I bought this to replace my Macbook's stock RAM. Installation on the Macbook was a breeze and took less than five minutes to complete. It has been in constant use for over a month without a single problem. Crucial is a great brand and the price is far lower than Apple's memory prices. I am very happy with this RAM and would recommend it to anyone.

I usually look at memory parts as either they work or don't work, beyond that technical specifications will dictate the performance... This item works nicely and does what a 2GB 667MHz DDR2 SODIMM is supposed to do.

These are working great! I recently bought this set and installed, I think it was a tad cheaper when I purchased but it was worth it. They were easy to install and my old 1GB(512x2) memory sticks fit into my other laptop as well. Good buy I say especially if you have Windows Vista, you will need all the memory you can hold. I did a little research on some other brands before I purchased this and at the time was the cheapest for the PC2 5300 type that I found with shipping costs included in my search.

Bought this to put in my Asus Eee laptop...since I've had experience with Crucial/Kingston/Corsair & had never heard of OCZ before seeing the brand featured here for this laptop. Sure it cost a few more dollars than others...but I knew what I would be getting & was not disappointed.

After a lot of online research I selected Crucial to upgrade my Macbook 2G Black from 1G to 2GB. I had read about some issues with other ram being tight fitting and was a little reluctant to insert something that was not going to be easily installed.The 2 1GB modules provided by Crucial had a perfect fit ( I didn't have to force them in at all) and am currently enjoying a great performance upgrade . Best of all I can now run parallels and continue to work on other memory intense applications without the slowdown.

I ordered 2 gig for my sister's 20" iMac and 2 gig of another size memory for my bro-in-law's 17" iMac and an esd wrist strap. It got here so fast I was in shock, and all works great! Crucial also had the best prices on memory, and I searched the web for hours before deciding on them. Avoid the Apple store, it's expensive and recommended the wrong memory for the 17" iMac. Crucial's new memory checker beta worked great, too, though I only used it for kicks, I already knew what I was after. I got it all at the same price, straight from their website rather than using Amazon.

The speed of this RAM is not as advertised. My computer is only reading 553mhz for speed and this is my second set too. Works good, just the speed isn't as advertised. Maybe my motherboard can only pick up 553mhz for max speed, not sure?

This works great with my 1 year old Macbook. During installation I thought I had pushed the RAM modules far enough into their slots, but after the MacBook failed to start up I took another look and found out that you really do have to push firmly and carefully past some initial resistance until the RAM goes in all the way. You may have to push harder than you think is normal, but seriously, you have to push pretty hard.Other than that I would like to note that my macbook was only allowed a maximum of 2g of RAM so check your system.Also the image is very deceiving it should be 2 sticks not one. I'll just upload an image so people like you won't get any more confusion!

After Pricing the 2gig ram for my laptop and finding it expensive I decided to shop around and with a little Luck find it a ressonable price wrll here came and went ebay bestbuy priceline not to forget the Manufacture and circut city comp usa just to mention a few and all were in the same price range Then I went to where I was going to start AMAZON and they had a super item at a super dealpurchased the 2 gigs put it in the laptop with no problem fired it up and went on my way sent an email to thank Amazon and am happy to say it works great

I just ordered two of these sets, and both came as advertised. Each package contained two memory cards at 1gb each. And together, they work exactly as you would expect 4gb of memory to work.I felt I had to leave this review so that people aren't put off by the previous reviewer who claims to have ordered this product and received only one card.

Pretty easy to install. The first time I did it, my computer wouldn't restart. I took the ram out and reinstalled again and made sure that they were in snugly and it started up just fine. I noticed an improvement right away. Native apps seem to boot much faster (even though it wasn't slow before), though Microsoft office apps still are annoyingly slow. It also seems to play youtube videos faster too. I'm buying a pair for my girlfriend. I can't believe apple still sells the same thing for $300!

I've ordered this product 90+ times for all the different Mac minis I run. I have not had any failures of the RAM.It's so nice to have affordable RAM these days.

After purchasing a Sony Vaio laptop in Feb 2007 with the new Windows Vista Ultimate Operating system, I realzied the system was limited with only 1 GIG of Ram. This year, I purchased the additional Ram necessary (using two 1 GIG Ram Chips) and now my system flys. Also, it's not just the memory upgrade, but the chips themselves are definitely top quality. I would highly recommend Crucial to ANYONE who needs a Memory Upgrade.

I popped this MEmory in my apple macbookpro and instantly saw an increase in speed from the one gig i had before. The only issue i had is the sides were a little bit too big for the apple slots. It'll fit but you have to be very careful, it feels like it'll snap when being put in.

Upgraded my laptop from 2GB to 3GB(replacing one of my 1GB by a 2GB module). This RAM works flawlessly with my Toshiba A205-4639S after installing it. THis RAM is a brandname product; it is actually made by Micron Tech company. Highly recommend it.

Not much to say--I unscrewed the little door on the EEE (voiding the warranty, of course), removed the original memory and stuck this one in. The laptop recognized it and all is well. I don't know if I really NEEDED to do this, but the EEE is so cool that I wanted to give it a present.

This lovely RAM arrived in perfect condition and snapped into my computer to double it's memory. It took about 5 minutes and works like a charm. I guess there's not much to say besides that, except that the extra RAM was a performance booster on graphics apps.

I never write a review, but when you save close to $200 buying memory things change. I have a HP 9500T notebook and purchased (1) 2GB 667 MHZ DDR2 and so far so good. I notice a difference in speed and it's a no brainer for the price.Very easy to install!! Took me about 2 mins.

Amazon's offer on the Crucial 2GB Set(2x1GB) 200-Pin PC2 5300 667Mhz SODIMM DDR2 RAM was excellent. I received it almost about the time I received my confirmation for my order, or so it seemed, dropped it into my MacBook in about five minutes and was up and running with my cost effective extended memory. Service counts. Life is much easier these days and Amazon contributes to that.

This is a 2X1GB RAM. Easy to install and works pretty well on my Compaq Presario laptop with Windows Vista Premium.
