I bought this 2 MB memory module for the Asus Eee PC1000HE netbook. It appeared to be a highly recommended upgrade for performance, and was very easy to install. I'm not sure it dramatically improved performance, however. Everything works fine, but no speed records.

Bought to upgrade an ASUS EEE PC 1000HE from 1GB to 2GB. Following instructions (see other reviews) upgrade proceeded flawlessly. Works great.

I have upgraded two Eee netbooks with this card. Easy to install and definitely boosts performance. I have bought several other memory cards from Crucial, and have always found them to provide a high quality product. Their system scan (on the Crucial web site) also makes it easy to determine what memory card is required.

Bought this with the Asus (got the Crucial because it was recommended as fitting best) and installed it before using the netbook. I am not that computer savvy, but the installation was easy and quick. Works well. I could not have asked for more. I just wish there was some way to give the 1 GB that came with the netbook to someone who could use it!

Bought this so I could double the RAM in a netbook. This did that. Won't make a slow PC blindingly fast, but it will allow you to run at normal speed with a few browser and e-mail windows running.

As suggested by other reviewers, I purchased this RAM to speed up my Asus eee laptop. The installation process was pretty simple. Make sure to google the how-to-do online first if you're not sure. It took me only 5-10 mins to complete. When I turned on my laptop back on , voila, it's working well with no problem (only faster).

I purchased this to increase the ram in my samsung nc10 netbook. It was a great price. It installed easily. The computer recognized it immediatley. Don't know if it increased the performance of the netbook because I added it on day one. Netbook runs great with it installed.

Bought this for my Eee PC. Installed in 5 minutes. Computer performance markedly improved. If you have a compatible netbook do not hesitate; small machines don't have to be slower.

Be careful if you purchase this item for use with the Acer Aspire One- it will not work, and you void your warantee when you open the case to install it.I have communicated to Amazon that it is not the correct RAM upgrad for the Acer Aspire- but for some reson they continue to list it as an item that people purchase with the AspireOne.

I bought this product and installed it in my Samsung NC10 only to find out later from Crucial that the PC2 6400, not the PC2 5300, sold here is the best match for the NC10. I rated it 3 stars because of the misinformation by posters and Amazon that led me to the wrong product, however, the product works fine. The difference is the PC2 6400 delivers data @ 6400 MBps vs the slower 5300 MBps of this product here, thus, I am a little disappointed that I could of had the better performance of the 6400 had I not been misled.http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?model=NC10-14G&pl=Samsung&cat=RAM

I bought this along with Eee HE1000 netbook, installed it without even trying the 1GB one that came with the netbook, it worked right away. Don't know how much difference it made, but for only a little over $20, I think it's worth the try.

I put in this new RAM and the Asus automatically recognised it on reboot - no need to change the Bios at all . Totally seamless improvement . The Asus will run perfectly on 1GB ram for most tasks , but I recommend the upgrade to 2GB for Photoshop, driving an external monitor,or an external HD .

I ordered this Memory upgrade for my new Samsung NC10... because Amazon.com said that is what I needed... WRONG!I have contacted Crucial and Samsung directly and they say that I need Crucial 2GB CT25664AC800 200-pin SODIMM DDR2 PC2-6400 Memory Module (Crucial part #909595).Luckily, I had not installed the wrong one in my new netbook and will be returning to Amazon for the correct one. My mistake for not checking with Crucial and Samsung before I purchased said item.Buyer Beware!

Installing the Crucial 2GB memory upgrade was a snap, taking only about a minute to do, and has significantly increased the processing speed on my Samsung network. In addition, I have been able to install and run several additional programs and devices on my own without any sacrifice in speed or performance ( Microsoft Office, McAfee Total Protection, and the VLC multi-media player to name a few). Overall, an excellent memory upgrade for a netbook at an excellent price.

I purchased this with the Acer Aspire One AOA150-102, because it was a package deal. I thought since it was shown with the computer it would work with the computer. The computer will not boot with this memory in the slot. Please remove this as a package option as it does not work with the Aspire. The memory I am sure is great, however it will not work with this computer and should not be sold with it.

Do yourself a favor. Go to the Crucial site and run their upgrade scan program. Takes about 2 min of your time. And get the right ram for your device. This ram works well in my Asus 1000HE. Not plug and play. Tap F2 during start up to get the bios to recognize the 2gig. Use F10 to exit.

Bought the RAM to upgrade my ASUS EEEPC. It was quick and simple to install, and works great. Just remember to update the BIOS so the 2gb RAM shows later.

Literally plug and play. This memory works out of the box in less then 2 minutes with my HP Mini 1030nr running Ubuntu Netbook Remix. Great speed bump.

These were easy to install and sped up my macbook quite a bit. At first it seemed like they did nothing but i think maybe it just takes a short while for the memory to load on the the sticks (?). After i opened and then closed all my programs, they were much faster to open the next time around. $25 for a faster computer...not too bad.

I saw alot of reviews and forums saying this 2gb RAM would work for my Samsung NC-10. Yup! It did the trick and works perfectly with no issues. Also it's at a great price.

I am not that knowledgable with computer hardware / software / or any kind of 'ware'. But I had to make this purchase to upgrade my netbook I also purchased at Amazon (samsung NC-10). Very easy to install and works awesome. . took me a whole 5 minutes to get the package open and into my computer (obviously having the computer with ease of accessibility has a lot to do with it!)
