We ordered this printer, copier, scanner, and fax machine for my Mother & Daddy and it works so well that I wanted to order one for myself.They have had it for a year or 2 now and have never had any trouble with it!!! When we bought it, we only paid maybe $40.00 for it. Now to get a new one of these, it is gonna cost me $70.00. And I really wanted this particular model!!!This machine prints so fast that it makes my older Lexmark look lazy!!!I truly have no idea why everyone else has had such a problem. Lexmark really stands behind their products when other manufacturers don't!!! We always buy Lexmark!!! I traded in my 1st ALL-In-One HP (that never worked right) for a Lexmark Workhorse ALL-In-One between 10 & 15 years ago!!!I still own my Workhorse and it has been the best printer I have ever owned. It has served me well!!! I have worn it out!!!The feed no longer works well when you print, but that is after 15 years!!!! However, it still prints the same as always, copies, scans and faxes!!! Everything except the paper feeder still works great!!!Lexmark will send you a brand new machine when most everyone else sends you a refurbished machine to replace the brand new one you bought! And everyone gets a lemon sometimes!!!Oh!!! Back in April when I needed drivers for my laptop, the tech support helped me immediately!!! They emailed me the drivers.About 2 months ago, I finally got around to calling them again because I could NOT get my laptop to connect to my Workhorse, so it would print!!! Lexmark's tech support worked with me and now my laptop prints to my Workhorse. Their support is the absolute best!!!As you can tell, I think Lexmark rocks!!!You go Lexmark!!! Keep on making great machines!!!

This All In One is great. Easy to set up and get going right out of the box.All functions are top notch!

I am very disappointed in the performance of this printer. I just spent 2.5 hours printing out 228 pages double-sided in color for a club newsletter. That is about 3-sides per minute, which is a huge difference the published speed. After printing the 228 pages plus about 100 pages in black, printer status reports that the black toner is about 25% depleted (only 75% left) and the magenta is depleted 25% (around 75% left). This is based on using the original toner cartridges that came with the printer. The printer reports that the black toner cartridge has a capacity of 2500 pages while the Magenta toner cartridge has a capacity of only 2000 pages. Again, these are the original cartridges. So, it looks like the cost to print is about 3.5 cents a page (single sides) [($38 for black 2500 page cartridge x 25% + $40 for Magenta 2000 toner cartridge x 25%) / 556 single sided pages]. This does not include the cost for the ITU or fuser.

I bought one of these a year ago to replace my eight year old HP officejet. I was interested in the low cost of the ink cartridges, the smaller size of the printer and the print quality. I was debating between the Pinnacle Pro 901 and a similar HP and I decided to try a new brand.I was wrong, and that decision has been a painful one. The Lexmark Pinnacle Pro901 has turned out to be one of the WORST printers I could have bought. It never seems to want to "wake up" when I need to print something. The print cartridges run out very quickly - even if you get the XL sizes. And finally, doing anything simple is a chore with this machine - it is always waiting or requesting something. I've done everything from update the firmware to replace the printhead (at Lexmark's request) and it hasn't helped. Its a poor quality printer. I will be getting rid of it soon and going back to an HP.As other reviewers have said "I will NEVER buy another Lexmark product again". I am in 100% agreement.

Lexmark advertises this product as cost-effective due to its ability to more copies on a single cartridge than its competitors. It seems as though I traded my last printer for a similar printer, with the exception of the name.

I have been using this as my primary printer for about six months now, so now I am ready to share my discoveries about this printer.Network setup: I have a mixed Macintosh and PC environment and this printer works well in this mixed environment. Setup itself was very easy using the wizards that came with the printer. My only disappointment is that I can only have either wired or wireless connectivity, not both at the same time. Because my PC does not have wireless capability I had to set everything up in a wired network this required me to set up a print server to use my wireless notebooks.Printing: this is the area that I was disappointed in with this printer. One of the main reasons I was attracted to this printer was the inexpensive ink compared to other inkjet printers. While this is a definite plus the ink itself is well ... cheap! The black ink has a tendency to smear especially with moisture. Even letting the paper dry for 24 hours, the ink will smear with a firm rub. If your fingers happen to be moist for any reason the smears are even worse. I also have been disappointed when trying to print a large job. After printing about 100 pages, I started to get streaks across the pages. It looks like the print head is getting hot from use and expands to start rubbing under the paper instead of gliding just over the top of it. This means I have to stop printing and wait for 20 to 30 min. for the print head to cool down before I can print another 60 to 80 pages. So beware if you have the occasional large job and give yourself plenty of time to use this printer. It is really not designed for occasional heavy use. Finally, this is not a photo printer; it prints decent pictures but nothing that you would want to show off.Faxing: I have had occasion to both send and receive black-and-white and color faxes with this printer. It both sends and receives very well. This printer also boasts advanced fax features if you require them.Scanning and copying: the scan to computer function works great with both my Macintosh in my PC. When scanning to computer the touch screen allows you to pick which computer you want to go to so there is no mix-ups between systems. The printer also provides solid if not spectacular copies.Summary: this is a very solid printer. I would recommend for home or small office use. Because of the smearing ink problem I would not recommend it for critical documents.

I tested these for a living many years ago, and decided to finally buy one when my trusty Brother printer gave up. This one is very easy to install, simple to operate, and quiet!

This is our 2nd X364. The first one runs almost continuously around a bunch of ham-handed people who don't care if it breaks.If you want a sturdy printer, you have to step up and pay the price.

but I am never buying a Lexmark printer again. The printer has all kinds of issues and it's not worth it.I do like the exchange program cartridges because at least I don't have to haul them anywhere. UPS picks them up when they deliver to us.

A great wireless printer. Easy on the ink and it was a snap to set-up and integrate into my home wireless network.

Stay away from this, it seems like a great product until is stops working because the printer can't talk to the print head. I tried cleaning it and updating firmware as they suggested but it didn't fix anything. Really great printer except it doesn't work.A support call cleared up some of the issues and they sent 1 new ink cartridge. Two ink cartridges in a row bought from Office Max didn't work. Apparently they are trying to clamp down third party ink and managed to cause problems with some of the Lexmark ink as well. I don't trust this printer now.

Big time user of this printer at work.Decided to purchase one for home use.It is only black and white but it works well and no smears when Highlighting your work.

I am very dissapointed with this printer. I am the IT manager for a construction company and was looking for something other than HP for our job trailers. granted they get dirty and dusty but the same things were happening with the same printer I have at home and in the main office which are cleaner environments. And that is constant frustration with so many things from ink cartridge tank level reading inaccuracy, unreliable connectivity whether its LAN, WIFI or USB and constant paper jams with recommended paper type and weight. Like I said this happens in clean and dirty environments. I have upgraded the firmware on the printer and the driver software and doing so with the firmware actually made it worse so I rolled it back.Never again will I buy a Lexmark printer. I wont buy HP either but I may be forced to. They are super expensive to run but they are reliable and predictable for the most part. Maybe I will try Brother next? I have read some good things about Brother printers lately.I don't know... I thought we were promised to go to a "paperless society" in the 80's and paper is used more now than ever.

This printer was very easy to set up and get working quickly. The documentation was superb. My only disappointment is that while it can do duplex printing without any extra accessories, and while it has an auto document feeder (ADF), amazingly the ADF does not allow you to scan or copy double sided documents - you have to scan those manually if you want to copy or scan both sides.

I got the same problem, but I purchased mine from Fry's Electronics. All I did was print about 8 times & I used 8 sheets of paper & it was getting faint in color & I looked at how much ink was in the brand new cartridges & it was only 50% full & I only printed on it 8 times. I then said to my self, that I got to get rid of this crap because it was false advertising & a lie. I don't even print using the color & it still used all the cartridges & there is a black cartridge in it. This printer is a scam. Yes the wifi & web & touch screen & app's work perfect, but I did not buy this printer for that, I actually purchased this printer to print not to go online because that is what I got iPad's, iPhones, Android Tablet's & Android Phones & 8 computers for, so going online is not a problem, but printing out something on this printer that is suppose to print is a hot mess. Nothing but strife. Do not buy this printer if you do not want to throw away your money because it is straight garbage. I will never buy another Lexmark junk product ever again.

Yes, it does have cheap ink, but it doesn't work nearly as well as my old HP printer for scanning, etc. I'm ready to throw it out the window, I waste so much time trying to get this to work for me. Scanning is my worse problem with it. It doesn't! I tried to scan to my jump drive and instead it downloaded my whole jumpdrive onto the harddrive of the computer! When it works, it works well, but otherwise, sometimes I don't even know if it's on or not and it takes forever for the screen to come up. I won't ever get another Lexmark again, I don't care if it has cheap ink, my time is worth more!

Sure the Lexmark C720 printer is old, but as long as I'm able to get supplies for it at reasonable prices, I'm going to keep on using it.

I have had this printer for over 2 year and I felt compelled to write a review on it. First, let me say that the printer is not a bad printer at all with regards to its features and functions.My primary problem with this printer is the fact that you can't refill your cartridges. Lexmark has set configurations to this printer so that it will not work properly. They have put a lot of effort into making sure you can't find a way around it ether. This has caused other problems though. I have bought legitimate cartridges only to have the printer stop working even before the life of the cartridge is, (in my opinion) over. I get a warning message that the cartridge is incorrect or has other alignment problems that need to be corrected before it will actually work. This is extremely frustrating. I tried to find a solution to this on line, with very little results.My advice is, if you want a printer that allows for cheaper prints, DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!I'm very disappointed in Lexmark because it will not allow you to save money on refills... Also the machine has multiple glitches that frustrate you if you do not comply with the change for new cartridge.I have used Lexmark for the past 7 years, but I would definitely change to a competitor the next time I need a printer. For now I will take it up the elbow no other options.Hope this helps

I love this printer so much that i am buy ing the replacement for the one that broke down at my home, enough said.

I've used this type printer before and I have really enjoyed using it. The one I just purchased curls each page on printing which is a major nusiance and a major problem for me.

This printer does not work, it eats ink like it is going out to style at 27 or 29 dollars a pop. It does not work correctly. I have used it for scanning, but my old HP is easier and the HP software is better. all and all, Target or anyone else should not sell these printers. Do yourself a favor, Buy an HP printer. This Lexmark behaves strangely, will not print what I send to print, then an hour later will print all the copies I tried to print earlier. This is a very nice looking unit, low price, with lots of neat features, but it does not work well. Avoid it.

Well I like that printer. Its great. Mine got a little damaged in the mail but its all good. still works. :)
