If this is the type of RAM your laptop requires, then i strongly suggest you purchase this fine product. I paid 400 dollars for this laptop at the local bigtime retail store and i ran like a 400 dollar laptop, but it was still very sufficient. Then i realized i could have 4 gigs if i bought another 2 gig stick. everywhere i went they were 60 dollars. This was only 25 and i got free shipping. it showed up earlier than i expected, and now my laptop runs like a 700 dollar laptop. popped in no problaymo and comes with a 1 year warranty. THIS IS WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR. BUY IT AND STOP REVIEWING!

I orderes on sunday and it arrived wed. I love crucial after having non compatibility issues with other ram on another laptop. It fits the acer one perfect and was crazy easy to install...Hope this helpsJermaine Sheppard

I purchased the ASUS EEE PC and bought this 2G memory along with it. I tried the PC without the bigger memory and it was fast but this larger memory made this great little PC even better.

I had 2GB total ram for my macbook pro i bought in late 2007 and it was doing fine, but saw the price on the ram for this and couldn't resist. Combined with new Snow leopard OS X and the 4GB of ram my macbook pro has never run more efficiently or quicker. I do a lot of photo editing/sorting through them and it works superbly now. i reccommend it.

I have had zero issues since adding this to my studio 1735. Computer runs great and flies now. I also added the 64-bit Windows 7 RC and everything has been super smooth.I think it runs a little bit hotter, this is to be expected as RAM does run pretty hot, but have had zero issues since I use a chill pad for the bottom of my laptop.

I purchased this memory for my Apple Imac. It only came with 512Mb RAM, and this upgraded it to 2G. Applications load much faster, and I can keep more applications open.

I purchased this module for use in my new Asus Eee PC 1005ha-p netbook. It arrived promptly, and the install went smoothly. My netbook had no problems recognizing the new module, and everything has worked without a hitch since the first boot. I have no reservations about recommending this particular module to others.

Without a lot of elaborate testing, it's hard to evaluate the quality of computer memory. It is easy to install, and it works.

Installed in my computer empty mem slot and kept the 1gb, giving me 3 total. Worked great. Too bad Microsoft has to weigh our systems down so much that it is required.

Apparently, this was the wrong chip set. Check out the Crucial site. They list a different, faster chip set. Mine works but could have been faster.

While adding memory always makes your pc go faster the only thing I would have liked to have known before purchase was whether it had a buffer or not. Not having a buffer makes a difference in the way memory operates and in price.

You can't have too much memory...always max it. Always make sure you order the correct memory. Worked right out of the box.

I had no problem swapping out the 1gb and adding the new 2gb of memory to my new Asus 1005he Netbook. The hardest thing was finding a screw driver small enough to get to the screws. I've used crucial technology before and I find their products to be reliable.

I ordered this stick of memory to replace a bad one in my personal computer. I have read good things about Crucial Technology memory and noticed that it was reasonably priced so I ordered it and within a couple of days it was at my house. It is still working to this day. Thanks Amazon!

I've used Crucial memory upgrades in desktops. I ordered this Crucial upgrade DDR2 RAM for my Dell XPS M140 laptop after finding it was cheaper to buy from Amazon then from Crucial direct. The install was easier than I thought. I did search and find a YouTube video on how to do it which was very helpful. Also did a search on Dell and downloaded a pdf file on how to do it. My laptop is faster now and I'm happy with the price/performance ratio. I always check Amazon first before buying almost anything. Never been disappointed so far.

Just bought the EEee PC HA 1005 P - and installed the 2 Gb crucial module - but could not see the addn memory - So had to restart with the F2 button pushed down and enter BIOs to allow the machine to recognize the extra RAM - some people have said this works automatically - but it your machine does not recognize the addn RAM try this extra step

I recently ordered an ASUS Eee Top touch screen PC, and Amazon recommend to buy 2GB Memory for upgrade purpose. I did bought the memory, but when I received the PC, there is no instruction how to open the back cover. I called ASUS to get instruction to open the back cover. They told me the cover can not be opened and asked me to call Amazon get instruction to upgrade memory card. ASUS never suggested customer to do so.
