It was like playing with a toy. Very easy to upgrade my eeePC. Just remember to update Bios Setup in order to have the 2GB recognized by Windows XP. With no doubt I recommend Crucial memory.

I bought this memory to go in a Core Duo Mac Mini system. I did the research and found out it uses PC2-5300 SODIMM and can handle up to 2GB. Once the formidable task of opening the Mac Mini was accomplished, the memory clicked right in and worked fine--the system runs much better with 2GB over the 512MB it had.

No complaints, installation in my Lenovo S-10e was easy if a little fiddly. I upgraded to the max RAM load for a very low price. Recommended.

Purchased this memory as an upgrade for the Asus 1000HA. I changed the setting upon start up as suggested by one reviewer. The computer recognized the memory and it works perfectly. Comparing the speed before and after the upgrade, all functions from web page loading to word processing seem to be noticeably faster. Its a very cost effective way to improve performance. Highly recommended.

Just got the memory in the mail and installed in my Black MacBook. Swapped out existing 2 - 1GB sticks with the 2 new 2GB sticks (4GB total) and I'm flying. It's the same memory offered on Crucial's website but a better deal via Amazon ($[...] per stick when I bought it). Couldn't be happier with the purchase!

I bought this item to upgrade my HP Mini 1035NR. Installation was very easy (less than a minute for HP Mini 1000 series), and it does work! The performance of my HP Mini greatly improved after the installation.Thanks amazon.com for the recommendation!

Great bargain for 2 gigabites of memory. Works fine in my machine. Certainly not worth paying 2 or 3 times the amount that you could pay for other brands.

Certain items in technology are basically commodities. As long as you are educated enough in the area to know what specifically to buy (for instance, a memory chip, what speed, what type for your computer, etc) then look for a recognized brand first, then simply compare price. For these types of items, price becomes the determining factor. In this case, Crucial is a major brand, highly reviewed, the type, DDR2 SODIMM, speed, 667MHZ, and the size 2GB, were just what I needed. And .. it was the least expensive within the top brands. Ergo, end of decision process. Arrived fast, popped it in, worked immediately in my Dell Inspiron 1525. End result: I'm a happy camper. Bottomline, don't think you'll get a better product in commodities just by paying more. You'll just pay more.

Just added this chip to my new ASUS 1000HE, and everything went smoothly. Crucial recommends the 800Mhz chip on their site, but there's no need. This one works perfect and is cheaper. I'm running the combo with the new Windows 7 beta and all has been going well since I set it up on Saturday.

Purchased as an upgrade for my eee pc 1000HE as the standard 1Gb of RAM fitted to all Netbooks is inadequate. This memory module makes a huge performance difference and for the price is a "no brainer"

I bought this RAM due to the recommendation from Amazon to go along with my Samsung NC-10 netbook. This is not compatible RAM for your netbook. I have been having system crashes from the minute I installed the RAM. If you look at Crucial's website you will see it states that the compatible RAM for that netbook is DDR2 PC2-6400 * CL=6 * Unbuffered * NON-ECC * DDR2-800 * 1.8V * 256Meg x 64 which is not the same as this. I think the actual product is fine just not working with my NC-10. Just a heads up.

It's a good buy at a good price. I had 1.5 GB of RAM and wanted to upgrade to 3GB so I brought 2GB RAM. I installed it and it starts Vista up faster along with other apps I love to play(games) on my laptop. But for some reason when I play a game for about 30 minutes ti starts to get choppy..and this started ever since I installed the 2GB RAM(and nothing else). So I don't know if it's the RAM or if it's a virus..but overall the Product is a good price...and it's kinda hard to find 2GB on 1 chip...most of the time it's a set of two 1 GB Ram chips.

upgrade memory for my new samsung net-book. you need this if you want to use your net-book for anything. the 1 meg of memory that comes with the unit is way to small for any serious usage. it took me seconds to install and works flawlessly.

Purchased this to upgrade memory in Asus EEE 1000HE netbook. Bios recognized increased memory without problem. However, you need to remove the netbook battery prior to installing new memory.

1. didnt push in all the way = does not turn on2. reinstalled making sure it was seated well and cliped in correctly = works perfectly

Simply put, it works. It's Crucial, a brand you can absolutely trust. There's really nothing else to it. No issues, no problems... just popped it in and turned the computer on :) - Installed on my Asus EEE PC 1000he
