I tried to get two of these to work with the Verizon pc5750 card without success even after updating the software. I ended up buying the Linksyswireless-g router for mobile broadband (wrt54g3g-vn)which works well and was priced less. The Linksys did require a software update from the Linksys website.

I am an active storm chaser and use this router with my Kyocera 1xEVDO Passport card with U S Cellular. We have been able to share the internet between several laptops in our storm van, going up and down the highways and backroads of Iowa. Have used this Dlink router and setup for two years without any problems. Have used both the wireless and hardwired (ethernet) setup. Have been very pleased!

I purchased one of these routers after reading some good reviews and ignoring the bad reviews. The good reviews must have simply come from the lucky few who received working units.I ordered a DIR-450 directly from a D-Link authorized distributor, Ingram Micro. (I own a small computer shop near Pittsburgh). The router I received was packaged in a DIR-450 box, the router itself was silkscreened with the DIR-450 model number on it's face and it's serial/product label also indicated that it was a DIR-450. When I tried to set up the unit, I found that it had DIR-451 firmware/hardware inside. I contacted D-link tech support. It's obvious that D-Link is a company that does not want you to speak to a real person. They make every attempt to divert you to their website or pay-support. The person I spoke to told me the router had the wrong firmware and that it was not possible for me to flash it to a DIR-450. He told me to send it in and they would repair it within 7-10 days. I find that option offensive, so I declined. I RMA'd the product and sent it back to Ingram. I ordered a second unit from a different D-Link authorized distributor, D&H. I ordered the second unit from a different distributor just in case Ingram had received an entirely bad batch of these things. The new router arrived and guess what - the exact same condition existed. DIR-451 firmware/hardware in a DIR-450 branded and packaged box.I have now ordered a Linksys router. D-Link products will never be found on the shelves of my store and I will always advise our customers to avoid D-Link.

D-Link DIR-855 Xtreme N Duo Dualband Draft 802.11n Media RouterPer another customer, here's the differences in the Extremes:The following will likely save you a couple of hours of research...The DIR-655 is single-band (2.4GHz).The DGL-4500 is dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz), however it only uses one band at a time. You choose which band, manually, in the configuration. It doesn't choose the best band in real-time, or anything like that. The DIR-855 is dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) and uses both bands at the same time.

I have owned the D-Link DI-624 for about a year now and moved from San Diego to Florida with no problems setting it up to our cable modem in both places. My daughters laptop picks up a strong signal everywhere in our two-story house and my son plays Xbox Live downstairs (with the router connected upstairs) with no trouble at all. Every once in a blue moon (like once a month) something trips it and they lose the connection but we just hit the reset button on the back and it's up and flying again within seconds. I'm a grumpy, easily irriated man and our monthly reset routine doesn't even raise my blood pressure. The wireless internet connection appears to be just as fast as my hardwired connection on our main computer. I'm happy with the performance.

The worst router that I ever use! Super unstable, bad customer service. They are unwilling to repair/exchange/refund their defective product. The tech support only asked me to follow their troubleshoot procedure. However, it wasn't to fix the problem even I followed their procedures for three times! D-Link: I am not purchasing the product for troubleshooting. At the end, I got a new Netgear router. This brand is much better and much stable. Get a Netgear router! It is much cheaper and much better.

If you google "di-624 problems" you will see many discussions. Especially many people seem to have the problem with the router dying out of blue. For some it reboots and for some (in my case) you have to manually unplug and plug the power again to make it go. Mine was first dying every few days, but recently, it has been dying almost every hour, although the behaviour is very sporadic and unpredictable. I upgraded to the latest firmware (Oct 2006) and now at least it doesn't die but I still get "server not found" error many times while I am surfing the net. And trust me I am an electrical engineer and i tried everything. I run a Linux server and made many networks and i think I know how computer networks work although that's not my specialty per se.It appears that the problem is unacceptable quality control from the factory. While many people run the router happily, there are many who get into trouble eventually. It's just random draw. I am surprised to see such a product being made with so little quality control from the product line.If i were you i would get something else, but if you found a good deal, then buy it, have fingers crossed and keep the receipt. While it's working, I've been generally satisfied with the performance whether wired or wireless. The user interface is pretty straight forward and it's easy to setup. Nice port forwarding facility too for running those home servers. So at least two stars. However, again, I would avoid this product if possible.

I'm not sure why so many people are hyperventilating about this product. It works just fine, better than the Kyocera model in fact. Be sure to check the supported cards and also ensure that the firmware on the unit is the newest firmware so as to not have compatibility issues. If you just want to buy it and not do your homework, you too may be leaving a 1 star review.

It took a few hours to learn how to download the latest firm ware for the router and n-draft adapter (both from d-link).The wired connections worked great. The wireless conections worked fine for the B (add-on D-link notebook adapter) and G (built-in adapter) laptops, but the other 2 laptops that had the N-draft adapters would not work. One n-draft adapter was from dell in a brand-new 1505, the other n-draft adapter was from DLINK. Scary that the dlink adapter would not connect to the dlink router.Even with all of the security disabled, the N-draft adapters would not connect to the router. With security enabled, and taking all of the right steps to set it up, nothing would connect to the router. It refused to recognize the security key. After being on hold for an hour, Dlink tried to help me. They gave me about 20 minutes of support before dropping the call. Basically, they gave up and said that I should return it.Three weeks ago, I mailed the items to Amazon. It was well within the 30 day window from the date of purchase. I am still waiting for a refund. Why does it take so long?Obviously, I can not give this product a good review. Between the headache of dlink, and the slow response for my refund, this has been a miserable experience.Dell tech support recommends the Netgear N-draft router. Once Amazon refunds me my money, that's what I'll buy.

First, let me tell you about myself. I have always been a fan of D-Link and this router was purchased to replace the DI-634M (less than a year old) simply because I needed 802.11n compatibility and it appeared as if the QoS was better for my VoIP Asterisk server which really puts quite a bit of traffic through. I downloaded the PDF manual and reviewed the configuration screens. It looked as though this upgrade would be a worthwhile investment. Now however, I am beginning to have some buyer's remorse as this product has some serious issues with WPA/WPA2 compatibility. Granted, on other routers you could simply enable WEP until a firmware fix was released, but this device has three options: WPA and WPA2 (auto), WPA2 only, or None. The problem is that the "WPA/WPA2 (auto)" mode doesn't allow my Powerbook G4 (OS X 10.4) to authenticate, nor does the "WPA2 Only" mode. In addition, my AirPort for my iTunes link won't authenticate either!! Because I conduct business and personal traffic on my laptop, I can't risk the "None" option and open my network activity to interception while also opening my network up for anyone in the neighborhood to steal!! I have the latest version... Hardware Version: A1 Firmware Version: 1.06, 2006/06/29I have sent a technical support e-mail to D-Link over a week ago and I have still not received a response (not even an automated response). You would think more testing would have discovered this serious flaw (seeing as how there is no *other* encryption to check, I wonder did they test anything at all?) If you are considering this product, I would strongly caution you to wait a while. Either that, or immediately contact D-Link first and ask when this WPA incompatibility will be resolved. What is the point of a wireless router when the wireless half doesn't work? I'm going back to my D-Link DI-634M. It has no WPA issues and great range already, I've returned the DIR-635 back to Amazon!

I have a Sprint Novatel S720 card. The 1.01 firmware supports it, but the unit I got from Amazon had the 1.00 firmware loaded. Therefore, the first thing I had to do is to upgrade the firmware. The user guide, even the one that comes in the enclosed CD, was worthless. It gave no indication of how long a firmware update should take (up to 15 minutes), nor did it say anything about what the front panel lights would do (if all is going well a RED light should be BLINKING). Thinking that the process had failed and that the blinking red light was a sign of that, I disconnected it and tried to reboot it. Unfortunately, the router crashed. Again, the user guide was completely useless. However, the D-Link support page had instructions for restoring the unit's firmware... which have so far failed to work. It looks like I'll have no choice but to send this back and try the Linksys alternative that Sprint sells. Unlike other reviewers here, I had been a D-Link fan before (my entire network is set up with D-Link hardware). Unfortunately, I don't see how I'd ever trust D-Link again.

Thsi router provides rock solid stable performance. If you use Bit-torrent or other technologies that leverage P2P (Peer to Peer) your computer is going to be receiving bits of data from potentially hundreds of other machines at the same time. These connections must be managed by the router. If there are small problems in the resource management of the router, when put under the stress of Peer-to-Peer technologies over long periods of time (days and weeks), these little problems en up crashing other routers. This D-Link is simply super-solid and contains tons of functionality - I'm using it with four systems wirelessly and two wired. I am only using 802.11g functionality and did not test pre-N functionality.

God I love these older D-Link boxes. I used to be a Linksys bigot but around 2000 I noticed that my Linksys routers started having DNS errors after about a year of use. On a whim I bought a D-Link DI-604 back in 2003/2004. It ran great for many years and still runs great now. I decided that I wanted to use the wireless adapter in my laptop. After seeing people have mixed results with the newer routers I decided tried and true was the way for me so I bought a refurbished DI-624 and it runs as good as new. They're like the Energizer bunny with a Timex watch.

The old laptop would drop out, sometimes 3-4 times in 2 minutes (flutter). Drove my wife up the wall.Frequent dropouts and reboots (pulling the plug, etc.). Get the hammer ready. And then ---!!!! I realized that my wireless mice were interfering with the network and the computers, dropouts, fatal blue screens and other screwy symptoms.Replaced all with corded mice and --- Wonderful. Problems reduced by about 75%.Started depowering the backup power supply at night, the ones only the router and the Qwest modem were on (same as pulling the plugs for reboot).Almost never have the dropout or flutter problem, maybe once a week.

I use the built-in WiFi on my laptop and the range of this router is worst than my old Westel router. The signal level increased from "Good" to "Excellent" but the connection dropped often and I need to bring my laptop close to the router to reconnect. I think the router transmits the signal with higher power but it could not receive the signal back from my laptop. I tried using two Hawking HiGain (+6dB) antennas but connection still dropped but less often. I was able to get "Very Good" signal with my old Westel wireless router from Verizon DSL service. Just to be fair, I did not try using MIMO PC adapter which DLink probably have tested for increased range. The increased power is needed on both PC and the router. I positioned both routers and external (Omni directional) antennas on the same desk. It's very easy to use though, everything is configured via a browser. If you are using old Windows, the older Firmware does not support WEP, only WPA. I've upgraded mine to FW v.1.09 but still the same problem.Bottom line: don't buy this for increased range if you're planning to use existing WiFi adapter. You will be better off getting a WiFi repeater or HiGain antenna or re-position your antenna.

I'll have to agree with all of you people. I had the same problem with DI-624 for a long time. My problem was mostly when the router was configured for wireless network: it kept rebooting itself very often which annoyed the hell out of me. I did a lot of research on this issue and when I couldn't find anything at all, including calling D-LINK which was waste of time, I decided to try one more thing. I updated the router with the latest firmware (and I keep doing it every two months ever since), then I configured the wireless network as WPA-PSK on channel 11 instead of 6 which is most common and it might interfere with other wireless networks around the area. I disabled the broadcast of my SID and created long password for it mixed with letters and numbers, and I made sure that some letters are actually CAPs to make it harder to break in. I tried using it for a couple of weeks and voila: no more disconnections. I have this router running for over a year now without any disconnections at all except when I do some software updates which forces network connections to lose connectivity. I'll have to add that most of the electronic devices, such as microwaves especially, use the same frequency as the router (2.4 GHZ), so changing the channel is the first thing you gotta think of. I hope it was helpful.

I received this yesterday and got it for a a great price (...). It was lower than other comparable products and offers the increased network speed.Out of the box, I was able to plug it in and be up and running right away (of course without WLAN security or other customizations) despite operating previously with hard-coded internal IPs. Honestly, the hardest part was remembering how to reassign my network printer from a 192.168.1.x address to a 192.168.0.x address (ended up just using DHCP which I didn't use previously for security reasons). My environment consists of two laptops (1 XP and 1 W2K) on wireless (the 128-bit WEP encryption was a snap to set up -- a first for me for my WLAN), a LAN-wired Brother network printer, a ReplayTV, a Win98 desktop and an XP desktop (this computer). So as a power-user, I needed a solid device and this one seems to be doing it so far (1 day in).One important thing to take note: I modified all of the settings in the control administrator (awesome emulator to try out on d-link's website by the way) and even saved the settings to my hard drive so as not the lose them in the future in case of the need for a factory reset. However, when I got to the firmware section, I was out of date by 1 revision and when you update the firmware, you CANNOT reload saved settings. So, UPDATE THE FIRMWARE PRIOR TO CHANGING ANY SETTINGS OTHER THAN THE PASSWORD (because it will continue to prompt for the password every time you click until you change it).Once past that, everything else was a breeze including some great extra features such as time-sync to a time server, UPNP support, DDNS updating (I can uninstall DirectUpdate now since this has built-in support for dyndns.org, easydns.com, and no-ip.com accounts if you host from your own computer). All that's left is to configure the firewall and specify which ports I want to open to the outside (other than WLAN access, it comes already locked down out of the box which is great).Performance has been great also, but so far I haven't run any tests or tried to compare the network traffic speed from what I had before (old router conked out anyway). There are at least no noticeable lockups, freezes, delays or other issues with the network traffic that others seem to have reported. So, so far, this device has been a snap to set up (total time spent, maybe a few hours, but that would be much less for someone not needing to reconfigure a network printer or for someone that follows my above tip so as not to lose extra time). I didn't need any tech support so I can't comment on that, but for the price, performance and features I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to add or replace a router (at least for now since it's still a bit early to identify any long-term issues).Just to add to the review...since posting the other day, I realized that I was using a weaker form of security in the form of WEP and so attempted WPA-PSK setup. I had some issues with it, specifically related to DHCP, despite it seeming to be straight-forward (even after upgrading all of my NIC card drivers) and had to call tech support. They replicated what I had already done before passing me over to Level 2. In Level 2, they told me to force an IP which worked, but this is a less-than-perfect solution for wireless if you travel with a laptop and roam from network to network. We even tried the Windows Alternate Configuration that exists in SP2 and that didn't work. A few hours later and still in the same situation.... I finally beat the computer by changing the starting IP address range to be 10 instead of 100. For whatever reason, the laptop was able to wirelessly pick up an IP in a lower range through DHCP using WPA-PSK once I made the change. Even though that was a hassle, I'm glad it's over with and still feel pretty good about this little thing.

Bought this router to replace a DI-524 that had a broken antenna. Verified the firmware shipped with the unit was the latest, and was able to connect to the internet on the wired pc, but the wireless pc had poor/no connectivity. Tried a different channel, and that improved the signal strength, but still less then the DI-524. Tried to use email, (Outlook Express on Comcast), and received errors that indicated an MTU sizing problem. Tried, unsuccessfully, to change the MTU on the router, so made the mistake of calling DLINK support. After 2 hours on the phone, was informed that I needed to contact Comcast to find out why their modem won't talk to Dlink's router. Heck with it...I put a piece of wire on the DI-524 to replace the antenna, and returned the DI-624M.Don't buy this router!!!! UPDATE 1/20/2007 - Didn't return it, because the vendor won't RMA it...NO RESPONSE FROM VENDOR. I'm out the $45.00....

It has never failed and is the perfect solution for wireless access for multiple computers on one EVDO card.

It came with no printed instructions except for "insert cd, cross fingers." Fortunately, the cd contains a pdf version of the manual, so I did not have to trust them to not have their way with my computer. It took a lot less time to get up and running than I expected. The menus are more intuitive than usual. It has a maximum transfer speed of 100 megabits/second, while most new computers are ten times that fast. (on paper anyway)Oddly enough, it will inform you that a new version of its firmware has been released, but then you have to find it and download it on your own. When I downloaded the new firmware (1.07), it broke the web interface that controls the router. Now I have to unplug the power cable and plug it back in before I can login to the router. I wish that D-Link would have spent the extra ten cents for a power switch. The firmware problem prevents me from viewing the logs among other things. With the original version of the firmware, I was able to see the speed of my Internet connection when the router first boots up and some cryptic entries about external connection attempts, etc. There is no explanation of what these log entries mean.I suggest downloading the manual from D-Link before deciding to purchase this router.

The D-Link DIR-635 router is the best router that I've seen from D-Link so far. It has an amazingly new and easier to navigate interface, which is much better from their older control panels (the blue and white one). I upgraded from a Linksys WRT54GXv2, which gave me wireless problems from the beginning. All my wireless problems were gone when I switched to this router.Things that I like about this router (pro):- New graphical interface that's easier to use.- Ability to notify you of any firmware updates.- Enhanced logs & statistics.- Better wireless connectivity with my Dell laptop.- Support of only WPA/WPA2 with AES encryption.Things I wish this router had (con):- Gigabit Lan/Ethernet, it's limited to 10/100 speeds.- Ability to download firmware updates directly from the router.I'm giving this router 4 Stars (would give it 4.5 if there was an option) since it does not have Gigabit ethernet for my desktops and file server. New generation routers such as this one, IMHO, should come with it as a standard. It would add even more value to this router and eliminate the need of purchasing a 10/100/1000 switch.I have not yet purchased an 802.11n network adapter for my laptop, which I'm thinking would give me an even better experience (longer distance with stronger connectivity). Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the high cost associated with this router was worth it.

My wirless now averages about 300-400 MB, with my Linksys-G i could not even get a signal in my concrete block house. If you want a real firewall, get this. This is not the cheesy pick an application crap. This has every option and more. You can reboot this router from the web interface as well. All around great router, Wireless-N, gigabit, what more could you ask for?

For all those writing a review for this product, it would be really helpful if you mentioned how many cpu's your computer is. I have a pentium 4 2 GB. and am wondering if this router will work well for me.I want to network it to an even older pc, a windows 98 pentium 800!So it will help to know if anyone else has an older pc it works with. Thanks!

purchased this router because I have had good experience with D-link 802.11b routers in the past (particularly the DI-614+), but this one really did not live up to expectations.I recently moved to a new, larger apartment (probably 80 ft long and 18 ft wide or so, 2 bedroom) and wanted to upgrade the router because the old one was getting poor reception in the back of the apartment. So, I was looking for a product that would add additional range with my existing equipment, which was 3 laptop computers with 802.11g built in and 1 desktop with a USB 802.11b card. I anticipated that the MIMO antenna technology as well as the move to an 11g router would add the additional 20 or so feet of range that I needed. After installing the router, I found that its reception was really not improved above my former D-link router that is more than 4 years old. The front of my apartment, which is fairly open, got good reception and maintained 54 Mbps connections, but the back, which has more walls, got low reception and low speed (<10 Mbps) connections. Particularly, the desktop with the USB 802.11b card could not maintain a connection from less than 30 feet away (although through several walls). When I moved the router closer to the back of the apartment, near the desktop, the problem reversed and there was bad reception throughout the front. After much tinkering and disappointment, I decided to try my girlfriend's old Netgear MR814 802.11b router in the back of the apartment, and to my surprise, the whole apartment now has outstanding reception. So I returned the router to Microcenter where I bought it (thankfully they have a nice return policy), and I'll use the Netgear router for now. It's too bad after half a day of fooling around with a $100 router that's supposed to be the forefront of wireless technology that I couldn't supply my 2 bedroom apartment with internet access. I suppose that D-link's proprietary 108 Mbps MIMO cards might have better range, but it's hardly worth the $100 per computer I would have to spend, when the $15 Netgear router performs brilliantly. When prices drop further, perhaps I'll try out the Belkin Pre-N or Netgear RangeMax routers to see if they perform better (so I can upgrade to a 54 Mbps network). I probably won't buy any addition D-link products after this experience, and this router only rates 2 stars because it may perform well with the D-link cards. I also posted this review on CNET to save anyone else the trouble of getting this card to improve the reception.

I have used a large number of routers and this is by far the fastest one I have ever used. I have a minor complaint about the software, sometimes the feedback that indicates you've made a change does not work, so your not always sure that what you did took. But it does and otherwise it's performance has been great, set up is simple and straight forward and if you want to dig into the high end networking it's got all the depth you could want with tons of customizations available.

Have installed three units already, between myself and other family members, and never had any of the problems written up by previous reviewers. It works flawlessly with both Macs and PCs, Playstation Portables, Nintendo Wii. Very easy to set up restricted access. If you are having any problems, visit the D-Link site and update to the latest firmware version--one of which is supposed to fix the router from restarting every 30 minutes.

I bought this hoping for a greater range and was not happy with it. I returned it because every time I used my 2.4G cordless phone in the house, my internet connection got drop. This is NOT acceptable. D-Link needs to take a lesson in design from Apple.

I bought this to replace my Linksys BESFR41 cable/dsl router and Linksys WAP11 access point. Mistake! Everything worked fine out of the box, but my WAN performance went down 66%. With Linksys, I had Internet download speeds of 9742Kbps, but with this D-link Di-624M I get 3072Kbps. I can't get it to go any faster. I have switched back and forth between the two to no avail. What is the problem? Does anybody know? I'm wishing I wouldn't have bought it now. Wasted my money.

This would be a terrific router if it worked as advertised. The configuation screens are easy to understand and have a huge range of options. Wireless throughput, when it works, is fast and robust. The key phrase, however, is "when it works."First, the firmware usually crashes every time you save a configuration change. Upgrades have not solved this. If you're lucky you can recover by power cycling. If you're not, you have to hardware reset and start all over.Second, if you don't use a DLink receiver your wireless connection will cycle on and off about every 10 minutes. Finally, this isn't a problem with the router itself, but the "installation CD" is actually a 30-day demo for Network Magic, roping most users into needing the software. The manuals to configure the router yourself are PDFs hidden in the "bin" folder. That's outrageously unethical. If you have a DLink receiver and already know how to configure a router, this might actually be good. But Dlink doesn't deserve anyone's business for this product.

Wow. What can I say other than this has got to be one of the worst electronic purchases that I've ever made. The DWL-G650 is a pretty good PCCard, however the DI-624 router is absolutely horrid! From the moment I plugged it in it wouldn't quit rebooting itself every 1-2 minutes kicking me off the network. Firmware flashes didn't solve the problem at all nor did a replacement product. (Incidentally, Amazon.com was WONDERFUL about sending a replacement product). How D-Link gets away with selling this product is beyond me. I'd read similar reviews on the product with it constantly rebooting however I must admit that I'd written those off as the typical "home user" that really didn't know what they were doing. Well, as a network engineer and systems administrator at one of the world's largest computer companies, I have to throw my towel in to the absolutely worst network product I've ever worked with here in the DI-624. Please... avoid this router at ALL costs.

I'm on my third DI-624M. The first two were killed attempting to update to the newest firmware. Note that there is new firmware available on the D-Link website now. Previous reviewers have said there is not so apparently they finally posted some.Be VERY careful when you try to do the firmware upgrade! Even though the manuals and online instructions don't say anything about waiting a long time, after starting the firmware install you have to wait 10+ minutes for it to complete! No warnings, no progress indication, just a spinning hourglass on the web browser. If you interrupt the web browser, you just killed the router forever. Eventually, the browser times out and looks like it fails. After that, the router won't talk. After a few power cycles it finally started responding and worked with the new software intact. On the third router, that is! The first two were permanently killed by this process. Ridiculous. So at that point I had the latest firmware and the router worked fine for normal internet access. So I moved on to the next challenge - VPN access to my company network. My company uses Nortel's VPN. This router cannot handle VPN worth a darn. I spent hours talking to their tech support people, tried opening various ports, etc. and it never worked. My girlfriends VPN (different brand, I forget which) also won't work through this router. My old Speedstream worked fine for VPN right out of the box with no issues, no configuration changes, etc. Too bad it died or I'd still be using it.I guess I need to return this sucker and try a Linksys.Bummer. These things are so cheap now that they are practically disposable but I'd easily pay 2x for one that just worked consistently with no issues.

I had bought a D-Link wireless router, and later found that I chose the "b" type router. What a waste: 11mbs, bad reception, the works.I then upgraded to this router and found:- I no longer have any dead spots in the house- NO interference with the cordless phone- reception across the street!!- true 108 megabytes per second connection, BUT ONLY after I upgraded the firmware at the D-Link site. Upgrading was FREE and EASY, took only a few minutes.- Plug-n-play. I unplugged my old D-link router and just plugged in the new one. Turned it on, it aquired the internet instantly and it has WORKED FLAWLESSLY ever since.- My wireless currently supports 3 wireless computers and 1 hooked up via ethernet. I've turned on the WEP and had all four computers on the internet at the same time and haven't noticed it slow down, restart/reboot, or give us any problems. Two of the four computers were running a graphic-intense online game while I was downloading files on the others.- signal goes through walls as though they weren't even there! Even down into the basement! On my previous D-Link, I did have to call customer service twice (for WEP setup questions) and both times were for nightmare reasons on my end. The tech was patient and VERY HELPFUL, which is more than I can say for most other products.Anyway, signal is GREAT, customer service is GREAT, overall ease of use is GREAT, and you can't beat the price. I highly recommend this product for your wireless home network.
