audio to Dolby 5.1 on their streaming movies.

Purchased this wifi adapter for LG 42LD550 42-Inch 1080p 120 Hz LCD HDTV. Basically its plug and play. I connected it right out of the box. It immediately auto detected and actually connected to my neighbors unsecured router. I simply entered the menu, specified my local network, added the key and was on netflix in seconds. Now it auto updates firmware and provides easy access to netcast features. Nice product.

It took me all of about twenty seconds to install, hook up and begin to use this device. Entered my WEP and began to watch netflix immediately. works great!

USB Adapter came in perfect condition and works as listed, I can update tv software, use Yahoo widgets, and we have had no problems or interuptions during use. Very happy with product, will be using Netflix via web soon.

This little gadget saved me from a few hot hours in the attic. It's well worth the $$ when you consider the costs to hardwire a CAT line (35ft wiring, closeout plates, drywall repair when you step through the ceiling on accident, etc). It works great 20ft away from the router. It's in a bookshelf with a full masonry fireplace, and 2 walls of interference. It hasn't missed a beat and plays Netflix and Vudu at HD quality.As stated by another reviewer, setup was simple and intuitive...I didn't even crack the manual. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

On initial setup with an LG 42LD550 the product would not synch with my wireless router. Customer service instructed me to reboot which did the trick. No problems since then.

I was wondering if anyone has tried other usb wireless adapter with their tv other than this particular one offered by LG. Theoretically, any wifi usb adapter should work and they are generally less expensive than this one. Unless, only this one will work with my LD550, then i will have to buy it. Any comments are welcomed.

I bought this adapter for my LG LED tv. It started functioning as soon as i plugged it in. The sheer ease of setup makes it well worth the price. Although I wish LG made this standard so that customers did not have to buy this separately.But for anyone looking to connect your tv to a network, i highly recommend this. As soon as I plugged it in, it detected my home wi-fi network and I was online within a matter of minutes.

I connected it with LG42LD550, and it simply can NOT connect with my wireless router. Even after I entered everything manually, like IP address, Subnet mask, gateway etc, it still can not connect. Total waste of time.

Without this the netcast and vudu and all other internet options will not work unless you hard wire it to the tv LG tv that ismy lcd tv gets a lot of use and this wireless usb is GREAT

This was the cheapest price in industry and it works great. Easy to set up so if you want the luxury of ordering movies online VIA USB adaptor then this is what you need.

LG reports that only this product will enable wifi for their products. This is because the operating system in the TV has no drivers for any other wifi usb dongle

Works great! Love being able to watch my Netflix movies on my TV. Had difficulty with set up due to forgetting that the MAC address I needed for access to my router was on the adaptor not with TV info. Other than that, wonderful experience so far: )
