I have used many different types of RAM, but I will never trust any but Crucial now or ever again. Fast, well-packaged, and great customer support if you ever to have any problems. Buy Crucial!!

Upgraded a low end HP/Compaq laptop running MS Vista from 1GB to 2GB. There was a very noticable increase in graphics and program execution speed. At $42 this was an exceptional value for a very high quality product.

I put this in my EeePC running Windows XP Pro. Its great, runs fast, super easy to install (if you can't install RAM, you have no business using a computer).

Although I didn't knew the Crucial brand, I tried to buy the set with 2 X 1Gb memory. It is working great, very good performance indeed!

Great memory!!!, it worked right the way, just replaced the original 1GB on my MacBook and everithing works faster on Leopard and Ubuntu.

I got the memory directly from Crucial. Not only was it cheaper than the Amazon price, but they overnight Fed Exed it.YEAH!

After doing quite a bit of online research I found a general concensus that Crucial made quality ram chips. I found a very favorable price on their website which included free shipping (at the time). My shipment arrived very promptly in perfect condition. I had one incidence where I needed customer service and was able to speak to a tech immediately and rectify the problem. I like Crucial.

Product shipped very fast. Installation was a breeze! Booted up Computer (Macbook) and no problems whatsoever! Performance boost was noticeable (1GB vs. 2GB) with Leopard OS.Commendable!

This RAM works great in my 24" Intel based aluminum Apple iMac. The RAM will work in dual mode even if you have 1-1GB stick in the other slot. There is no slow down in performance and I'm running a total of 3-GB.

This is a great product which compares with Apple memory costing 6 times as much. I have been using it for months now without any failure. I have even installed OSx without any "cannot verify base system" errors. I highly recommend this as an alternative to the OEM's high prices.

This doesn't work correctly with a Gateway T1616. One stick will work on the first RAM Slot, but it will not work in the second RAM slot. However, the ram does work. I tried it on an HP laptop that works succesfull. And, the motherboard of the T1616 works with samsung 1 gig in each slot. But doesn't work when you place crucial's 1 gig in the second slot.

have used crucial ram in all my machines without a single problem. this chip upgraded my samsung q1 ultra which was very easy to install and made world of difference. highly recommended.

Well, I have a Dell Inspiron 640m with 1024MB with Windows Vista Ultimate and works more less, when the system start, it took over 2 minutes to use the pc...Since I installed this memories takes 20-30 seconds to use the computer, all software works very fine and quickly, i use Outook 2007, Nero 7, Adobe photoshop CS3, and vista gadgets like wheather, clock, wireless, notes, reclycle bin, calculator, football results without any problems or delayed..Good product and of course...very cheap upgrade !!!!

Can't complain... one module effectively doubled the memory in my HP Pavilion TX1305US. The stock modules have the same specs, just at 512MB x 2. My only wish now is that I could find SODIMMs with less latency than 5-5-5...if such an animal even exists.

Bought this from amazon on tuesday and got it on thursday with free shipping. Works great in my 1.83ghz macbook. A lot faster than the 512mb i had in before. Easy to install, took less than 10 minutes.

Ordered this for my new iMac with a little trepidation, wondering if PC5400 (as listed above) would, indeed, work (it supposedly should).When the module arrived, it turned out to be PC5300-- perfect, what I actually wanted. The PC5300 module from the crucial site was $30 more with shipping. I don't know if this was just my unit, or if all the modules are actually PC5300.
